What really happened in Georgia when the water main reportedly broke causing a delay the election counting in the state? On election night in Georgia President Trump was running away with the Presidential election, then suddenly it was reported that vote counting had stopped in Fulton County due to a water main break in Atlanta. According to CBS WVLT8 ballots in Georgia would not be counted due to a water main break:

Nearly 40,000 absentee ballots will not be counted for the state of Georgia until at least Wednesday after a water main break, Fulton County officials said. According to officials, a water main break at State Farm Arena caused a pipe to burst. The burst pipe was discovered around 6 a.m. Counting of the ballots began at 11 a.m. Tonight Fulton County will report results for approximately 86,000 absentee ballots, as well as Election Day and Early Voting results. These represent the vast majority of ballots cast within Fulton County. As planned, Fulton County will continue to tabulate the remainder of absentee ballots over the next two days. Absentee ballot processing requires that each ballots is opened, signatures verified, and ballots scanned. This is a labor intensive process that takes longer to tabulate than other forms of voting. Fulton County did not anticipate having all absentee ballots processed on Election Day.

(States like Florida count these ballots before the election and provide up to date results which enables them to provide final results on election night. Any state that doesn’t count ballots before the election when received so winners can be announced on election night appears to place ulterior motives ahead of transparency and timeliness.) One Georgia resident, attorney Paul J. Dzikowski, attempted to obtain more information on the reported water main break in Atlanta. He sent a letter to and requested any information related to the water main break under the Georgia Open Records Act. This is what he wrote in his request:

Please accept this correspondence (and the attached letter) as a request for production and inspection of records under the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70, et seq. (the “Act”). Please produce, for inspection and copying, the following records: • ALL “Public records” related to the burst pipe at State Farm Arena that occurred on or about November 3, 2020, which impacted the counting of ballots by Fulton County authorities, including and not limited to internal and external communications with any person(s), communications with Fulton Co. Board of Registrations and Elections, memoranda, notes, work orders, requisitions, invoices, repair records, and all other public records. This request is intended to be as comprehensive as possible and should be interpreted as broadly as the law allows, in accordance with the Act, and shall encompass records in paper form and any electronic and digital format. I look forward to your prompt response as soon as the records are available for inspection and copying but in no event more than three (3) business days following your receipt of this request, as required by the Act.

In response the only public records generated as a result of the alleged “burst pipe” that halted the counting of ballots in Atlanta (Fulton Co.) were a few text messages. These messages were with the Sr. Vice President of the Atlanta Hawks, Geoffrey Stiles, who called it a “slow leak” that was “contained quickly,” and he said the entire thing was “highly exaggerated.” No repair orders or work orders or invoices from a plumber associated with this “burst pipe” were provided. Nothing. Dzikowski also filed a similar request with the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections which resulted in no records being located per their response.

Europe To Pay Lower Price For Pfizer COVID Vaccine Than US

Even after the Trump Administration shelled out $2 billion in Operation Warp Speed money to secure 100 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine (don't listen to the MSM when it claims Pfizer hasn't benefited from government money), Europe has still somehow managed to secure a better price as part of a deal reported earlier on Wednesday.

Earlier today, Pfizer CEO Dr. Albert Bourla - who was also exposed for dumping a huge quantity of his stock, top-ticking the market - EU agreed to buy up to 300 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, sealing its newfound status as the most advanced, and most promising, vaccine effort in the West. Exploratory talks involving the deal were initially disclosed back in September, but the news of the deal on Wednesday propelled shares higher, even as insiders revealed they were headed for the exits.

Meanwhile, Reuters is reporting that under the terms of the EU deal, the per-dose price of the vaccine will be lower than in the US.

The bloc will pay less than $19.50 per shot, a senior EU official involved in talks with vaccine makers told Reuters, adding that partly reflected the financial support given by the EU and Germany for the drug's development.

The official requested anonymity as the terms of the agreement are confidential.

The United States agreed to pay $19.50 per shot for 100 million doses, a smaller volume than the EU. But it has an option to buy a further 500 million under terms to be negotiated separately, and the price it will pay is unclear.

BioNTech signalled this week that order size would impact the per-dose price in the developed world and said it would differentiate pricing between countries or regions for its potential vaccine.

The EU official said the EU had agreed a price that was closer to $20 than to $10 but declined to give a precise figure.

The EU has already signed deals with other vaccine makers including AstraZeneca and Sanofi, and has reportedly been in talks with others, including Novavax and Moderna. Immediately, we see the Pfizer vaccine is still priced higher than in other deals struck by the EU. However, insiders told Reuters that the liability side of the deal (concerning who would be responsible, and for what, if side effects emerge later) was different for the Pfizer deal.

The prices agreed by the EU in previous deals with vaccine makers have partly been influenced by liability terms, which could cause large additional legal costs if inoculated people developed unexpected conditions because of the shots.

Asked about liability clauses in the Pfizer contract, which have been a bone of contention between EU negotiators and drugmakers, the EU official said conditions were different from those the EU agreed with other companies, and also different from those Pfizer had with the U.S. government.

There was "no copy paste" on liability terms from previous contracts, the official said.

All of this is contingent on the vaccine being approved by the EU regulator, the European Medicines Agecy, of course.

Kelly Reagan Brunner, a social worker at the Mexia State Supported Living Center, has been charged with 134 counts in an election fraud investigation involving the registration of 67 of the facility’s residents, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced in a press release late Friday afternoon. Brunner was arrested Nov. 2 and released the later that day after posting combined bonds of $35,000, according to jail records. She’s accused of submitting voter registration applications for the 67 residents “without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent,” Paxton said in the press release. Leandra English, who spent months trying to seize control of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) from President Donald Trump, will lead Joe Biden's transition team for the agency, the Biden campaign announced Tuesday.

English will be in charge of a team of seven others, including the legislative director for the United Autoworkers and six alums of the Obama-era CFPB. The group will advise the Biden campaign on taking over the agency when Biden assumes office in January.

English rose to public attention in 2017, when she claimed the role of acting CFPB director following the departure of Obama-era director Richard Cordray, in direct contention with Trump appointee Mick Mulvaney. In the ensuing months, English lost multiple court battles but continued her claim despite a lack of clarity on what, if anything, she was actually doing day-to-day. This stance made her a hero of the anti-Trump "resistance," with even Democratic leadership calling her the "rightful acting director."

English's appearance on the CFPB, therefore, is a harsh rebuttal to the Trump administration's regulatory agenda. Her appearance on the transition team—along with other Obama alums—indicates that a Biden-era CFPB will return to the aggressive regulatory posture adopted during the Obama administration.

English's protracted battle for control of the CFPB began when Cordray, inspired by two left-wing blog posts, appointed her as acting director just before the end of his term. When Trump appointed Mulvaney, English launched a legal challenge, funded by a mysterious third party, with the goal of denying Trump control of the agency.

English spent the following seven months claiming to be the legitimate leader of the CFPB, bolstered by congressional Democrats who ignored multiple rulings against her claim. After numerous court losses, English finally departed the agency following Trump's nomination of current director Kathy Kraninger to fill the role full time.

Under the first presidents of Azerbaijan, Ayaz Mutalibov (1990-1992), Isa Gambar (acting in 1992) and Heydar Aliyev (1993-2003), there was no information about the supply of Israeli weapons to Azerbaijan. Since 2003, the president of Azerbaijan is Ilham Aliyev (the son of Heydar Aliyev), and it was during this period that Israeli military exports to this country fell. Moreover, as far as is now known, the first contract was signed in 2005 – with the Israeli Military Industry (IMI) for the supply of the LYNX MLRS.

The first evidence of the presence of Israeli weapons in Azerbaijan appeared in 2008.

At the military parade in Baku on June 26th, 2008, personnel from the Azerbaijani special forces were seen with the Tavor TAR-21 assault rifle, alongside the tactical reconnaissance UAVs Orbiter-2M and Aerostar of Aeronautics were shown. In the same year, publications appeared on the supply of LYNX MLRS and missiles to them, UAVs of the above types and a number of other systems to Azerbaijan (by the way, not everything was later confirmed). And in early 2012, information appeared about a truly huge deal. Then it was published that in 2011 a contract was signed for 1.6 billion dollars between the “Israel Aviation Industry” (IAI) and an unnamed Asian country. Just a month later, on February 26th, 2012, the American newspaper The Washington Post reported that it was about Azerbaijan (which was later confirmed). Until now, the details of this contract are not known. What is confirmed – within its framework, Azerbaijan was supplied with the Barak-8 air defense system and a significant number of UAVs of various types.

On December 13th, 2016, during the already mentioned visit of Netanyahu to Baku, Ilham Aliyev, among other things, said that Azerbaijan had concluded various long-term agreements with Israel for the purchase of weapons and other defense products totaling $5 billion. We are talking about all contracts concluded so far, including those already completed. Almost 4 years have passed since then, respectively, there were new contracts, but their volume was not reported.

So, what is known about Israeli supplies to Azerbaijan in terms of types of weapons and their quantity?

UAVs, including loitering munitions

UAVs clearly rank first among Israeli military supplies to Azerbaijan. If in a number of categories, Israeli imports play a significant share in the armament of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces (anti-tank systems, 120-mm mortars, ballistic missiles and MLRS, patrol boats and ships, armored vehicles), in others it is clearly secondary (self-propelled guns, small arms), in others it is absent at all (tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, manned aircraft), the share of Israeli imports in UAVs was not just in first place: for almost 12 years (from 2008 to summer 2020), the Azerbaijani Armed Forces were fully equipped with Israeli UAVs (including loitering weapons ). And only a few months ago the situation changed: Azerbaijan received from Turkey armed Bayraktar TB2 UAVs and STM Kargu attack multicopters.

It is also interesting that Azerbaijan cooperates simultaneously with all large and a number of small Israeli UAV manufacturers. The first in 2007 was Aeronautics (the third largest manufacturer, from 02.09.19 owned by Rafael), in 2008 the first contract was signed with Elbit (the second manufacturer), and as part of the 2011 deal it started cooperation with IAI (1st manufacturer). And there were also contracts with BlueBird Aero Systems and EMIT Aviation (the latter shuttered in 2010).

Others stubbornly cling to the notion, promoted uniformly by TV anchors, that a candidate who often can't even formulate a sentence is better qualified to conduct America's foreign affairs than a successful, high-energy businessman whose aura often flashes genius.

According to Lindsey Graham, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the hatchet-job to wreck Donald Trump's reputation began long before his inauguration: "Compare that to the September CIA memo to the FBI suggesting that Hillary Clinton signed off on a plan to link Trump to Russia, to draw attention away from her email server problem. This is our CIA telling the FBI they have credible information and investigative leads that Hillary Clinton, the Democratic nominee, is trying to link Trump to Russia for political purposes and the FBI apparently threw it in the garbage can. Christopher Steele, who was on the payroll of Fusion GPS, who was on the payroll of the Democratic party, provided a dossier that used a Russian source suspected of being a Russian agent years before, that turned out to be a bunch of garbage. The whole idea of Trump/Russia connections was not real, it was manufactured in part by Christopher Steele, and the FBI bought it hook, line and sinker. QAnon Legal Battle Against YouTube Could Transform Free Speech Online

The welding of American politics with social media may be the defining moment of a sea change that is taking place at the very top echelons of power in the United States and the world. In the run-up to the 2020 U.S. elections, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube all revealed their inescapable ties to the establishment when they launched an information warfare campaign against their own users and content creators in a bid to shape perceptions and control national discourse on the government’s behalf.

As the most contentious election in living memory drags on days after the vote, itself, the massive purge of profiles and content deemed politically dangerous carried out by the most popular social media platforms just over two weeks before Election Day, went practically unnoticed by everyone other than those who were actually de-platformed and their followers.

In mid-October, Google-owned YouTube and other social media giants purged the accounts of the most popular QAnon channels, spurring a class-action lawsuit against the video streaming platform filed in the Northern District of California later that month.

The case

A total of eight QAnon YouTube stars and seven more unnamed plaintiffs brought a first amendment suit against Google and its subsidiary YouTube on October 26, alleging a violation of their constitutional right to free speech and of the companies’ own terms of service (TOS) agreements. Among those named in the complaint are Polly St. George, who despite being fairly new on the scene has accumulated a considerable following and Dave Hayes, a.k.a Preying Medic, who is one of QAnon’s more popular “Q drops” interpreter, deciphering the supposedly coded messages for the masses of Q followers.

After a curious request by the plaintiffs for a change on the bench, the trial came to a quick conclusion on November 3, when the judge dismissed the complaint on the grounds that they were unlikely “to succeed with claims that YouTube violated its terms of service.”

Given how the trial unfolded and other notable details surrounding the case, it is more than likely that the QAnon cohort suing YouTube was looking for a quick and unfavorable result in the district court in order to pursue its constitutional argument in a higher court on appeal; a tactic developed by legal teams funded over decades by a network of conservative billionaires, like Charles Koch, to change the laws in favor of their business enterprises at the expense of the common interest.

Despite the extensive arguments made in the complaint over free speech and of YouTube’s infringement on First Amendment rights, the filing only sought an emergency injunction to compel the company to reinstate the deleted channels and content. Their true intentions, however, became manifest when the plaintiffs divorced their constitutional arguments from the current legal action, prompting the judge to rule on a different basis and allow the QAnon stars to pursue these “at a later time.”

Here we have a Romanian intelligence officer coming forward saying that they have access to the IDs of 50 million Americans to engage in voter fraud. With all the IDs that have been hacked, about 50% of all Americans, have been able to create driver’s licenses and even vote for people.

We have heard from people reporting that when they went to vote, they were told they already voted. All the allegations of this Romanian Intelligence Office at least appear to have taken place from IDs being stolen to people claiming they were told they already voted.

It has long been a joke in Chicago that once you voted in 1920, you keep voting long past you are dead and buried. It’s your civil duty in Chicago. So far, a total of 353 of the 3,141 counties in America located in 29 of the nation’s 50 states already have 1.8 million MORE registered voters than residents, according to an analysis by Judicial Watch. Dead people have been voting for a very long time. Not just this election.

The non-profit government watchdog compared the registration data available for 37 states with the U.S. Census Bureau’s most recently available American Community Survey (ACS) numbers for the period 2014-2018 on a county-by-county basis.

Perhaps we need to now add a clause to all of our wills that states if we continue to vote after we are dead, we will always vote for a particular party.

The devil may be in the details, but the angels are in the data. That’s what we’re learning very quickly as we examine the work of a dedicated Trump-supporter who appears to have uncovered all of the proof necessary to dispel this myth that Joe Biden won the presidential election.

A post on TheDonald.win by user TrumanBlack has sparked a little attention, though not nearly enough. It needs a lot more because within the data sorted and examined is the smoking gun the Trump campaign can use to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the election was hacked. Massive amounts of votes were changed from President Trump to Biden. Other votes were removed altogether without reason. This “cyber coup” is much bigger than most of us realized. While we’ve been focused, and rightly so, on analog voter fraud, there is technological fraud on a gargantuan scale that happened. More importantly, it has been proven.

We are going through the data now, but everything we’ve combed through so far seems to check out. For example, in Georgia there appears to have been 17,407 votes switched. Biden is currently leading in Georgia by 14,148 votes. Pennsylvania is even worse with over one million votes either switched or “lost.”

Combine this data with what we’re learning about other forms of voter fraud and it’s easy to see how a man who couldn’t fill a small auditorium with supporters was supposedly able to generate more votes than any American candidate in history. DoD to Civilian Staff: Wait a Few More Weeks to Break Out the MAGA Hats, Biden Pins

The Pentagon is reminding civilian employees that they must wait until states officially certify election results before they can legally sport "Make America Great Again" or "Biden-Harris" gear.

Even as the 2020 election cycle comes to a close, displaying a "sign reading 'Trump-Pence' or 'Biden-Harris' [is not] permitted until the results of the current election have been certified," according to a release from the Defense Department on Tuesday.

While U.S. troops are bound by fairly strict rules prohibiting them from partisan endorsements they are allowed to vote and participate in political gatherings as a citizen, but barred from political shows of support bigger than a bumper sticker the rules are a bit more relaxed for civilians who work for the DoD.

"After Election Day, with a few exceptions such as runoff elections, the Hatch Act does not prohibit civilian employees from wearing or displaying a former candidate's campaign items while they are on duty, as long as the individual is no longer actively seeking partisan political office," the release states.

But officials are making clear that that applies only to past elections, such as "'Gore-Lieberman' or 'Bush-Cheney' because their presidential candidacies have ended."

By law, the Electoral College casts its votes on the "Monday after the second Wednesday in December" to bring the election process to a close. This year, that falls on Dec. 14.

Military members and DoD civilian employees are already limited in what kinds of political activities they can participate in. The Hatch Act prevents federal employees from participating in such activities on the job, while troops are governed by DoD Directive 1344.10. Under that directive, members cannot "solicit or engage in partisan fundraiser activities, serve as the sponsor of a partisan club, or speak before a partisan gathering," the release adds.

Active-duty troops, Guardsmen and reservists also cannot wear their military uniforms to a political function or campaign.

On Wednesday, Axios reported that President Donald Trump's reelection campaign could try to swing the Electoral College vote which typically aligns with the popular vote in each state by blocking state secretaries from certifying votes for Democtratic challenger Joe Biden, especially in states where vote counts have come into question. Each state has its own deadline to complete certification of election results.

The political crisis in Armenia due to the loss and presumed treason by the Yerevan government appears to be ramping up.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan – who is in hiding somewhere and gives statements over the internet – refuses to resign, together with his entire entourage.

On November 10th, Arguments and scuffles have broken out in Armenia’s parliament as protesters angry at a ceasefire deal with Azerbaijan seized control of its chamber to denounce the country’s leadership.

And citizens, who are attacking Radio Liberty offices, as well as thrashing the office of the Soros Foundation in Yerevan seem to be becoming aware that the pro-Western policy of the government actually cost the country an adequate response in Nagorno-Karabakh.

A defeat such as these could have been avoided, and the results could’ve been less severe than they are.

The Armenian opposition provided two important steps to reclaim Karabakh:

1. “Get rid of the power that ceded Karabakh”

2. “Form a government of national unity”

“This is our plan. From that moment on, the Committee for the Salvation of the Motherland has been operating, to which power in the country is transferred,” said Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a representative of the opposition Dashnaktsutyun party.

Below is an overview of the situation by Re:Artsakh, who are an extremely pro-Armenian government media which covered the conflict:

Nikol Pashinyan, with his yesterday’s today’s and we believe with subsequent statements, and probably actions, will find a justification for his (or not his, time will tell) decision in signing a “peace agreement”. For example, he does it extremely unsuccessfully, he tries to scatter all the dogs that were launched on him, either blaming Gagik Tsarukyan and his detachment for the indecision, then declaring that “the thugs of parliament, stealing his perfume and watches” would have better smashed the enemy near Shushi , then lamenting the former presidents that they left a difficult legacy (which, of course, it is difficult to disagree with), then referring to the guys recording video messages in defense of Varchapet (by the way, there are also questions about some of these videos, but maybe more about that later) …

We would like to emphasize that whoever and to what extent is not guilty or involved, but it is the leader of the Republic of Armenia, the guarantor of the security of Artsakh, which Nikol Pashinyan has been since 2018, bears full responsibility, including for the internal political situation, which, in the opinion of a considerable part of society, played a fatal role, although in our opinion the primary reason is different.”

Even the most active supporters and promoters of the Armenian course that the government had undertaken, the situation for Nikol Pashinyan and the government is quite precarious, and there is little hope for him to preserve his power, the pro-Western Soros-funded activists and now policy-makers entirely failed the population of Armenia, as well as the population of the self-proclaimed independent republic of Artsakh.

For some reason a principal of a public middle school in Maine decided it was a fine idea to post profane insults on Facebook against supporters of President Donald Trump the night before the election.

Bill Gifford, principal of Oceanside Middle School in Thomaston, reportedly wrote that Trump "is not my president and is possibly the worst president ever," ripped Trump's "trolls," and called them "asswipes." He also reportedly wrote that Trump supporters have "big trucks" and "small d**ks."

It apparently wasn't the first time Gifford took on Trump supporters, as he also reportedly posted over the summer that "Trumpmonkeys" are "ignorant f***ers" who are part of "goon squads" and added that now "the gloves are off and you are either with me or with him and his fascist army."

What happened next?

Gifford's posts were widely circulated among the Regional School Unit 13 community and alarmed parents who said the principal set a bad example for students, the Bangor Daily News reported.

In fact, the paper said Gifford was the second Maine school official last week who came under fire for making disparaging remarks about Trump and his supporters on social media. Believe it or not, the school board chair of Regional School Unit 71 resigned last Wednesday after making profane posts about Trump supporters on Facebook on election night, the Daily News said.

Gifford apologized to RSU 13 parents on Wednesday, saying that "my mistake was to include profanity, and for that I am truly sorry and hope that the community can accept this heartfelt apology," the paper reported.

He added that "it is a great privilege to hold a leadership position and help guide our youth to realize their full potential. With this great privilege, I realize that I have the responsibility to ensure that I demonstrate effective ways to communicate, even when I disagree, in a way that ensures a productive and respectful dialogue," the Daily News noted.

But the paper said Gifford's apology didn't quite measure up for some parents.

"I believe that thinking we can hold the principal to a lower standard than the students are held to is inexcusable," parent Steve Spearin told the Daily News. "If a student had said those things in that manner, an apology of 'I'm sorry you heard me say it' — no matter how nicely worded — would not be acceptable."

Spearin added to the paper that by disparaging Trump and his supporters, Gifford effectively targeted district students and families who might support Trump.

"I am gravely concerned that the views Mr. Gifford expressed are reflective of the way he interacts with his students," Spearin also told the Daily News. "I am also worried that my children may face negative repercussions if they express anything contrary to those views."

The presidential election of 2020 will go down as a pivotal test of whether or not our great Constitutional Republic experiment in liberty will survive.

There are a few states that will serve as the front line in this critical battle for survival. Be it Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Nevada, or Arizona, the impact on our grand experiment will be profound.

As a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives recently re-elected to a third term in a landslide, I have seen firsthand the overwhelming tilting of the scales of justice in the 2020 elections in my own state. I am in the midst of this battle for survival.

The undue influence by the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch of government has been profound in Pennsylvania, virtually guaranteeing the debacle that has occurred in the 2020 election in the Keystone State.

With the election results in for most states, the overturning of the tentative election results in Pennsylvania and two other states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin, which have seen similar allegations of inconsistencies, fraud, and irregularities, would alter the electoral results and thereby re-elect Donald J. Trump to a second term.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has been so biased in its actions relative to this election that it appears as if some of the justices on the Court colluded with the DNC and the governor to influence the election.

In September 2020, the PA Supreme Court changed Act 77 of 2019 by allowing votes to arrive three days after Election Day and to permit drop boxes, both of which had been specifically precluded by Act 77.

Even NPR wrote in its article that "the Pennsylvania Supreme Court handed down several voting-related decisions Thursday that are likely to help Democrats this fall. The court extended the deadline for accepting mail ballots, will allow voters to submit their ballots through drop boxes, and removed the Green Party's candidate for president from the ballot."

These decisions were exacerbated when the Court ruled just prior to the election that signatures on mail-in ballots could not be verified as a basis for disqualifying a vote.

The conduct of one justice was so outrageous that I filed articles of impeachment, H.R. 1044, against him for his alleged conduct.

A pair of prominent ‘Squad’ members are on the offensive, with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) saying it’s time to “take our gloves” off in the battle against Republicans and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) hitting back hard against moderate Democrats, saying she won’t “be silent.”

The comments coming from high-profile members of the extreme left faction of the Democrats signal recognition that they are about to play bigger roles in shaping the party.

Tlaib fired back at moderate party members for suggesting proposals to “defund the police” and promote “socialism” were responsible for their disastrous showing in House elections last week.

This came after audio of a wild conference call featuring several members of the Democrat caucus “angrily confronting” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi over their election losses and blasting radical progressives leaked online.

“Squad” members fired back with allegations that moderates were being racist.

Later in the call, self-described Democratic Socialist Rashida Tlaib accused her colleagues of only wanting to speak to issues that motivate white suburbanites.

Tennessee Attorney General Asks Supreme Court to Review Election Process in Pennsylvania

Tennessee has now joined several other states in requesting the US Supreme Court review the election process in Pennsylvania.

Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery III signed on and joined Oklahoma’s brief in the US Supreme Court, reported WZTV.

President Trump’s legal team is preparing to ask the US Supreme Court to overturn an unconstitutional ruling from Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court that ordered elections officials to count mail-in ballots that arrived 3 days after Election Day.

The Pennsylvania state legislature decided Election Day ends at 8 PM on election night.

Rogue Democrat PA Governor Wolf circumvented the state legislature and took the fight to the state supreme court.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court created law out of thin air and extended the deadline for mail-in ballots to November 6.

Former special prosecutor Ken Starr said the PA legislature is the boss and counting ballots that came in after Election Day could be a federal crime as well as a state crime.

17 People Were Shot In Chicago On Monday Alone

We're not sure what it's going to take for Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot to realize that backing her city's police department and enforcing the law, not avoiding it, is what's going to make a difference in cleaning up her city.

Perhaps the following stat will be shocking enough for her to get a grip on exactly what is going on, though we don't have any confidence that it will: 17 people were shot in Chicago on Monday alone this week. Four of those shootings resulted in fatalities.

The situation in Chicago echoes that of many other liberal run cities, where crime has run rampant since this summer's "peaceful protests", which consisted of property damage, assaults, looting and lighting cities on fire. As a response, clueless liberal politicians have allowed a "defund the police" narrative to take shape with many supporting the idea.

On Monday, the first fatality was found “in the 4700 block of West 59th Street” at 2AM when officers discovered a man who had crashed his vehicle also had a gunshot wound to his face.

Two other men were "each shot in the head while standing on a corner in the 3600 block of West Division Street" at 5:50PM on Monday. A fourth fatality occurred when a 20 year old man was "shot and fatally wounded" at about 7PM while sitting the back of a vehicle “in the 6700 block of North Newgard Avenue.”

40 other people were also shot over the weekend, with five of those resulting in fatalities, according to Breitbart. The crime spree has resulted in an exodus from the city.

One 30 year old nurse that lives in River North told the Chicago Tribune last month: "Not to make it all about us; the whole world is suffering. This is a minute factor in all of that, and we totally realize that. We are very lucky to have what we do have. But I do think that I’ve never had to think about my own safety in this way before.”

Resident Neil Spun, who has lived in Chicago for more than 30 years, said: “There have been riots before, and looting. It just seems to me now that the city isn’t doing anything about it. I don’t see this getting any better, and so I’d like to leave.”

And it's not just in "quality of living" that Chicago is shining under Mayor Lightfoot - it's also financially. Recall, we noted in late October that Chicago was on the verge of a credit downgrade, according to its Chief Financial Officer Jennie Huang Bennett.

Lightfoot proposed the novel idea of implementing a property tax increase of $94 million and a refinance of the city's $1.7 billion in outstanding bonds to try and alleviate some of the financial distress. Because we're sure citizens of Chicago are in a major rush to fork over more money to a city government that has enabled protests and riots that turned the city into chaos over the summer.

‘Major Incident’ Declared as Car Driven Into London Police Station

A man was arrested Wednesday night in Edmonton, London, after a car crashed into the front of a police station.

A police statement said the incident, which occurred shortly before seven o’clock in the evening, saw a vehicle collide with a police station in north London. An arrest — reportedly of the driver — took place at the scene, which was attended by specialist officers.

The police station was evacuated, and officers — including armed officers — have established a cordon around the scene.

London area talk radio station cites the account of eye-witness Ogur Mazlum, who said of the incident: “He rammed into the main entrance, the glass part, and was insisting on trying to get in. When he noticed that he couldn’t get it, he got out a can of petrol and tipped it on the floor starting at the car and into the middle of the road and set it alight.”

Serife Mazlum added: “[The driver] looked like a pretty sane person. It was intentional. It is horrifying. As soon as my husband sent me the video he said we’re closing [the shop] and coming home.”

No injuries have been reported from the scene of tonight’s incident, police say.

Edmonton MP Kat Edmonton has deleted her initial tweet that called the event a “major incident”, retweeting that it is instead an “incident”.

The UK’s Daily Mail tabloid newspaper reports that several videos claiming to be from the scene were shared to social media. While not verified by police, one video shared by television journalist Mark White appears to show officers arresting a man on the pavement outside the station and a car on the pavement.

As the post-election legal battle forges on, 10 Republican Attorneys General from several states are urging the Supreme Court to get involved in the state of Pennsylvania.

As the post-election legal battle forges on, 10 Republican Attorneys General from several states are urging the Supreme Court to get involved in the state of Pennsylvania.

Led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, Attorneys General from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota and Texas filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court concerning the mail-in ballot lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost filed a similar brief, and Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is expected to file one as well.

What exactly is an amicus brief?

Essentially, it’s a “friend of the court” petition by a person or group with strong interest or view on the subject matter, but not a party to the matter.

“Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our Republic and it’s one of the reasons why the United States is the envy of the world,” Missouri AG Eric Schmitt said in a press conference on Monday. “We have to ensure that every legal vote cast is counted and that every illegal vote cast is not counted.”

The Pennsylvania lawsuit at issue, Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar, challenges the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to allow mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day to be counted, despite state laws ordering otherwise, according to The Federalist.

Associate Justice Samuel Alito Jr. granted the Republican Party of Pennsylvania’s request, temporarily ordering all counties to separate mail-in ballots that arrived after 8 p.m. on Election Day from the rest; however, the lawsuit is still pending petition from the highest court.

“The actions taken by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court are one of the most breathtaking abuses of judicial authority that I’ve seen in my four-plus years as attorney general,” Oklahoma AG Mike Hunter said.

In the brief, the Republican AGs state they believe the Pennsylvania Supreme Court “overstepped its Constitutional responsibility, encroached on the authority of the Pennsylvania legislature, and violated the plain language of the Election Clauses.”

“Our system of federalism relies on separation of powers to preserve liberty at every level of government, and the separation of powers in the Election Clauses is no exception to this principle,” the brief states.

They also believe the decision created a higher risk for potential for voter fraud.

Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock was arrested in 2002 for obstructing a police investigation into alleged child abuse at a church camp in Carroll County, Maryland.

Revs. Warnock and Andre Wainwright, who both worked at Douglas Memorial Community Church, were accused in court documents of attempting to prevent a state trooper from interviewing counselors at the church’s Camp Farthest Out in Eldersburg, Maryland, regarding alleged abuse at the church.

Warnock hopes to oust Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) during the January senate runoff.

A state trooper said that neither Warnock nor Wainwright were suspects in the child abuse investigation, although the trooper declined to describe the nature of the suspected abuse.

Warnock, the senior pastor at the church, said that the alleged abuse was not sexual.

Warnock and Wainwright interrupted a police interview of a camp counselor in 2002. After investigators moved the interview to a picnic area, the reverends interfered against and tried to prevent one camper from directing police to other potential witnesses.

Maryland State Trooper Diane Barry of the state police Child and Sexual Assault Unit said, “I’ve never encountered resistance like that at all.”

Barry contended that the counselors consented to be interviewed after they were told they were free to go at any time and were not obligated to answer Barry’s questions. After being arrested and charged, Warnock and Wainwright were released.

Warnock claimed that he merely wanted to ensure that lawyers were present during counselor interviews:

Reverend Wainwright and I acted well within the framework of the law, and I am confident that we will be exonerated. It’s just unfortunate that our children had to see their pastors carried away in handcuffs. My concern simply had to do with the presence of counsel. We cooperated fully with their investigation. We have nothing to hide.

Warnock came to work at Douglas Memorial Community Church after he worked at Abyssinian Baptist Church in New York.

When Warnock was an assistant pastor at Abyssinian Church, Communist Cuban dictator Fidel Castro gave a speech at the church in 1995.

Warnock also praised the controversial Rev. Jeremiah Wright and touted Marxism as a way to “teach the black church.”

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) wondered whether the media would ask Warnock why he obstructed an investigation into alleged child abuse.

“In 2002, when the police investigated suspected child abuse at Raphael Warnock’s church camp for children, Warnock was arrested for obstructing the investigation,” Cotton wrote on Wednesday. “Will the media ask Raphael Warnock why he interfered with the police investigation?” “If a Republican helped run a camp for children that was investigated for child abuse—and then was arrested for trying to block the investigation—the media would be asking a lot of questions,” Cotton added.

Wallingford Town Clerk Barbara Thompson told news outlets that her office on Tuesday found that votes hadn’t been recorded in Connecticut’s reporting system at Yalesville Elementary School. “I can’t answer if it was a clerical error or a computer error in the elections management system,” Thompson told the Mirror. “All I know is we caught it yesterday and amended it.”

The Connecticut Secretary of State’s data says Fishbein is now ahead of Jinks by 21 votes, but a recount will be conducted on Thursday because the margin of error is within 0.50 percent. “There’s no circumstance when an error like that is not caught and corrected,” Gabe Rosenberg, a spokesman for the secretary of the state, told the Mirror. In Michigan, a similar incident was reported in Antrim County where a GOP official’s race was initially called for the Democratic challenger before it was revealed that a software error flipped several thousand votes. Michigan’s Department of State said last week that the clerk didn’t update software that was used to collect voting machine data. GOP officials, however, expressed concerns in a press conference last week, suggesting that other counties used the same software from Dominion Voting Systems. Maricopa County in Arizona, which contains the state capitol Phoenix, has been at the center of attention following the election, being judged as crucial to President Trump’s chances of winning the state. At the time of writing, Arizona is still counting its votes, and a winner has not been declared by most media organizations, bar Fox and the AP.

A number of allegations of voter irregularities have also arisen in Arizona. However, the Certificate of Accuracy, that should be signed by representatives of both parties, ensuring no fraud can occur, was not signed by any Republican. Maricopa County GOP Chairman Rae Chornenky failed to show up to verify the document, leaving only Democrats and representatives from the Secretary of State to sign it.

Boris Johnson's Director of Communications Resigns From Post Amid Ongoing Disputes

Downing Street Director of Communications Lee Cain announced Wednesday he would leave his post at the end of the year. The news comes amid reports Cain was in talks to become UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's chief of staff.

According to the BBC, the former Mirror journalist will be replaced by James Slack, Downing Street's current spokesperson.

"After careful consideration I have this evening resigned as No10 director of communications and will leave the post at the end of the year," Cain said in a statement. "I would like to thank the prime minister for his loyalty and leadership. I have no doubt that under his premiership the country will deliver on the promises made in the 2019 election campaign and build back better from the coronavirus pandemic."

Johnson thanked Cain for his "extraordinary service," noting his longtime aide "has been a true ally and friend and I am very glad that he will remain director of communications until the new year and to help restructure the operation. He will be much missed."

Johnson reportedly wanted Cain to head the prime minister's office, but the British press has extensively covered both opposition within the government to Cain's potential appointment as chief of staff, as well as Cain's own wavering commitment to remaining on Downing Street at all.
