Ballot Printing Companies Better Lawyer Up – 2020 Ballots Were Modified in Multiple Republican Areas Forcing Adjudication and Potential Fraudulent Vote Switching

It’s in the ballots. Now the printers of the ballots are in the hot seat. They better lawyer up. It appears that ballots in Republican areas were printed differently than in Democrat areas which caused more Republican ballots to go to adjudication and potentially be recorded as Biden votes.

We reported in December that inventor and data expert, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer identified a pattern in Georgia where Republican district ballots were printed differently than Democrat district ballots. The Republican areas’ ballots were set up where a large percentage would go to adjudication. This allowed unknown individuals to record all the ballots for Biden.

Yesterday this same situation was discussed on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom Pandemic. In Antrim County, Michigan attorney Matt DePerno provided a double-bombshell update to his case relating to that county’s November 3, 2020 election and its voting machines and ballots from Dominion Voting Systems. On December 4, 2020, DePerno, on behalf of his client, William Bailey, successfully received a court’s permission to forensically audit the county’s Dominion machines used in the November 3, 2020, Antrim County elections.

DePerno had to fight off legal attempts to stop the public disclosure of this data, from both the radicalized Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessel (D), and the Soros-backed dishonest and equally radical Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D).

Nessel filed a lawsuit, which Benson signed onto, to stop the release of this information!

On December 13, the night before DePerno’s emergency hearing to get permission to release his forensic auditors’ report, AG Nessel tweeted a warning shot directed specifically at “Lawyers who practice in Michigan,” letting them know that their oath prevents them from filing “unjust and/or frivolous actions” or from misleading the court.

DePerno was granted permission by the court at an emergency hearing on December 14 to release the findings of that report.

DePerno’s audit team, the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), uncovered and exposed, among other things, that the Dominion voting machines used in that 2020 election were set at a 68.05% error rate, when the allowable election error rate is .0008%! These “error’ed ballots” were forced out of the counting system and into the adjudication – manual review – by an individual who decides which candidates the ballots report as voting for. The Dominion system does NOT record who made the decision and when and does NOT mandate that at least two individuals sign off on the decision, one from each major party.

On May 18, as reported by UncoverDC, Bailey and DePerno’s case was dismissed by the court:

Judge Elsenheimer dismissed [DePerno’s] client’s case yesterday with a ruling based on what DePerno says is a ‘narrow decision’ that had nothing to do with any of the evidence he and his client, Bill Bailey, have presented.

If these ballots are out of sync and we find they are out of sync in Republican precincts only, then we have another example where the printing of the ballots is in error and therefore in question.

What are the odds that this all happened randomly? We all know the answer to that.

NATO plans to cover outer space in mutual defense clause: German media

NATO plans to invoke its mutual defense clause for outer space in a clear signal to its military rivals China and Russia, German newsweekly Der Spiegel reported on Friday.

The decision is to be made at Monday’s NATO summit with the attendance of US President Biden as well as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said the magazine. "I expect the heads of state and government to decide that a serious attack on our satellites or other capacities in space can trigger the alliance (mutual defense) case," NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told Der Spiegel. Under the move, if an ally is attacked from space in the future, Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty would be triggered. “The same would apply to space as to land, water, in the air and in cyberspace. An attack on one is an attack on all – and can be answered by everyone," Stoltenberg said. He left open as to when exactly the Western military alliance would invoke Article 5. "Keeping the exact threshold unclear is part of the deterrence," he said. That notwithstanding, NATO is not planning an arms buildup in outer space. "We are a defense alliance. We will not station weapons in space," said Stoltenberg.

It is not about the militarization of space, but about the defense of key capabilities, he said. "Satellites play a key role in communication and defense, they have to be protected," he added. According to publicly available information, the US, China, India, and – most recently – Russia have successfully carried out tests with anti-satellite weapons, in which they shot down their own satellites. In 2019, NATO recognized space as a new operational domain, alongside air, land, sea, and cyberspace. Its policy adopted that year guides NATO's approach to space and ensures the right support to the alliance’s operations and missions in such areas as communications, navigation, and intelligence.

NATO member states are also planning to create a space center in the air force high command base in the southwestern German town of Ramstein in a bid to monitor, and in time likely protect, friendly satellites.

Hunter Biden Was Middleman Between Ukrainians And Democratic Lobbyists Currently Under Investigation

The smartest guy Joe Biden knows, Hunter Biden, acted as a middleman between Ukrainian energy giant Burisma and two Democratic lobbyists currently under investigation for failing to disclose their work for the scandal-plagued company, according to the Washington Free Beacon's Chuck Ross.

Biden and colleagues at the private equity firm Rosemont Seneca helped Burisma Holdings hire Blue Star Strategies, a firm owned by former Clinton administration officials Sally Painter and Karen Tramontano. Biden's emails show he played a bigger role than anyone had known in arranging Blue Star's consulting work for Burisma. Neither Biden nor the Blue Star founders registered their work under the Lobbying Disclosure Act or the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Biden's work as a middleman could also explain why federal prosecutors began scrutinizing Blue Star's work for Burisma. Republicans have scrutinized Biden over his work for the company, one of Ukraine's largest natural gas producers, as well as with various Chinese companies. Federal prosecutors are also investigating Biden over his tax affairs and foreign business dealings. -Free Beacon

According to Politico, federal prosecutors began investigating whether Blue Star during its probe into Hunter's taxes, and have been looking into whether the company violated foreign agent laws by failing to disclose their work for Burisma - including meeting with US government officials to advocate on behalf of the Ukrainian company whose president.

Putting the pieces together… last December we learned from diplomatic memos that then-Vice President Joe Biden's office was warned in 2015 that the Ukrainian oligarch who hired his son, Hunter, was deemed corrupt - and that the US Justice Department had gathered evidence to support that conclusion, according to Just The News.

"I assume all have the DoJ background on Zlochevsky," wrote former US Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt in Kiev in a 2015 letter to Biden's top advisers, referring to Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky.

"The short unclas version (in non lawyer language) is that US and UK were cooperating on a case to seize his corrupt assets overseas (which had passed through the US)," Pyatt added, noting that the asset forfeiture case against the Ukrainian billionaire "fell apart" when individuals in the Ukrainian prosecutor general's office "acted to thwart the UK case."

Gaddafi’s son seeks Libyan presidency 10 years after NATO-backed campaign plunged country into chaos – media

The son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is reportedly eyeing his country’s highest office a decade after his father was overthrown and murdered by NATO-backed rebels, triggering years of civil unrest.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi has begun to reach out to Western and other diplomats as he seeks to re-enter public life, the Times reported. Once viewed as his father’s successor, he is preparing to stand in Libya’s December 24 presidential contest. Speaking to the paper via telephone, he said he was in good health, and confirmed his relationship with a team of advisers acting on his behalf. Gaddafi is expected to publicly announce his political ambitions in the near future. However, it is still unclear whether he will be allowed to run, as a new election law currently being drafted could potentially exclude him from participating.

The 48-year-old was captured and imprisoned by militants in 2011. He was freed by his captors six years later under an amnesty agreement. Since then, he has remained in hiding. He still faces an arrest warrant in Libya, and, according to the Times, is also wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Several of his siblings remain in prison either in Libya and abroad.

Sources who spoke with the Times said the ICC warrant could be withdrawn, but that Gaddafi would likely run for office even if it were not. The paper speculated that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was a vocal proponent of the NATO campaign in Libya, would likely oppose the idea of Gaddafi’s son running for office.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi made headlines in 2018, after Bloomberg reported that Russian diplomats had spoken to him via a video link shortly after he was released from prison. A family spokesperson said around that time that Gaddafi wanted to run for president.

Moscow responded to the Bloomberg report by stating that no one should be excluded from Libya’s political process, adding that it kept in touch with various groups in the country in an effort to help facilitate peace negotiations. Libya has seen years of civil war and political turbulence following the NATO-backed intervention. It is inching towards a settlement between the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord and a separate governing body supported by military commander Khalifa Haftar, which controls the country’s east.

Both the GNA and the Haftar-backed administration have agreed to back a central government. In March, Libya’s parliament appointed Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh to lead an interim government until December’s election.

"Shot Themselves In The Foot" - AMC 'Messiah' Mudrick Battered By Bad Options Bet

On June 1st, Mudrick Capital went from hero to zero in the eyes of Reddit's Wall Street Bets rebels as the hedge fund scooped up $230 million in newly issued stock at an above market price ($27.12), prompting Redditors to herald the fund as the company's savior and sparking a bullish move in the stock - now that the firm was (marginally) better capitalized.

Just a few short hours later, a Bloomberg headline knocked the firm off their ivory tower to the moon as Redditors described them as “losers,” “scum bags” and “a large waving pile of s—t with no future," after the fund exited all of their equity position at $32 (a heroic trade making over $40 million in hours that upset the buy-and-hold frenzied WSB crowd). One Reddit post summed up their attitude to the fund's quick profit... “Mudrick didn’t stab AMC in the back…They shot themselves in the foot.”

That is where the story ended for many...

But now, as The Wall Street Journal reports, things didn't work out quite as well as Mudrick hoped and Redditors will get some schadenfreude payback...It turns out that inside Mudrick, executives were growing apprehensive and the firm’s risk committee met on the evening of June 1 and decided to exit all debt and derivative positions the following day (only the cash equity position had been exited prior).

However, as WSJ notes, that was one day too late. As it happens that among that set of derivatives positions, Mr. Mudrick had sold call options on AMC stock, producing immediate income to offset some potential losses if the theater chain did face problems (or as some might say 'picking up pennies in front a steamroller'). The derivatives gave buyers the option to buy AMC shares from Mudrick Capital for about $40 (viewed as a seeming improbability when the stock was trading below $10).

In overnight trading, AMC started to accelerate above $40... and within minutes of the open the next day had screamed up above $70 - sparking a massive surge in the price of those 'sold' call options, leaving Mudrick with a major loss...The loss on the sold options, it turns out, was big enough to not only erase the gains, it left the previously heroic-looking trader looking like the biggest loser.

WSJ reports that Mudrick Capital made a 5% return on the debt it sold but after accounting for its options trade, the fund took a net loss of about 5.4% on AMC. Mr. Mudrick’s fund is still up about 12% for the year, one of the people said. Meanwhile, investors who bought AMC stock at the start of the year and held on have gained about 2000%.

We can only imagine the reaction the WSB crowd once they find out about this.

Shi Zhengli – the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s”Bat Woman” – thanked the U.S. National Institutes of Health along with “longtime collaborators” such as the Anthony Fauci-funded Peter Daszak and Ralph Baric in a presentation on bat coronaviruses unearthed by The National Pulse.

The slide, which comes from Shi’s keynote at the European Scientific Working group on Influenza’s (ESWI) 2020 conference, is the latest piece of evidence that American taxpayer dollars were funding research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The unearthed presentation follows Senator Rand Paul questioning Dr. Anthony Fauci on his NIH agency’s financial ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the Chinese Communist Party-award winning Shi.

“For years, Dr. Ralph Baric, a virologist in the U.S., has been collaborating with Dr. Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Virology Institute, sharing his discoveries about how to create super viruses. This gain-of-function research has been funded by the NIH. Dr. Fauci, do you still support funding of the NIH funding of the lab in Wuhan,” Senator Paul inquired before Fauci asserted the claims were “entirely and completely incorrect.”

In yet another blow to Fauci’s statement, the concluding slide of Shi’s presentation extends “acknowledgments” to Baric and Peter Daszak, the president of Fauci-funded EcoHealth Alliance. “I would like to thank all the collaborators, particularly my longtime collaborators Linfa Wang, Peter Daszak, and Ralph Baric,” she notes.

Biden restores $929 mln for California high-speed rail withheld by Trump

The Biden administration late on Thursday restored a $929 million grant for California's high-speed rail that then-President Donald Trump revoked in 2019.

Trump had pulled funding for a high-speed train project in the state hobbled by extensive delays and rising costs that he dubbed a "disaster." Trump repeatedly clashed as president with California on a number of policy fronts, prompting the state to file more than 100 lawsuits against the Republican Trump administration. Democratic President Joe Biden strongly supports high-speed rail and has vowed to ensure the United States "has the cleanest, safest, and fastest rail system in the world." Biden wants to dramatically increase funding for passenger rail networks, and in April touted high-speed trains that could eventually travel almost as fast as airplanes. Federal Railroad Administration Deputy Administrator Amit Bose said Friday the agreement follows "intensive negotiations between the parties and reflects the federal government’s ongoing partnership in the development of high-speed rail."

California's lawsuit claimed the Transportation Department lacked legal authority to withhold the $929 million the administration of former President Barack Obama allocated a decade ago but had remained untapped. "The Biden Administration's restoration of nearly $1 billion for California's high-speed rail is great news for our state and our nation," U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, said in a statement. The parties agreed to restore the grant within three days, according to the settlement agreement. The funding restoration occurs as the Biden administration tries to hammer out an infrastructure spending deal with lawmakers. read more California's system, which is billed by the state as the first U.S. high-speed rail project, is estimated to cost from $69 billion to $99.8 billion and aims to be completed in the 2030s.

Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom said the funding restoration will "move the state one step closer to getting trains running in California as soon as possible." California voters approved the initial $10 billion bond for the project in 2008, and $3.5 billion in federal money was allocated two years later. California previously received $2.5 billion. Trump had threatened -- but ultimately did not see the return of the $2.5 billion.

California State Treasurer Fiona Ma noted in a letter Monday that the Obama administration had allocated $10.5 billion for high-speed rail projects in 2009 and 2010 and that there are still no operational U.S. high-speed rail lines. "To be clear, a repeat effort that spends billions without getting any new lines operational after another decade will be the death of high-speed rail in America," Ma wrote to congressional leaders. "There is simply no way the public will continue to support such an agenda without seeing tangible results."

Punjab’s provincial government is turning to coercive measures to increase participation in its Covid-19 vaccination program, after unveiling plans to disable the SIM cards of people who decline to get jabbed.

The extreme decision was made during a meeting of high-ranking civil and military officials chaired by Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid.

Rashid said that the policy would disable SIM cards belonging to those who fail to get vaccinated “beyond a certain time.”

“We are doing all we can to compel people to get vaccinated… The government cannot allow individuals, who do not want to get vaccinated, to risk lives of those who are already vaccinated,” the health minister told Pakistan’s Express Tribune. She said that the provincial government would devise a timeline for the policy’s implementation once it received formal approval from the National Command and Operation Center, which coordinates Pakistan’s national response to Covid-19.

He died on Friday afternoon at his apartment on St Kilda Road.

Police said the death was not being treated as suspicious and will prepare a report for the coroner.

Born in Carlton to Jewish migrant parents, Mr Edelsten studied at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 1966.

After working as a resident at the Royal Melbourne Hospital he became a GP and, with a colleague, established a practice in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

His open-all-hours medical clinics featured grand pianos and chandeliers in the waiting rooms. Patients, who were bulk-billed, flocked to the clinics.

Mr Edelsten was struck off the NSW medical register in 1988 for over-billing. He was later jailed for paying a hitman to assault a former patient.

Edelsten became, by his own description, a "white knight" of the Swans in 1985 as they faced dire financial pressure and concerns they couldn't survive.
