Two Former Archegos Employees Are Cooperating With Government Probes

Two former senior executives at Archegos Capital Management are cooperating with U.S. government probes into swaps trading that fueled last year’s spectacular implosion of Bill Hwang’s family office.

William Tomita, who was previously Archegos’ head trader, and Scott Becker, who was the firm’s director of risk management, pleaded guilty and were cooperating with authorities, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Damian Williams told reporters. The two have also agreed to work with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, which along with the Securities and Exchange Commission, sued several current and former Archegos executives earlier Wednesday.

The revelation that Tomita and Becker are cooperating may be a problematic sign for Hwang and Chief Financial Officer Patrick Halligan, who were both arrested and charged earlier in the day.

"An EgyptAir flight that crashed en route to Cairo, killing all 66 people on board, was brought down by a pilot who had a cigarette in the cockpit and started a fire, a new report found.

EgyptAir flight MS804 was traveling on May 19, 2016, from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Cairo International Airport when it fell out of the sky between the Greek island of Crete and northern Egypt.

France’s Bureau of Enquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation Safety (BEA) has since concluded that pilot Mohamed Said Shoukair’s mid-air smoke break led to a fire onboard the Airbus A320 jet when his cigarette ignited oxygen leaking from an oxygen mask in the cockpit.

The air disaster resulted in the deaths of 56 passengers and 10 crew members, among them 12 French nationals, 30 Egyptians, two Iraqis, one Canadian and one British citizen.'

"Egyptian authorities initially said that the plane crash was the result of a terrorist attack, claiming that traces of explosives had been found on the bodies of the victims, but those allegations were widely discredited.

In 2018, France’s BEA determined that the flight went down because of a fire onboard based on analysis of data from the aircraft’s black box recorder, which was recovered from deep water near Greece by the US Navy — though at the time investigators did not say what specifically caused the onboard inferno.

But in March 2022, BEA released a new report that alleges that oxygen had leaked from a pilot’s oxygen mask in the cockpit shortly before the crash, based on black box data that captured the sound of the oxygen hissing."

The oxygen mask in question had been replaced just three days before the fateful flight by an EgyptAir maintenance worker, but for an unknown reason it had its release valve set to the “emergency position,” which, according to the Airbus safety manual, could lead to leaks.

Incredibly, at the time of the incident, EgyptAir pilots were allowed to smoke in the cockpit – a rule that has since changed. The onboard smoking, combined with the leaking oxygen, had set the stage for the fire, according to French aviation experts.

The deadly plane crash is currently the subject of a manslaughter case before the Paris Court of Appeals."

"Donald Trump on Wednesday appealed a judge’s ruling holding him in civil contempt and fining him $10,000 a day for not complying with a court-order in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ probe of his business dealings.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron had issued the ruling Monday, finding the former president failed to meet a March 31 deadline to turn over the documents to James’ office in its investigation of the Trump Organization.

The daily fines started accumulating as of Tuesday, and will continue until Trump properly answers the subpoena, or gives a detailed explanation of any searches that his lawyers made for the materials sought by James, Engoron’s ruling specified.

Trump’s lawyers had answered the subpoena by saying that they didn’t have any documents to hand in that weren’t already being turned over by the Trump Organization.

His appeal asks the higher court to review whether James’ office was negatively impacted by his response to the subpoena — and whether the fines are appropriate, especially as the AG “failed to demonstrate any ascertainable loss stemming from [Trump’s] conduct,” the filing states."

Bill Hwang Arrested: Archegos Owner Charged With Racketeering, Securities And Wire Fraud

After the spectacular collapse of Archegos Capital Management, the SEC announced last October that they were investigating whether the firm engaged in market manipulation.

On Wednesday, owner Bill Hwang and his former CFO, Patrick Halligan, were arrested at their homes and charged with racketeering conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud in connection with a scheme to manipulate the share prices of public companies in order to boost profits, according to Bloomberg.

They said the plan, which relied heavily on leverage, helped pump up the firm’s portfolio from $1.5 billion to $35 billion in a single year. -Bloomberg

According to the 40-page indictment, Hwang engaged in a "fraudulent scheme" that included "interlocking deceptive acts and misconduct, through false and misleading statements to security-based swap ("SBS") counterparties and prime brokers and manipulative trading designed to artificially move the market, which, in tandem, increased Archegos’s assets under management from around $4 billion to over $36 billion in just under six months."

From March 2020 until its collapse in March 2021, Archegos, at Hwang’s direction, underwent a period of rapid and exponential growth, achieved largely through the entry into SBSs with about a dozen Counterparties, which subjected Archegos to significant exposure to rising and falling share prices of the issuers referenced in its SBSs. Archegos’s growth thus presented the firm with a predicament. To continue growing, and otherwise maintain the gains it had achieved through its ramp-up of exposures, Archegos needed to ensure that (1) the value of those exposures would continue to appreciate, and (2) its Counterparties would continue to extend credit margin and trading capacity necessary for Archegos to enter into even more SBSs.

In order to overcome this issue, Archegos "chose not to rely on ordinary market forces," and instead "engaged in a brazen scheme to manipulate the market for the securities of the issuers that represented Archegos’s top 10 holdings" by purchasing both securities and SBSs related to those issuers.

Archegos, through Hwang and Tomita, effected this scheme by dominating the market for its Top 10 Holdings, as well as by “setting the tone” (i.e., engaging in large pre-market trading), bidding up prices by entering incrementally higher limit orders throughout the trading day, and “marking the close” (i.e., engaging in large trading in the last 30 minutes of the trading day) and by other non-economic trading, all with the goal of artificially inflating the share prices of its Top 10 Holdings.

Macron Pelted With Tomatoes in First Public Outing After Re-Election

French President Emmanuel Macron was pelted with a flurry of tomatoes during his first public appearance since winning re-election on Sunday.

During a a visit to a market in the commune of Cergy in the Parisian suburbs on Wednesday morning, President Macron was bombarded with tomatoes as he tried to meet members of the public.

The French leader was said to have not been injured in the attack, with his security detail quickly covering up Mr Macron with umbrellas as the tomatoes came down upon him.

According to a report from the French broadcaster BFMTV, the visit to the market in the Val-d’Oise prefecture was the first interaction the head of state has had with the public since securing a second five-year term on Sunday. The broadcaster went on to note that the visit was only announced early Wednesday morning.

Prior to being subjected to spontaneous acts of fruit, Mr Macron said of his visit to Cergy: “This trip illustrates the will of the President of the Republic since 2017 to go on the ground, in contact with French people, to exchange with them, listening to their concerns, expectations and needs.”

It is unclear whether the umbrellas used by Macron’s security detail to protect him from the improvised missiles were of the ordinary type, or the reinforced kevlar specials designed to slow blades, acid, and even bullets reported to have been created for then-president Nicolas Sarkozy a decade ago.

Though Mr Macron handily secured victory over his right-wing populist opponent Marine Le Pen, by a margin of 58.5 to 41.5 per cent, France has already seen widespread unrest, with leftist groups staging protests and riots following the re-election of the former Rothschild banker as president.

Despite the wide margin of victory, exit polling has indicated that the youth of France are turning away from the globalist policies of Mr Macron, with Le Pen securing nearly as many votes from Millennials.

At the time of this reporting, it is unclear as to the identity of the perpetrator or indeed the motivation behind throwing cherry tomatoes at the French leader.

It is not, however, the first time that Mr Macron has been assaulted while meeting with the French public. Last year, for instance, he was filmed getting slapped in the department of Drôme by a man who later described himself as a right-wing “patriot”. The man was later sentenced to four months in prison.

In September of last year, President Macron was also assailed by a man throwing an egg at him, however, the egg bounced off his shoulder without breaking on the French president.

France has suffered huge internet outages across the country after fibre optic cables were cut overnight in 'multiple malicious acts' of sabotage.

The apparently coordinated attacks saw multiple cables broken at around 4am, causing massive disruption to internet and phone services.

Free, the worst-affected provider, said: 'The attacks took place overnight at 4am. Our teams have been at work since this morning.'

In a message on Twitter, the company referred to 'multiple malicious acts' targeting its cables which led to outages and slow connections for many clients.

Competitor SFR said it had experienced 'several fibre cuts' in the Paris region and in Lyon in southeast France.

"New York’s highest court has struck down new district lines for Congress and the state Senate drawn up to political advantage by state Democrats with just weeks to go until the June 28 primary elections.

The issue before the Court of Appeals, which held a hearing on the matter Tuesday, was whether Democrats acted with partisan intent while violating the procedures established by the amendment, which tasked an Independent Redistricting Commission with drawing the maps.

“We answer both questions in the affirmative and therefore declare the congressional and senate maps void. As a result, judicial oversight is required to facilitate the expeditious creation of constitutionally conforming maps for use in the 2022 election and to safeguard the constitutionally protected right of New Yorkers to a fair election,” Chief Judge Janet DiFiore said in a ruling released Wednesday afternoon.

The ruling stated that “judicial oversight” will be needed to ensure new maps are in place in time for upcoming elections."

Albany leaders approved new maps weeks ago that appeared specifically redrawn to benefit Democrats — and hurt Republicans — in their ongoing efforts to protect their legislative supermajorities and control of the U.S. House.

Republicans subsequently sued, arguing that Democrats violated a 2014 amendment to the state Constitution barring partisan gerrymandering."

They should have never been mandated and only offered to high risk elderly, but again, IMO, these should have never ever been brought and IMO it is criminal to move to vaccinate our children who has near zero risk. Let me be simple: some senior doctors/CEOs in hospital (s) in various State (s) in US, have come forward to us advising that they decided to find us and come to us to say they are ready to talk. Scared about safety and careers will be destroyed. They were offered vaccine cards (fake) when they told their hospitals that they do not want the vaccine when they were mandated to take it, and the hospital leaders advised this will ensure they will not be suspended or fired. So you and I will ask, why? How come? Is it due to the lack of safety that these people know about? Or only to not fire these valuable doctors? We are told it may be country wide. Donald Trump said "pineapples, tomatoes, bananas, stuff like that" could be thrown at him at protests.

Trump's concerns were revealed Tuesday night, in his sworn deposition for an upcoming Bronx trial.

The case alleges Trump directed his security guards to attack protesters outside Trump Tower in 2015.

Donald Trump worried that "dangerous" fruits could be flung at him by protesters, according to newly-released excerpts from his sworn deposition for an upcoming trial in New York.

"It's very dangerous stuff," Trump said in the deposition, invoking a fruit-basket worth of potential projectiles, including tomatoes, pineapples, and, perplexingly, bananas. "You can get killed with those things," he said.

Trump expressed his concerns while under oath in October for a lawsuit that alleges he sicced his security on protesters outside Trump Tower during the 2016 campaign.

He was being asked about his past statements condoning violence at rallies, including one in 2016 when he told supporters that if anyone threw a tomato at him, they should "knock the crap out of them," and he'd pay the legal fees.

That's when the deposition, which was first reported on in the Daily Beast, turned fruity.

"And you said that 'if you see someone getting ready to throw a tomato, just knock the crap out of them, would you.' That was your statement?" asked attorney Benjamin Dictor, who represents protesters who are suing Trump, his business and his chief of security.

"Oh yeah," Trump answered, according to the transcript. "It was very dangerous."

"What was very dangerous?" the lawyer asked.

"We were threatened," Trump replied.

"With what?" the lawyer asked.

"They were going to throw fruit," Trump said of protesters at the rally, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. "We were threatened. We had a threat."

The lawyer followed up: "How did you become aware that there was a threat that people were going to throw fruit?"

Trump answered, "We were told. I thought Secret Service was involved in that, actually. But we were told. And you get hit with fruit, it's — no, it's very violent stuff. We were on alert for that."

Here the lawyer clarified the record.

"A tomato is a fruit after all, I guess," he asked the former president.

"And you know what–" Trump continued.

But he was quickly interrupted, the transcript shows. The lawyers held a brief side discussion on tomatoes. Were they fruit? Or vegetables?

"It has seeds," offered attorney Jeffrey L. Goldman, there to represent Trump's campaign, also a defendant in the lawsuit.

Trump broke in.

"It's worse than tomato. It's other things also," he said, according to the transcript.

"But tomato, when they start doing that stuff, it's very dangerous. There was an alert out that day."

Dictor then asked, "Who were you speaking to when you said –"

"The audience," Trump answered.

"So you were speaking to the audience when you said if they saw someone getting ready to throw a tomato, just knock the crap out of them, would you," Dictor asked.

"That was to the audience," Trump answered. "It was said sort of in jest. But maybe, you know, a little truth to it. It's very dangerous stuff. You can get killed with those things."

Dictor asked, "So you were trying to incentivize people to engage in violence?"

"Objection," said the campaign's lawyer.

Trump answered anyway.

"No, I wanted to have people be ready because we were put on alert that they were going to do fruit. And some fruit is a lot worse than — tomatoes are bad, by the way. But it's very dangerous.

"No," the former president continued, "I wanted them to watch. They were on alert. I remember that specific event because everybody was on alert. They were going to hit —they were going to hit hard."

Dictor then asked, "Do you have any knowledge as to whether or not anybody was found to have tomatoes in their possession on that date?"

Trump said he didn't know. No tomatoes were thrown, he said. Still, "it was a serious threat," Trump continued.

"The speech was good," he added.

Dictor later asked if Trump had expected his security guards to personally "knock the crap out of" any tomato-tossers.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) – Former Missouri State Representative Cora Faith Walker died from a heart condition, the St. Louis Medical Examiner confirmed Wednesday.

Walker, 37, died after walking out of her room at the Loews Hotel on March 11. The night before she was seen in social media pictures celebrating St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones’ birthday at Neo on Locust. After discovering Walker in the hallway, a Good Samaritan called 911 at 8:55 a.m. and attempted to resuscitate the fallen St. Louis County leader.

The Medical Examiner’s Officer performed an autopsy on March 15 and told News 4 there were no signs of physical injury on Walker’s body. On April 27, Chief Medical Examiner Michael Graham said Walker died from a condition known as nonischemic cardiomyopathy. The National Library of Medicine defines the condition as a “disease of the myocardium associated with mechanical or electrical dysfunction exhibiting inappropriate ventricular hypertrophy or dilatation.”

Graham also told News 4 there were prescription medications in Walker’s system, but they were of the expected amounts and no illicit substances were found.

At the time of her death, Walker was one of the top government officials in St. Louis County.

The US government has a bit of a PR problem at the moment, thanks to Ed Snowden’s leaks and a decade-plus of general antipathy towards its constituents’ rights and liberties growing out of its War on Terror.

Fortunately, the government now has a chance to aim its official version of today’s news at US citizens, thanks to the repeal of a so-called “anti-propaganda” law earlier this month.

For decades, a so-called anti-propaganda law prevented the U.S. government’s mammoth broadcasting arm from delivering programming to American audiences. But on July 2, that came silently to an end with the implementation of a new reform passed in January. The result: an unleashing of thousands of hours per week of government-funded radio and TV programs for domestic U.S. consumption in a reform initially criticized as a green light for U.S. domestic propaganda efforts.

The Broadcast Board of Governors, which produces programming like the Voice of America and Radio Free Europe, has been prevented from aiming its programming at Americans since the 1970’s when the Smith-Mundt Act (which authorized the State Dept. to communicate with foreign audiences via many methods, radio being one of them) was amended to prohibit domestic dissemination of the BBG’s broadcasts. This was done to distance the State Department’s efforts from the internal propaganda machine operated by the Soviet Union.

Now, the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 (part of the National Defense Authorization Act) has repealed the domestic prohibition, allowing the government’s broadcasting to be directed at/created for Americans for the first time in over 40 years.

Two decades ago, the US intelligence community worked closely with Silicon Valley in an effort to track citizens in cyberspace. And Google is at the heart of that origin story. Some of the research that led to Google’s ambitious creation was funded and coordinated by a research group established by the intelligence community to find ways to track individuals and groups online.

The intelligence community hoped that the nation’s leading computer scientists could take non-classified information and user data, combine it with what would become known as the internet, and begin to create for-profit, commercial enterprises to suit the needs of both the intelligence community and the public. They hoped to direct the supercomputing revolution from the start in order to make sense of what millions of human beings did inside this digital information network. That collaboration has made a comprehensive public-private mass surveillance state possible today.

The story of the deliberate creation of the modern mass-surveillance state includes elements of Google’s surprising, and largely unknown, origin. It is a somewhat different creation story than the one the public has heard, and explains what Google cofounders Sergey Brin and Larry Page set out to build, and why.

Facebook’s second most powerful executive, Sheryl Sandberg, has apologised for the conduct of secret psychological tests on nearly 700,000 users in 2012, which prompted outrage from users and experts alike.

The experiment, revealed by a scientific paper published in the March issue of Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences, hid "a small percentage" of emotional words from peoples' news feeds, without their knowledge, to test what effect that had on the statuses or "likes" that they then posted or reacted to.

“This was part of ongoing research companies do to test different products, and that was what it was; it was poorly communicated,” said Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer while in New Delhi. “And for that communication we apologise. We never meant to upset you.”

It certainly cooled off the BTFD crew as it's been sideways all day since the start in any case. We'll see if this *META PLATFORMS SEES 2Q REV. $27B TO $29B, EST. $30.74B was the truth. FB shares never recovered from that and although they pushed it right back up they are now, essentially right back at those lows-allowing big boi exits because those #' are probably true. Well over Avg volume and that picked up right after the 'leak' in a big way-and right on cue the headline came out Facebook parent Meta posts mixed earnings results and although muh equity is up in AH that is berry east to manipulate AND you have to match size and price so there are no "market orders" here. The NAS dipped red into the close but was 'supported' as soon as it hit the neckline about 20 minutes prior to close-and would have been much worse if they din't "start helping then. Same thing on the DOW but it has been solidly in the green all day-excepting it's brief drop below yesterdays close -for 10 minutes then the 'bots kicked in and 'up' it went and STRAIGHT up for the next 14 minutes on the DOW-getting out of 'danger'. Smallcaps (^RUT) fell off a cliff several times today. Right at 10amEST it was a HALO drop that bottomed out at 10:30am and then got choppy trying to regain that drop only to have another HALO drop at 2:44pm EST-major liquidations going on here too with that type of action. It did manage to arrest it's fall somewhat starting about 40 minutes into the close. It still was the worse performer of the majors today at -5.37(-0.28%). NFLX -9.86 (-4.97%) clobbered again and that is heading to under $100 easily-might take a bit but it will be there. $50 is not out of the question imo.

Open-Source Research Shows Online Child Sex Trafficking and Other Criminal Activity Found on OnlyFans.com

A study conducted by the University of New Haven's Center for Forensic Investigations of Trafficking in Persons and the Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative indicates that the structure of OnlyFans.com makes it difficult to pursue cases in instances of content that may depict rape or criminal assault.

A recent study of open-source information conducted by the Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative (ATII) and former law enforcement officials with the University of New Haven’s Center for Forensic Investigations of Trafficking in Persons (CFITP) indicates that possible sex crimes, including those involving the sexual exploitation of minors and trafficked adults, are hosted on the social media site OnlyFans.com.

“In addition to potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and videos and images featuring possible victims of sex trafficking, disturbing content discovered on OnlyFans.com appears consistent with an understanding of law enforcement’s observations relating to violent sex acts, including images and videos that may depict rape and criminal assault,” said Matt Richardson of ATII. “OnlyFans.com facilitates crimes by providing sex predators and traffickers with the technological means to identify and recruit victims and exploit them,” he continued.

OnlyFans.com has transformed the pornography industry by instituting a subscription-based business model, which requires users to subscribe to individual creator accounts where most content is concealed behind a paywall. Although not inherently illegal, an unintended consequence of this model is that it affords sex predators, rapists, sex traffickers, and other criminal elements the technological means to profit from their crimes while remaining less visible to law enforcement.

“OnlyFans.com’s structure has made it more difficult for law enforcement to pursue cases leading to arrests on any significant scale without specialized investigator training designed to address the complexity of such cases involving content hidden behind a paywall,” said Tim Palmbach, executive director of CFITP. “To investigate and pursue these criminals at scale is extremely cumbersome for law enforcement, both in terms of direct financial commitment incurred by the paywall as well as the additional time required to investigate each paywall-enabled case of suspected criminal activity,” he continued.

Open-source material identified through ATII’s research in consultation with federal law enforcement was generated by simple methodologies, including common search engines (e.g. Google) and routine search techniques, showing that OnlyFans.com is more than just a passive hub for sexually explicit images and videos; rather, the platform is actively utilized by sex traffickers and other criminals to monetize what appear to be large scale, in-person criminal sexual encounters.

Department of Homeland Security Sets Up ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ to Fight ‘Misinformation’

The Department of Homeland Security is setting up a Disinformation Governance Board in an attempt to combat “misinformation” online.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas spoke about the “just established” governance board during a congressional hearing on Wednesday, arguing it would help reduce domestic threats to the United States.

The team will focus on irregular migration and Russia, according to a report from Politico’s Daniel Lippman.

Nina Jankowicz, a fellow for the Wilson Center, confirmed reports that she would direct the board, sharing her official government portrait on her social media profile.

“Cat’s out of the bag: here’s what I’ve been up to the past two months,” she wrote.

She claimed the new board was created to “maintain the Department’s commitment to protecting free speech, privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.”

Conservatives immediately called out Jankowicz’s role in downplaying information from Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020, asserting it was likely “a Russian influence op.”

Another significant filing by John Durham’s special counsel team to the court was made last night. {READ HERE} Within the filing the staff accidentally did not seal the attachments which are emails between Fusion GPS and many major media outlets. Whoops.

♦ First, the background. In a previous liable lawsuit by Alfa Bank against Fusion GPS, the Russian bank was able to get the internal emails between Fusion GPS and major media outlets as part of the lawsuit discovery phase. Despite the lawsuit failing to advance, those prior emails now become evidence for John Durham to use in the case against Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann.

Michael Sussmann, a Perkins Coie lawyer, is accused of lying to the FBI about who he was working for when Sussmann was trying to push the Trump-Russia collusion story to trigger an investigation. Former FBI legal counsel James Baker has said Sussmann told the FBI he was operating independently as a concerned citizen. However, Sussmann is defending himself by saying: (a) he never said he was not working for Clinton at the time he brought the FBI the material, a demonstrable falsehood; and (b) he was motivated by altruism, unrelated to efforts to help Clinton, another demonstrable falsehood.

As the case has proceeded all of the parties are now claiming legal and work product ‘privileges’ to stop Durham from using their communication and networked conspiracy against Michael Sussmann, and by extension them, in court. Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie, Marc Elias, Michael Sussmann, Hillary for America (Clinton campaign), Robby Mook (Campaign Manager), along with Tech-Executive-1 Rodney Joffe, are all claiming some form of privilege.

Soros Admits Responsibility for Coup and Mass Murder in Ukraine

George Soros told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria over the weekend he is responsible for establishing a foundation in Ukraine that ultimately contributed to the overthrow of the country’s elected leader and the installation of a junta handpicked by the State Department.

“First on Ukraine, one of the things that many people recognized about you was that you during the revolutions of 1989 funded a lot of dissident activities, civil society groups in eastern Europe and Poland, the Czech Republic. Are you doing similar things in Ukraine?” Zakaria asked Soros.

“Well, I set up a foundation in Ukraine before Ukraine became independent of Russia. And the foundation has been functioning ever since and played an important part in events now,” Soros responded.

It is well-known, although forbidden for the establishment media to mention, thatSoros worked closely withUSAID, the National Endowment for Democracy (now doing work formerly assigned to the CIA), the International Republican Institute, the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, the Freedom House, and the Albert Einstein Institute to initiate a series of color revolutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia following the engineered collapse of the Soviet Union.

“Many of the participants in Kiev’s ‘EuroMaidan’ demonstrations were members of Soros-funded NGOs and/or were trained by the same NGOs in the many workshops and conferences sponsored by Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The IRF, founded and funded by Soros, boasts that it has given ‘more than any other donor organization’ to ‘democratic transformation’ of Ukraine,” writes William F. Jasper.

This transformation led to fascist ultra-nationalists controlling Ukraine’s security services. In April it was announced Andriy Parubiy and other coup leaders were working with the FBI and CIA to defeat and murder separatists opposed to the junta government installed by Victoria Nuland and the State Department. Parubiy is the founder of a national socialist party in Ukraine and currently the boss of the country’s National Security and Defense Council.

Now that the billionaire “chocolate king” Petro Poroshenko is president of Ukraine, the effort to wipe out all opposition in eastern Ukraine will pick up steam. Poroshenko is a near perfect choice for the globalists and EU apparatchiks. He sat on the Council of the National Bank of Ukraine and collaborated with the IMF, Wall Street and the European Commission.

President Joe Biden vowed to implement a more humane approach to immigration than his predecessor, but now the Biden administration is facing backlash over its use of a Trump-era order to rapidly expel thousands of migrants, mostly Haitian nationals, without giving them a chance to apply for asylum within the United States.

The process is known as Title 42, a reference to part of a U.S. public health code, and according to advocates challenging the administration in court, its use violates U.S. asylum laws.

Despite a chorus of criticism from advocates and Democratic lawmakers over the handling of the crisis at the border in Del Rio, Texas, the administration is defending the use of Title 42 in court.

What is Title 42?

Title 42 is a clause of the 1944 Public Health Services Law that "allows the government to prevent the introduction of individuals during certain public health emergencies," said Olga Byrne, the immigration director at the International Rescue Committee.

Rarely used over the past few decades, the Trump administration used an interpretation of Title 42 to issue a public health order during the COVID-19 pandemic to rapidly expel migrants at the border, citing concerns over the spread of the virus, without giving them a chance to apply for asylum, Byrne said.

Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy renewed his call for answers from a school district over a segregation experiment and a documentary that was shown to elementary school students depicting graphic images of dead children.

Roy demanded a response from the district for the second time Wednesday in a letter addressed to Northside Independent School District (NISD) Superintendent Brian Woods over the “racial social experiment on fifth grade students without parental consent” at Leon Springs Elementary in San Antonio, Texas, after he received no reply to his March 17 letter.

As part of the experiment, dark-haired students were labeled more privileged, while others were deemed not as intelligent, told to clean up after the other children and given games with missing pieces so they were unable to play properly, NISD parents Brandi and Mike Lininger confirmed to the DCNF.

Parents deserve answers as to why teachers “blatantly circumvented their authority” by conducting the racial experiment and showing graphic content to fifth grade children, Roy explained in his letter.

“As NISD’s Superintendent, you have an obligation to inform parents about what steps you are taking to ensure this will not happen again,” Roy wrote. “It is imperative for you to address these concerns immediately.”

NISD’s Executive Director of Communications, Barry Perez, told the DCNF that the school district “did respond to the Congressman’s first letter in a communication sent via certified mail,” which was shown “to have been received April 13, 2022.”

Some students were also shown a documentary called “4 Little Girls,” which depicts graphic images of dead black children from the 1963 Alabama church bombing perpetrated by the Ku Klux Klan, the Liningers said.

“Our daughter, being one of the ones who had a very difficult time with this, was afraid to sleep in her own bed and had to sleep in bed with us,” Brandi said, adding that her daughter cried herself to sleep at night after seeing the film.

Quick recap for those who haven't followed what's been going on in Ukraine but want to understand: 02/24: The Russians invaded from the south, south-east, east and north, in a lightning campaign. The Russians invaded with 190K troops—against 250K combat troops from Ukraine. 1/

The RF put 30K troops near Kiev—nowhere near enough to capture the city—but enough to pin down some 100K AFU defenders. The RF also launched several axes of attack, with reinforcements on standby (including a famed 40km long tank column), to see where they might be needed. 2/

Crucially—the Russian's blitz on several axes pre-empted an imminent UKRAINIAN blitzkrieg. ►The AFU had been about to invade the Donbas This was the immediate motivation for Russia's invasion: To beat them to the punch and scuttle Ukraine's imminent invasion—which they did 3/

Also, byattacking from the north and south, the Russians disrupted weapons supply chain from NATO. Had the RF only attacked in the east to prevent the AFU invasion of Donbas, there would have been an open corridor for resupply from the West. Threatening Kiev stopped that. 4/

So the main AFU army was left stranded in east Ukraine, with the rest of the Ukr. forces isolated and pinned down—with no easy resupply from the West The RF then went about hitting AFU command/control and resupply links, further isolating and immobilizing Ukrainian forces. 5/

The Russians soon nominally controlled land the size of the UK in Ukraine—but it was a tenuous control. The south of Ukraine was more fully in Russia's grip. The AFU around Kherson simply scattered. Mariupol became a clear battleground, as did the Donbas proper. 6/

What the Russians initially wanted was to: ►Short-circuit the imminent Donbas invasion—which they did. ►Scare the Zelensky regime into negotiating a political settlement—which they failed to do. 7/

The Russians kept negotiating—and trying to NOT destroy Ukraine infrastructure. In fact at first they were even trying to minimize AFU casualties. The evidence for this is overwhelming: The RF did not hit civilian infrastructure—water, electric, phone, transportation. 10/

They did not hit AFU barracks, command centers, government buildings, etc. The Russians' initial priority was for a *negotiated settlement*. But by late March, they realized this was impossible. 11/

This is why the RF withdrew from Kiev. There was no sense putting men near the city when they were not doing what they were supposed to—putting political pressure on the Zelensky regime to negotiate. This withdrawal was claimed as a “victory” in the “Battle of Kiev”! lmao 12/

Starting in late March, the Russians pulled back and solidified their control over the area they had captured, ceding to the AFU areas that were either pointless to or potentially too costly to control. The Ukraine propaganda machine called all these pull-backs “victories”. 13/

There was still a glimmer that the war might end in a negotiated settlement—but that ended in early April. After the Istanbul talks of 3/30, the Ukraine side gingerly agreed to some compromises—but within a week publicly disavowed those concessions. 14/

That's when the Russians realized the Zelensky regime was agreement-incapable:Their Washington masters—Victoria Nuland and Anthony Blinken in particular—wouldn't allow a peace. They want this war to sap Russia dry. It is a classic proxy war—and Ukraine will pay the price. 15/

Just a few days ago Morgan Stanley was praising Elon’s Boring Company to CNBC. A few weeks before that they were praising his other company Tesla. Morgan Stanley owns 3.7 million Tesla shares equal to about $3.9 billion in value so it should come as no surprise to learn that they are backing Elon’s $44 billion Twitter takeover and praising every company Elon runs.

Many people wrongfully believe that Elon pulled $44 billion out of his bank account and bought Twitter, but that’s not how any of this works. Elon’s moneychanger friends financed over $20 billion of the deal. The moneychangers don’t just throw around $20 billion for no reason.

So who really bought Twitter and who will really be in control? God only knows.

What I know for certain is that I fully control Gab as its supermajority shareholder and sole Board member.

People falsely assume that Gab is a “Twitter knockoff,” but this hasn’t been the case for several years. Functionally Gab is more like Facebook. We have Gab Groups, Gab Marketplace, Gab News, Gab TV, GabPay, and much more on the way. We aren’t and haven’t been competing with Twitter for years. Facebook users are our core target market.

We quickly realized back in 2019 that the vast majority of people in the United States are simply not on Twitter. The first issue is that over half of Twitter’s “users” are bots. The other half are young inner-city Democrats and journalists, but let’s be honest these people are basically robots too.

The bottom line is these aren’t our people. This isn’t our target market. The majority of people who remain on Twitter today will never use Gab because they will never survive in an environment with true free speech. There is finite number of conservative Twitter users who will make the switch, but tens of millions of Christian Facebook users who want off of Zuckerberg’s demonic plantation.

Denmark has announces the immediate suspensions of all Covid-19 vaccinations in the country amid rising fears that the jab may not be safe.

Noting that the epidemic was under control, the Danish Health Authority said the country was in a “good position” to return to normal.

“Therefore we are winding down the mass vaccination program against Covid-19,” said Bolette Søborg, director of the department of infectious diseases.

Strangesounds.org reports: Around 81 percent of Denmark’s 5.8 million inhabitants have received two doses of the vaccine and 61.6 percent have also received a booster.

U.S.—According to sources, American politicians who are running a government that is over $30 trillion in debt have come forward to criticize Elon Musk for spending $44 billion on Twitter. Several members of Congress and the Biden Administration are forcefully condemning Musk's mishandling of funds.
