Anyway having read many of powells filings in the flynn case i find her legal work product to be of the highest caliber- succinct clear well written and propely structured.

that is why i was so stunned by the kraken. it is NONE of those things. It reads like an investigative report and/or a news media/PR piece. It is packed with stories, and references to evidence, news article, lkegisltative comments, witness testimony etc etc - it goes far beyond a normal complaint which only requires and only needs "a concise statement of the FACTS showing thepleader is entitled to relief" This reads like legal pulp fiction, and also has typos and doesnt even allege jurisdictional and standing/status of the parties in the body of the complaint. VERY strange and very weak considering what was touted.

So lawfag got blasted for making these points last night but they are all true 100% Something is afoot and this is NOT a normal or proper legal complaint. There are only 2 options - either Powell forgot how to drat a proper complaint, or this is intentional. Lawfag discards the former possibility, and also dismissed the idea that to me pressure forced this. No- this crap took LONGER to "craft" than a proper complaint. Option 2 then is correct = so what is the motive, tactic and/or strategy employed here?
