In order to protect the health and safety of all voters, poll workers, and election officials while ensuring access to voting, the PA primary election has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 2. Also, new mail in ballot options are available to ALL Pennsylvania voters. Vote from the comfort and safety of your own home

ALL Pennsylvania voters now have the option to vote by mail or absentee ballot without having to provide an excuse – for any reason or no reason at all. You can apply for mail-in ballots online, by mail, or in person, until one week before the election. For help or to be mailed an application directly, please call 1-877-VOTESPA.

For the 2020 primary, mail-in ballot applications and absentee ballot applications must be received by your county election office by 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 26. Applying online is very easy, quick and secure, and if you enter your email address, you will receive notifications as to the status of your application and ballot along the way. Once you receive your mail-in or absentee ballot, you have until 8 pm on election day, June 2, to deliver your completed ballot to your county election office. If you are mailing it back, do that as early as you can to ensure it is delivered by that time.

Voters who have already requested a mail-in or absentee ballot will receive their ballot for the rescheduled primary. There is no need to apply again if you have already done so and if your address remains the same. If your address has changed, please contact your county election office to provide your updated address.

Up to this point we have established the following:

(1) By the 1870s The Order had Yale University under its control. Every President of Yale since Timothy Dwight has either been a member of The Order or has family connections to The Order. It also appears that some Yale graduates who are not members of The Order will act towards objectives desired by The Order. It appears at this point that Ron Rosenbaum's assertion (in Esquire, 1977), that members of the Eastern Establishment who are not members of Skull & Bones will be members of either Scroll & Key or Wolf's Head is holding up.

(2) So far as education is concerned, look-say reading originated with Thomas Gallaudet and was designed for deaf mutes. The elder Gallaudet was not a member of The Order, but his two sons (Edson and Herbert Gallaudet) were initiated in 1893 and 1898. Horace Mann, a significant influence in modern educational theory and the first promoter of "look-say," was not a member. However, Mann was President of Antioch College, and the Tafts (The Order) were the most powerful trustees of Antioch.

(3) We traced John Dewey's philosophy, that education is to prepare a person to fit into society rather than develop individual talents, to Herbart who was influenced by the Swiss Pestalozzi. Personal development cannot be achieved by developing individual talents, it must take the form of preparation to serve society, according to Herbart, Dewey and Pestalozzi. Pestalozzi was a member of the Illuminati, with the code name "Alfred." This raises new perspectives for future research, specifically whether The Order can be traced to the illuminati.

(4) The scene shifts in the late 19th century from Yale to Johns Hopkins University. Member Daniel Coit

Gilman is the first President of Johns Hopkins and he has handpicked either members of The Order (Welch) or Hegelians for the new departments. G. Stanley Hall, the first of Wilhelm Wundt's American students, began the process of Americanization of Wundt, established the first experimental psychology laboratory for education in the United States with funds from Gilman, and later started the Journal Of Psychology. John Dewey was one of the first doctorates from Johns Hopkins (under Hall and Morris), followed by Woodrow Wilson, who was President of Princeton University before he became President of the United States

Hackers selling Zoom Windows and Mac exploits online

Exploit targeting Windows devices on sale for $500,000

Exploits for serious vulnerabilities affecting Zoom for Windows and MacOS are available online after being putting up for sale by hackers, security experts have warned. The vulnerabilities are classed as zero-days (or 0-days), which means the vendor is unaware of their existence in its code and therefore temporarily powerless to prevent their exploitation. The zero-day present in Zoom’s Windows application reportedly allows the hackers to execute code on the target device remotely, and is listed for purchase online for at $500,000.

Zoom security issues

Researchers have uncovered a litany of vulnerabilities - from the opportunity for credential theft to app hijacking, malicious code injection and more - forcing the company to suspend product development to focus on eliminating security flaws. According to anonymous sources, who have not examined the code first hand but have spoken with the selling party, the two new exploits vary in potency.

The zero-day present in Zoom for Windows could be used to gain access to the application, but not the device it’s held on. To abuse the bug, the hacker would also need to join the same video conference as the victim, ruling out a stealth-based assault. The flaw affecting Zoom’s MacOS client, meanwhile, does not allow for remote code execution and is therefore less threatening to end users.

In a written statement, Zoom confirmed it is investigating the zero-days but disputed the legitimacy of the rumours. “Zoom takes user security extremely seriously. Since learning of these rumours, we have been working around the clock with a reputable, industry-leading security firm to investigate them,” said the firm. “To date, we have not found any evidence substantiating these claims,” it added.

Ventilators By Cloak & Dagger: Israel's Mossad Boasts Of Stealing Medical Gear From Other Countries

An Israel broacast interview featuring a high level Mossad operative is making waves in the region after an intelligence official admitted using "a little" theft to obtain medical protective equipment in the fight against coronavirus, which has been in short supply globally. There's been controversy raging over just how Israel has been able to stay well-stocked of personal protective equipment (PPE), test kits, and ventilators even as the rest of the world, including the US and Canada, runs out. This after late last month Israeli media widely reported "The Mossad purchased 10 million medical masks" in a "sensitive" operation, as The Jerusalem Post reported March 30.

"In addition to the 10 million medical masks, the Mossad brought a few dozen ventilators, tens of thousands of test kits and some 25,000 N95 surgical masks that are designed to protect the wearer from airborne particles and liquid," the controversial Jerusalem Post report explained. "It expects to bring more medical equipment to the country. Mossad Director Yossi Cohen heads a special command center along with other national security units and the Health Ministry." The revelations and reports have enraged surrounding Middle East countries, with Turkey's TRT World reporting Wednesday the following of the recent Israeli TV interview:

In an interview with Israel’s Channel 12, a Mossad operative, identified only as H, said that Israelis would face no shortage in dealing with the virus. "In the world in general there will be a great shortage. People are dying because of a lack of equipment. In Israel people won't go without," H said. When asked about the means Mossad intelligence operatives had used in obtaining protective equipment, the agent refused to give details. When pressed further on whether such means may have included theft of supplies from other countries, H said: "We stole, but only a little.”

And a prior story in Israel's Haaretz also confirmed the stunning admission by the Mossad official, who only went by a pseudonym. The interview had been conducted by reporter Ilana Dayan for the investigative journalism series Uvda, as Haaretz explained in its Ventilators by Cloak-and-dagger:

The Mossad agents boasted about stealing medical equipment ordered by other countries. As Dayan chuckled, ”H.,” the head of Mossad’s technology division, said with a wink: “We stole, but only a little.” The senior spy, who admitted that until a few days ago he didn’t know what a ventilator was, who says “me and him went” and thinks jarred baby food is given by injection, explained: “We don’t steal in that manner ... to put a hand on supplies that someone else ordered.”

A number of countries, including the United States, have lately moved to ban all exports of personal protective gear and equipment like ventilators as the countries don't have enough to meet their own demand amid the massive influx of Covid-19 hospitalizations. This likely only served to increase Israeli's intelligence underhanded and covert tactics in procuring their own. Previously The New York Times said the Mossad "used international contacts" to avert possible shortages, more recently admitting that "Mr. Cohen’s [Mossad director] powerful agency, it turns out, has been deeply involved in Israel’s fight against the virus, and has been one of the country’s most valuable assets in acquiring medical equipment and manufacturing technology abroad, according to Israeli medical and security officials." No doubt these operations to intervene in the global medical supply chain go the other way too - as in likely Mossad is simultaneously attempting to intercept and sabotage much needed supplies going to enemies like Iran or Syria.

George W. Bush Center: More Globalization Is the Answer to Coronavirus Crisis

Executives with the George W. Bush Presidential Center say more globalization of the American economy is the answer to the Chinese coronavirus crisis, not the problem.

In an op-ed published in Real Clear World, Managing Director of the George W. Bush Institute-SMU Economic Growth Initiative Matthew Rooney writes that the policies of free trade, mass immigration, and globalization must be embraced further by the U.S. after the crisis is over.

Economic nationalism, Rooney writes, must be rejected:

As COVID-19 spreads and stresses healthcare infrastructure around the world, governments and civil society are racing to slow the pandemic by distancing people from one another. Meanwhile, in the United States and in other developed countries, there is a rising chorus of voices who argue that we must deglobalize, dismantle international supply chains, reduce international trade and travel, and close our borders to the world. The danger of a pandemic did not arise because of globalization. Pandemics have appeared periodically throughout history. Deglobalizing will not protect us from pandemics in the future. Globalization of the American economy — forged by the Bush presidencies, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama — has had a crippling impact on working- and middle-class Americans for decades and has been exacerbated during the coronavirus crisis.

Since 2001, free trade with China has cost millions of Americans their jobs. For example, the Economic Policy Institute has found that from 2001 to 2015, about 3.4 million U.S. jobs were lost due to the nation’s trade deficit with China.

Of the 3.4 million U.S. jobs lost in that time period, about 2.6 million were lost in the manufacturing industry, making up about three-fourths of the loss of jobs from the U.S.-Chinese trade deficit. Research has revealed that American towns that had their manufacturing bases gutted have been hit hardest with rampant drug addition during the opioid crisis.

Militants kill 5, injure 4 workers outside US airbase in Afghanistan

Five Afghans were killed and four more wounded in an attack on their vehicle outside the Bagram air base in Afghanistan, a major US stronghold north of Kabul, local media reported. The attackers remain unknown.

The attack happened on Thursday evening, around 10 pm local time, when a vehicle carrying the local employees was approaching the base. Attackers opened fire on the vehicle, a local official told reporters.

Located in the Parwan province, Bagram is the largest US base in Afghanistan and the headquarters of Operation Resolute Support.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack as of yet, though multiple reports have cast suspicion at Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) militants operating in Afghanistan.

The incident comes as Washington has been pushing the government in Kabul to release Taliban prisoners, under the terms of an agreement signed between the US and the militants on February 29. The treaty aims to pave the way for US withdrawal from Afghanistan after almost 20 years of occupation and failed nation-building efforts.

This pullback was supposed to be a gradual process, with the US continuing to support the government in Kabul against terrorists and militants such as IS.

However, citing the lack of progress in implementing the deal and divisions between President Ashraf Ghani and his rival Abdullah Abdullah that delayed the formation of an “inclusive government,” the US halted $1 billion in aid to the Afghan government last month.

An experiment that created a hybrid version of a bat coronavirus — one related to the virus that causes SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) — has triggered renewed debate over whether engineering lab variants of viruses with possible pandemic potential is worth the risks.

In an article published in Nature Medicine1 on 9 November, scientists investigated a virus called SHC014, which is found in horseshoe bats in China. The researchers created a chimaeric virus, made up of a surface protein of SHC014 and the backbone of a SARS virus that had been adapted to grow in mice and to mimic human disease. The chimaera infected human airway cells — proving that the surface protein of SHC014 has the necessary structure to bind to a key receptor on the cells and to infect them. It also caused disease in mice, but did not kill them.

Eric Holder Slips Up And Admits It — Wants To Use Coronavirus To Change America For GOOD

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, who served under President Barack Obama, said the coronavirus pandemic presented “an opportunity” to change the way all Americans vote.

“Coronavirus gives us an opportunity to revamp our electoral system so that it permanently becomes more inclusive and becomes easier for the American people to access,” Holder told Time magazine.

Calling for a “sea change” in voting procedures and systems, Holder said he would allow Americans to vote from home using prepaid mail-in ballots and unlimited absentee voting.

He did not, however, address concerns critics of such systems have regarding the potential for vote fraud. He did, however, note that any changes in the voting process brought about by the pandemic should be permanent.

“It would be foolhardy to take these pro-democracy measures off the table after we get on the other side of the virus,” he said. “These are changes that we should make permanent because it will enhance our democracy.”

A number of other Democrats are also pushing for the change, but Republicans say it is ripe for vote fraud, especially in states where voter registration rolls are out of date and do not reflect current residents.

Government Accountability Insititute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers, author of Fraud: How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election, said according to his research, a national mail-in voting system would create 24 million fraudulent votes.

“The concern I have if we’re trying to mandate national mail-in elections — which by the way was part of the language that Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats inserted in the first version of the most recent stimulus package — would be that we have such massive problems with voter rolls in this country,” Eggers told Breitbart Radio on SiriusXM.

“So, now are we going to be mailing ballots to people that authentically don’t exist and or are ineligible voters?”

The concerns are real. On Wednesday, GOP Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky tweeted that a friend informed him that his deceased father received a coronavirus stimulus check of $1,200.

On-line Voter Registration Open to Fraud

Federal law provides a requirement for first time voters who register by mail to provide identification at the poll the first time they vote at a precinct. Law was established under the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) and is 52 USC Sec 21083; pdf attached.

There is no federal law stipulating requirements and verifications for on-line voter registration. The NCSL, National Council of State Legislators, lists 39 states offering on-line voter registration. Not all states have legislation specifying the requirements and the verification process. States verify a registrant’s details against driver’s license or other state-issued identification card details on record. The states implement cyber security to protect data and records.

However, there is no real, authentic verification the applicant’s signature is authentic. If a person has a copy of the signature, a digital image can made and attached to the application. There is no state representative or notary verifying the signature at time of application. The issue also exists with voter registration drives that rely on the integrity and honesty of the third party collecting voter registrations. States rely on the affidavit stating under threat of perjury. For DMV and election office voter registration applications, the documentation is provided to a state representative and signature is viewed and verified during application. Then a verified signature is on record to compare with to the sign-in when voting, whether at a poll or absentee. For mail-in voter applications, federal law requires providing identification or supporting documents at the polling place (specifics in 52 USC 21083(b)).

Using the NCSL page, checked the state law for my state, Pa. Stat. Title 25 sec.1324. Verified PA Title 25 is Elections. Section 1324 is Application by mail. The sections include in-person, DMV, mail, and government agency (paper form). There is state statute for on-line registration. NCSL states it was codified in 2015 but is not reflected on the state’s legislation webpage. Based on the state legislation, or lack thereof, PA does not have a method to verify the authenticity of an on-line voter registration with the person voting.

Also looked at CA on-line voter registration law SB-397 Online voter registration. CA also relies on the signature of record for verification. The law does not specify how a signature is verified for person without a driver license or state ID. It appears the person does not have to sign the application as the state will use the signature on record for a license or ID. As noted in SB-397:

(4) For voter registration purposes, the applicant shall affirmatively assent to the use of his or her signature from his or her driver’s license or state identification card.

(5) For each electronic affidavit, the Secretary of State shall obtain an electronic copy of the applicant’s signature from his or her driver’s license or state identification card directly from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

This is no surprise as the CA Election laws also specify for paper registrations, the signature of the affidavit is proof of citizenship. There is no verification process beyond a ‘threat of perjury’ statement.

A husband and his wife, both lawyers, were found dead Monday night in their Chicago area home.

Authorities discovered the bodies of Thomas Johnson, 69, and Leslie Jones, 67, at around 7:30 p.m. while conducting a welfare check at their Oak Park home.

Police said that "preliminary information gathered at the scene indicates suspicious circumstances" and it does not appear that the deaths were self-inflicted...
