Report: Ghislaine Maxwell Believes Jeffrey Epstein Was Murdered, Fears She’s Next

Ghislaine Maxwell believes her former boss Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his New York City prison cell and fears she will also be killed, a family friend of the alleged madame told The Sun.

The Sun reports:

A family friend told The Sun On Sunday Maxwell, 58, fears she will be bumped off inside the brutal New York jail which warders describe as a “hellhole”.

Another source said: “It’s the same as Guantanamo Bay — lights on, noise and constant interruption of sleep”.

The report comes after a judge denied bail for Maxwell last Tuesday, ruling that she is a flight risk and may try to flee the country instead of facing charges for allegedly recruiting young girls for Epstein to engage in sexual acts with.

U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan said even the most restrictive form of release would be insufficient to ensure Maxwell would not flee, particularly now that she knows a conviction could result in up to 35 years in prison.

As the judge explained her reasoning for denying bail, Maxwell dropped her head repeatedly, appearing dejected. At one point, she appeared to wipe a tear from underneath one eye as she sat alone in a room at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where she has been housed since last week.

Maxwell, 58, has been held without bail since her July 2 arrest at her million-dollar New Hampshire estate, where prosecutors say she refused to open the door for FBI agents, who busted through to find her in an interior room.

She was listed in Epstein's black book under his Financial Trust Company in the “Island” contact info. She would become a trustee on the board the Antilles School, both her daughters attending it. Her husband Mathias founded See & Ski Powerboat Rentals in 1983 which is located at the St. Thomas marina, dock A. A company of Epstein’s, VT&T, LLC, at the Red Hook Quarter address as Jeanne Brennan's, is Epstein's contact for his microwave industrial/business pool license. This license is for private microwave radio transmission communications running from St. Thomas to Epstein's which he attained in October 17, 2014, expiring in October 17, 2024. A question for application was, “Has the applicant or any party to this application, or any party directly or indirectly controlling the applicant, ever been convicted of a felony by any state or federal court?” The answer was of course "yes". No, problem….. The coordinates for Epstein's equipment on Little St. James Island are next to the "tennis courts", not far from the "sundial".

Erika Kellerhals arrived in the Virgin Islands. In 2008 she started her company, Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC, in St. Thomas, VI, and on Wall Street. In 2015, she would become Epstein's secretary in his company Gratitude America Ltd. Foundation run out of St. Thomas, in charge of the books. She, among the other women listed in throughout this timeline, would also serve on the board of the Antilles School.

Andrew Farkas and Epstein, at first anonymously as a "passive investor", formed an equal partnership in the American Yacht Harbor, in Red Hook, St. Thomas. The Marina has 127 slips and a shopping center, accommodating supersized yachts. Dock B3 is the address of a number of Epstein’s businesses, with 3,200 sq. feet of office space and six boat slips. Farkas also own IGY Marinas has 17 ports, among which are those of St. Thomas, the Turks & Caicos, St. LuciaColombia, Italy, France, New York, Florida, Maine, and Mexico. The Turks & Caicos and St. Lucia are among those areas the Clintons and Richard Branson, among others, conduct their Ten Island Challenge claiming to aid against “climate change” with solar farms, which was expanded to 20 islands, places of heavy tourism. Investigations began on a financial crime ring in the U.S. Virgin Islands, but among the investigators were dirty prosecutors. It involved Gov. John P. de Jongh, his attorney general Vincent Frazer, Clinton donor S. A grand jury had been underway, but the head of the fraud division running the investigation, retired, and Holder stopped the grand jury from proceeding with arrests. In Oct. 2011, the Feds from IRS, DEA, and U.S. Marshalls, conducted a raid on the VI's government computer system, but the reason or anything found relative to the raid was never publicized. In May of 2012, de Jongh had flown to DC to meet with Holder and other DOJ officials. While bundling campaign funds for Obama’s 2012, Margorie Roberts was the tax attorney had faciliated the offshore tax benefits approved by the Governor, whose chief of staff was Berkowsky and who also tried to cash in on the tax fraud for her husband's medical businesses. It wasn't until Aug. 18, 2015 that de Jongh was arrested along with the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority Julito Frances for embezzlement of public funds, but it was relative to the $490,000 and not to the tax fraud involving the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation. However, the charges were dropped and the case dismissed.

NM judge issues temporary restraining order; restaurants can open for 10 days

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A judge has put the brakes on part of the governor’s most recent public health order, ruling New Mexico restaurants can offer in-house dining for the next ten days. This comes after the New Mexico Restaurant Association filed a lawsuit against the state.

Starting Monday, July 20 restaurants can once again serve indoor at a 50% capacity. The owners of Trinity Hotel and Restaurant in Carlsbad, who were a part of the lawsuit, say this is a huge win.

“I was just elated to just share with my staff and my family. This has been a very tough road for all of us,” says Janie Balzano, co-owner.

It’s just a ten-day restraining order, so the judge could reverse the course at the end of the month. The New Mexico Restaurant Association, along with half a dozen eateries, sued the state law week. They claimed they were being unfairly singled out when the governor announced that restaurants could no longer have customers eating inside, to help stem the tide of the coronavirus cases.

According to the restraining order, the state failed to file a response in time. Last week, the governor’s latest public health order led to a protest from restaurants around the state. Trinity Hotel and restaurant was one of them.

“My employees. When my husband told them we got to shut down because we can’t do a patio, they had just gotten their paychecks and we thought that was going to be their last paycheck. Then they handed those paychecks back to us and said here, build a patio,” says Balzano.

KRQE News 13 asked the governor’s office why they didn’t file a response by the deadline. A spokesperson says they were going to file their response Monday, but claim the judge jumped the gun on the deadline.

Instead, the governor’s office filed an emergency motion Monday in the Supreme Court to retain the public health safeguards. The governor’s office also adds a bad ruling by a judge doesn’t change the fact that indoor dining is unsafe during the pandemic.

Trinity Hotel and Restaurant say this restraining order doesn’t change their safe practices. They will continue to use safe guards like sanitation, masks, and social distancing while serving their customers.

From my reading of the law, Broward County has broad powers concerning

public places of assembly when they deem an area to be hazardous for whatever reason. But the law does not say anything about those powers extending to the interior of your home. It only states Broward can force you to shelter in place. Perhaps they can create an argument that sheltering means wearing a mask, but seems like a stretch.
