Something told me Katherine Koonce was the target and the others were just collateral damage, so I started digging on her. Katherine's maiden name is Shirley, her mothers maiden name is Gueymard.

Her great grandfather Adolphe Gueymard was the director at Zapata Corporation. The one founded by George Bush Sr. If memory serves correctly that company was a CIA front?

Katherine's grandfather was a journalist in Baton Rouge.

Bankman-Fried charged with paying $40M bribe to China

NEW YORK (AP) — FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried was charged with directing $40 million in bribes to one or more Chinese officials to unfreeze assets relating to his cryptocurrency business in a newly rewritten indictment unsealed Tuesday.

The charge of conspiracy to violate the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act raises to 13 the number of charges Bankman-Fried faces after he was arrested in the Bahamas in December and brought to the United States soon afterward.

FTX filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 11, when it ran out of money after the cryptocurrency equivalent of a bank run. He has remained free on a $250 million personal recognizance bond that lets him stay with his parents in Palo Alto, California.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges that he cheated investors out of billions of dollars before his business collapsed.

The alleged bribes stemmed from the operation of Alameda Research, which is affiliated with FTX, Bankman-Fried’s global cryptocurrency exchange.

The indictment said Chinese law enforcement authorities in early 2021 froze certain Alameda cryptocurrency trading accounts on two of China’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges. The accounts, it said, contained about$1 billionin cryptocurrency.

10:13 a.m.

Hale, who had not yet been identified, entered a side entrance of the Covenant School, which houses grades K-6, according to Metro Police. He was armed with two assault rifles and a handgun and “shot out the glass” of the doors to get inside.

According to Metro Nashville Police Department, Hale had a detailed map of the school, and had conducted surveillance prior to Monday.

Aaron added that, as officers moved in, they could hear “shots coming from the second level.”

Officers approached, and Hale was shot by the five-member police team in a second-floor lobb

Between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Parents of students at Covenant School were notified of the shooting and asked to gather at Woodmont Baptist Church to be reunified with their children. As parents arrived, officials collected names of parents awaiting their children.

Around 11 a.m.

Patients began arriving at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Of the seven killed, five were transported to the campus: three children to the Children’s Emergency Center and two adults to the Adult Emergency Center. All arrived with heavy police presence, and all were later pronounced dead.

Noon

Busloads of children arrive at Woodmont Baptist Church. Several children stuck their heads and arms out of the open school bus windows, yelling and waving to the parents waiting for them. A string of students led by their teacher held hands as they walked from the bus to the church doors.

The dramatic, six-minute video supplements an earlier release, late Monday, of about two minutes of edited surveillance footage that shows the shooter’s car driving up to the school, glass doors being shot out and the shooter ducking through one of them.

The new video from Officer Rex Engelbert’s body cam shows a woman greeting police outside as they arrive at The Covenant School on Monday. “The kids are all locked down, but we have two kids that we don’t know where they are,” she tells police.

“OK, yes, ma’am,” Engelbert replies.

The woman then directs officers to Fellowship Hall and says people inside had just heard gunshots. “Upstairs are a bunch of kids,” she says.

Three officers, including Engelbert, search rooms one by one, holding rifles. “Metro Police,” officers yell.

“Let’s go, let’s go,” one officer yells.

As alarms are heard going off in the school, one officer says, “It sounds like it’s upstairs.”

Officers climb stairs to the second floor and enter a lobby area. “Move in,” an officer yells. Then a barrage of gunfire is heard.

“Get your hands away from the gun,” an officer yells twice. Then the shooter is shown motionless on the floor.

Inside the church sanctuary, parents were told by officials to line up and give their children's names, grades and classrooms. Officials said children would be counted in a separate area of the church and taken individually to reunite with parents.

1 p.m.

Families continue to arrive at the Children’s Emergency Center, most with police escort. Sobbing and screaming could be heard in the parking lot of the hospital.

By 4 p.m.

All families gathered at Woodmont Baptist Church were reunited with surviving children, and the investigation—and the mourning—began.

Police later identified the shooter as 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale. Hale was a former student at The Covenant School, according to police.

–Hale was an illustrator and graphic designer. -Police said he was transgender, and he used male pronouns, according to social media. Police initially identified Hale as a woman.

Mourning begins for Nashville residents

Multiple vigils were quickly planned across the city, with overwhelming turnout.

In light of the mass shooting, Lauren Daigle’s exclusive album preview concert, previously scheduled for Monday night, was postponed. The event has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 5. All tickets for the originally scheduled date will be honored.

In place of the album preview, Daigle held a community prayer vigil, at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Marathon Music Works, 1402 Clinton St.

Another community vigil will be held Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Davidson Academy Prayer Garden, located at 1414 Old Hickory Blvd.

Police body camera footage to be released

MNPD spokesperson Don Aaron said police will remain at the scene processing evidence.

Aaron said body cam footage of the police response to the mass shooting will be released either Monday evening or Tuesday.

Ashbey Beasley and her son were at the July 4th parade when shots rang out.

Ashbey Beasley said the horrors of the July Fourth mass shooting are still fresh in her mind.

The Highland Park, Illinois, native was at the Independence Day parade with her 6-year-old son when the gunman opened fire. The two ran for their lives.

"The look on his face was indescribable. It was such a sheer, primal sense of terror," she told "NIGHTLINE."

In addition to LSD, Cameron also experimented with various paralytic drugs as well as electroconvulsive therapy at thirty to forty times the normal power. His "driving" experiments consisted of putting subjects into drug-induced coma for weeks at a time (up to three months in one case) while playing tape loops of noise or simple repetitive statements. His experiments were typically carried out on patients who had entered the institute for minor problems such as anxiety disorders and postpartum depression, many of whom suffered permanently from his actions.[8] His treatments resulted in victims' incontinence, amnesia, forgetting how to talk, forgetting their parents, and thinking their interrogators were their parents.[9][10]

When lawsuits commenced in 1986, the Canadian government denied having any knowledge that Cameron was being sponsored by the CIA.[11]

Rand Paul staffer hospitalized with 'life-threatening injuries' after D.C. stabbing

Astaffer for Republican Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.) was stabbed and "seriously injured" on Saturday evening, ABC News reported Monday night. A suspect in the incident has been arrested.

"This past weekend a member of my staff was brutally attacked in broad daylight in Washington, D.C.," Paul told ABC News in a statement. "I ask you to join [wife] Kelley and me in praying for a speedy and complete recovery, and thanking the first responders, hospital staff, and police for their diligent actions." The staffer is being treated for "life-threatening injuries," authorities said.

Per a police report obtained by ABC News, officers responded to the incident around 5:15 p.m. on Saturday. A witness described the victim as "bleeding from the head." In the report, one of the witnesses says the attacker "popped out of the corner" and stabbed the staffer as he and the witness were walking. The staffer "was able to grab [the attacker's] arms" and tackled the suspect with help from the witness. The two then ran away as the suspect fled.

D.C. resident Glynn Neal, 42, was later arrested and charged with "assault with intent to kill, wielding a knife, in connection with the attack," ABC News summarizes.

A 1,000 acre urban training facility located near Butlerville, Indiana. MUTC is used to train civilian first responders, Foreign Service Institute, joint civilian/military response operations, and military urban warfare. It is also home to the National Guard Patriot Academy, a program that gives potential recruits the chance to earn a high school diploma.[2] In addition, it is home to Cybertropolis (a cyberwarfare training environment). The center features more than 120 training structures and over 1 mile of searchable tunnels. A clock tower used as a rappel tower has all four clock faces set to 9:11.

Cybertropolis is a live-fire cyberwarfare training environment at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center. It "consists of a representative city and residential infrastructure outfitted with operational SCADA, cellular, and enterprise networks". Red-Team/Blue-Team exercises are conducted by US National Guard and other US Department of Defense organizations.

Located on the grounds of the former Muscatatuck State Developmental Center (MSDC). MSDC was created in 1920 as the Indiana Farm Colony for the Feeble Minded. It became one of Indiana's largest mental institutions approximately 3,000 patients and around 2,000 employees. From 1920 through 2005, MSDC housed many of Indiana's challenged citizens and was once the largest employer in Jennings County.

The Biden Regime refused to support calls for an international investigation into the Nord Stream attack in the United Nations Security Council Monday. Russia says it may demand reparations for the destruction of the pipeline, which Russian President Putin says will be solved one day.

Only Russia, China and Brazil voted for an international investigation into the Nord Stream attack at the United Nations Security Council Monday evening. The other 12 nations abstained, including the permanent UNSC members the United States, UK and France, as well as Albania, Gabon, Ghana, Malta, Mozambique, the UAE, Switzerland, Ecuador and Japan. The measure thus did not reach the necessary majority of 9 votes.

“Without an objective and transparent international investigation the truth will not be uncovered as to what happened,” Russian UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia said.

“The United States was not involved in any way. Period,” said deputy U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Robert Wood, accusing Russia of trying to “discredit the work of ongoing national investigations and prejudice any conclusions they reach that do not comport to Russia’s predetermined and political narrative.”

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov Monday raised the possibility that Russia may demand compensation for the Nord Stream pipeline, which Gazprom co-owned with European energy companies.

“If we are talking about, let’s say, sabotage by one or more state actors – and, thus far, the data indicates that such a large-scale act of sabotage and terrorist act on a critically important piece of infrastructure could not have been committed without the involvement of state actors and special state services with all the potential they can deploy – in this case, of course, that would be an entirely justified question,” Peskov said, adding this is so far only a hypothetical discussion. First it is necessary to identify the persons responsible for the attacks, Peskov said.

Peskov accused Western countries of “making every effort to whitewash this topic, to paper it over, so that it disappears from the agenda. But, of course, Russia will continue to do everything possible to prevent this from happening.”

Speaking on Russian TV Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed with American journalist Seymour Hersh that the USA is behind in the Nord Stream pipeline explosions. “The American journalist, who has become rather famous now worldwide, carried out such an investigation and as we know, drew a conclusion that blast on the gas pipelines was organized by the US special services. I fully agree with such conclusions,” Putin said.

Putin said the truth about the Nord Stream attack will eventually come out: “I believe that it will be hard to attain this, but someday it will come out what was done and how.”

The truth about the Nord Stream attack will come out, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: “From what I understand the truth about Nord Stream will come out. I have no doubt, it’s one hundred percent,” Zakharova said, the truth “has already begun to break through”.

This report was developed by election experts in New Mexico and Hawaii with special recognition to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin.

Election Experts in Hawaii discovered that the TotalVote election system used in the state can backdate election records. This isn’t all that it can do.

Yesterday TGP reported on the TotalVote election system in Hawaii which is connected to the Internet, is not certified, and can backdate election records.

There is much more to this story. It is much deeper than proving Hawaii’s voter rolls have backdated election entries. We learned from experts in Hawaii that all the suspicious entries were added with a single computer.

The UUID format used in Hawaii is created by a software component called a “plug-in.” Plug-ins are software libraries that can be loaded and run by an existing computer program and they can be customized. Common examples of plug-ins are ad blockers or promo code finders that can be used to customize a web browser.

The fact that BPro software allows plug-ins to operate within their software system is a massive security vulnerability.

A plug-in could be added at any time after the initial software installation and the customer, and even the software developer, would never know.

Plug-ins are reloaded every time a piece of software is restarted.

The concern for election infrastructure using BPro/KnowINK products is this:

Plug-ins can easily be swapped out as needed to rig an election or manipulate the way a voter roll was being consolidated. Plug-ins are vulnerable in any election where the computer software plug-in is running, and the system is internet-connected.

An opportunity for bad actors to rig or modify the election infrastructure recently occurred in New Mexico’s elections. Below is an email that reminded county clerks and KnowINK that there was a planned system outage of their version of BPro’s TotalVote called SERVIS.

French banks raided in tax evasion sting

The lenders are suspected of helping investors avoid paying taxes on dividends

The Paris offices of five major banks were searched on Tuesday amid a probe into suspected money laundering and tax evasion related to dividend payments, several media outlets reported on Tuesday.

The raids in question took place at the offices of Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, Exane and Natixis, as well as those of British banking giant HSBC, according to Le Monde, which was the first to break the news.

Societe Generale confirmed the searches to Reuters, but abstained from further comments. The other four banks did not comment on the reports.

France’s National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) later confirmed reports of the raids in a statement, adding that the investigation was linked to the so-called “cum-cum” dividend strategy, a scheme whereby a bank temporarily transfers shares of a stock to a foreign investor ahead of a dividend payout to avoid paying the dividend tax.

The dividends are either not taxed or the taxes are refunded to the foreign investor. The shares are subsequently returned to the original owner and the two parties split the amount saved – an amount that would have been taxed had the securities remained with the original owner.

PNF said the ongoing probe, which was opened back in 2021, is being carried out by 16 investigating judges and over 150 agents. According to a Bloomberg report, the five banks face collective fines of more than €1 billion ($1.1 billion) in connection with the investigation.

The searches came as yet another hit to the global banking industry, which is still reeling from bank failures in the US and the government-brokered rescue takeover of Switzerland’s Credit Suisse by rival UBS.

Bombshell Vax Analysis Finds $147 Billion In Economic Damage, Tens Of Millions Injured Or Disabled

A new report estimates that 26.6 million people were injured, 1.36 million disabled, and 300,000 excess deaths can be attributed to COVID-19 vaccine damages in 2022 alone, which cost the economy nearly $150 billion.

Research firm Phinance Technologies, founded and operated by former Blackrock portfolio manager Ed Dowd, Yuri Nunes (PhD Physics, MSc Mathematics) and Carlos Alegria (PhD Physics, Finance), split the impact of the vaccines into four broad categories to estimate the human costs associated with the Covid-19 vaccine; no effect or asymptomatic, those who sustained injuries (mild-to-moderate outcome), those who became disabled (severe outcome), and death (extreme outcome). Data on vaccine disabilities and injuries comes directly from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), while the excess death figures are derived from official figures on deaths in the US via two different methods (methodology here).

It's important to note that people in one category (injured, for example) can move into latter categories of severity - which this analysis does not take into consideration.

"We need to remember that not only are these groupings an attempt to characterize different levels of damage from the inoculations, they are not static and could interact with each other," reads the report. "For instance, there might be individuals who had no visible effects after vaccination but nonetheless could still be impacted."

"Individuals with mild injuries from the inoculations could, over time, develop severe injuries to the extent of being disabled, or an extreme outcome such as death."

Estimating the economic cost

In analyzing each of the above categories, Phinance used absolute excess lost worktime (see previous report) to determine that the direct economic cost of vaccine injuries was $79.5 billion in 2022, and $52.2 billion for those with severe disabilities.

For deaths, Phinace used the average yearly absolute rise in excess deaths since 2021, which was 0.05% for the 25-64 year-old demographic, which amounted to $5.6 billion in lost productivity.

In total, they found a total "economic cost" of $147.8 billion in 2022 due to the Covid-19 vaccines.

The Kremlin has blasted what a Russian official called the United States' "vivid example of hypocrisy" as part of the latest war of words in the wake of President Putin's announcing he has stationed tactical nuclear weapons in neighboring Belarus.

Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov on Tuesday called out Washington's "extremely short memory" - given it "has long been systematically destroying the legal basis of bilateral relations in strategic sphere," which is a reference to the collapse of multiple nuclear treaties of late, including 'Open Skies' and the INF Treaty in 2019. New START is also looking to come to an end at the rate things are going.

At the start of this week Western officials sounded the alarm over Putin's fresh announcement, which many within NATO countries interpreted as but the latest 'expansionist' threat.

Russia has ratcheted up tensions with the West amid its ongoing war against Ukraine, with President Vladimir Putin saying Moscow will deploy "tactical nuclear weapons" in Belarus. The Russian leader said 10 fighter jets capable of carrying tactical nuclear weapons — generally a reference to smaller weapons used for limited battlefield attacks, rather than larger, long-range "strategic" nuclear weapons — were already deployed in Belarus. Putin said Russia would also position nuclear-armed Iskander hypersonic missiles, with a range of around 300 miles, in Belarus.

In response, the US State Department condemned the Russian leader's "irresponsible nuclear rhetoric," and said that "no other country is inflicting such damage on arms control, nor seeking to undermine strategic stability in Europe."

The scathing denunciation had been issued by US State Department representative Vedant Patel. Amb. Antonov addressed the American official by name, saying, "As for Mr Patel's words regarding our President's statements on the Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the military-nuclear sphere, it is a vivid example of hypocrisy of the American politics," in a statement released by the Russian Embassy.

Antonov underscored that the US has long stationed nuclear weapons not far from Russia: "For the last 60 years Washington has been playing a key role in NATO’s nuclear sharing missions by supporting deployment of its tactical nuclear weapons in five non-nuclear weapon states - Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Turkey," he said. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan have hit FTX founder Sam Bankman Fried ("SBF") with a new 13-count indictment accusing him of funneling $40 million in cryptocurrency to 'one or more' Chinese government officials, in order to "influence and induce them" to unfreeze Alameda Research trading accounts holding over $1 billion in crypto.

Transgenders and their supporters have long called for the mass murder of Christians.

Hyper-violent transgender militants say they’re just getting started after a targeted attack on a Nashville Christian school by a woman claiming to be a man who took the lives of three young children and three of their teachers before the trans mass shooter was eliminated by the police.

The mass shooting in Nashville was far from the one-off act of violence that pro-trans pundits and politicians are telling the American People that it was, and is in fact just the latest mass shooting to be carried out by a murderer claiming to be transgender. In the case of the Nashville attack, Christian children were deliberately targeted for slaughter as they attended school, something that those in the radically left-wing LGBT movement have been threatening for quite some time.

On the same day that Audrey Hale, a woman who claims to be a man, murdered six in Nashville, pro-trans radicals in other parts of the country demonstrated in favor of violence against those who oppose their movement.

“The mass shooting in Nashville today wasn’t a one-off,” nationally-syndicated news host and defender of Christian values Stew Peters posted to Twitter, along with a disturbing image of a pro-trans demonstrator in Oklahoma City, who on the same day as the anti-Christian Nashville massacre held a sign threatening to shoot anyone dead who opposes “trans rights.”

“Trannies have declared WAR on Christians,” Peters wrote above the photograph.

The man who apparently attacked Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) staffer on Saturday had been released from a 12-year prison sentence just one day before the attack was carried out.

Glynn Neal, the alleged attacker, was sentenced to 12 years and four months in prison in 2011 on charges of “compelling an individual to live a life of prostitution without his or her consent” and “threat to kidnap to injure a person,” per Fox 5.

The report noted that Paul staffer Phillip Todd was approached by Neal on a street in Washington, DC before stabbing Todd, resulting in “life-threatening injuries,” according to Paul’s office.

Paul released a statement, saying: "This past weekend a member of my staff was brutally attacked in broad daylight in Washington, D.C. I ask you to join Kelley and me in praying for a speedy and complete recovery, and thanking the first responders, hospital staff, and police for their diligent actions. We are relieved to hear the suspect has been arrested. At this time we would ask for privacy so everyone can focus on healing and recovery.”

The DC Police Department posted on Twitter, saying that the Metropolitan Police had made an arrest. The arrest was reportedly made in reference to “an Assault with Intent to Kill (Knife).”

In the weeks leading up to the 2016 election, David Pecker allegedly played a key role in connecting Daniels with attorney Michael Cohen.

The grand jury investigating alleged payments made by former President Donald Trump to porn star Stormy Daniels reconvened on Monday in Manhattan and heard testimony from key witness David Pecker.

Former CEO of American Media, Inc. and publisher of the tabloid The National Enquirer, was seen entering the building on Monday afternoon, where he testified before the panel, two sources told CBS News.

In the weeks leading up to the 2016 election, Pecker allegedly played a key role in connecting Daniels with attorney Michael Cohen, who later secured a non-disclosure agreement from the adult film star for $130,000.

Pecker was the CEO of American Media, Inc., the parent company of The National Enquirer, until 2020. According to the New York Times, this is thesecond time Pecker has appeared before the jury.

In 2018, American Media, Inc. admitted to paying a woman in 2016 who alleged that she had an affair with Trump "so as to prevent it from influencing the election," The US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York said, according to CBS News.

The office said the company "admitted that it made the $150,000 payment … in order to ensure that the woman did not publicize damaging allegations about the candidate."

The House Judiciary Committee has called Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation of the 2024 presidential candidate an "unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority," with Chairman Jim Jordan writing in a letters to former DA office workers, "Your criticisms of Bragg's investigation were widely reported. It now appears that your efforts to shame Bragg have worked as he is reportedly resurrecting a so-called 'zombie' case."

One letter from Stephen Ryan, counselor for Cohen, to Jordan in 2018 revealed that Cohen used his personal funds to make the payment, and "neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with [Daniels], and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly."

NASHVILLE (CN) - A Presbyterian church covered up for a "confessed child molester," and "in cult-like fashion" put children in the molester's so-called "safe house," a family claims in court.

Austin Davis and his daughter Daisy sued theCovenant Presbyterian Churchof Nashville and its parishioner Dale Lewelling, in Davidson County Court.

Lewelling is not the alleged molester. The Davises claim Lewelling "assaulted the plaintiffs in an open hallway filled with people" during a period of turmoil at the church.

Austin Davis said in an interview that the alleged assault in the hallway came after he attended a class as a former member of the church.

"I got separated from my daughter and they were telling me I was breaking the law," Davis said. His daughter was a minor at the time.

In the lawsuit, Davis claims that on July 14, 2008, "the defendants quietly accept[ed] the resignation of the confessed child molester,John Perry, from the Covenant Diaconate, with Lewelling recorded in the board minutes as being present in the room."

Perry is not a party to the lawsuit, which continues: "The defendants intentionally conceal[ed] knowledge of the confessed child molester from appropriate authorities, the majority of the members of the congregation, and the plaintiffs. …

"In furtherance of the concealment of the sexual abuse of a child or children, the defendants permit[ted] the confessed child molester to remain a member of Covenant (having access to the church, its members, and the private school elementary property associated with the church) until 2010." The Davises claim they were harassed, and ultimately assaulted, because they "were privy to information concerning defendants' concealment and concealment efforts of the unlawful sexual abuse of a child or children."

Austin Davis claims that in 2008 he objected to "the defendants' cult-like abuse of authority over vulnerable children … who were (in cult-like fashion) intentionally, knowingly, and willfully placed in an alleged 'safe house' owned and possessed by the confessed child molester." Davis claims in the lawsuit that Perry was excommunicated on June 6, 2010, "for heinous and repetitive sin against his family."

In October 2012, Davis claims, the defendants threatened "to have plaintiffs arrested and thrown in jail," threatened to sue them "for no reason," threatened "to bring criminal actions" against them, defamed and intimidated them. The unnerving incidents allegedly culminated in the Oct. 21, 2012 assault, during which, Davis claims, Lewelling was acting as an employee or agent of the church.

Austin said in the interview that he had a right to be on church property.

"I think they're public places that people are allowed to go to," he said.

Davis claims he and his daughter "live under a continuing threat of arrest for communicating with Covenant members and threat of arrest for returning to Covenant property," while Perry "walks around a free man" because the defendants filed "to report the child molester to the appropriate authorities."

Covenant Presbyterian Church of Nashville did not respond to a request for comment.

The Davises seek punitive damages for malicious harassment, assault, and negligent hiring, training, supervision and retention.
