Murdock’s mother’s, Royal Woman’s Hospital is testing the H1N1 vaccines, at the time of this writing, on children and pregnant women.

q.The Associate Director of Clinical Development for vaccines at CSL is Dr. Michael Greenberg. CSL is conducting H1N1 vaccine studies on babies at the Murdock Children’s Research Institute, according to the MCRI website. (See:EXHIBIT_10.pdf) Dr. Greenberg joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2005, and CSL in 2009, further evidencing Ruppert Murdock’s ties to SmithKline and CSL.

r.The MCRI is the largest child health research and vaccine testing institute in Australia. It researches childhood diseases, including many that are vaccine-induced autoimmune diseases associated with antigenic complex formation from geneto-protein recombinations and blood intoxications.

s.Antigenic complex formation is the primary mechanism recognized by immunologists for the generation of myriad auto-immune diseases that result from vaccine-induced/unnatural over-stimulation of the immune system whereafter immune cells are hyper-activated to autogenically attack the body instead of simply the infectious agent/ pathogen or antigen. Rare earths projects under development in U.S.

The U.S. government is planning to fund domestic rare earths projects in an attempt to reduce its reliance on China, the global leader of the specialized sector. are earths are a group of 17 minerals used in a plethora of military equipment and consumer electronics. There are no known substitutes. Apple Inc (AAPL.O), for instance, uses rare earths in its iPhone’s taptic engine, which makes the phone vibrate.

Here are rare earths projects under development in the United States:

Energy Fuels Inc (UUUU.A)

The uranium producer said in early April it was considering ways to retool some of its equipment to process rare earths. The company does not plan to become a rare earths miner. Rather, it said it was looking at opportunities to process rock for others in order to extract the strategic minerals. No final decision has been made, and Energy Fuels said it expects uranium to remain its main focus.

Lynas Corp (LYC.AX) and privately-held Blue Line Corp

Australia-based Lynas is largest producer of rare earths outside China. The company extracts rare earths from a mine in western Australia and ships the ore to Malaysia for processing, though its Malaysian operations have come under increased government scrutiny in recent years. Lynas inked a deal with Blue Line in 2019 to build rare earths processing plants in Texas. Lynas will be the majority owner. The companies last December jointly applied for Pentagon funding for processing of so-called heavy rare earths, a less-common type of the specialized minerals that are highly sought after for use in weaponry, part of the reason why Lynas sought a U.S.-based partner. On Wednesday, Lynas and Blue Line said they were chosen by the Pentagon, though they did not say how much funding they would get, nor did they list any conditions associated with the award.

MP Materials

The privately held company owns California’s Mountain Pass mine, the only rare earths mine in the United States. China’s Shenghe Resources Holding Co (600392.SS) owns about 10% of the company, and Chinese customers account for all its annual revenue of about $100 million. MP Materials ships more than 50,000 tonnes of concentrated rare earths per year to China for processing. It is spending $200 million to restart mothballed equipment and aims to be processing at the mine site by the end of the year, though some industry analysts have said the goal may be overly optimistic. Once the refining equipment does switch online, the goal is to use that material on site to make more than 5,000 tonnes per year of neodymium and praseodymium (NdPr), two of the 17 types of rare earths that are used to make magnets.

NioCorp Developments Ltd (NB.TO)

The company, led by former Molycorp executives, is developing the Elk Creek mine in Nebraska. The deposit will primarily produce niobium, which is used to harden steel and is not a rare earth. But it also will produce the rare earth scandium. The company is in the process of obtaining permits and is looking for financing.

Rare Element Resources Ltd (REEMF.PK)

The company has been developing the Bear Lodge rare earths mine in Wyoming since 1999. In recent years, the company has run into delays in obtaining permits and faced other challenges, hindering its ability to secure financing.

Texas Mineral Resources Corp (TMRC.PK) and privately held USA Rare Earth

The companies are developing the Round Top rare earths project in the western corner of Texas and hope to have it operational by 2023. In the meantime, the partners are building a pilot plant in Colorado to process rare earths. The companies hope to be producing small amounts of processed rare earths by the middle of 2020 - roughly 100 kg (220 pounds) annually. This would help them finalize supply deals with potential customers and secure financing for a full-scale plant near their Texas mine site.

UCore Rare Metals Inc (UCU.V)

The company is developing the Bokan mine in Alaska and building rare earths processing equipment. Alaska’s state government has pledged $145 million to support the project. UCore has said it plans to focus first on building the processor and then develop the mine. The company teamed up with manufacturer Materion Corp (MTRN.N) to apply for Pentagon funding for the processing plant. Materion has previously received financial support from the U.S. military to produce beryllium, a mineral used as a hardening agent for weapons. The beryllium production process has similarities to rare earths processing.

Federal Court Orders Maryland to Release Complete Voter Registration Records

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that a federal court ordered the State of Maryland to produce the voter list for Montgomery County that includes the registered voters’ date of birth. This court ruling is the latest in a series of victories for Judicial Watch in its lawsuit filed July 18, 2017, against Montgomery County and the Maryland State Boards of Elections under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA). Judicial Watch filed suit for the Maryland voter list data after uncovering that there were more registered voters in Montgomery County than citizens over the age of 18 who could legally register (Judicial Watch vs. Linda H. Lamone, et al. (No. 1:17-cv-02006)).

Ruling in Judicial Watch’s favor, Judge Hollander said: Judicial Watch need not demonstrate its need for birth date information in order to facilitate its effort to ensure that the voter rolls are properly maintained. Nevertheless, it has put forward reasonable justifications for requiring birth date information, including using birth dates to find duplicate registrations and searching for voters who remain on the rolls despite “improbable” age. In order to avoid turning over the dates of birth for Maryland voters, the Maryland Administrator of Elections, Linda Lamone, directed her staff to remove date of birth as a field on the voter registration application. Judge Hollander ruled that Lamone could not do this, saying: Because full voter birth dates appear on completed voter registration applications, the Administrator may not bypass the Act by unilaterally revising the Application.

In August 2019, Judge Hollander ruled in Judicial Watch’s favor in the same case, ordering the State of Maryland to produce voter list data for Montgomery County. She noted then: Organizations such as Judicial Watch have the resources and expertise that few individuals can marshal. By excluding these organizations from access to voter registration lists, the State law undermines Section 8(i)’s efficacy. Accordingly, [Maryland election law] is an obstacle to the accomplishment of the NVRA’s purposes. It follows that the State law is preempted in so far as it allows only Maryland registered voters to access voter registration lists. The judge at the time also asked both Judicial Watch and Maryland to brief the issue of access to birth dates “more fully,” and reserved her ruling on that point. This recent ruling resolves the last remaining issue in the case, allowing Judicial Watch access to full voter registration files for Montgomery County registrants.

The dispute over the voter registration list arose from an April 11, 2017, notice letter sent to Maryland election officials, in which Judicial Watch explained that Montgomery County had an impossibly high registration rate – over 100 percent of its age-eligible citizenry. The letter threatened a lawsuit if the problems with Montgomery County’s voter rolls were not fixed. The letter also requested access to Montgomery County voter registration lists in order to evaluate the efficacy of any “programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of Maryland’s official eligible voter lists during the past 2 years.”

With the news of Inovio's human trials on vaccine, has anyone dug on Covance? I know of someone who works there and they indicated something "exciting" was discussed in meeting this week. The subsidiary of GE Capitol, Industrial Risk Insurers company, paid some of Mr. Silverstein alleged loss of $7 billion needed to reconstruct the new World Trade Center.

A Harvard Law grad, he is also member of the Council on Foreign Relations largely directed by honorary PNYC chairman, David Rockefeller. Mr. Zuckerman is a fixture on Sunday talk shows like The McLaughlin Group. Zuckerman is reported to have an estimated net worth of $2.8 billion. Mr. Zuckerman, a candidate for US Ambassador to Israel, is also a leading financier of the American Lyme Disease Foundation that heavily promoted SmithKline company’s disastrous Lymerix vaccine. This vaccine was pulled from the market following hundreds-of-thousands of reported cases of recipients suffering post-vaccination symptoms of Lyme disease.

I've found a bit more on Covance. Is a CRO (Clinical Research Organization). They are really more important than the Pharma co. The CROs are paid by Pharma to do the actual trials, most of which are now done outside US because most Americans are on various drugs so not good subjects.

IMO, this means if Pharma expects a certain result (success), CROs could be pressured to alter results to suit the Pharma that's paying them.

The hotspots are, in some cases, very interesting what's going on. And they're going down; they're going in the right direction. Cases in the Boston area are now declining. The Chicago curve appears to have flattened, which is terrific. And Detroit is past its peak.

These trends demonstrate that our aggressive strategy to battle the virus is working and that more states will soon be in a position to gradually and safely reopen. It's very exciting. It was very exciting, even today, watching and seeing what's happening. And people are getting ready and they're all excited.

They've never seen where we are right now. You don't have to build new machines. You don't have to build new labs; we already have them. But some of the labs are even upgrading to be able to double and triple their capacity, in one case. No, we're at a level that nobody has ever been. A Washington Sheriff Is Sick of the Assault on Our Constitutional Rights, and He’s Sticking It to the Governor

On March 23rd, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee’s instituted a stay-at-home order for the entire state. And on April 2nd, he extended it through May 4th. But on Tuesday, Snohomish County Sheriff Adam Fortney posted to Facebook his best Twisted Sister — sick of the COVID-19-inspired assault on constitutional rights, he’s not gonna take it.

Adam had a lot to say. “I just watched the Governor’s speech to Washingtonian’s regarding our approach to getting Washington back in business,” he began, “and I am left to wonder if he even has a plan?” Adam said he “wasn’t even sure what [Jay] was trying to say half of the time.” And to be curt: “He has no plan. He has no details.”

The lawman wants the constitutional rollback to stop — there appears to be insufficient reasoning. Adam noted that he’d written something similar a couple weeks before, but he’d chosen to give the governor the benefit of the doubt — perhaps he’d be revealing more in the way of getting people back to work. But it hasn’t happened. “After what I witnessed tonight, I can no longer stay silent as I’m not even sure he knows what he is doing or knows what struggles Washingtonian’s face right now.” The sheriff noted that the pandemic is dangerous, but the citizenry is taking precaution. And he’s worried about people’s ability to take care of their needs — particularly when the country’s endured a shutdown that was based on faulty modeling. And the plan we’re currently following could be taking us in the absolute wrong direction.

Sec. Pompeo Unloads on WHO & CCP: Alleges ‘Cover Up’, Destruction of Samples, And ‘Failure’

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo accused China and the World Health Organization of major failures at a press conference in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday morning.

Pompeo – using the World Health Organization’s (WHO) own rulebook – slammed the Chinese Communist Party for not sharing relevant information about the coronavirus outbreak, and the WHO for not policing the matter appropriately.

The Secretary of State explained that the CCP has still not shared the virus sample from Wuhan province, China.

Speaking this morning Pompeo commented: “China didn’t share all the information it had. It covered up how dangerous the disease is. It didn’t report sustained human-to-human transmission for a month, until it was inside every province in China. It censored those who tried to warn the world… and it destroyed existing samples.

“The CCP has still not shared the virus sample from inside of China with the outside world, making it impossible to track the disease’s evolution.”

He added: “The World Health Organization’s regulatory arm clearly failed during this pandemic,” referring to the obligation to share viral samples and the policing of such matters according to the International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2005.

Pompeo implied the responsibility for such matters rests with the WHO’s chief, Dr. Tedros.

POTUS keeps mentioning 1917 in his pressers and I've not seen any definitive digs that explain why so I put together a short list of US based events from 1917 that seem more or less relevant to current habbenings. The List of Union Forgery Lawsuits Just Keeps Growing

It’s widely known that government unions are hotbeds of corruption. There’s hardly any other way to put it when union bosses forcibly take money out of public-sector employee paychecks to line their campaign war chests, use that money to buy corrupt politicians, then negotiate with their bought-and-paid-for lawmakers for sweetheart government deals at taxpayer expense. But recent developments have revealed a level of corruption that goes even further.

Forging signatures to begin stealing money out of paychecks of people who never wanted to join in the first place. One instance of forgery might be a misunderstanding or miscommunication. Twelve instances of forgery is a pattern of criminal behavior. In March, the Freedom Foundation filed five lawsuits in one day against unions in Washington, Oregon and California for forging documents authorizing the union to deduct dues or political contributions from public employee paychecks. Three forgery lawsuits were filed in January. These cases, combined with previous lawsuits Freedom Foundation filed in 2019, make a total of 12 active forgery lawsuits Freedom Foundation lawyers are handling on behalf of employees up and down the West Coast. There are different nuances, but at their core, the unifying theme is union fraud and hubris.

Several of them are in-home care providers who don’t want or need to interact with a union rep outside their loved one’s house. Several forgeries occurred as online signatures (and these are the same people who want to control our voting process). In at least one instance, a union rep went to a person’s home, asked them to sign up for membership, was told no thank you, and then walked away and signed the card anyway. In every case, when the unions were contacted to provide proof that the employees did, in fact, sign themselves up, the unions made excuses and delayed for months or even more than a year, all the while continuing to illegally take money from these paychecks.

The Freedom Foundation is representing each of these people free of charge, as we always do. One forgery lawsuit partially settled for $28,000 in 2019, but it remains ongoing. Many of these lawsuits seek a full refund with interest, but some of the people Freedom Foundation is representing just want the dues to stop from here on out and for the union to leave them alone. There are more potential cases already under investigation. Looks like the 'Nation-State' of CA is using the 'asymptomatic' angle to begin instituting 'surveillance testing' across CA breaking with the current CV Task Force/CDC Guidelines:

"The state instructions released Sunday name asymptomatic people living or working in places like nursing homes, prisons and some households as a number one priority to be tested.

California is the first state to move beyond the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) recommendations to prioritize hospitalized patients and symptomatic health care workers for testing.

In the second-tier of priority, the CDC lists those who are elderly or have underlying conditions and are experiencing symptoms.

The state guidelines also included a fourth-level priority, involving the testing of all low-risk symptomatic people and surveillance testing of asymptomatic people when possible."

CNN Boss Tells Staff They Will Not Return to Offices Until at Least September

CNN won’t send staffers back into its offices until at least September. In an internal email obtained by The Daily Beast, network chief Jeff Zucker told staff that the vast majority of company staff will “not be returning to the office in any significant way” before the end of summer. “Our expectation is that the rest of you will not return before early September, with a few exceptions in July for newsgathering and some in August, depending on the political conventions,” Zucker said, noting that some dates could be subject to change. “But, to be clear, production of our programs will continue from home, as is it is now, until the end of summer.”

Over the past several weeks, many news outlets have begun to plan out what a physical return to company offices would look like. In a staff-wide email earlier this month, Fox News set May 4 as a target to reopen its offices, though given that New York City is closed down until May 15, the network will almost certainly push back this deadline.

(P.56) According to The Canadian Encyclopedia, the Spanish flu (really the Chinese flu) killed about 40,000 Canadians.

The 1918 Flu started in China but it spread around the world because formerly-isolated, virus-carrying Chinese came into contact with Canadians, Americans, British, French, other Europeans and then Africans who had had little previous contact with one another.

The contact between the Chinese and other populations happened because the British/French allies in WW1 against Germany needed a large number of workers to do mostly non-combatant work (loading and unloading ships, etc,) behind the front lines of World War I. The British and the French negotiated with China to bring large numbers of Chinese to Europe. The workers were referred to as the "Chinese Labour Corps" When British authorities saw signs of health dangers, they could have reduced the inflow, but felt committed to the Chinese."

"Harvard University has announced it would reject USD 8.7 million in federal coronavirus relief. This came a day after United States President Donald Trump excoriated the wealthy Ivy League school over taxpayer money it stood to receive.

It followed similar actions at Stanford and Princeton universities, which said they too would turn down millions of dollars in federal funding amid growing scrutiny of wealthy colleges.

Officials at Harvard said the school still faces significant financial challenges due to the pandemic but would refuse the money over concerns that "intense focus by politicians" will undermine the relief programme created by Congress.

"Small bands of protesters have staged demonstrations over the government-ordered lockdowns in the otherwise empty streets of a number of Democratic-led U.S. states, driven by the social-media tactics of a coalition of gun-rights activists and far-right groups.

Mostly in states with Democratic governors and sometimes encouraged by President Donald Trump, protests have sprung up to demand an end to social-distancing measures that have closed schools and businesses. Although relatively small, the gatherings strike an unusual picture these days — people gathered in groups together.

Egged on by libertarian activists like those who favor gun rights, oppose vaccines and other government involvement in individual activity — as well as the conservative Tea Party movement and Trump campaign surrogates — people who have lost livelihoods and life savings because of the shutdown are demanding that the restrictions be lifted, even if that means more people are sickened by COVID-19.

Social media has been the spark, with Facebook pages springing up to amplify the message and making the movement seem like more of a grassroots effort than it may be so far, even as some pages attract tens of thousands of likes. Activists are employing methods like hashtags to broaden the effort.

Whether it grows depends on the public’s still-unsettled attitude about the delicate balance government is trying to strike between allowing people to return to work and keeping people healthy. That will also depend on how Trump handles the movement.

The Dorr brothers, who live in Iowa, Ohio and Minnesota, have been able to amass an audience of about 200,000 Facebook users across all groups, which include “Minnesotans Against Excessive Quarantine,” with 22,000 members, and “Pennsylvanians Against Excessive Quarantine,” with about 70,000 members. They plan on using the power of Facebook to plan future protests too, including drive-thru events in Wisconsin, Ohio and New York.

Aaron Dorr, 40, said he and his brothers wanted to create a platform for conservative activists to raise concerns about the quarantine and contact their elected officials.

“Members of our gun-rights organizations asked us to give them a way to talk with their lawmakers the way we do with gun politics, so we kind of did this mostly in reaction to their needs and their requests from us,” Dorr said in an interview.

“These things went viral on their own, exploded in growth because people are sick and tired of being stuck home watching their life’s work fade before their eyes.”

Those who oppose vaccines and supporters of QAnon, a group that believes a “deep state” is trying to undermine Trump and his supporters, have joined the social media effort, along with a small number of far-right users in Canada and the U.K., said Cindy Otis, a former Central Intelligence Agency analyst who researchers online misinformation.

These users, some of whom blame the virus on Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates or 5G telecommunications technology, have spread hashtags such as #openupamerica, #openamerica #liberatemichigan and #openpa on Twitter, Facebook and other social media, Otis said."

Pentagon plans to dispatch Blue Angels and Thunderbirds in coronavirus response

The Pentagon is planning a multi-city tour of the U.S. military’s top flight demonstration teams to “champion national unity” amid the coronavirus pandemic, according to defense officials and a memo obtained by The Washington Post.

The Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds, the demonstration squadrons for the Navy and Air Force, respectively, will fly over some cities together and others separately, according to the memo. The flyovers will occur in the next several weeks “to thank first responders, essential personnel, and military service members as we collectively battle the spread of COVID-19.”

The mission - named Operation America Strong - was conceived by senior military officers in the Pentagon and is meant to be a nonpartisan show of resolve, a senior U.S. military official said Wednesday. He spoke on the condition of anonymity because the plan has not yet been announced.

"SHUBENACADIE, Nova Scotia (Reuters) - Canadian police faced mounting criticism on Wednesday for using social media and not a provincial emergency alert system to notify the public that a gunman was at large for some 13 hours after he murdered the first of his 22 victims over the weekend.

During the worst mass shooting in the country's history, the Nova Scotia provincial detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) sent a series of tweets to about 90,000 followers warning that there was an active shooter in the area.

But some of the families and friends of the victims said a provincial warning system, which would have sent out text, radio and TV warnings, might have saved the lives of their loved ones.

"I don't use Twitter, and I don't know anyone that does use Twitter," Nick Beaton said in an interview broadcast by CTV News. Beaton's wife, Kristen, a nurse and mother from Debert, was shot dead on Sunday while on her way to work.

Beaton said he would have never let his wife leave the house that morning had he known the gunman was still at large.

Nova Scotia RCMP Chief Superintendent Chris Leather defended the use of social media on Wednesday, saying he was "very satisfied" with the messaging, which he said the media helped spread, and that the "communications being provided were the best and clearest information that could be provided."

Police were in the process of preparing to use the emergency alert system when the gunman was shot and killed by police, Leather said.

The shooter, 51-year-old Gabriel Wortman, began the rampage on Saturday night which continued in several small Nova Scotian towns and ended around noon on Sunday."

China's coronavirus diplomacy has finally pushed Europe too far

With a series of high-level summits culminating in a visit to Germany in the fall by President Xi Jinping, this was supposed to be the year of Europe-China diplomacy. Instead, Europeans are warning of a damaging rift.

Diplomats talk of mounting anger over China's behavior during the coronavirus pandemic, including claims of price gouging by Chinese suppliers of medical equipment and a blindness to how its actions are perceived. The upshot is that Beijing's handling of the crisis has eroded trust just when it had a chance to demonstrate global leadership.

"Over these months China has lost Europe," said Reinhard Buetikofer, a German Green party lawmaker who chairs the European Parliament's delegation for relations with China. He cited concerns from China's "truth management" in the early stages of the virus to an "extremely aggressive" stance by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Beijing and "hard line propaganda" that champions the superiority of Communist Party rule over democracy.

Rather than any single act responsible for the breakdown, he said, "it's the pervasiveness of an attitude that does not purvey the will to create partnerships, but the will to tell people what to do."

While the Trump administration has resumed its swipes at China, European officials are traditionally less willing to be openly critical, in part for fear of retribution. The fact that politicians in Berlin, Paris, London and Brussels are expressing concern over Beijing's narrative on covid-19 hints at a deeper resentment with wide-ranging consequences. Already some European Union members are pursuing policies to reduce their dependence on China and keep potential predatory investments in check, defensive measures that risk hurting China-EU trade worth almost $750 billion last year.

As a result of the covid-19 crisis, pressure is growing on the U.K. to reverse its decision to allow Huawei Technologies a limited role in its fifth-generation mobile networks, while France may be less inclined to give Huawei a chunk of its 5G contracts after the embassy spat. Germany must make a decision by around midyear on Chinese involvement in its 5G networks.

In the battle of narratives, Germany is key, according to Janka Oertel, director of the Asia program at the European Council on Foreign Relations in Berlin. As well as Europe's dominant economy, its trade ties to China dwarf those of its neighbors: German exports to China in 2019 were higher than the U.K., France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands combined. It will assume the EU's rotating presidency on July 1, giving it the chance to turn the debate in Europe.

Robin Lewis Farkas passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 10th 2018. Robin was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alexander's department stores.

His many civic activities included Chairman of the New York City Police Foundation, Chairman of the New York State Dormitory Authority, member of the Visiting Committee of Harvard University and the Executive Committee of the New York Metropolitan Merchants Association.

He served on the boards of numerous companies in the United States and India and was active in Democratic politics in New York and Wyoming. He was a veteran of the US Army and a graduate of Choate, Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.

INTERNATIONAL POLICE COOPERATION LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A DARK WEB CHILD SEX ABUSER IN SPAIN

The operation to bring down a child sex abuser, who had made explicit videos of an underage boy, owes its success to international cooperation. Information from Queensland Police – Australia’s Taskforce Argos sent via Europol’s secure communication channel allowed Europol experts to carry out operational analysis, which revealed that a video from 2015 found in Belgium and France may have been filmed in Spain.

A CRUCIAL BREAKTHROUGH ON SOCIAL MEDIA

The analysis of the images and video – which showed how the suspect abused a boy who was under five years old at the time – led the Spanish National Police (Policía Nacional) to locate the suspect. When looking into the message published with the video, officers noticed that the suspect used words and phrases from Spain and not from a Latin American country.

Using operational analysis, open-source enquiries and cross-checking information, Europol experts found that the suspect was registered on several websites and boards dedicated to child sexual abuse and exploitation on the dark web. The investigation revealed that the suspect was also using a social media network where he was in touch with a woman who shared the same surname as the one in the title of the sexual abuse video.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC FORCES A CHANGE OF TACTICS

Once the abuser was located in Barcelona, cybercrime experts from the Spanish National Police Central High-Tech Crime Unit located in Madrid moved to Barcelona. Due to the lockdown in Spain, they were assisted remotely by other experts in Madrid. The material seized showed how the arrested suspect was using several email addresses and dark web access points to commit this horrific crime. The material seized is pending analysis, which is of special value as it could provide important clues about other child sex abusers on the dark web.

Fernando Ruiz, Acting Head of the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) at Europol, adds, ‘This type of international cooperation during the COVID-19 crisis shows how children are being protected as a priority by law enforcement from all over the world. Europol is proud to support this investigation and to bring together the contributions of the Member States and non-EU partners to help identify those sexually exploiting and abusing children. We encourage everyone to be aware of the potential dangers to children during this time. Europol has published preventive messaging on its website and social media channels.’

On Tuesday, New Jersey state senate president Stephen Sweeney (D.) expanded on Illinois's request, asking for $500 billion in federal loans to buckling state pensions across the nation. Mumford, President of the Center for Research on Population and Security. This is the first time that it has been made available to the public.

Because of his position and the length of his tenure, Professor Siegel is considered among the world's foremost authorities on the development of World Health Organization policy. In this interview, he reveals the influence of the Vatican in shaping WHO policy, particularly in blocking adoption of the concept that overpopulation is a grave public-health threat - a concept which, in WHO's early years, enjoyed a broad consensus among member countries.

Without this separation of population dynamics from WHO public-health policy, the Vatican would have found it much more difficult to subsequently manipulate governments on such issues as family planning and abortion. National leaders would have been able to refer to the international consensus, as demonstrated by WHO policy. WHO, they could have insisted, has determined that family planning and abortion - like clean water, good nutrition, and immunizations - are necessary to protect public health.

Professor Siegel decided to speak out on the subject. As he was involved in the WHO at an early stage, his personal experience provides ample evidence that the Vatican influenced WHO policy development from the outset, during the early period of the Interim Commission in 1946. In its 63-year history, this international health body has had a deplorable record in family planning. Iran Guard commander threatens US Navy after Trump tweet

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — The leader of Iran's Revolutionary Guard warned Thursday he ordered his forces to potentially target the U.S. Navy after President Donald Trump's tweet a day earlier threatening to sink Iranian vessels.

Iran separately summoned the Swiss ambassador, who looks out for America's interests in the country, to complain about Trump's threat coming amid months of escalating attacks between the two countries.

While the coronavirus pandemic temporarily paused those tensions, Iran has since begun pushing back against the Trump administration's maximum pressure policy both militarily and diplomatically. The Guard also launched Iran's first military satellite Wednesday, unveiling a previously secret space program.

Speaking to state television Thursday, Guard Gen. Hossein Salami warned his forces "will answer any action by a decisive, effective and quick counteraction.”

“We have ordered our naval units at sea that if any warships or military units from the naval force of America’s terrorist army wants to jeopardize our commercial vessels or our combat vessels, they must target those (American) warships or naval units,” Salami said.

The latest dispute comes after the U.S. Navy said last week that 11 Guard naval gunboats had carried out “dangerous and harassing approaches” to American Navy and Coast Guard vessels in the Persian Gulf. The Americans said they used a variety of nonlethal means to warn off the Iranian boats, and they eventually left. Iran, meanwhile, accused the U.S. of sparking the incident, without offering evidence.

Iran has had tense encounters at sea for years with the U.S. Navy in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of all oil passes. The U.S. has patrolled the area to protect global shipping for decades, something Iran describes as akin to it patrolling the Gulf of Mexico.

Trump on Wednesday, facing a collapsing global energy market and the pandemic at home amid his re-election campaign, tweeted out a warning to Iran that he ordered the Navy to "shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea.”

“We don’t want their gunboats surrounding our boats, and traveling around our boats and having a good time,” Trump told reporters Wednesday evening at the White House. “We’re not going to stand for it. ... They’ll shoot them out of the water.”

The International Crisis Group, noting the tensions, urged both countries to create a deconfliction hotline to avoid a possible military confrontation.

“In the absence of a major diplomatic breakthrough, an indirect military communications channel could go some way toward ensuring, at least, that a single incident will not spark a wider conflagration,” it said in a report Thursday.

Iran in the past has rejected idea of a hotline.

Meanwhile, the Guard surprised analysts by sending a satellite into space on Wednesday from a previously unused launch pad and with a new system. While Iran stresses its program is peaceful, Western nations fear such a program will help Iran build intercontinental ballistic missiles.

State television on Thursday said Iran received signals from the satellite, without elaborating. While American officials haven't acknowledged the satellite reached orbit, open-source data from the U.S. military suggested the "Noor," or "Light" satellite now orbited the Earth.

Uzi Rubin, fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security and the founder of Israel’s missile defense program, said the launch showed the Guard's “further gain in wresting for power and in building its own state within a state.”

“The very act of launching a military satellite in the midst of the coronavirus crisis that is affecting Iran too is a statement of self confidence and perseverance by the ayatollahs to the West but mainly to its own population,” Rubin said.

This was definitely POTUS during his CHI-na flu presser yesterday afternoon. At least with how he treated the fake news NPCs....lol. Dr. Yi Fan and Dr. Hu Weifeng both survived coronavirus after being infected while treating patients in the city of Wuhan, where they both worked. But after they were placed on life support, their skin turned "very dark".

Both doctors were diagnosed back in January while working at Wuhan's central hospital and were eventually taken to the Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital and transferred twice as a result of their serious condition.

While initially the change in their skin color was attributed to a hormonal imbalance after their livers had reportedly been damaged by the virus, another doctor suspected that it could have been as a result of one of the drugs they received during the beginning of their treatment, according to the NY Post.

"When I first gained consciousness, especially after I got to know about my condition, I felt scared. I had nightmares often,” Dr. Yi said after spending 39 days on life support.

Interesting to anon that the US Army has a massive collection of Nazi art, and is building (or has built) a museum to display it.

The U.S. Army may seem like an unlikely patron of the humanities, but over the last century the service branch has accumulated an unrivaled treasure trove of captured and commissioned war art. The collection of 16,000 paintings, photos, and sculptures is currently sitting in a football field-sized warehouse at Fort Belvoir, awaiting completion of a public Army Museum sometime around 2019.

The Army’s conservation warehouse includes works by Norman Rockwell, ordinary soldiers, enemy combatants, and even Adolf Hitler’s watercolors. The collection program began during World War I when the Army dispatched eight “combat artists” to roam the battlefield and record firsthand the experience of the average soldier.

During World War II they added captured Nazi and Fascist propaganda, confiscated from enemy capitals and deemed too controversial for public display. Thousands of these pieces were returned to Europe after the war, but the Army kept anything picturing a swastika or Nazi leader. World War II also brought in historic pieces, unrelated to war art, that were stolen from victims of the Holocaust and reclaimed by the Monuments Men.

The U.S. government’s attic counts a slew of collections like this across the country, under Park Service, Smithsonian, Archives, and Library of Congress stewardship. They’re generally overly bureaucratic affairs, tightly sealed to the public eye in an unfortunate compromise between preservation and security. The Army’s warehouse is a surprising exception to the norm, and they regularly allow journalists and researchers to come take a look. And when fundraising and construction of the Army Museum are complete in a few years the collection will be a national treasure accessible to anyone.

Nunes has just revealed that one of the criminal referrals he sent focuses on “whether or not intelligence was manipulated for political purposes.” Specifically, Nunes is referring to the 158-page “bipartisan” report the intelligence community put together on alleged Russian election interference in 2017. Nunes refers to the report as “Obama’s dossier” and told Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs that it was “suspect’ the U.S. intelligence community put it together in a matter of several weeks, at the behest of former President Barack Obama.”

The 2017 intelligence community report declared its “moderate’ to ‘high’ confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin sought to boost then-candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 election chances” reports The Washington Examiner. Representative Nunes not only says all the documents should never have been classified in the first place, hiding “critical information” from the public, but he also plans to send more criminal referrals to the Justice Department.

Nunes says Republicans are eager to fully investigate because Democrats “weaponized” the Mueller report and Steele Dossier. Lou Dobbs asked Nunes if he believes anything will ever come from the criminal referrals, to which Nunes responded, “well that is the million-dollar question” but that he wants the audience to know “house Republicans have not stopped this investigation, so no matter what Pelosi…they can put out phony reports, do phony impeachments, our investigation continues.”

Nunes added they have been looking at the “three dossiers” the Steele dossier, Obama’s dossier, and the Mueller report, as well as plans to interview three Russian Americans and are looking at making additional criminal referrals. “We also need an investigation about why were all these things redacted so long by the Department of Justice and the FBI?” questioned Nunes. “Why did we just find out in the last few weeks what was hidden behind the Horowitz reports in the footnotes?… What ticks me off is there was no reason for these to be redacted and I want answers.” Nunes concluded, “We still need more declassified. There are too many things hiding from the American public.”

The leader of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps vowed Thursday that his troops will “destroy any American terrorist force” that threatens the country’s ships in the Persian Gulf.

The inflammatory comments from Major General Hossein Salami on Iranian state TV come a day after President Trump warned the Islamic Republic in a tweet that he has “instructed the United States Navy to shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea."

Trump was speaking in response to an incident last week in the Persian Gulf’s international waters, in which Iranian ships repeatedly crossed in front and behind U.S. vessels at extremely close range and high speeds."

As COVID-19 continues to create the perception of global chaos we’re all living in the 1989 Billy Joel hit song “We Didn’t Start the Fire” — the reality is tensions with traditional American foes have always been smoldering.

As COVID-19 has impacted U.S. readiness and even sidelined the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt, there’s a brewing perception that America’s adversaries Russia, China and Iran are taking advantage of the chaos to prod American military weakness as the U.S. stumbles during COVID-19.

But a former U.S. defense official and other analysts say recent aggression by America’s adversaries is nothing new and fit a pattern of behavior established over the years. There is, however, fear the virus could cause miscalculation leading to a broader conflict.

“It’s just a continuation of kind of what’s been going on for some time,” said Mike Jones, who served as U.S. Central Command chief of staff in 2011 under then-commander James Mattis. “I don’t think this is brand new.”

On April 19 there was an “unprofessional” and “unsafe” intercept of a U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon over the Mediterranean Sea, the Navy announced. It was the second intercept of a P-8 over the same waters in less than a week — though the Navy deemed the first incident as safe and professional."

"Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corps warned Thursday that U.S. ships would be destroyed if they were deemed a threat to Iranian security in the Persian Gulf.

Reuters reported that Major General Hossein Salami, the commander-in-chief of the Revolutionary Guards, threatened to sink any U.S. warship that Iranian forces believed could pose a security risk to an Iranian vessel, military or otherwise.

“I have ordered our naval forces to destroy any American terrorist force in the Persian Gulf that threatens security of Iran’s military or non-military ships,” he said, adding: “Security of the Persian Gulf is part of Iran’s strategic priorities.”

His comments come a day after President Trump said in a tweet that the U.S. Navy would "shoot down and destroy" any Iranian ship that attempted to harass free movement of vessels in the Gulf.

“I have instructed the United States Navy to shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea,” Trump tweeted early Wednesday."

"The head of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said the country would "destroy" American warships that threaten its presence in the Gulf.

Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami told Iranian state television on Thursday that the fighting force would take out any U.S. warship it believes threatened the "security" of Iranian naval vessels, according to Reuters.

“I have ordered our naval forces to destroy any American terrorist force in the Persian Gulf that threatens security of Iran’s military or nonmilitary ships,” Salami said. “Security of the Persian Gulf is part of Iran’s strategic priorities."

“I am telling the Americans that we are absolutely determined and serious in defending our national security, our water borders, our shipping safety, and our security forces, and we will respond decisively to any sabotage,” he added. “Americans have experienced our power in the past and must learn from it.”"

"Iran will not hesitate to retaliate against the US Navy if it attacks any Iranian vessel, Tehran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander has warned, responding to a similar threat by Trump.

“I have ordered our naval forces to destroy any American naval force in the Persian Gulf that threatens the security of Iran’s military or non-military ships,” Major-General Hossein Salami said on Thursday, as cited by Tasnim News Agency.

Salami was responding to US President Donald Trump, who said that he had issued an order on Wednesday to “destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea.”

Last week, the US Navy accused Iranian warships of maneuvering in a “dangerous and provocative” manner near its own vessels in the Persian Gulf. Tehran rejected these claims, saying its patrol boats had to intercept and monitor the American ships because they were violating maritime protocols while navigating in the area."
