President Trump Joins Call Urging State Legislators to Review Evidence and Consider Decertifying ‘Unlawful’ Election Results

President Trump spoke to 300 state legislators from the battleground states of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia on Saturday in a Zoom conference call hosted by Got Freedom? in which the 501 (c) (4) non-profit election integrity watchdog group urged those lawmakers to review evidence that the election process in their states was unlawful and consider decertifying the results of the November 3 presidential election.

President Trump addressed the call for 15 minutes at the invitation of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who now serves as the president’s personal attorney, and was one of the featured speakers on the call.

Other featured speakers included Chapman Law School Professor John Eastman, Dr. Peter Navarro, Assistant to the President for Trade and Manufacturing (appearing in his personal capacity), John Lott, Senior Advisor, U.S. Department of Justice (also appearing in his personal capacity), and Liberty University Law School Professor Phill Kline.

Kline, a former attorney general in Kansas, is a spokesperson for the 501 (c) (4) Got Freedom? non-profit, and also serves as director of the 501 (c) (3) Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, an election integrity public interest law firm which is engaged in litigation regarding the 2020 election.

In a press statement released after the call, GotFreedom? said they conducted Saturday’s “exclusive national briefing . . . at the request of state legislators from Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to review the extensive evidence of irregularities and lawlessness in the 2020 presidential election.”

“A similar briefing is being scheduled in Washington, D.C. at the request of Members of Congress,” the group noted.

A joint session of the newly convened 117th Congress will meet in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to determine if they will accept the results of the December 14 meeting of the Electoral College, in which Joe Biden received 306 Electoral College votes for president and Donald Trump received 232 Electoral College votes.

If at least one member of the House of Representatives and one member of the Senate object to certifying those votes on Wednesday, each chamber must then separately hold a debate on whether to accept those Electoral College votes.

More than 30 members of the House have already announced they will object to certification. Last week, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) announced he will publicly object to certification.

Dallas police rescinds memo for officers to ignore stolen vehicle, criminal mischief calls after it’s leaked online

Police in Dallas, Texas, has backtracked on its memo for officers not to respond to 911 calls about an array of offenses, including car theft, criminal mischief and reckless damage, saying it was sent “prematurely” after outcry.

The internal memo, which began making rounds online on Saturday, was to come into force Monday, January 4, and would have seen police officers no longer being dispatched to 911 calls dealing with stolen cars, criminal mischief, reckless damage, graffiti, runaway children and identity theft, among other offenses.

The 911 dispatchers were instead told to ask victims to file reports online through the Dallas Online Reporting System (DORS).

According to the leaked document, an exception was to be made for callers who lack internet access or if a call-taker “hears an ongoing disturbance or distress” on the other end of the receiver.

Officers were also to respond to the otherwise deprioritized calls if the online reporting mechanism malfunctions.

Almost as soon as the memo was posted online, it drew a considerable pushback. Conservative radio host Mark Davis accused police of “a complete surrender to the attack on policing,” while others interpreted the recommendations as a call to arms.

It did not take long for the Dallas police to rescind the yet-to-be-implemented memo. However, the department did not rule out the guidelines being enforced in future, saying that the force was “still in the evaluation phase on this item.”

“Although conversations have been held on this topic, the memorandum was sent prematurely,” they said.

While some applauded the move, others argued that the police went into damage-control mode in a bid to “appease” critics, and that the memo could be reinstated when the dust settles.

Microsoft Says Source Code Was Accessed During SolarWinds Hack

"This latest cyber-assault is effectively an attack on the United States and its government and other critical institutions, including security firms."

Microsoft announced that their source code was accessed as a result of the SolarWinds breach in a statement on December 17.

“The attack is ongoing and is being actively investigated and addressed by cybersecurity teams in the public and private sectors, including Microsoft,” said Microsoft President Brad Smith. “As our teams act as first responders to these attacks, these ongoing investigations reveal an attack that is remarkable for its scope, sophistication and impact.”

Smith noted in the statement that the cyber attack is still ongoing, but the company “has identified and has been working this week to notify more than 40 customers that the attackers targeted more precisely and compromised through additional and sophisticated measures.”

Microsoft asserts that the bad actors were unable to edit the source code, but did not say how many source code repositories were compromised or how long the source code was accessed for.

While many have suggested that Russia and/or Russian actors are responsible for the SolarWinds cyber attack, President Donald Trump has suggested that China may have been involved, as National File reported.

President Trump also said that the cyber attack could have impacted “our ridiculous voting machines” during the 2020 US election, adding that the election was a “corrupted embarrassment for the USA.”

This comes after several days of the mainstream media repeatedly blaming Russia or Russian actors for the devastating attack.

‘Republicans for Biden’ Headliner Visited China On CCP-Sponsored Trip

A delegation composed of former U.S. Congressional representatives – including fundraisers for the “Republicans for Biden” group – visited a Chinese Communist Party-led think tank flagged by the U.S. government for conducting “undercover intelligence gathering” operations, The National Pulse can today reveal.

The trip was organized as part of the CUSEF operation seeking to “disseminate positive messages” and “favorable coverage” regarding China.

The delegation, which visited China’s capital city of Beijing and province of Hunan in April of 2012, featured five former members of the U.S. House of Representatives: Constance Morella, Barbara Kennelly, Philip English, John Tanner, and Martin Frost.

Morella, one of two Republican members on the five-person delegation, backed Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020, holding fundraisers on behalf of Biden as part of the “Republicans for Biden” group. She has also recently participated in pro-CCP policy events alongside Chinese Communist Party representatives on Capitol Hill.

“I just don’t hold [Trump] in the highest regard with regard to integrity,” said Morella, who accepted the trip and speaking roles from the greatest human rights-abuser nation in the world: China.

A 2011 Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) between lobbying firm BLJ Worldwide and its client, trip organizer China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF). CUSEF is a Chinese Communist Party-funded initiative founded by Tung Chee Hwa which often targets American universities with offers to fund policy research, high-level dialogues, and exchange programs.

Its chairman, Tung, also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, (CPPCC) which is identified by the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission as a key component of the Chinese Communist Party’s United Work Front effort, “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party.”

“The United Front strategy uses a range of methods to influence overseas Chinese communities, foreign governments, and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” the commission’s report adds before noting Tung’s CPPCC is the “highest-ranking entity overseeing the United Front system” whereby “military and civilian officials coordinate foreign influence operations.”

The filing reveals: “following the visits, BLJ will work with the former Congressmen to create reports on their experience that will be distributed to politicians, experts, and other relevant individuals and organizations in the US. BLK will also explore securing media coverage surrounding the visits” as part of CUSEF’s broader goal to garner “favorable coverage” and “disseminate positive messages” in Western media.

The attendees – chosen due to their euphemistically-called “open-minded perspective to China” – are listed in a 2013 CUSEF FARA filing as having had China-bound trips “arranged”:

Former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer Signs Recall Petition for Gavin Newsom

Former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer (R) has signed a recall petition aimed at California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), the latest sign that the campaign is gaining momentum — and that, if successful, Newsom could face a formidable opponent.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Saturday:

Faulconer told The San Diego Union-Tribune as recently as last month that he is considering his own run for governor. He served seven years as San Diego’s mayor.

Faulconer won a special election in 2014 after the previous Democratic mayor was ousted in a sexual harassment scandal. He was later re-elected and served for nearly seven years. He left in December after reaching the two-term limit.

Though he was the only Republican mayor of a major American city, Faulconer often tacked to the left. In 2015, for example, he joined Democrats in threatening ton boycott Indiana over that state’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which was a response to a spate of lawsuits by LGBTQ activists against Christian business owners. Then-Gov. Mike Pence (R) asked for changes to the law to clarify that it was not intended to discriminate against LGTBQ individuals.

The effort to recall Newsom reported last month that it was halfway to the threshold of 1.5 million signatures needed by March 17 to qualify for the next ballot.

GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is in negotiations with Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to block the reported 140+ representatives and a dozen senators who have publicly announced their intentions to object to controversial slates of electors submitted from contested states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud, senior Capitol Hill sources tell National File.

Our sources explain that a McCarthy and Pelosi effort to stymie the grassroots-led effort to pursue a transparent 2020 election would mark a decided break from the populist flavored politics of the last four years back toward the bi-partisan days of back room deals, horse trading, and pay-to-play lobbying D.C. is so famous for.

National File’s sources also note that Vice President Mike Pence, as the presiding officer of the joint session of Congress scheduled for January 6, would almost certainly be informed of this effort.

Such a move would almost certainly derail Minority Leader McCarthy’s chances of one day assuming the role of House Speaker, multiple sources tell National File.

The move would be designed to stop a potential contingent election in the House of Representatives. If the Republican-led Senate and Pence were to refuse to accept Electoral College votes from states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud, and neither President Donald Trump nor Joe Biden receive the requisite 270 electoral votes, a contingent election would be required in the House of Representatives.

In a contingent election, each state represented in the House only receives one vote. As National File previously reported, “While the House of Representatives has more representatives based on population, there are currently 27 states that have sent Republican representatives to the House, and 20 states that have sent Democratic representatives to the House. Three states have an even split.”

In an email to National File, McCarthy’s office explicitly denied that he is working to block this, contradicting multiple senior Congressional staff members who spoke to National File.

Since the election, McCarthy has been an unreliable ally of the President’s at best. In November, shortly after the election was contested by President Donald Trump, McCarthy caved to corporate media pressure after initially declaring President Trump the victor of the 2020 election.

McCarthy later claimed that he did not declare President Trump the winner of the 2020 election at all, “but rather was crediting the president with Republican wins in House races.”

Though the McCarthy may have appeared to be close to President Trump through 2020 election, McCarthy loudly repudiated President Trump’s effort to withdraw troops from Syria in late 2019.

Additionally, in 2016, McCarthy privately commented that President Trump was one of two Republican politicians on the Russian payroll, and specifically said that he believes President Trump was funded by Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling into question McCarthy’s multiple public assurances that he is working on behalf of President Trump. He later claimed he made the comment in jest after it was reported by The New York Times.

New York Magazine‘s Intelligencer took McCarthy’s joke on its face, explaining then Majority Leader’s laughing: “While it is true that McCarthy and Ryan laughed during their conversation, people laugh all the time at statements they recognize as completely true.”

London is the only non-Asian city to crack the list with 399 CCTV cameras per square kilometer.

Beijing ranks in tenth place. The Chinese capital has the highest number of CCTV cameras in total, at just over 1.1 million installed in the city.

Although CCTV cameras have become extremely prevalent in cities around the world, this does not mean these cameras are seeing and recognizing our every move. In most instances, cameras are in a fixed position—and some of the more invasive aspects of CCTV, like accompanying facial recognition technology, are not universal yet.

The ubiquity of surveillance cameras can be unnerving to some, as they represent diminishing privacy. However, there are also those that feel the presence of cameras creates added safety.

LIVE COVERAGE: House votes to name Speaker

Rep. Ron Kind (D-Wis.), a former chairman of the moderate New Democrat Coalition who has supported a change in party leadership, declined to say Sunday afternoon if he would oppose Pelosi on the floor, as he had done two years ago.

Asked if he would disclose how he'll vote in the Speaker's race, Kind said, "I will in about an hour, when I'm voting."

Kind was one of 15 Democrats to oppose Pelosi's Speakership bid in 2019, when he voted instead for Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), the civil rights icon who passed away in July.

Two incoming Republican representatives, David Valadeo (Calif.) and Maria Elvia Salazar (Fla.), who recently tested positive for coronavirus, are not expected to be present for the Speaker’s vote, one GOP aide confirmed to The Hill.

The absences could give Democrats a little more room in getting the votes to Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for Speaker given some expected defections on their side.

The House on Sunday will vote to name its Speaker, an event that almost certainly will end with another term for Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) but that could provide a bit of drama for the start of the 117th Congress.

The rare Sunday vote, to begin at 2:30 p.m. EST, will extend Pelosi's historic reign; she is the first female Speaker twice over and has led the Democrats for nearly two decades.

But she can afford few defections on Sunday from within her restive caucus, and several Democrats have either vowed to oppose her or declined to reveal how they intend to vote.

Following the Democrats' mauling at the polls in November, they hold a razor-thin majority over the Republicans — 222 seats to 211 — heading into the new Congress, creating a tricky math problem for Pelosi, who needs the support of at least half of the lawmakers voting Sunday on the chamber floor.

Complicating the equation for the 80-year-old Pelosi has been the coronavirus pandemic, which has sickened at least two of her supporters — Reps. Rick Larsen (D-Wash.) and Gwen Moore (D-Wis.) — in the final days of December.

Larsen is expected to vote on Sunday, while it's less clear if Moore, who tested positive more recently, will participate.

Pelosi is running unopposed, however, and enjoys overwhelming support from her caucus, despite internal divisions and a difficult election cycle that saw Republicans pick up at least 13 seats.

In a letter to her caucus Sunday morning, Pelosi was confident that she has the Speaker vote wrapped up.

"I am confident that the Speaker’s election today will show a united Democratic Caucus ready to meet the challenges ahead, and that we are prepared to set our country on a new course, starting with the Electoral College meeting on Wednesday," she wrote.

What Happened: Approximately one week ago former pharmaceutical (Merck) rep Brandy Vaughan, founder of non-profit LearnTheRisk (learntherisk.org), was found dead in her home. Her death was sudden, suspicious and is currently being investigated by authorities. What’s drawn many people’s attention to her death is that she made a Facebook post towards the end of last year urging people to investigate her death and spread the word if she were to be found dead. Prior to that Facebook post she put up a video on YouTube expressing how she had been harrassed and had experienced some weird things as she seemed to be quite shaken and worried. She said it was “scary.”

In her Facebook post, not only did she request journalists to cover the story if she passed suddenly, but she also requested that her close friends start a fundraiser to investigate her death.

If something were to happen to me, it’s foul play and you know exactly who and why – given my work and mission in this life. I’m also NOT accident prone. And I got the highest health rating possible when I went through a battery of medical tests a couple of years ago for my life insurance policy. If something were to happen to me, I have arranged for a close group of my friends to start a GoFundMe to hire a team of private investigators to figure out all the details ( I have the team and have passed the info on to them). Oh, and money for a PR firm to make it national news. There would be a press release sent to every journalist in this country (and more). The latest update comes from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office who just announced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.

“The decedent has been positively identified and the death is believe [sic] to be a result of natural causes based on an autopsy exam conducted last week,” Santa Barbara County Sheriff Public Information Officer Raquel Zick said in a statement. “The final cause and manner of death determination are pending toxicology screening which normally takes 4-6 weeks.” (source)

The Pentagon on Thursday ordered the USS Nimitz to return to its homeport in Washington State - a move at odds with a recent warning from the president.

The Nimitz was operating just off the coast of Somalia and was in the midst of a 10-month deployment when the Defense Department announced that it would be returning to homeport.

The move comes just two days after the US flew strategic bombers over Iran as a show of force and a week after Trump warned its government that it would be held responsible for attacks targeting Americans in Iraq.

In preparation for that rally and the outcome of the congressional meeting I would like to get people together the night before, on Tuesday, January 5th, for a prayer walk around the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

We will meet on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial at 3:00pm for a brief corporate prayer, then spend the remaining time doing a group prayer walk around the Reflecting Pool.

We will pray for safety during the rally, for our country and president, and for God's truth and justice to prevail at the congressional meeting.

When VP Mike Pence comes to count the votes of the 7 Duelling Elector States on Jan 6th and someone raises an objection on the grounds of Election Fraud (which they will) what is to stop him saying, "Well why don't we hear the evidence right here and now before we decide which slate of Electors to count?"

What then follows is a full world-wide public hearing of the evidence - something no court has actually done so far. I suspect POTUS has some real tasty evidence tucked away that nobody has seen yet - like what might be in DNI Ratcliffe's post election report. How could anybody object to those disputed 84 votes going to POTUS after everybody has seen indisputable evidence?

POTUS won a landslide victory, perhaps the biggest victory in history so wouldn't he want the real actual numbers preserved in the history books rather than take some "procedural" route to victory that would be disputed by the Dems and many world leaders and which hang over his administration for the whole of his second term?

Several Republican senators are vowing to challenge electoral votes in the 2020 presidential election from several battleground states when the votes are formally counted at a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, with the hopes of establishing a commission to determine who gets the votes.

Unlike what was called for by a failed lawsuit from Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, the suggestion here is not to simply overturn the election results outright and award a second term to President Trump, but rather to have an independent investigation of those states' elections. While out of the ordinary, it would not be the first time for such a process, as it is what happened following the 1876 election, allowing Rutherford B. Hayes to become president.

"We should follow that precedent," Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and 10 other current and incoming senators said in a joint statement, referring to the race between Hayes and Samuel Tilden. "To wit, Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the commission's findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed."

In 1877, following the 1876 election, returns from Florida, Louisana, and South Carolina – and one elector from Oregon – were disputed. Congress then set up a commission to determine how the electoral votes should be allocated, reserving the right to accept or reject the commission's findings. In the end, Congress awarded all 19 of the contested electoral votes to Hayes, who was elected with 185 electoral votes to Tilden's 184.
