Will NOEL FRANCISCO replace RR next week?
Why does Q keep mentioning Rachel Brand? [RR] and Brand were sworn in together (Brand as Associate AG, the 3rd highest post in the DOJ). Many forget that she was only in that role for 9 months (May 22, 2017 - February 20, 2018) before she left to take a position at Walmart. Odd, right? February 20 is an important date (keep it in the back of your mind).
On February 9, 2017 Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III was sworn into office as the 84th US Attorney General. On March 2, 2017 Sessions recused himself from the Russian probe. Trust Sessions.
On September 19, 2017 Noel Francisco was sworn into office as the 48th Solicitor General. He is a Trump nominee, and he was confirmed by the senate in a narrow vote (50-47).
Why is this important?
These are some of the key chess pieces POTUS has moved into place on the grand chess board. Understand the genius and patience of the plan. Succession within the DOJ is guided by two things: (1) The Vacancies Reform Act of 1998 and (2) the DOJ's own Succession Statute (the latter, ironically, was put in place by [LL] in 2016).
We know that POTUS is cleansing the DOJ and FBI. Q has told us about this critical step. We sense a countdown is taking place, but how much longer must we wait? The answer, I think, resides in the the Vacancies Reform Act. This act gives Trump 210 days to replace Rachel Brand. Do you remember when she left her post? It was back on February 20 of this year. When does the 210 day clock end? It ends on September 18, 2018. We are close.
[RR][RR][RR] [RR][RR] [RR]
The fate of [RR] will likely play out in one of three ways: (1) he will voluntarily declassify and release the FISA report, (2) he will resign or (3) he will be impeached. Even now pressure is being applied on [RR]. What is the BIG DROP Q that has told us about? FISA? I can think of no bigger (nor more logical) answer to Q's post at this juncture. We all know its just a matter of time. What happens when the FISA drops? Q has told us this too - the house comes down. Even if [RR] voluntarily releases the FISA, his fate is sealed because he is incriminated by the information it contains. His demise will be much like Comey's.
Thus, thinking logically, we know that [RR]'s days are numbered. So what happens when [RR] is removed from office? Q has told us about this too. Optics. We are in a constant struggle against the deep state's most powerful weapon, the MSM. Moves and counter moves are being made on a daily basis, but POTUS has it all. KEYSTONE. Next comes the brilliant chess moves.
Upon Rachel Brands departure, Jesse Panuccio (her deputy) became temporary Associate AG. However, Panuccio is not senate-confirmed. This is important because it means Panuccio cannot succeed [RR]. Does POTUS have sufficient time to nominate someone else at this late juncture? Sure, there is a short list of people he could choose who meet the succession requirements, but I think POTUS already made his choice for Deputy AG a year ago on 9/19/17 (note the dates by the way, 9/19/17 - 9/18/18 … clockwork … trust the plan).
Enter Noel Francisco, Trump's Solicitor General. Remember, Trump put Francisco in place before Rachel Brand left the DOJ. Coincidence? Francisco is next in line to become Deputy AG. Who does RM report to? Who is heading up the witch hunt? This is how it all comes to an end. This frees POTUS from the clutches of the swamp. Further, POTUS is 100% insulated from these moves for the sake of optics. This will all play out in spectacular fashion between now and 9/18 (logical thinking) just in time for the final sprint to the midterms. And us good Patriots are ready to support POTUS as each move is made. Be loud! Remember, FISA brings down the house.
These amazing chess moves will cleanse both the DOJ and FBI in one fell swoop. End act one, open act two.
What happens after FISA? The end of the witch hunt, the newly exposed D criminality and the red wave will all come together like a massive crescendo that will propel us into the midterms. The professor who introduced jailed former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos to Russians with Kremlin contacts in 2016 is “missing and may be deceased,” according to the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
Lawyers for the DNC made the claim about academic Joseph Mifsud in court documents filed Friday, reported Bloomberg, in which they said they had been unable to serve him with a complaint as part of their lawsuit against Russia, the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks for allegedly interfering in the 2016 presidential election.
They did not elaborate on the claim.
In a statement to The Hill Friday, a DNC spokeswoman confirmed the committee’s suspicion about Mifsud.
“The DNC's counsel has attempted to serve Mifsud for months and has been unable to locate or contact him. In addition, public reports have said he has disappeared and hasn't been seen for months," said spokeswoman Adrienne Watson.
The committee indicated it had hired an investigator to locate Mifsud, but the investigator had been unsuccessful and had been told Mifsud may be deceased.
Papadopulos, who worked as a foreign policy advisor for the Trump campaign, was jailed Friday for 14 days for lying to investigators probing allegations of collusion between Russia and Trump campaign officials.
In March 2016, Papadopoulos had met with Mifsud, a Maltese professor based in London. The academic told Papadopoulos that Russia had “dirt” on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and arranged meetings between the campaign aide and two Russians with Kremlin contacts.
At a meeting with Trump and top campaign officials, Papadopoulos offered to broker a meeting between the GOP presidential candidate and Russian President Vladimir Putin, and claims Trump “nodded” in agreement.
Mifsud’s Ukrainian fiancée told Buzzfeed News in March that she had last seen him in fall last year while pregnant with his child and had been unable to contact him since. She has since given birth to a girl. According to the outlet, Italian prosecutors seeking to summon Mifsud to court to answer financial fraud charges have been unsuccessful in locating him.
Mifsud’s biography has been removed from universities in Scotland and Italy where he taught.

Abrams was willing to go on record against Simmons and Calloway.
Abrams was willing to put her face and name behind the allegations with an on-camera interview with Reid. In fact, she had already sat down and recorded an interview with Reid.
NBC still refused to run it.

After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.
Hillary's devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury, followed by his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.
Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, "I do not recall," "I have no recollection," and "I don't know" a total of 56 times while under oath. (Sound familiar?)
After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had "mistakenly thought was hers."
So you see, the email scandal and all of her malfeasance regarding the handling of Top Secret information, not to mention the "pay to play" schemes of the Clinton Foundation, are nothing new.
Hillary’s entire political career has been nothing but a web of lies, corruption and destruction in her quest for power.
