Feds Scramble after Las Vegas Shooter’s Girlfriend Lists FBI as Place of Employment on Loan Application; ‘She Might have Been an Asset’
Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock, worked for the FBI, according to credit application data the Australian national reported as part of a loan application.
That’s the same Danley whose fingerprints were found on Paddock’s horde of ammunition packed into unused rifle magazines.
Publicly available intelligence obtained from consumer credit reporting bureaus show Danley claimed the “Federal Bureau of Investigation” as her place of employment.
Interesting revelation.
When contacted Friday, one FBI source said the Bureau “might have made payments to Danley but it is above my level,” the source said referring to access to the FBI’s confidential informant participant and payment records. The source said “bosses are concerned” with the new revelations about Danley’s financial relationship with the FBI.
In FBI speak, Danley could have been a paid asset. And ‘concerned’ means folks are getting ready to cover their own butts if payments were made to Danley either before or after the massacre.
Perhaps FBI Director Christopher Wray can shed light on the matter.
Or Danley. If you can find her. It took the FBI days to locate her and interview her after the Mandalay Bay massacre.
Danley is an Australian national. She is not a U.S. citizen.
Of course this bombshell Intel is coming from FBI sources in the beltway, not the corrupt Las Vegas FBI field office headed by Aaron Rouse. The same FBI field office that has not been able to pinpoint a motive for the Oct. 1, 2017 massacre that killed 57 people.
Little wonder why the narrative doesn’t fit the crime if the person whose fingerprints are on the ammunition also happens to be on your FBI payroll.
A YouTube video surfaced Thursday highlighting a database search with Danley’s apparent employment link to the FBI as reported by database giant Intelius as well.
Perhaps a member of Congress can investigate. Who else can we call?

Tom Frieden, former head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has been arrested amid allegations of forcible touching, sex abuse and harassment.
CNBC confirmed that Frieden was arrested on those charges after inappropriately touching a woman in October 2017.
Local media reported that the Frieden groped the woman in his Brooklyn home and that the woman reported the incident in July.

US Police Arrest Suspect in Multiple Rape Cold Cases, Turns Out He’s a Nazi
North Carolina police arrested a man accused of six rapes from 2006 to 2008 in Fayetteville. Photographs released by the police department show Darold Wayne Bowden with a giant swastika tattoo on his chest.
The Fayetteville Police Department appears to have solved a cold case they've been tracking since 2006, when two sexual assaults were reported within days of each other at the King's Grant Condominiums on Ramsey Street. The other crimes were reported in the same area, and thus the assaulter was given the moniker "Ramsey Street Rapist."
"We are committed to getting justice for each and every one of the victims in these cases and to holding this defendant accountable for his actions that really startled and rattled our community years ago," District Attorney Bill West of Cumberland County told reporters at a news conference. "This individual has been in our community, walking around our streets for the last 10 years, probably smirking, thinking he got away with this. Well, he didn't."
Cops said they used DNA collected 12 years ago to link Bowden to the crimes, sending it to a Virginia-based company to run tests. "They were able to triangulate and figure out a strong person of interest for us," Fayetteville Lt. John Somerindyke said.
While Bowden has only been charged in connection to six cases between 2006 and 2008, one woman told local media that she was jogging when Bowden raped her in the woods last year.
"All these cases are important to us. Our victims, more importantly, are important to us, and we're going to do whatever it takes to get them justice," Somerindyke said.
Police said the charges against Bowden include: "First Degree Forcible Rape (three counts); First Degree Forcible Sex Offense (three counts); Second Degree Forcible Rape (four counts); Second Degree Forcible Sex Offense (13 counts); First Degree Statutory Rape, Indecent Liberties with a Child and First Degree Kidnapping (six counts); First Degree Burglary (five counts); Felony Larceny (two counts); and Felony Possession of Stolen Goods (two counts)."
Bowden's bond was set at $18.8 million. On Thursday, he saw his first day in court.

Justice Department Obtains $410,000 Settlement of Housing Discrimination Lawsuit Against Tinley Park, Illinois, for Refusing to Approve Low-Income Housing Development
The Justice Department today announced that it settled a lawsuit against the Village of Tinley Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, alleging that it violated the Fair Housing Act when it refused to approve a low-income housing development in response to race-based community opposition.
The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago, Illinois, in November 2016, alleged that the Village of Tinley Park discriminated against prospective tenants of a proposed development when it refused to approve the project, despite the Tinley Park Planning Department’s finding that the project was in “precise conformance” with the applicable building requirements. Under Tinley Park’s zoning ordinances, Tinley Park’s Plan Commission should have approved the project and allowed construction to begin. Instead, the lawsuit alleged that in response to race-based community opposition, Tinley Park trustees requested the Plan Commission table consideration of the project. The Plan Commission did so, stalling the project indefinitely.
Under the settlement, the Village will pay a total of $360,000 in monetary damages to the Village’s former planning director who was placed on leave because of her support for the project, as well as a $50,000 civil penalty to the United States. In addition, the Village will also take a number of actions to guard against further housing discrimination, including training elected officials and individuals involved in the planning process, developing a fair housing policy, and hiring a fair housing compliance officer. The developer of the property reached a separate settlement with the Village in April 2017.
“Increasing access to housing, including through affordable housing, is important to the development of our communities,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General John Gore of the Civil Rights Division. “The Justice Department will continue to enforce federal civil rights laws, and protect against discrimination, including on the basis of race, with respect to access to affordable housing.”
“Access to housing free from discrimination is a right afforded to all Americans,” said U.S. Attorney John R. Lausch, Jr. of the Northern District of Illinois. “This settlement is an example of our office’s continuing effort to enforce anti-discrimination laws that protect those rights.”

A Tampa whistleblower is suing the Barry A. Cohen, the lawyer who represented him in a major whistleblower lawsuit in 2017.
A Tampa whistleblower is suing his lawyers, saying their missteps cost him potentially millions of dollars in his 2011 case.
Former pharmaceutical sales representative Brian Vinca alleges in a case filed Aug. 15 in Hillsborough County circuit court that he should not have had to share his portion of a $350 million settlement reached last year in his whistleblower case.
The charges stem from 2011, when Vinca accused his previous employer, Advanced BioHealing, of illegally paying medical providers to use its human skin substitute, Dermagraft.
Vinca maintains he should have been entitled to at least $52 million under whistleblower statutes, which set aside 15 to 25 percent of a settlement to the first whistleblower who identifies a pattern of abuse.
But he won’t get that amount under the current settlement. The Department of Justice, which had intervened in the settlement, listed eight other whistleblowers who would share in the reward for bringing pertinent information about the wrongdoing, namely identifying Medicaid and Department of Veteran’s Affiars fraud.
Vinca said he and his co-filer, Jennifer Sweeney, provided that same information to their lawyers, Tampa’s Barry A. Cohen. Cohen omitted it from the original lawsuit despite having sufficient documentation to do so, the lawsuit said.
"They provided an abundance of documentation," Vinca’s lawer, Tampa’s Noel McDonell, said.
What’s more, Cohen, the lawsuit said, allowed a disbarred lawyer to give Vinca and Sweeney advice and legal guidance, which disbarred lawyers are not allowed to do.
Cohen could not be reached Thursday for comment.
Vinca is seeking a jury trial.

Recently, the job review site Glassdoor compiled a list of 15 different companies [SEE LINK BELOW] that don’t require job applicants to have college degrees. The list includes high-paying tech outlets like Apple, Google, and IBM, in addition to service-oriented companies like Costco, Starbucks, and Chipotle.
Abandoning the four-year degree as a qualification might feel like a dramatic break from hiring orthodoxy. But in some ways, it’s more surprising that so many companies still insist upon a degree in the first place.
“Academic qualifications will still be taken into account and indeed remain an important consideration when assessing candidates as a whole, but will no longer act as a barrier to getting a foot in the door,” Maggie Stilwell, Ernst and Young’s managing partner for talent, told the Huffington Post when that company dropped the requirement.
In other words: Companies will hire the candidates whose experience and skills best suit them for the job. Many of those successful applicants will have university degrees. Some of them will not.
Google acknowledged several years ago that college transcripts and test scores are worthless predictors of later job performance. (The only exceptions were very recent graduates, and even then the correlation was weak.) At IBM, where roughly 15% of new hires in the U.S. don’t have college degrees, CEO Ginni Rometty has said that vocational courses and on-the-job experience offer more relevant training for many tech sector positions than a four-year college degree.
It’s not that college degrees are useless. For many people, university is the place where they acquire skills employers value. But automatically discounting people who earn that same knowledge through a different path can be counterproductive.
Which hypothetical resume offers a more convincing case for a candidate’s work ethic or motivation: one from a recent college graduate who majored in computer science, or that of a self-taught coder who acquired those same skills while also managing full-time employment? What a person knows is more important that how they learned it.

Marilou Danley, the girlfriend of Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock, worked for the FBI, according to credit application data the Australian national reported as part of a loan application.
That’s the same Danley whose fingerprints were found on Paddock’s horde of ammunition packed into unused rifle magazines.
Publicly available intelligence obtained from consumer credit reporting bureaus show Danley claimed the “Federal Bureau of Investigation” as her place of employment.
Interesting revelation.
When contacted Friday, one FBI source said the Bureau “might have made payments to Danley but it is above my level,” the source said referring to access to the FBI’s confidential informant participant and payment records. The source said “bosses are concerned” with the new revelations about Danley’s financial relationship with the FBI.
In FBI speak, Danley could have been a paid asset. And ‘concerned’ means folks are getting ready to cover their own butts if payments were made to Danley either before or after the massacre.
Perhaps FBI Director Christopher Wray can shed light on the matter.
Or Danley. If you can find her. It took the FBI days to locate her and interview her after the Mandalay Bay massacre.
Danley is an Australian national. She is not a U.S. citizen.

Actually anon, I have done it all that a woman can do, my daughter is a college graduate, gainfully employed and living on her own at age 23, I care for my 16 year old disabled son and have had much success in the worklife. I went back to school to further my education and have a 3.93 GPA and I cook a wicked beef stew. Its true I am divorced but I have only been married once and my ex is going on wife number 4. What I am trying to say is gender should not matter when living life, we all have challenges. I will give the gender plays a role how we may act or behave and in regards to choices we may make, but it should restrict women to a kitchen nor men to the role of provider only.
