Bronx ADA Resigns After Being Caught On Camera Allegedly Attempting To Meet 13 Year Old Boy

A prosecutor for the Bronx has been forced to resign after being caught on camera allegedly trying to meet up with a 13 year old boy he met online, the New York Post reported last week.

30 year old William C.C. Kemp-Neal resigned from the Bronx District Attorney's officeafter Dads Against Predators posted a video of him in a Target parking lot in Mount Vernon.

In the July 8 footage, vigilantes confront Kemp-Neal, identifying him as "Marcus," causing him to flee. According to the Post, Kemp-Neal, a Fordham Law graduate, earned $84,990 as anADA, focusing on assault, harassment, and child endangerment cases.

“Excuse me everybody, this man right here came to meet a 13-year-old boy," the vigilantes can be heard yelling, while chasing Kemp-Neal.

“You wanna take him to get a milkshake, right Marcus?” another asks after they catch up to him.

The chase ended when a bystander intervened, putting Kemp-Neal in a chokehold, according to the footage. Kemp-Neal struggles to breathe and tries to escape while being interrogated by one of the men, before police broke up the scene, the report said.

A police statement said officers “encountered several individuals making allegations of wrongdoing,” and said they would undertake a “comprehensive investigation.”

He has not been arrested or charged with a crime so far.Meanwhile, DA Darcel Clark’s office told The Post: “William Kemp-Neal worked here as an ADA from June 28, 2020, until July 17, 2024.”

Olympics organisers are facing fresh questions about the conditions in the athletes' village and the water quality in the River Seine, after a goldmedallist was spotted sleeping in a park, and a number of athletes have fallen ill. There's been headache after headache for Paris Games officials through the first week of competition - and two of the biggest talking points have been the athletes' village and River Seine.

The cardboard beds have been a huge point of contention for the athletes in Paris, with many complaining they're too hard and not conducive to a good night's sleep. Thebeds are designed to be environmentally friendlyand can be re-used after the Games, but the athletes hate them.

One such athlete is Italian swimming champion Thomas Ceccon, who won gold in the 100m backstroke. Ceccon had previously aired his complaints about the beds and overall conditions in the village, but the situation took a staggering turn on Sunday night.

The Italian was snapped by another athlete sleeping outside in a park on nothing more than a towel. Ceccon had clearly grown fed-up with the situation and decided he'd be better off out in the elements. The 23-year-old had previously complained about the conditions in the village after failing to make the 200m breaststroke final.

“There is no air-conditioning in the village. It’s hot, the food is bad,"Ceccon had told The Sun. “Many athletes move for this reason. It’s not an alibi or an excuse, it’s the reality of what perhaps not everybody knows. I’m disappointed that I didn’t make the final, but I was too tired. It’s hard to sleep both at night and in the afternoon. Here, I really struggle between the heat and the noise.”

Aussie superstar Ariarne Titmus had also aired hercomplaints about the village, suggesting it might have cost her a world record in the 400m freestyle. Titmus won the gold, but her time was noticeably slow.

Athletes comes down ill after swimming in River Seine

Meanwhile, the water quality in the River Seine is also back in the spotlight after a number of athletes came down ill. The mixed relay is due to take place on Monday morning, but could be pushed back after heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday againcaused levels of bacteria in the water to rise.

But the Belgian team won't be taking part, even if the pollution levels subside. Claire Michel, who finished 38th in the women's triathlon on Wednesday, has fallen ill after swimming in the Seine and won't be able to compete.

The Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee said in a statement thatMichel "is unfortunately ill and will have to withdraw from the competition." The statement did not elaborate on Michel's illness, butBelgian media have reported it is due to E. coli.

Concerns have been raised over the iconic river's water quality, but officials deemed it safe for the men's and women's triathlons last week. Organisers had said bacteria levels in the river were at a level that was considered safe for the athletes. But Swiss triathlete Adrien Briffod has also fallen ill following the men’s race.

The Deep State Department paid Russian President Vladimir Putin a billion dollars for the safe return of Wall Street Journal Reporter and alleged spy Evan Gershkovich, who was detained by Russia’s Federal Security Service on charges of espionage in March 2023 and later sentenced to 16 years in prison by a Russian court. Last week, the criminal Biden regime announced it had struck a deal with Putin to secure Gershkovich’s freedom; in exchange for him, the cabal arranged for the release of several Russian prisoners held in the U.S. and other Western nations—but there has been no public mention of the cash payout.

Info about the billion bucks came to Real Raw News via FSB agent Andrei Zakharov, a tenured member of Russia’s Federal Security Service and an invaluable source of information on Putin’s protracted Special Military Operation in Ukraine. According to Zakharov, Gershkovich is a CIA asset working for Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the U.S. State Department. He said Gershkovich was caught in March 2023 trying to remotely access a Ministry of Defense mainframe that held classified details about Russian Special Forces activities in Kyiv. At the time of Gershkovich’s arrest, he allegedly had an SSD card concealed in the sole of his shoe. When Zakharov’s FSB comrades inspected the drive, they found a “bait” file with false tactical data. The MoD, Zakharov said, often seeds its network with enticing false data a spy or criminal would find irresistible.

“This filth, this man Gershkovich, he probably thought he hit, how you say, the jackpot, but all he gets is bad information. The only way file got on that card is him copying it there. Of course, the pig said he knew nothing about it—it was planted, he said. But, no, he is a spy. We could have executed him,” Zakharov said.

The U.S. State Department, he added, had been begging for Gershkovich’s release since the day he was caught, but Vladimir Putin wanted reciprocation: the safe return of Russian “patriots” incarcerated in the U.S., the U.K., and German prisons, particularly Vadim Krasikov, a colonel from Russia’s secret service who was imprisoned for life in Germany for killing a Chechen dissident in Berlin in 2019.

In mid-2021, it seemed as though the State Dept. and the Kremlin had reached an agreement on the Krasikov for Gershkovich exchange, but Putin moved the goalpost a day before the swap was scheduled to take place, demanding the return of two more Russian prisoners.

“President Putin wanted to see how badly the CIA wanted him back. If they give him up so easily, maybe they give more, that kind of thing,” Zakharov said.

The State Dept. accused Putin of reneging on the deal and swore it wouldn’t sweeten the pot to appease the Russian president. However, in June 2022, the criminal Antony Blinken requested that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev meet him in Warsaw for negotiations, to hammer out a deal favorable to both the U.S. and Russia. That meeting, Zakharov said, was terse and concluded with Blinken conceding to Putin’s demands. Again, a deal seemed set in stone.

And again, the deal collapsed when Putin, two days ahead of the prisoner swaps, changed the conditions of the bargain, this time demanding the release of six Russian patriots. Blinken accused Medvedev of blackmailing the U.S., and the deal stalled.

For reasons unclear, the regime contacted Medvedev in June 2024 with a tempting offer: Gershkovich for eight Russians, two more than Putin had asked for.

“Prime Minister Medvedev gave President Putin the information. Putin said the deal must include one billion dollars and the eight men. Putin does not need the money; he is already wealthy and wise. But he really interested to see how badly your regime wants this man back. Well, Blinken told Medvedev that, yes, he’d do the billion but no more,” Zakharov said.

Putin, he added, received the payout in cryptocurrency before Gershkovich’s release.

“Your regime is generous, and President Putin will put money to good use fighting Zelenskyy and pedophiles in Ukraine,” Zakharov said.

Wildfire Burns Harriet Hageman’s Family Homestead, More Evacuations Ordered

A 25,000-acre wildfire raging through the Haystack Hills of eastern Wyoming burned Harriet Hageman’s family homestead. She fought back tears talking about the “devastating” fire. Meanwhile, more evacuations were ordered late Friday.

U.S. Rep. Harriet Hageman, R-Wyoming, was teary-eyed and fought back her emotions talking about her family’s loss this week of her childhood home, which went up in flames when Wyoming’s largest wildfire roared through the Haystack Range.

The Hageman homestead, a rustic cabin-like structure with plastered walls and built into the side of a hill near McGinnis Pass, Wyoming, was destroyed by an uncontained wildfire in rough terrain littered with huge granite boulders and tinder fueled with juniper pinions woodland and sagebrush.

“It’s been pretty devastating,” Hageman told Cowboy State Daily.

Back in Washington, D.C., doing what she does there, Wyoming’s lone U.S. House member was preoccupied with upsetting late-night telephone conversations with her brother Hugh and older sister Julia in Torrington, who lives closest to their 100-year-old mother, Marion, in a local nursing home.

Matriarch of the family, Marion Hageman, hasn’t fully grasped the family’s devastation.

“I just saw her a couple of days ago when I was home. I’m not even sure she even knows about this fire yet,” said Hageman of her mother.

“It was a very old log house, with very thick walls because they didn’t split the wood. It was very cold in the wintertime,” she recalled. “We had one woodburning stove, and we would take Montgomery Ward catalogs when we were younger and put them on the stove and heat them through, and then wrap them in fabric and take them to bed to stay warm.”

Wind Shifts, More Evacuations

Meanwhile, by Friday evening the wind had shifted, prompting an urgent notice from Platte County officials for residents in the tiny town of Hartvilleand nearby Whalen Canyon to evacuate, their second in less than a week.

“Attention!!! Residents of Hartville and Whalen Canyon Evacuate Now!” reads a Platte County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post. “The winds have changed and the fire is advancing west. Pleasant Valley residents begin evacuation process.”

The evacuation notice also came with the announcement of local road closures, specifically for Highway 270, Whalen Canyon Road and Pleasant Valley Road.

As of 9:06 p.m. Friday, “Fire crews have been able to regain control of the fire at this time,” the sheriff’s office reported.

Among those who were quickly evacuated were the staff, volunteers and animals at the Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary.

“This evening we had to make the difficult decision to evacuate Kindness Ranch,” the sanctuary posted to its Facebook page. “The fire was picked up by the wind and headed our direction.”

All the people and animals were hustled out safely, and the “large animals (are) houses safely in metal buildings with lots of food, water and a dedicated small number of staff staying back and caring for them,” the ranch says. “We are all safe, the animals and humans.”

The wildfire as of late Friday was also upgraded from a little over 23,000 acres to 25,000 acres burned in a huge swath of flatland and hills leading into the Haystack Range.

The fire is stuck to the north of U.S. Highway 26 in the Haystacks with no containment, according to a statement issued Friday afternoon by Tyson Finnicum, a spokesman for the Wyoming State Forestry Division. …

Across from St. Francis of Assisi, members of the Messengers of Hope riding group with the Christian Motorcyclists Association held a prayer for its volunteers.

Grace Lutheran Church put on a breakfast for rallygoers.

One mile to the west, Lifespring Wesleyan Church beamed out a sermon on David and Goliath to online viewers. ==The church, which gathers in-person on most Sundays, chose to hold streaming-only services during the rally= .

That’s because many Sturgis residents, including churchgoers, hightail it out of town in late July and early August so they don’t have to deal with all the traffic and noise that comes with their town of 7,200 swelling to half a million people during the 10-day motorcycle revival.

“Our regulars get away,” the Rev. Timothy Castor of St. Francis of Assisi said. “They flee.”

Even so, the pews were nearly full Sunday. But that didn’t surprise Castor, who has served in Sturgis for 10 years.Bikers have regularly attended Mass as long as he has been there.

Some, he said, are lapsed Catholics who, for whatever reason, decide that the Sturgis rally is the time and place for them to return to the faith fold.

“I hear some very profound confessions of people being back after years and years,” Castor said, declining to elaborate on the specifics of those confessions due to his solemn vow to protect confidentiality.
