It's 10 minutes of drone surveillance on a house in Bedford, New Hampshire.
Based on the embedded coordinates, it's this lovely home:

Which is/was owned by Granite Reality, LLC. The New Hampshire Secretary of State lists the principal of Granite Reality, LLC to be Scott Gerald Borgerson.
Scott Gerald Borgerson was married to Ghislane Maxwell from 2016-2021.
It appears to be a gathering of 20-30 people. They're doing something out in the woods early in the morning. I'm not sure of everything I'm looking at but – it was important enough to be included in Data Set 9.
