Four Men and Seven Companies Indicted for Billion-Dollar Telemedicine Fraud Conspiracy, Telemedicine Company and CEO Plead Guilty in Two Fraud Schemes
On October 12, 2018, the District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee unsealed a 32-count indictment charging four individuals and seven companies in a $1 billion health care fraud scheme. The court also unsealed an additional two plea agreements and an information charging another individual and his company for their role in the scheme.
Andrew Assad, 33, of Palm Harbor, Florida, Peter Bolos, 41, of Lutz, Florida, and Michael Palso, 44, of Odessa, Florida, were indicted along with their compounding pharmacies, Synergy Pharmacy Services, located in Palm Harbor, and Precision Pharmacy Management, located in Clearwater. Co-conspirator Larry Everett Smith, 48, of Pinellas Park, Florida, also a pharmacy compounder, and his companies Tanith Enterprises, ULD Wholesale Group, Alpha-Omega Pharmacy, all located in Clearwater, Germaine Pharmacy located in Tampa, Florida, and Zoetic Pharmacy located in Houston, Texas, were all also named as defendants. All the defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud, mail fraud, and introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.
On September 26, 2018, HealthRight LLC, a telemedicine company with locations in Pennsylvania and Florida, and Scott Roix, 52, of Seminole, Florida, and the CEO of HealthRight, pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy for their roles in the telemedicine health care fraud scheme in a criminal information. Roix and HealthRight LLC, also pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit wire fraud in a separate scheme for fraudulently telemarketing dietary supplements, skin creams, and testosterone.
The indictment alleges that from June 1, 2015 through April 1, 2018, these individuals and companies, together with other persons and companies known to the grand jury, conspired to deceive tens of thousands of patients and more than 100 doctors located in the Eastern District of Tennessee and across the country for the purpose of defrauding private health care benefit programs such as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee out of approximately $174,000,000. The indictment further alleges that the defendants submitted not less than $931,000,000 in fraudulent claims for payment.
According to the indictment, the defendants set up an elaborate telemedicine scheme in which HealthRight fraudulently solicited insurance coverage information and prescriptions from consumers across the country for prescription pain creams and other similar products. The indictment states that doctors approved the prescriptions without knowing that the defendants were massively marking up the prices of the invalidly prescribed drugs, which the defendants then billed to private insurance carriers

The Hamburg cell (German: Hamburger Zelle) or Hamburg terror cell (German: Hamburger Terrorzelle) was, according to U.S. and German intelligence agencies, a group of radical Islamists based in Hamburg, Germany that included students who eventually came to be key operatives in the 9/11 attacks. Julian Assange’s Communications Not Yet Restored, Will Have Severe Restrictions on His Speech and Writing
Despite numerous reports claiming that the communications of Julian Assange have been restored, they are not yet — and there will be a severe regime of penalties and sanctions on his speech and writing when they are.
The team at WikiLeaks was informed on Friday that his communications would be restored on Monday, October 15, but so far there has not been any change. New developments on the issue are expected shortly.
Reuters had reported on Sunday that his communications had been partially restored, but they have not, according to a source close to the publisher.
When they are restored, his freedom of speech will be trampled. A source told the Gateway Pundit that there is a new ominous sounding protocol including a 10-page regime of penalties and sanctions of restrictions on what he will be able to discuss or report.
The impetus behind the pending de-isolation was the meeting between two senior United Nations officials and Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno on Friday.
Moreno has not been as keen on protecting the publisher as his predecessor was. He has referred to Assange as an “inherited problem” and has been seemingly eager to work out a deal to hand the publisher to the United States.
On March 28, Ecuador caved to pressure from the United States and Spanish governments to isolate Assange by revoking his right to have visitors, make phone calls or use the internet.
The WikiLeaks founder entered the Ecuadorian Embassy in London on June 19, 2012. Since that time, UK efforts to detain Assange have cost the government some $10 million, though no budget breakdown has ever been provided.

On October 10, Al Jazeera published photos of 15 alleged Saudi nationals who reportedly arrived in Istanbul on October 2 and may be involved in the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. However, a Saudi man claims that one of these men is actually his brother who died last year.

US Officials Meet With Taliban In Doha As US Appears Unable To Achieve Military Victory In Afghan Conflict
On October 12th, Zalmay Khalilzad, the US special envoy for peace in Afghanistan met with six Taliban representatives in Qatar’s Doha, according to a statement by Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid.
“Both sides spoke (about) an end to the occupation and a peaceful solution to the Afghan issue … Both sides agreed to continue meeting in the future,” Mujahid said on October 13th.
He also said that the group would continue to have discussions with the Afghan-born diplomat.
An unnamed senior Taliban member, cited by Al Jazeera, said that both sides had tough conditions for peace. “It was an introductory meeting in which an eight-member U.S. delegation held a detailed meeting with members of our political office,” he said. Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanakzai, who is the head of Taliban’s Qatar office, led the discussions, the source said.
Al Jazeera also cited a different Taliban member who requested anonymity said that “both sides discussed prospects for peace, and the U.S presence in Afghanistan.”
Furthermore, Al Jazeera cited another senior member of the Taliban claimed that Khalilzad had requested the Taliban to declare a ceasefire in Afghanistan for six months, starting before the October 20th elections.
In exchange, the Taliban wants the Afghan government to release fighters from jails across the country and the swift removal of foreign forces fighting alongside Afghan troops.
According to yet another unnamed Taliban source, the US delegation proposed forming different committees to handle the release of prisoners. The source, however, said that neither side agreed to the other’s requests, but they agreed to meet again and find a solution.
As reported by Al Jazeera, Khalilzad arrived in Kabul on October 13th and briefed Afghan President Ashraf Ghani about his 10-day tour of four countries and about the meeting with the Taliban representatives.
A statement about Khalilzad’s diplomatic tour released by the U.S. embassy in Kabul did not confirm his meeting with the Taliban.
“The United States shares the aspirations of all Afghans for a peaceful Afghanistan where all Afghans see themselves included. All citizens of Afghanistan must be a part of this reconciliation process,” said Khalilzad, according to the press release.
“The purpose of this entire trip is to talk about the peace and reconciliation progress,” US State Department’s spokesperson Heather Nauert told a news briefing in Washington. “Any time we’re there on the ground we’re making headway.”

Investigative journalist Daniel Hopsicker describes Saudi Ramy El-Batrawi as Adnan Khashoggi’s “lieutenant”[xxii]. The two were involved in, among many other schemes, a stock manipulation scandal involving their company Genesis Intermedia, which, incidentally, may be tied to Alex Jones’s Genesis Communications Network, which broadcasts his Infowars show.
“…Ramy El-Batrawi supplied one of SkyWay’s twin DC-9’s,” explains Hopsicker. “Once I’d obtained the FAA registration records for the two DC-9s…it became obvious that both planes had been sheep-dipped through a number of owners of convenience to hide the identity of their true owners, the CIA.”

Twitter is actively banning NPC meme accounts, due to its “dehumanizing” nature. The visual meme as it is used today has been around only a few months following an article suggesting only 26% of the population have an inner monologue. This is the fastest we’ve seen a meme banned and attacked, so fast in fact, that censors are trying to shut it down before it gets to the public. But why?
<Simulation Theory
Silicon Valley types have mostly converted to Simulation Theory / AI-God religious type thinking. Within simulation theory it’s highly unlikely that all of us, some of us, or even any of us are avatars being directly controlled from base reality by a sentient life from. The NPC meme is a reminder of this. Imagine worshiping at an alter that negates your very existence.
<Sensory Overload
Over exposure to tech devices / sensory overload, has the potential diminish or entirely extinguish all internalization. Who else would be more at risk for the side effects of sensory overload than someone working in Silicon Valley? When these people stop to reflect for the first time in years whether or not they have an inner monologue and realize that voice is gone, the NPC meme hits too close to home.
