"A Tsunami Has Arrived" - Spanish Tourism Collapses

Anyone with the slightest bit of common sense has ditched their dream trip to Europe as Covid-19 steamrolls across the continent, with Italy, France, Spain, and Germany, so far experiencing the brunt of the virus outbreak.

As a result of mass quarantines and businesses' shuttering their doors, Europe's travel industry, accounting for 782 billion euros to GDP in 2018 and 14.4 million jobs, is on the verge of a deep correction.

In particular, we're going to focus on Spain, where authorities have reported 2,277 confirmed cases, 55 deaths, and 183 recoveries. Spanish officials imposed limits on holding large public events to cut down on the transmission risk of the virus.

The fear of the outbreak has led to a bust in the Spanish travel industry, as of Thursday, Reuters reports that occupancy rates at hotels have crashed.

CEHAT (Confederacion Espanola de Hoteles y Alojamientos Turisticos (Spain's hotels and tourist accommodations federation)) Secretary-General Ramon Estalella told Reuters that many hotels have "no new bookings" as tourists stay away from the country during the virus crisis.

"A tsunami has arrived. A meteorite has fallen on us, and we have to see how we survive," Estalella said.

He has requested the Spanish government to take quick action to protect the travel industry from a massive bankruptcy and job loss wave that could decimate hotels and or the industry as a whole.

More than 2.65 million jobs in Spain are reliant on tourism, accounting for 159 billion euros to GDP in Spain, or about 11.7% of GDP. The crisis is so bad at the moment for Spain's tourism industry, on top of an existing economic downturn, that a full-blown recession could be nearing.

President Trump's travel restrictions on 26 European countries, including Spain, to help combat the spread of the virus, for the next month, could further pressure tourism for the first half of the year.

Spain's economy is coming to a crawl this week with mass gatherings banned, schools and universities canceled, and a reduction in business hours.

All soccer matches in the country have been suspended for two weeks after Real Madrid put its team in quarantine for virus infection fears.

The government's virus prevention measures come as Spain's Queen Letizia tested positive for Covid-19. The leader of Vox, a right-wing political party in the country, tested positive for the virus on Thursday. Both government officials are in quarantine.

European Human Rights Court Rules Against Christian Midwives Who Will Not Abort Babies

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has dismissed the case of two Christian midwives who were denied jobs in Sweden for refusing to perform abortions, ruling that the violation of the women’s consciences was “justified”.

After losing several court battles in Sweden, the two women — Ellinor Grimmark and Linda Steen — took their plight to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), which announced this week it will not take up the case.

Swedish law obliges all midwives to perform abortions and makes no allowance for conscientious objection based on religious faith.

In dismissing Ms Grimmark’s complaint, ECHR judges recognised there had been “an interference with her freedom of religion under Article Nine” of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) — but insisted that this interference “was proportionate and justified with the view of achieving a legitimate aim.”

The interference “had a sufficient basis in Swedish law,” the judges claimed, and “pursued the legitimate aim of protecting the health of women seeking an abortion.”

“Sweden provides nationwide abortion services and therefore has a positive obligation to organise its health system in a way as to ensure that the effective exercise of freedom of conscience of health professionals in the professional context does not prevent the provision of such services,” the judges declared.

Both women received state funding for their training in Sweden as midwives, but despite Sweden’s acute midwife shortage, they were refused midwifery jobs when they revealed they would be unwilling to carry out abortions.

Ms Grimmark applied for a job at the women’s clinic at Värnamo Hospital, which denied her the position but offered her counselling “in order to come to terms with abortions and to change her mind.”

The women attempted to redress the wrong through Sweden’s legal system, arguing unsuccessfully that they had suffered discrimination because of their Christian faith and that their freedom of conscience had been violated.

The European Court ruling echoed a recent report from the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief, which stated that religious liberty must surrender to “human rights” such as the right to an abortion or same-sex marriage.

UN official Ahmed Shaheed lamented religiously-informed “laws and policies that restrict sexual and reproductive rights,” including “partial or total bans on access to abortion and contraception.”

In his report, Mr Shaheed explicitly condemned the appeal to conscientious objection to avoid having to perform abortions.

“One area of particular concern regarding accommodations to national law for religious beliefs is the use of conscientious objection by healthcare providers and institutions unwilling to perform abortions or provide access to contraception on religious grounds,” the Special Rapporteur stated.

Shaheed said that the Human Rights Committee “has called on States to ensure that women have access to legal abortion notwithstanding conscientious objection by medical practitioners, which it has referred to as a ‘barrier’ to access.”

Saudi Arabia, African States Impose Travel Bans on Europe – No Accusations of Racism

Saudi Arabia and a number of African states have imposed travel restrictions on Europe — and unlike the Trump administration do not appear to have attracted any accusations of racism for doing so.

With Italy having become a coronavirus epicentre and other European countries including Britain and Germany expecting a huge percentage of the population to become infected, the Saudi government has imposed travel bans on the European Union and Switzerland, along with India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka in South Asia, the Phillippines in the Pacific, and Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, and Sudan and South Sudan in Africa, according to the Hindu Times.

The Saudi regime has also imposed an internal quarantine on the Qatif oil region, which is home to many Shi’ite Muslims, and suspended G20 meetings and mass gatherings including pilgrimages and sporting events.

The number of confirmed cases in the kingdom, an absolute monarchy with theocratic elements, rose by 17 on March 13th to a total of 62.

African states have begun to take similar measures, asking travellers from the United States and 11 European countries to postpone travel to the country or face a two-week quarantine on arrival, according to the Globe and Mail.

Kenya and Zanzibar have also announced bans on travel from Italy, while the Democratic Republic of the Congo is imposing a 14-day self-quarantine rule on travellers from China, Italy, France and Germany.

Curiously, reporting on these Asian and African travel bans appears to have been reported in entirely neutral terms, while Western leaders such as U.S. President Donald Trump have been accused of racism and xenophobia for similar measures — or even for simply referencing China as the source of the coronavirus, or referring to it as “foreign”.

$1.4 Million in Cocaine, Methamphetamine Seized at Texas Border Crossings in 24 Hours

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in the Laredo Sector seized two loads of drugs estimated to be worth about $1.4 million in two consecutive days.

CBP officers assigned to the World Trade Center on Tuesday observed a 2012 Ford pickup truck hauling a shipment of magnets from Mexico. The officers selected the truck for a secondary inspection, according to information obtained from Laredo Sector CBP officials.

During the secondary inspection, a K-9 alerted to an odor it is trained to detect. A non-intrusive imaging inspection also revealed anomalies. The officers carried out a physical search of the truck and found 58 pounds methamphetamine hidden in the load of permanent magnets. Officials estimated the drugs to be worth in excess of $1.1 million.

Officials did not disclose the nationality of the driver. The officers seized the methamphetamine and the Ford truck.

The following day, officers assigned to the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge referred a 2003 Honda Accord to a secondary inspection station. An initial screening by a non-intrusive imaging scan and a K-9 detection team led to the discovery of 10 packages of drugs inside the vehicle. Officers determined the drugs to be 25 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $192,440.

The officers arrested the driver, a 38-year-old Mexican male from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, and seized the vehicle.

Both suspects and the drugs valued at approximately $1.4 million were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations for further investigation and possible drug smuggling charges.

“Our officers are dedicated to the safety and security of the United States, and this interception of a large amount of dangerous drugs is proof,” said Port Director Gregory Alvarez, Laredo Port of Entry.

The smuggling of methamphetamine into the U.S. from Mexico is on pace to shatter previous records, Breitbart Texas’ Jaeson Jones reported. During the first five months of Fiscal Year 2020, Drug Enforcement Administration officials report the seizure of $62,645 pounds of the drug. This nearly equals the 68,585 pounds seized in all of FY19 and exceeds the total of 57,440 pounds the year before.

President Trump announced an official national emergency on Friday from the Rose Garden in response to the Wuhan Coronavirus.

The President was flanked by powerful CEOs from Walmart, Target, CVS and Walgreens who all vowed to work with Trump to combat the Coronavirus.

Walmart announced they will make portion of their lots available for screening and testing.

Walgreens and Target vowed to make their available to the American public.

Target CEO, “Today we are focused on a common competitor.”

This was an amazing and historic announcement!

The market responded positively and rallied. The DOW was up over 9% Friday afternoon.

In addition to announcing an expansive Coronavirus effort, the President said he will be helping students and families by waiving interest on all student loans held by federal government agencies until further notice.

Bats, Gene Editing and Bioweapons: Recent DARPA Experiments Raise Concerns Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

DARPA recently spent millions on research involving bats and coronaviruses, as well as gene editing “bioweapons” prior to the recent coronavirus outbreak. Now, “strategic allies” of the agency have been chosen to develop a genetic material-based vaccine to halt the potential epidemic.

WASHINGTON D.C. – In recent weeks, concern over the emergence of a novel coronavirus in China has grown exponentially as media, experts and government officials around the world have openly worried that this new disease has the potential to develop into a global pandemic.

As concerns about the future of the ongoing outbreak have grown, so too have the number of theories speculating about the outbreak’s origin, many of which blame a variety of state actors and/or controversial billionaires. This has inevitably led to efforts to clamp down on “misinformation” related to the coronavirus outbreak from both mainstream media outlets and major social media platforms.

However, while many of these theories are clearly speculative, there is also verifiable evidence regarding the recent interest of one controversial U.S. government agency in novel coronaviruses, specifically those transmitted from bats to humans. That agency, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far.

While it remains entirely unknown as to what caused the outbreak, the details of DARPA’s and the Pentagon’s recent experimentation are clearly in the public interest, especially considering that the very companies recently chosen to develop a vaccine to combat the coronavirus outbreak are themselves strategic allies of DARPA. Not only that, but these DARPA-backed companies are developing controversial DNA and mRNA vaccines for this particular coronavirus strain, a category of vaccine that has never previously been approved for human use in the United States.

Yet, as fears of the pandemic potential of coronavirus grow, these vaccines are set to be rushed to market for public use, making it important for the public to be aware of DARPA’s recent experiments on coronaviruses, bats and gene editing technologies and their broader implications.

Examining the recent Wuhan-Bioweapon narrative

As the coronavirus outbreak has come to dominate headlines in recent weeks, several media outlets have promoted claims that the reported epicenter of the outbreak in Wuhan, China was also the site of laboratories allegedly linked to a Chinese government biowarfare program.

However, upon further examination of the sourcing for this serious claim, these supposed links between the outbreak and an alleged Chinese bioweapons program have come from two highly dubious sources.

For instance, the first outlet to report on this claim was Radio Free Asia, the U.S.-government funded media outlet targeting Asian audiences that used to be run covertly by the CIA and named by the New York Times as a key part in the agency’s “worldwide propaganda network.” Though it is no longer run directly by the CIA, it is now managed by the government-funded Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), which answers directly to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was CIA director immediately prior to his current post at the head of the State Department.

Another U.S. government-funded study that discovered still more new strains of “novel bat coronavirus” was published just last year. Titled “Discovery and Characterization of Novel Bat Coronavirus Lineages from Kazakhstan,” focused on “the bat fauna of central Asia, which link China to eastern Europe” and the novel bat coronavirus lineages discovered during the study were found to be “closely related to bat coronaviruses from China, France, Spain, and South Africa, suggesting that co-circulation of coronaviruses is common in multiple bat species with overlapping geographical distributions.” In other words, the coronaviruses discovered in this study were identified in bat populations that migrate between China and Kazakhstan, among other countries, and is closely related to bat coronaviruses in several countries, including China.

The study was entirely funded by the U.S. Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) as part of a project investigating coronaviruses similar to MERS, such as the aforementioned 2018 study. Yet, beyond the funding of this 2019 study, the institutions involved in conducting this study are also worth noting given their own close ties to the U.S. military and government.

The study’s authors are affiliated with either the Kazakhstan-based Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems and/or Duke University. The Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems, though officially a part of Kazakhstan’s National Center for Biotechnology, has received millions from the U.S. government, most of it coming from the Pentagon’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. It is the Kazakhstan government’s official depository of “highly dangerous animal and bird infections, with a collection of 278 pathogenic strains of 46 infectious diseases.” It is part of a network of Pentagon-funded “bioweapons labs” throughout the Central Asian country, which borders both of the U.S.’ top rival states — China and Russia.

Duke University’s involvement with this study is also interesting given that Duke is a key partner of DARPA’s Pandemic Prevention Platform (P3) program, which officially aims “to dramatically accelerate discovery, integration, pre-clinical testing, and manufacturing of medical countermeasures against infectious diseases.” The first step of the Duke/DARPA program involves the discovery of potentially threatening viruses and “develop[ing] methods to support viral propagation, so that virus can be used for downstream studies.”

Duke University is also jointly partnered with China’s Wuhan University, which is based in the city where the current coronavirus outbreak began, which resulted in the opening of the China-based Duke Kunshan University (DKU) in 2018. Notably, China’s Wuhan University — in addition to its partnership with Duke — also includes a multi-lab Institute of Medical Virology that has worked closely with the US Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases since the 1980s, according to its website. As previously noted, the USAMRIID facility in the U.S. was shut down last July for failures to abide by biosafety and proper waste disposal procedures, but was allowed to partially resume some experiments late last November.

EU crisis: Italy tipped to leave eurozone amid coronavirus panic

THE EUROZONE will start reducing the number of its members in order to survive and Italy will be one of the first countries to drop out, Lord David Owen has claimed in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk.

The eurozone economy of 19 EU countries barely grew at all in the final quarter of last year. An official estimate put economic growth in the region at 0.1 percent during the three months to the end of December 2019. Two of the eurozone's largest economies also shrank in the period: France by 0.1 percent and Italy by 0.3 percent.

To further complicate matters, the coronavirus outbreak has taken grip of the boot-shaped country and will teeter Rome on the edge of recession.

As the intense struggles being experienced by some of the bloc’s most influential economies highlight the crisis the eurozone faces over the next couple of years, Lord David Owen explained in an interview with Express.co.uk why the monetary union will soon collapse.

He said: "I personally don't think it will survive.

"You survive by merging – that is the history of currencies that start off across groupings.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Autism is reaching epidemic levels in the United States.Many theories have been proposed. For a while thimerosal, the mercury based preservative used in vaccines was suspected. Many parents, not wishing to put their infant children at risk, have refused to have their children vaccinated.Now comes the news that the culprit is not the vaccines, or even the mercury based preservative. (In 2007 the FDA prohibited the use of thimerosal in childhood vaccines). Instead, convincing evidence from multiple studies now points to the action of acetaminophen.Since 1978, acetaminophen has routinely been given by American pediatricians with vaccinations to prevent fever and pain. That was the year a study was published linking aspirin to Reyes syndrome. (Subsequent studies have shown no linkage between aspirin and Reyes). A study from California shows how the autism rate rose sharply as acetaminophen was substituted for children's aspirin.Enter William Shaw Ph.D., Director of the Great Plains Laboratories, who had been wrestling with the problem of the causes of autism for many years. His breakthrough Aha! came when he looked at the autism rates in Cuba. That island nation with a population of 11 million has only 185 cases of autism for a rate of 0.00168 percent. By comparison the Center for Disease Control on March 30 published data that shows the prevalence of autism in children up to age 8 to be 1 in 88 for a rate of 1.13 percent. This was a 23 percent increase over the previous survey in 2006.The Cuban vaccination rate is 99 percent, and by age 6 each child has received 34 shots. By comparison vaccination rates in the United States for most shots are in the 85 percent range. The major difference is that in Cuba acetaminophen is available only by prescription, and is never given with vaccinations. Indeed the attitude of the Cuban medical establishment is that fever is a normal and beneficial side effect of vaccinations. It is seen as proof that the body's immune system is responding appropriately to the challenge of the vaccination. Their rule is not to give medication unless the fever is above 104F or lasts longer than two days.The stark differences in rates of autism between the two nations led Shaw to conclude that it was not the vaccinations, but rather the acetaminophen that was the culprit for the sharp rise in autism in nations that routinely use products like Tylenol for children.Dr. Shaw came upon lots of evidence that when acetaminophen breaks down in the body it produces several toxic metabolites. One important player in this drama is an enzyme known as Cytochrome p450 2E1. This enzyme breaks down the acetaminophen into a highly toxic metabolite NAPQI. This metabolite attacks glutathione, which is the mainstay of the body's immune system. Federal Judge Blocks Trump Admin’s Effort to Tighten Food Stamp Program

A federal judge has blocked a Trump administration rule that aims to reduce the number of able-bodied adults from receiving food stamps if they do not meet work-related requirements.

Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell of the D.C. District Court on Friday granted a preliminary injunction (pdf) that blocks a new rule, set to come into effect on April 1, that would limit a state’s ability to seek waivers to extend benefits from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, to able-bodied adults without dependents for more than three months.

Under the current rules, able-bodied adults without dependents are limited from receiving food stamps to three months unless they meet certain work requirements. Upon the request from a state, the department can temporarily waive that time limit in locales that have an unemployment rate of over 10 percent or a lack of sufficient jobs. Able-bodied adults without dependents are generally defined as individuals between the ages of 18 and 49 who are not physically or mentally unfit for work and do not have responsibilities for a dependent child.

CORONAVIRUS SPECIAL COVERAGE

The time limit and work requirements for this group of adults were enacted by Congress in 1996 as part of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act. The purpose of the 1996 law was to “[promote] work over welfare and self-reliance over dependency, thereby showing true … compassion for those in America who need a helping hand, not a handout.” It was Congress’s attempt to reform “welfare to make it more consistent with fundamental American values—by rewarding work and self-reliance, encouraging personal responsibility, and restoring a sense of hope in the future.”

In 2018, President Donald Trump signed an executive order on “Reducing Poverty in America by Promoting Opportunity and Economic Mobility,” which sets the administration’s direction on creating more self-sufficiency and working toward moving people into the workforce and out of poverty.

Among the powers Feinen gained after signing the executive order was the power to ban the sale of guns, ammunition, alcohol, and gasoline. Feinen could also cut off access to individuals’ gas, water, or electricity. Covid-19 Impacting US Defense Readiness As Pentagon Announces "Minimal Staffing"

The Pentagon on Saturday afternoon said it has moved toward "minimal staffing" over coronavirus fears a day after President Trump formally declared a national emergency. CBS national security correspondent Cami McCormick broke the news, describing:

Defense Dept. officials have raised alert level at the Pentagon to Bravo. There will now be "minimal staffing" at the Pentagon due to coronavirus.

Crucially this alert level refers to staffing levels and virus precautionary measures only and is not a reference to DEFCON, which is the national defense readiness condition used to gauge military threats.

However, as we reported earlier there's growing concern that the Covid-19 pandemic could significantly impact US defense readiness.

Indeed it appears this is already occurring. Pentagon correspondent for Al Monitor Jack Detsch reports there's growing confirmed cases among the military and DoD ranks:

CBS' McCormick additionally reported based on Pentagon officials that "in the next couple of days, the Pentagon may limit the exposure to take out food...tables, buffet lines, etc. inside the Pentagon" over virus outbreak fears.

Approximately 23,000 military and civilian DoD employees work at the Pentagon daily, which includes offices of the top generals among combined branches and the Secretary of Defense. The building famously has five ring corridors per floor which make for a total of 17.5 miles of hallways with endless offices lining each side.

I haven't ever believed in anything ever in my life.

In 2015 God sent me to the Trump Campaign effort to fill it with prayer (God sent many)

Israel to use ‘anti-terrorism’ tech to monitor infected citizens, as Netanyahu declares ‘war’ on coronavirus

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said he was given a go-ahead to deploy invasive digital surveillance tools to track coronavirus patients, sparking privacy concerns and fears the move will be used to suppress dissent.

Dubbing the rapidly spreading Covid-19 “an invisible enemy” with which Israel is currently in a state of “war”, Netanyahu said Sunday he would ask the government to allow law enforcement to deploy “technologies used in the war against terror” to make sure coronavirus-hit citizens don’t breach quarantine.

The Israeli Justice Ministry is already on board with the proposal, he said.

Acknowledging that new ‘Big Brother’ measures would constitute an infringement on citizens’ privacy, Netanyahu justified the move by arguing that it was for a greater public good.

"There is a certain invasion of the privacy of those people, where we will check who they came in contact with, including while sick, what came before that, what came after."

Netanyahu’s militaristic stance on combating the disease has spawned backlash on social media. Netizens argued that with the pending rollout of new Orwellian surveillance measures, Netanyahu opens “a scary Pandora’s box” further cementing Israel’s reputation of a “security state.”

Republican California Rep. Devin Nunes accused the “media and the left” of “putting the country into a panic” over the coronavirus pandemic.

Appearing on Saturday night’s “Watters World,” Nunes drew from his own experience coming down with H1N1 to urge Americans to “remain calm.”

“A lot of people are panicking,” Nunes told Fox News host Jesse Watters. “One guy sneezed. Someone has a runny nose.” The California congressman noted that most of this will be because of the oncoming Spring and the fact that people “have a lot of allergies.”

Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina introduced a bill on Thursday to keep lawmakers who have been convicted of felonies from receiving pensions

The bill follows the guilty plea from California Representative Duncan Hunter earlier this year. Media reports indicated that he would probably still receive retirement benefits from his time serving in Congress, including a sizable pension.

Tillis noted that the system is broken because Hunter was able to delay his resignation date so he could qualify for another year of eligibility for his congressional pension. According to The Hill, the bill would apply to lawmakers who either plead guilty to a felony committed while they were in office or are convicted of a felony while in office. The bill would also amend ethics rules to make misusing campaign funds a crime that keeps lawmakers from being eligible to collect their pensions.

That’s the likely scenario to play out in light of recent legal developments, according to Daniel Ives, a technology analyst with Wedbush Securities.

Why toilet paper??

How do you get the public to run to the store to stock up on supplies before a quarantine? Use Operation Mockingbird, but for good purposes. The media starts reporting before the fact that stores are selling out of toilet paper. This creates a self fulfilling prophesy. People run to the stores to stock up on toilet paper without even realizing why they need it. Meanwhile, the also stock up on food, water and other supplies. Now they are prepared for what is coming without even knowing they did it...

Why toilet paper? If the media had reported that they were running out of canned foods or dried goods, bottled water even... people would have rushed to the store to stock up on these specific survival items until they were all sold out, leaving others without these things for the quarantine. So they picked something benign like TP so that people would buy out something non-critical while stocking up on the assortment of other goods.

Stores are out of toilet paper. Bleach and maybe handwipes. But they are not out of food. Went to the store today and saw customer after customer with canned foods, dried goods and bottled water in their buggies. No one was hoarding these items. Some bought chips, some bought hamburger helper. Each person bought what they needed to stock up on, even though the store was sold out of TP. The plan worked!

MI got the entire nation to stock up on essential supplies and prepare themselves to bunker down for the storm and all it took was saying that there will be no more toilet paper.

China Set for Unprecedented Contraction in Early-Year Data

Factory output, retail sales, investment all seen contracting. Economy expected to grow at slowest pace since early 90s in 1Q. Data on China’s industrial output, investment and retail sales due Monday are forecast to show an across-the-board contraction for the first time on record, evidence of the extent to which the coronavirus has ravaged the economy. The data is released on a combined basis to account for the normal seasonal swings around the Lunar New Year holiday.

The epidemic and attempts to slow its spread suddenly paralyzed China’s economy during that break, forcing consumers to cut spending and stay home, factories to extend their production halt, and trapping millions of people far from where they work. I have been pondering why this is playing out the way it is for some time.

At first I was wondering why President Trump and the Military didn't just round (them) up and execute (them) right away.

Then I realized there would be dire consequences and severe fallout from such an act. The S would HTF and all would be lost.

The masses would overreact to the media siren call of 'dictator' and revolt would be the result.

Civil war, global panic.

But when Q came along I jumped at the idea that the time had come at last and things were going to be done soon.

I even contacted relative-anons and told them to get ready for the storm. But things didn't happen as quickly as I thought they would.

Relative-anons continued to humor me and think I was crazy ... and so I sat back and thought more about why.

Like many of you, I assume, I wondered what was taking so long?

Why were these evil monsters walking free and why were good people being prosecuted?

If Trump was the real deal, why weren't steps being taken to round up and deal with the guilty?

And then I took another step back and looked at the larger problem.

The Illusion.

It was so big and so pervasive that 99% of the masses were asleep. They were in thrall to the illusion.

They needed to be woken up. They needed to become informed on fundamental things, like basic civics and history.

How their government was supposed to work. What their basic and fundamental rights were. Why the Constitution of the USA was special. What the Bill of Rights is.

You see the problem? The masses had almost no idea how (they) had attacked and constricted their rights as citizens. The citizens didn't even know what it was to be a CITIZEN instead of a subject.

The schools, histories, and popular culture had so distorted and twisted the truth that no one really knew what the truth was. All deliberately subverted. Slowly and with purpose.

The masses had to become the informed citizens that the Republic needed them to be. But that is not easy. They had been lulled to sleep by decades (generations?) of lies and distractions.

How quickly could President Trump wake them up? How fast could they be made aware that the ship was sinking underneath them? Would enough of them rally to save the Republic from the jaws of evil?

4 years. That's how long POTUS has to wake the masses and prepare for what was really coming.

4 years to expose the corruption, the evil, the propaganda, the manipulation, the real ENEMY of the people and of humanitty.

EXPOSURE is what (they) truly fear. Because (they) cannot win if (they) are exposed. Dark to Light.

(THEY) must be exposed for what (they) really are if the plan is to succeed.

That was the real goal from the beginning. Exposing the evil.

I was reminded of the story of Pontius Pilate.

He was the Roman governor of Judea who gave the crowd a choice. To pardon Jesus or Barabbas.

The story is murky with speculation but I want to focus on one specific item.

THE CROWD WAS GIVEN A CHOICE !!!

Let that sink in.

The mob chose Barabbas and Jesus died.

The historic consequences and speculation set aside, on that day the crowd chose poorly. And as a result we have had 2000 years of difficulty.

We are being given another choice.

Let me say that more clearly.

WE ARE BEING GIVEN ANOTHER CHOICE!!

President Trump has done all he is able, within the law, to stop the trafficking of children and victims of abuse.

He has done all that is within his power, within the law, to prevent violence and war.

He has done all that is within his power, within the law, to free the innocent and punish the guilty.

He has done all that is within his power, within the law, to stop (them) from lying and deceiving the masses.

He has taken all actions within his power, WITHIN THE LAW, to help us.

But in the end it will come down to us.

We must choose to support him.

We must choose the path of law and order.

We must choose the path of good over evil.

We must reject the lure, the bait, the trap that has ensnared humankind since the beginning.

In November of 2020, we must choose the correct path. This is what this is all about.

POTUS and those supporting him cannot FORCE us to be free. They cannot FORCE us to choose good over evil and think for ourselves, or the choice is meaningless.

We must chose the righteous path. Or continue to suffer the consequences of our poor decisions.

POTUS cannot save us, unless we CHOOSE to save ourselves.

For if we to not expose and acknowledge the evil and CHOOSE to reject it, (they) will just go underground and start the subversion again. Even if it takes them another 6000 years.

Here is a 2006 paper on "state secrets" and how upheld by the Supreme Court.

Bottom line: A contract to engage in espionage is a "state secret," per se. If a plaintiff sues the US government or any department or individual working for it, and the defendant (US gov't or other) claims "state secrets," the case can be DISMISSED WITHOUT TRIAL. This means that NOBODY can sue to be compensated for or even find out ANYTHING ABOUT any act of espionage, whether legal or illegal.

The SCOTUS stated in a case in 1953 that this should only be used in very rare situations. However, the government (naturally) doesn't care about that. They have been expanding it and getting cases dismissed using this tool.

Let's suppose Christopher Steele had a contract with the CIA to dig up dirt on Trump. The entire thing was a fabrication. None of it true. NOBODY can take legal action (not even Trump) to expose it or seek compensation for it, if the US government or Steele raises the "state secrets" defense and the court agrees.

Or, expand it further. Let's say someone in government harms someone. The harmed person sues. If there is even ONE classified document that the plaintiff would need to prove their case, EVEN IF THAT DOCUMENT IS FALSELY CLASSIFIED, then the case can be dismissed and the plaintiff has no legal recourse.

Anyone familiar with Sibel Edmonds? She was an FBI whistleblower, claiming that rogue FBI agents were engaged in espionage against the American people. The FBI fired her. She sued. Her case was dismissed because of "state secrets priviledge." Her book is called "Classified Woman."

Arar v. Ashcroft - a Canadian citizen was apprehended by US officials at JFK airport. He was sent to Syria and tortured for almost a year. He sued. The case was dismissed, though the judge side-stepped the state secrets issue. Point is: what if YOU are the one falsely accused of doing wrong, are kidnapped and tortured, and then released, and you cannot get legal redress because of a bogus "state secrets privilege" by the government that did it to you?

THIS is why the trials could not take place right away. The deep state operatives within the DOJ and the courts would have conspired to prevent not only any convictions, but to PREVENT ANY TRIALS TO TAKE PLACE AT ALL, by using "state secrets privilege."

The civilian courts and departments needed to be cleaned up before any trials can take place. Q implies that trials will be held by the military. If so, the military will need documents from the CIA and other non-military departments, and they cannot be obstructed by dirty individuals inhabiting the swamp.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is caused by the SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV), which uses angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) as its receptor for cell entry. A group of SARS-like CoVs (SL-CoVs) has been identified in horseshoe bats. SL-CoVs and SARS-CoVs share identical genome organizations and high sequence identities, with the main exception of the N terminus of the spike protein (S), known to be responsible for receptor binding in CoVs. In this study, we investigated the receptor usage of the SL-CoV S by combining a human immunodeficiency virus-based pseudovirus system with cell lines expressing the ACE2 molecules of human, civet, or horseshoe bat. In addition to full-length S of SL-CoV and SARS-CoV, a series of S chimeras was constructed by inserting different sequences of the SARS-CoV S into the SL-CoV S backbone. Several important observations were made from this study. First, the SL-CoV S was unable to use any of the three ACE2 molecules as its receptor. Second, the SARS-CoV S failed to enter cells expressing the bat ACE2. Third, the chimeric S covering the previously defined receptor-binding domain gained its ability to enter cells via human ACE2, albeit with different efficiencies for different constructs. Fourth, a minimal insert region (amino acids 310 to 518) was found to be sufficient to convert the SL-CoV S from non-ACE2 binding to human ACE2 binding, indicating that the SL-CoV S is largely compatible with SARS-CoV S protein both in structure and in function. The significance of these findings in relation to virus origin, virus recombination, and host switching is discussed.

Bernie Sanders claims victory, 4 delegates in Northern Marianas caucus

It may not herald a comeback, but he’ll take it.

Bernie Sanders scored a decisive victory in Saturday’s Democratic Party caucuses in the Northern Mariana Islands, a remote US territory in the Pacific Ocean.

The Vermont senator snagged four delegates to front-runner Joe Biden’s two.

But turnout was tiny — only 134 of the archipelago’s 53,000 residents came out to vote.

It was Sanders’s best delegate day since Feb. 22, when he notched a commanding win in Nevada’s caucuses.

Hoboken, New Jersey Shuts Down Bars & Restaurants Amid Coronavirus

The city of Hoboken, New Jersey if officially ceasing operations of local bars and restaurants to help fight the pandemic coronavirus. Mayor Ravinder Bhalla put out an official notice on Saturday night to announce they would become the first U.S. city to take this extra precaution after the first local tested positive for COVID-19 one day prior.

Mayor Bhalla announced there would also be a city-wide curfew implemented from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. effective March 16. During these hours, residents are not allowed to leave their homes save for an emergency. The statement also fully clarified the rules and regulations for Hoboken’s bars and restaurants. Bars that do not serve food will be shut down. Restaurants are relegated to take-out and delivery services.
