Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for casirivimab and imdevimab to be administered together for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 in adults and pediatric patients (12 years of age or older weighing at least 40 kilograms [about 88 pounds]) with positive results of direct SARS-CoV-2 viral testing and who are at high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19. This includes those who are 65 years of age or older or who have certain chronic medical conditions.

On Monday, in her MSNBC show, “Deadline”, Nicolle Wallace said that “right wing media”, like Fox were creating an “alternate reality” for their viewers. Nicolle said, “You now have a true, a true alternate reality… I mean, they are pumping flagrant lies into millions of viewers. They’re interviewing lunatics..” Nicolle’s guest, the brilliant Al Sharpton (of Tawana Brawley hoax fame) said, “We’re now in a nation where facts don’t matter. You make up facts. And not only do you have an alternative reality, how do you debate someone that is dealing with a totally fictitious premise?

This talk of the alternate, fictional reality inhabited by Trump supporters has been expressed many times by those on the left. After the Nunes memo was released, exposing parts of the Russia Hoax, CNN’s Brian Stelter said that Sean Hannity was promoting the Nunes lies and he called the story an “alternate reality”. Stelter’s viewers knew for sure that Trump colluded with Russia, just like the honorable Adam Schiff said. Stelter was proud that his viewers knew the truth.

Regarding the current claims of possible election fraud, Stelter said, “This is not an alternative reality. This is a parallel universe of disinformation.” Other reporters have added that Fox is, “ presenting you with absolute utter lies and nonsense and conspiracy theories. … These viewers slash victims are not able to differentiate between fantasy and reality. That’s dangerous.”

It is instructive to make a list of ‘Things That Are True’, as asserted by the leftist media and contrast it with the ‘Delusions’ that are commonly held by the foolish Trump supporters.

Monoclonal antibodies are lab-made proteins that mimic the immune system’s ability to fight off pathogens such as viruses. The EUA is for antibodies specifically directed against the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, designed to block the virus’ attachment and entry into human cells.

In a clinical trial, the investigational therapy was shown to reduce COVID-19-related hospitalization or ER visits in certain patients who are at high risk for progressing to severe #COVID19.

Trump Team to Seek Expedited Appeal After Fed Judge Dismisses Pennsylvania Mail Ballots Lawsuit

While mainstream US media has projected Democrat Joe Biden to win the US presidency, sitting President Donald Trump has refused to concede, claiming massive election fraud due to an unprecedented amount of mail-in ballots.

Trump campaign announced on Saturday that it will seek "expedited appeal" following the dismissal of the lawsuit filed earlier in Pennsylvania that demanded to discard mail-in ballots in the state.

"Today's decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the US Supreme Court", the statement by Trump's lawyer Rudi Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis reads. "We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. There is so much evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats eliminated our opportunity to present 50 witnesses and other evidence that election officials blatantly ignored Pennsylvania's law denying independent review".

Giuiliani and Ellis went on to assert that this was "just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know". Trump's lawyers also expressed disappointment over their lack of opportunity to "present our evidence" at a hearing.

Trump's Pennsylvania Lawsuit Dismissed

Earlier in the day, federal judge Matthew Brann dismissed the Trump lawsuit, describing the case as "strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations", marking the latest failure of the Trump campaign to challenge the projected election results.

"…This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state", Brann's ruling added.

The judge dismissed the Trump action "with prejudice", meaning that the case can no longer be brought to court.

Separate Legal Action in Pennsylvania

Earlier on Saturday, Republicans Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell filed a lawsuit to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania requesting to declare universal voting by mail unconstitutional and deny the majority of Pennsylvanian votes in the US election cast by mail.

A Democratic lawyer Marc E. Elias labeled the lawsuit "frivolous", prompting a swift reaction from Donald Trump, who argued that it is brought on behalf those "disgusted by an Election that is a fraudulent mess".

Human smuggling attempt disrupted by ICE and Border Patrol in El Paso

U.S. Border Patrol agents working in coordination with Homeland Security Investigations disrupted a smuggling attempt last week.

On November 12, El Paso Station agents working in conjunction with Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigation agents (ICE/HSI), discovered 24 inadmissible individuals being held at a pair of area motels. The motels are located in central El Paso near the El Paso International Airport.

One juvenile U.S. citizen male was taken into custody in connection with the stash house discoveries. Those arrested included immigrants from a variety of countries to include Brazil, Ecuador, El Salvador and Mexico.

“Our El Paso region is a rich environment that is being exploited daily by transnational criminal organizations that knowingly place human beings at high risk or in harm’s way, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic,” stated El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez. “Our strong partnerships with other law enforcement agencies allow us to maximize our enforcement capabilities.”

It is important to note that an arrest or criminal complaint is merely a charge and should not be considered evidence of guilt. Subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Michigan AG Calls For Criminal Charges Against GOP Certifiers Who Won't 'Fall In Line'

We have been discussing the campaign of The Lincoln Project and others to harass and abuse lawyers who represent the Trump campaign or other parties bringing election challenges. Similar campaigns have targeted election officials who object to counting irregularities. Now, the Michigan Attorney General and others are suggesting that Republicans who oppose certification or even meet with President Donald Trump on the issue could be criminally investigated or charged. Once again, the media is silent on this clearly abusive use of the criminal code target members of the opposing party in their raising objections under state law.

On Friday afternoon, leaders of Michigan’s Republican-controlled state legislature met with Trump in the White House at his invitation. My column today explores the difficulty in any strategy to trigger an electoral college fight. However, the objections from legislators could focus on an host of sworn complaints from voters or irregularities in voting counts. I remain skeptical of the sweeping claims made by some Trump lawyers and I was highly critical of Rudy Giuliani’s global communist conspiracy claim at the press conference this week. State legislators have a right to raise electoral objections and seek resolution in the legislative branch.

According to the Washington Post, Dana Nessel “is conferring with election law experts on whether officials may have violated any state laws prohibiting them from engaging in bribery, perjury and conspiracy.” It is same weaponization of the criminal code for political purposes that we have seen in the last four years against Trump. Notably, the focus is the same discredited interpretation used against Trump and notably not adopted by the impeachment-eager House Judiciary Committee: bribery.

In Politico, Richard Primus wrote that these legislators should not attend a meeting with Trump because “it threatens the two Michigan legislators, personally, with the risk of criminal investigation.”

This ridiculous legal claims is based on the bribery theory:

The danger for Shirkey and Chatfield, then, is that they are being visibly invited to a meeting where the likely agenda involves the felony of attempting to bribe a public official.

Under Michigan law, any member of the Legislature who “corruptly” accepts a promise of some beneficial act in return for exercising his authority in a certain way is “forever disqualified to hold any public office” and “shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 10 years[.]”

We repeatedly discussed this theory during the Trump presidency. As I have previously written, a leading proponent has been former prosecutor and Washington Post columnist Randall D. Eliason, who insisted that “allegations of a wrongful quid pro quo are really just another way of saying that there was a bribe … it’s bribery if a quid pro quo is sought with corrupt intent, if the president is not pursuing legitimate U.S. policy but instead is wrongfully demanding actions by Ukraine that would benefit him personally.” Eliason further endorsed the House report and assured that “The legal and factual analysis of bribery and honest services fraud in the House report is exactly right” and “outlines compelling evidence of federal criminal violations.”

The theory was never “exactly” or even remotely right, as evidenced by the decision not to use it as a basis for impeachment. And yet, it’s back. Indeed, the greatest danger of the theory was not that it would ever pass muster in the federal court system but that it would be used (as here) in the political system to criminalize policy and legal disagreements. (Eliason recently defended the attacks on fellow lawyers who are represented those challenging election results or practices).

In an interview with 60 Minutes, global security expert H.R McMaster has issued a warning to Australia on China's influence and the communist superpower's escalating grabs for power.

"China is gripped by the [communist] party's fear, the fear of losing its exclusive grip on power," he tells 60 Minutes reporter Tom Steinfort.

"What should be very concerning for all of us is the foreign policy of the Chinese Communist Party."

H.R McMaster was handpicked by President Donald Trump to be America's National Security Advisor in 2017 and while he is no longer apart of the Trump administration, he does commend the President's willingness to take on China.

"I think it was the most positive shift in US foreign policy since the end of the cold war and it was long overdue," McMaster tells Steinfort.

H.R McMaster tells Steinfort that like the U.S, Australia should be more alert to China's efforts to increase their global powers, describing it as modern day colonialism.

"It is modern day imperialism and it's a new form of colonialism."

But McMaster says during the fall out of the 46th U.S Presidential election, and President Trump's unwillingness to accept defeat, America's biggest adversaries like China will be watching the U.S' democracy tear itself apart.

"What they want is a large number of Americans to doubt the legitimacy of the result," he says.

"They are exploiting it for sure."

San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, the far-left progressive who became the San Fran's top prosecutor this year, argued against Kyle Rittenhouse's cash bail by citing "strong evidence" of "racial bias."

As TheBlaze reported, Rittenhouse — the 17-year-old who made national headlines during the Kenosha riots for shooting and killing two people in what he claims was self-defense — posted $2 million bail on Friday.

Rittenhouse has been charged with two counts of murder. But even the criminal complaint against Rittenhouse reads like Rittenhouse acted in self-defense. There is, indeed, evidence, such as videos of the alleged crimes, that suggests Rittenhouse's self-defense claims are valid.

If Rittenhouse is convicted of the charges against him, he faces a mandatory life sentence in prison.

What did Boudin say?

Boudin said Friday that Rittenhouse's bail is yet more evidence of the "failings of money bail." Boudin both injected race into his reaction, and spoke about Rittenhouse as if the teenager is guilty of the crimes alleged against him, despite the presumption of innocence.

"Anyone want to understand the failings of money bail?" Boudin said. "Look no further: strong evidence of a white shooter motivated by racial bias committing a double murder with an assault rifle. But wealth sets him free."

It should be noted that both of the men whom Rittenhouse shot and killed were white.

Boudin, who once worked for the late Venezuelan socialist dictator Hugo Chavez, was elected as San Fransisco's top prosecutor last year. His election was celebrated by progressive politicians and social justice activists. Even Sen. Kamala Harris, the media-declared vice president-elect, welcomed Boudin's election.

Boudin — who is self-described socialist, according to Vice — has implemented numerous far-left reforms to San Francisco's criminal justice system, including ending cash bail.

According to Boudin, cash bail is a "discriminatory and unsafe approach to pretrial detention." Now, pretrial release in San Francisco is determined by "public safety, not on wealth," Boudin said in January, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Boudin argued cash bail is essentially racist. From his office:

Money bail has disproportionately impacted our poorest communities as well as communities of color. In San Francisco, African-Americans pay over $120 per capita per year in non-refundable bail fees compared to $10 per capita per year for white individuals. Additionally, since 99% of people who post bail in San Francisco use private bail bond companies, there is an instant and dramatic transfer of wealth from low-income neighborhoods and communities of color to private industry; roughly $10-$15 million in non-refundable fees are paid annually to bail bond agencies.

The San Fransisco police union has not been fond of Boudin.

Reacting to his policy ending cash bail, union president Tony Montoya said, "Mr. Boudin is in the process of building the largest criminal justice revolving door imaginable, and San Franciscans will pay a heavy price for it."

Democratic Minnesota Governor's 4-week lockdown banning ALL social gatherings, sparks protest at Tim Walz's mansion

Minnesotans can not gather with anyone outside their household even with a mask and social distancing

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced on Wednesday a rigid month-long lockdown order that bans all social gatherings of people who do not live in the same household, even if participants wear face masks and practice proper social distancing. On Saturday, Minnesotans went to Walz's mansion to protest the drastic lockdown orders.

Walz's severe new coronavirus restrictions, which went into effect on Friday at 11:59 p.m. and will be in place until Dec.18, will shut down bars, restaurants, and breweries, except for takeout, delivery, or walk-up service, according to the MinnPost. The order will also close gyms, indoor sports facilities, theaters, bowling alleys, arcades, go-kart tracks, and other entertainment businesses for an entire month.

Retail businesses, barbershops, and salons are permitted to stay open, but may only operate at 50% capacity.

All youth, high school, and adult sports leagues are prohibited for the next four weeks, but college and professional teams are exempt from the order.

In one of the most extreme measures ever implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic, Minnesota will have draconian measures regarding social gatherings.

From the Minnesota Department of Health:

Social gatherings are groups of people who are not members of the same household, congregated together for a common or coordinated social, community, or leisure purpose – even if social distancing can be maintained. This prohibition includes planned and spontaneous gatherings as well as public and private gatherings. Most commercial activities are not considered social gatherings, so this change will not impact most industries.

The harsh restrictions come with punitive penalties, including fines of up to $1,000 or 90 days in prison.

"Any business owner, manager, or supervisor who requires or encourages any of their employees, contractors, vendors, volunteers, or interns to violate this Executive Order is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction must be punished by a fine not to exceed $3,000 or by imprisonment for not more than a year," Walz's order states. "In addition to those criminal penalties, the Attorney General, as well as city and county attorneys, may investigate and seek any civil relief" of up to $25,000 per occurrence.

The stringent restrictions were not welcomed by many Minnesotans, and some who demanded freedom protested against the new lockdowns outside of Walz's mansion in St. Paul. Many protesters waved American and Trump flags outside the Minnesota governor's residence while they chanted: "U-S-A! U-S-A!"

The crowd hung signs of infamous dictators from history on the fence of the property. Others held signs that dared Walz to arrest them for attending a Thanksgiving gathering with their family.

A car parade protest drove by the governor's mansion and honked their horns.

The crowd also sang "America (My Country, 'Tis of Thee)."

CARACAS, Venezuela – Election results decried by government opponents as a brazen power grab were manipulated by at least 1 million votes, the company that provided Venezuela with its voting system said Wednesday.

Antonio Mugica, chief executive of London-based Smartmatic, which has provided technology for Venezuelan elections since 2004, said it detected an inflated turnout figure Sunday through the nation’s automated balloting system.

“With the deepest regret, we have to say that the turnout data presented on Sunday, July 30, for the constituent election was manipulated,” Mugica said at a news conference in London.

His company’s analysis of the data, Mugica said, suggested an inflated number of “at least 1 million” – a potentially important difference that would allow the government to claim a higher turnout than an opposition-held unofficial ballot last month.

The announcement adds to growing allegations of massive irregularities in the election, which selected a new pro-government super congress with vast powers to change the constitution and supplant the opposition-controlled National Assembly.

The vote has been internationally condemned. The Trump administration, which slapped sanctions on President Nicolás Maduro on Monday, described it as a “sham election” that has turned Venezuela into a de facto dictatorship.

Responding to the company’s disclosure, Luis Almagro, secretary general of the Organization of American States, tweeted: “The biggest electoral fraud in Latin America’s history in percentage and in millions of votes is confirmed.”

In a sense, there was no way the government could lose Sunday’s vote. All candidates, including the wife and son of Maduro, were backers of the Socialist administration. There was also no threshold of voter participation needed for the outcome to be valid.

But obtaining a high turnout was considered vital to proving public enthusiasm for the new Constituent Assembly that gives the government effective control over all branches of government. Polls show the new body – and Maduro himself – both deeply unpopular.

The government claimed a turnout of 41.5 percent – more than 8 million votes. That figure would be highly symbolic if true, as it is greater than an unofficial ballot held by the opposition last month in which it said that nearly 7.6 million Venezuelans turned out to reject plans for the new, all-powerful legislature.

Typically, Mugica said, the election system is designed to provide figures that are reviewed and confirmed by auditors. At each table at voting centers, there are witnesses from different parties who can compare their results with the ones published by the electoral council online.

By adding all of those together, it is generally possible to compare and confirm results, he said. Auditors from different parties are also present in counting rooms, where they can access totals reported by the automated system.

That wasn’t possible last Sunday.

“In this case, there were no witnesses,” he said.

However, the automated election system used in Venezuela is designed to self-report any attempt to interfere with it, the company said, meaning alerts are produced by possible manipulation. The system, the company said, has fail-safe systems to prevent circumventing the controls.

The opposition boycotted Sunday’s vote. On Tuesday, two top opposition leaders who were under house arrest were taken away by security forces to a military-run detention camp.

Also Tuesday, one of the five directors of the country’s election system broke with the body’s official position validating the vote, saying he could not “guarantee the veracity of the results.”

That director, Luis Emilio Rondon, tweeted Wednesday that Smartmatic’s announcement had confirmed his assessment of fraud.

“The electoral commission has to respond to the country for the denouncements made today by Smartmatic about manipulation of turnout numbers,” Rondon tweeted. He added, “the electoral body is obliged to conduct an audit process to clarify this situation as soon as possible.”

On Wednesday, the Reuters news agency reported that it had reviewed internal electoral council data showing that only 3.7 million people had voted by 5:30 p.m. Most polling stations closed at 7 p.m., but some stayed open later.

Black Detroit voters sue Trump campaign over effort to invalidate election results

A group of Black voters in Detroit announced they are suing President Donald Trump and his campaign, alleging the targeted effort to overturn the election repeats one of the "worst abuses in our nation's history" by attempting to disenfranchise African American voters.

Specifically, the suit takes issue with the campaign's effort to overturn the results of the election in Michigan by blocking the certification of results in Wayne County, home to Detroit, and attempting to "intimidate" and "coerce" state and local officials into replacing electors.

"Central to this strategy is disenfranchising voters in predominately Black cities," the suit alleges. "Repeating false claims of voter fraud, which have been thoroughly debunked, Defendants are pressuring state and local officials in Michigan not to count votes from Wayne County, Michigan (where Detroit is the county seat), and thereby disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters."

The president met Friday at the White House with lawmakers from Michigan, and made personal calls to two Republican members on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers. The board members then tried to rescind certification of the election results, but the secretary of state's office has said that is not permitted.

After nearly two hours in the White House, the Michigan delegation, including Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey and House Speaker Lee Chatfield, seemed to rebuff Trump's efforts, saying in a statement that "the candidates who win the most votes win elections and Michigan's electoral votes."

The NAACP Legal Defense Fund said it filed the new suit in a D.C. federal court on Friday on behalf of the three voters and the Michigan Welfare Rights Organization. The suit asks a judge to block Trump and his campaign from "continuing to exert pressure" on officials in Michigan, or any other state.

Known coronavirus cases in the United States have now surpassed 12 million, and the daily routines of a vast number of Americans are now shaped by their ZIP codes and governors and beliefs about the virus. Do they wear masks? Go to school in person or online? Eat out? Get exposed to the virus?

The pandemic and the nation’s disjointed response have taken the notion of two Americas to a new extreme. The contrasts are particularly visible in South Dakota and New Mexico, states that are living two different economies: one wide-open, the other bolted shut.

InSouth Dakota, where a conservative frontier philosophy dominates, the economy has fared relatively well, with unemployment at 3.6 percent, well below the 6.9 percent national average. Some towns, stores and school districts require masks or social distancing,but, as a whole, the state has the fewest restrictions of any, with neither a mask mandate nor significant limits on businesses.

But hospitalization rates have been the highest in the nation, and more than 7 percent of the population has tested positive. The state has the country’s second-highest rate of new cases.

Gov. Kristi Noem, a Republican, sees her approach as a badge of freedom, criticizing restrictions as ineffective and economically destructive.

“You wouldn’t even know there’s a pandemic going on,” said Heidi Haugan, a mother of four young children in Sioux Falls, South Dakota’s biggest city.

New Mexico has fewer cases per capita, but a more alarming trend line. Daily case numbers have more than doubled over the past two weeks. On Monday, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, a Democrat, put the state’s two million residents under some of the toughest restrictions in the country, issuing a two-week stay-at-home order, banning restaurant dining, setting capacity limits on grocery stores and closing indoor malls, movie theaters and gyms.

And the virus has been pummeling the economy. Unemployment in New Mexico has risen to 8 percent — roughly the same as neighboring, Republican-led Arizona — and small-business owners voice widespread fears about closing down.

In both South Dakota and New Mexico, people are hurting in similar ways — not only suffering economic and health woes, but rifts with family members and friends over the virus and how to fight it.

Allison Byington, who lives in South Dakota, saidher mother recently called her a murderer for refusing to wear a face mask. “We don’t have a relationship anymore,” Ms. Byington said.

The Trump White House insider who calls himself Q has repeatedly posted about military tribunals and sealed indictments, now numbering an extraordinary 40,483 as of June 30, 2018.

Military tribunals in the United States are military courts designed to try members of enemy forces during wartime, operating outside the scope of conventional criminal and civil proceedings. The judges are military officers and fulfill the role of jurors. Military tribunals are not courts martial.

The Military Commissions Act of 2006 limits military tribunal trials to non-citizens only.

On September 5, 2018, during Day 2 of the Senate confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) asked Kavanaugh a series of very interesting questions that seem to make a case for American citizens being subject to military tribunals.

Graham: So when somebody says, post-9/11, that we’d been at war, and it’s called the War on Terrorism, do you generally agree with that concept?

Kavanaugh: I do, senator, because Congress passed the authorization for use of military force, which is still in effect. That was passed, of course, on September 14, 2001, three days later.

Graham: Let’s talk about the law and war. Is there a body of law called the law of armed conflict?

Kavanaugh: There is such a body, senator.

Graham: A body of law that’s called basic criminal law?

Kavanaugh: Yes, senator.

Graham: Are there differences between those two bodies of law?

Kavanaugh: Yes, senator.

Graham: From an American citizen’s point of view, do your constitutional rights follow you? If you’re in Paris, does the Fourth Amendment protect you as an American from your own government?

Kavanaugh: From your own government, yes.

Graham: So, if you’re in Afghanistan, do your constitutional rights protect you against your own government?

Kavanaugh: If you’re an American in Afghanistan, you have constitutional rights as against the U.S. government.

Graham: Isn’t there also a long settled law that goes back to the Eisentrager case (I can’t remember the name of it)….

Kavanaugh: Johnson v. Eisentrager.

Graham: Right, that American citizens who collaborate with the enemy are considered enemy combatants?

Kavanaugh: They can be, they’re often, sometimes criminally prosecuted, sometimes treated in the military.

Graham: Let’s talk about can be. I think there’s a Supreme Court decision that said that American citizens who collaborated with Nazi saboteurs were tried by the military, is that correct?

Kavanaugh: That is correct.

Graham: I think a couple of them were executed.

Kavanaugh: Yeah.

Graham: So, if anybody doubts there’s a longstanding history in this country that your constitutional rights follow you wherever you go, but you don’t have a constitutional right to turn on your own government and collaborate with the enemy of the nation. You’ll be treated differently. What’s the name of the case, if you can recall, that reaffirmed the concept that you can hold one of our own as an enemy combatant if they were engaged in terrorist activities in Afghanistan. Are you familiar with that case?

Kavanaugh: Yes, Hamdi [v. Rumsfeld].

Graham: So the bottom line is on every American citizen know you have constitutional rights, but you do not have a constitutional right to collaborate with the enemy. There is a body of law well developed long before 9/11 that understood the difference between basic criminal law and the law of armed conflict. Do you understand those difference?

Kavanaugh: I do understand that there are different bodies of law of course, senator.

Q picked up on the significance of Graham’s questions. On the same day as the confirmation hearing, Sept. 5, Q published post #2093, which highlights the distinction Graham made between military law vs. criminal law.

Lindsey Graham has a J.D. from the University of South Carolina. Before he entered politics, he was a U.S. Air Force officer and JAG (judge advocate general).

It is noteworthy that of all the constitutional rights to which American citizens are entitled, Sen. Graham specifically mentioned the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires “reasonable” governmental searches and seizures to be conducted only upon issuance of a warrant, judicially sanctioned by probable cause. On December 21, 2017, President Trump signed an executive order blocking the property of persons involved in “serious human rights abuse or corruption”.

I have discovered something curious about the 2020 Georgia votes that I haven't seen anyone talk about. I wonder how I could get this to anyone who could see if it fits in with their other theories of how Georgia effected the fraud.

See the pic. I was stunned to see that the ballots with no selected House candidate were far less than any of the last 4 presidential elections. If they were ballot stuffing I would expect it to be more. So I kept thinking.

It looks like about 208,979 votes for president are missing. Was the con in Georgia as simple as just removing a couple thousand Trump votes while keeping the rest of the ballot?

I would love to see how this factors in to the numbers Sidney et al are looking at.

During the lunch, we’d talked about thank you notes and their importance. Upon returning to Washington, D.C., Peter wrote one but he didn’t have the address. I was traveling for several days, so the letter didn’t get sent for a couple of weeks.

It is a privilege to see their family having fun, no cameras around, making fun of each other and catching up. “We are so very blessed,” Mrs. Bush said. She lived with gratitude, which is one of the lessons she taught that I will try to remember.

The next time we saw her, she said with a smile to Peter, “Well, that was the latest thank you note I ever received.” He was in his fifties, but he reddened with embarrassment. Because Barbara Bush was a woman you didn’t want to disappoint. Of course, she followed that up with a smile and a knowing look. The crush deepened.

As a former staffer for her son’s presidency, Mrs. Bush knew me as someone loyal to him and to her entire family. She seemed to trust me, and that meant the world.

Perhaps that was part of her success as one of America’s beloved First Ladies. Barbara Bush didn’t have to rule with an iron fist - one look of disapproval could melt you. Around her you were on your toes and alert - I learned to come ready with some new bit of information about what was going on in politics and television or with a recommendation on a new book she might like.

In 2011, I invited Mrs. Bush to kick off a Minute Mentoring event in Houston. She said, “Why would you want me? I’ve never worked a day in my life.”

While true that she never earned a paycheck, she worked her tail off for her family, her staff, her country. She donated all of her book proceeds to charity.

In brief remarks before the mentoring session, she said “Earlier today I called George and asked him about working with Dana. And then I called Dana and asked her about working with George. And the advice I can give to you is that listening to the two of them describe working together, that loyalty goes both ways.”

It sure does.

Two summers ago, we visited her and President Bush in Kennebunkport. We were fortunate to be invited for lunch and their children were all there. It is a privilege to see their family having fun, no cameras around, making fun of each other and catching up. Peter helped Mrs. Bush fill her plate and she said, “We are so very blessed.” She lived with gratitude, which is one of the lessons she taught that I will try to remember.

After lunch, we took Jasper to Gooch’s Beach, where dogs are allowed to run off leash after 5 pm. He had a great time, and we were reluctant to leave. As we were packing up the car, a local woman said, “Excuse me, I see you’re not from around here.” She’d noticed our New York license plates.

“No ma’am, we aren’t. But we sure enjoy it.”

“Well, I just wanted to point out to you - do you see that woman over there, with the two little dogs, two men walking behind her? That’s First Lady Barbara Bush. We love her. And I just thought you’d like to know that she walks this beach with her dogs every day.”

“Thank you, ma’am. I know she is very special to you,” I said.

And to us, too.

And now, we are all crushed. Barbara Bush has left us, but everything she gave us remains. We her family, her friends, Americans who loved and admired her even those who just knew her from walking her dogs! – still love her. As she loved this country. With Barbara Bush, that too will always go both ways.

Across the country, recounts and legal challenges to vote results from November 3, 2020 Presidential Election are taking place in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada and Arizona. At issue in several states is the “glitchy” computer program in Michigan which turned 6,000 Trump votes into Biden votes in just one county, and was discovered in use in 47 Michigan counties. That same computer system used in Michigan is also used in Georgia, in which the Secretary of State finally agreed to a hand recount after voting anomalies were discovered in the voting system. Twitter has removed this Tweet by Kyle Becker, showing that Dominion Voting System is used in 30 states including the 7 states currently being challenged by the Trump campaign legal team.

Politico reported that a Georgia election official said the glitch that stopped voting in two counties was caused by a vendor uploading an update into their Dominion Voting system. “Marcia Ridley of the Spalding County Board of Elections, had initially attributed the problem to a vendor’s 11th-hour update to the equipment. But log files for the devices — electronic poll books that poll workers use to sign in voters at precincts — show that no such update occurred to the devices the night before Election Day, Ridley said in a statement to POLITICO. However, she said she stands by her previous statements last week that a representative for the election technology vendor, Dominion Voting Systems, told her office that it had uploaded some kind of update the night before the election and that this had created the glitch.” Computers don’t “glitch.” People program computers to glitch. Ridley said she’s never seen them update anything the day before the election. The American people need to know just how much cheating took place in the 2020 Presidential Election, regardless of the legitimate outcome, which is almost secondary at this point. The left wants to keep this under wraps.

Even in California, which most of the rest of the country completely discounts as a leftist bastion and lost cause, cheating takes place and impacts national and congressional races, as California showed in the 2018 ballot harvesting slaughter, overturning 7 Republican congressional seats. California has been manipulating elections since before 2010, but has done so more brazenly in recent years. In 2016, thousands of Republican and Democratic voters reported in the June 7, 2016 California Primary election they showed up at the polls across the state to discover their political party registrations had been changed, or dropped altogether… but only after they had received official sample ballots verifying their party registration in the mail. This only could have been done within the Secretary of State’s VoteCal system.

The Election Integrity Project found that most reported being re-registered “No Party Preference,” California’s version of “Decline to State.” Others said their registrations were dropped, or they received the wrong ballot, which in many cases prevented them from voting for President in the primary. Back in 2018, Sacramento County excitedly announced it was moving to sending all registered voters a ballot in the mail, and would be using Dominion Voting Systems to process these newfangled ballots. In 2019, San Francisco County announced it was switching to a new voting system in November “aimed at improving efficiency, security and transparency.” KTVU San Francisco reported: “The new voting system is called ‘Democracy Suite’ and is made by Dominion Voting, a company that supplies voting systems throughout the nation. Voters will still receive a paper ballot and insert it into the new voting machines.” Calling it “Voting modernization,” Fresno County also approved the all-mail-in-ballot voting process, and Dominion Voting Systems.

According to the California Secretary of State, the California Counties that use Dominion are: Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Marin, Mono, Monterey, Napa, Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, and Yuba.

DeKalb elections manager blamed for 95 previously omitted ballots

A now-former employee’s “negligent failure to follow protocol” resulted in several dozen ballots being omitted from DeKalb County’s original vote counts for the Nov. 3 election, officials said Friday.

The DeKalb elections board re-certified the county’s results for the second time in as many days Friday morning, adding 59 absentee ballots that were previously omitted. A similar vote on Thursday afternoon added 36 previously omitted absentees.

FULL STATEMENT OF DEKALB ELECTIONS BOARD CHAIRMAN SAM TILLMAN:

“It has come to our attention that a DeKalb VRE manager, who is now a former employee, failed to follow our established protocols and blatantly disregarded the required processes we utilize to account for and record all legal and verified ballots. According to our internal review, this is the same person that made the human error in failing to follow protocols which caused our previous recertification. Since the employee’s departure, management’s corrective actions and reviews ultimately yielded 59 additional ballots that were omitted from our count.

All of our internal reviews indicate that these two omissions were primarily caused by a single employee’s negligent failure to follow protocol and are in no way reflective of our collective efforts to maintain the highest standards for election safety, security and transparency. We immediately notified the Georgia Secretary of State upon discovery of this error and look forward to officially certifying the November 3rd General Election results.

President Donald Trump’s campaign lawyers said Saturday they would file an appeal to the Third Circuit court after a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit to challenge the results of the election in Pennsylvania.

Trump 2020 attorneys former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in a statement:

Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.

The lawsuit argued that the legal guarantee of “equal protection under the law” was violated after counties where voters were primarily Democrats took different approaches than counties where voters were primarily Republicans to help voters with problems with their mail-in ballots.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the suit on Saturday “with prejudice,” issuing a stinging rebuke to the campaign for trying to “disenfranchise almost seven million voters.” He wrote:

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens. But TEAM TRUMP posted each of these vids, and some have overlap (check it). Maybe they cut them EXACTLY RIGHT. And notice how they all include ads. Did Q team buy the ads in advance? They knew this was coming right? What did Q say: everything has meaning.

Ask the Q: did Q team PLACE these ads on OAN, and then have TEAM TRUMP cut the vids for POTUS to post?

Am I reading this right? There are more people voting than populate the certain age ranges? Based on the definition of the words POPULATION and ENROLLED as I understand them, It just looks like there are more people voting than there are people.
