Hollywood conservatives have been speaking out after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election to become the 46th president of the United States.

While a majority of those who work in the entertainment industry are left-leaning and fully endorsed Biden, there are some who have publicly endorsed Trump and are now following the president's line and arguing that Biden's win is not legitimate.

Some have even gone so far as to claim Trump has been re-elected to a second term in the White House.

Minutes before Biden was projected to be the next U.S. president, actress Kirstie Alley, 69, shared her skepticism of the voting results.

'C'mon!! All the known, before the election, swing states are the ones having trouble and not able to count in one day?! .. That doesn't raise questions with anyone other than Trump voters? Come on now.. C'mon. Cooooooooome oooooooooon,' she wrote.

Alley also shared her frustration with Twitter and their censoring of tweets.

'OK wait a minute wait just a minute. Is twitter actually censoring everything at this point that they disagree with? And making news outlets the powers that be?? Look at this! GOP or LIB is THIS your America?' she said along with a picture of a woman's tweet claiming Biden is not the president with a warning stating, 'Official sources called this election differently.'

When Alley was told by another user that she needed to 'graciously' accept that her candidate lost, she did not react well:

'Like HILLARY supporters? Like the House for the last 4 years? gracious ??? You are kidding right?'

Actor Kevin Sorbo, 62, laid into the Democrats and their supporters throughout election week.

'Hey dems, saying 'just accept the election results' is pretty ironic considering you spent the last 4 years NOT accepting the election results,' Sorbo wrote on Friday night.

'Voter fraud is real, folks. It's been around for a long time, but this year 'they' are blatant about it and don't care if 'we' know it. All to get rid of Trump,' he stated.

On Saturday, Sorbo demanded a recount.

'Throw out every illegal vote and do a recount. Really not that difficult,' Sorbo tweeted.

'So do we get to say #NotThePresident or is that only for the left?' he added in another posting.

Another ‘Computer Glitch’ Identified and Corrected in Oakland County, Michigan, Led to Republican Winning His Race

A Republican in Oakland County, Michigan, had his election robbed by a ‘computer glitch’ but then this was identified which led to his winning his race. The voter machines in this county are the same as those used across Michigan and Georgia and across the nation.

Yesterday it was reported that a voter machine in one Michigan county flipped 6,000 votes from President Trump to Joe Biden. This so-called computer ‘glitch’ fix in one of Michigan’s counties led to 6,000 votes switching from Joe Biden to President Trump. The Head of the Republican Party asked for an additional 47 counties be recounted after the fix since these 47 counties also use the same Dominion software.

Michigan was not the only state having problems with this machine. In Georgia on election night these same machines had ‘machine glitches’. Far left Politico reported on this. Now we’ve uncovered another Republican, this time in Oakland County, Michigan, who was told he lost his race but then ‘system glitches’ were uncovered and when addressed, he won his race:

A computer error led election officials in Oakland County to hand an upset victory Wednesday to a Democrat, only to switch the win back to an incumbent Republican a day later.

In Oakland County’s 15th County Commission District — representing Rochester and Rochester Hills — the initial count gave a 104-vote margin to the Democrat, Melanie Hartman, amounting to a razor-thin majority of 50.08%…

…“Apparently, there was a technical glitch in Rochester Hills. And so I actually ended up winning by a little over 1,100 votes,” said a chuckling Kochenderfer.

The margin was 1,127 votes, to be exact. That gave him a 51.67% share of the total (with 48.23% going to his opponent, Hartman).

The fresh result buoyed the incumbent’s spirits but also had him worried about how to prevent future election errors, he said.

“I’m very grateful to the officials who caught the error, but we need to ensure that we catch these issues, or prevent them entirely,” Kochenderfer said.

All these states must be audited now. All paper totals must be agreed with official results and tied to computer totals. Samples must be taken to ensure totals all tie together. This is outrageous.

One thing I have noticed about Trump is the boomerang affect. In that link I posted there is a video with Thomas Wictor talking about the German's ability and process to a successful counter attack; and it got me thinking. Is Trump going to launch a counter attack going to use the attacks through the courts to provide cover for a massive blow with a declass to finish up his counter attack? Twitter locked me out of my account (again) for no reason in the middle of the most hotly contested presidential race in modern memory.

I am a writer, editor and I help run the breaking news desk at The Gateway Pundit so I must have access to Twitter.

President Trump uses Twitter (a public forum) to make announcements so unfortunately it is a place I must have access to in order to work efficiently.

Twitter sent me a message Sunday morning letting me know that I had been locked out of my account for 12 hours for violating their very vague and ever-changing rules against “posting or sharing privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their express consent.”

I have not tweeted at all today.

Twitter didn’t even tell me which of my tweets violated their rules. They just locked me out.

I have no way to appeal their decision and I have no access to the platform.

The mainstream “establishment” media—which has rarely been sympathetic to gun owners or kind to the Second Amendment—lost any semblance of credibility with conservatives and especially gun owners with its coverage of the presidential election, according to social media reactions to a question posed 36 hours after the polls closed Nov. 3.

That loss is likely permanent. Heading into the weekend, media integrity seemed to be sliding even farther as major networks cut away from President Donald Trump’s news conference, leaving many people even more convinced of a strong bias against the president that has existed since his stunning 2016 defeat of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

It has been a bad week for Trump supporters, but a worse one for the American press. Even the sarcastic Babylon Bee took a hard poke at the prognosticators.

An inquiry on Facebook simply asked, “After this year, can anyone trust the media or the polls ever again?” Every response was negative, and several were accusatory.

One man wrote, “It wasn’t as if the media miscalled certain issues on the economy or on foreign policy. It wasn’t as if pollsters simply got it wrong. It was purposeful to diminish the successes of the president. The media and pollsters aren’t this incompetent. They’re sinister.”

Another observed, “The media had turned into a propaganda machine for their leftist agendas.”

For weeks, even months, leading up to the election, various media outlets teamed with polling companies to produce poll after poll showing Democrat Joe Biden ahead of incumbent President Donald Trump. It was perhaps best summed up by Joe Concha, media reporter for The Hill, during an appearance on Fox News:

“I saw a poll, I think it was about a month or two ago and that many people are afraid to share their political affiliations with anybody, even if it is just a random person over the phone because they are afraid of some sort of consequences around that and we’ve seen cancel culture actually take these people out,” Concha told “Fox & Friends.”

“Why does this happen,” he continued. “Is it to create an illusion that perhaps that Joe Biden had this huge lead and why bother going out? It’s almost like a psychological suppression of votes in these situations to say, ‘Ok, look Joe Biden is up 17 in Wisconsin, why even bother?’ Right. These are the consequences as a result.”

In May, before she voted for a measure that normalized trade with China, she said through a spokesman that Blum had divested of his last holdings in mainland China in 1999.

Blum declined to be interviewed. Via a spokesman, the fi

ancier said he has no financial interest in mainland China.

In May, Feinstein's office "said Mr. Blum had divested all investments in mainland China, and that is correct," Blum's spokesman Owen Blicksilver wrote in an e-mail from New York.

Nevertheless, details of the transactions as described by Blum seem at odds with Feinstein's assertions.

The sale of the Hong Kong realty didn't occur until August, three months after Feinstein said her husband had gotten out of China. And in her statement, Feinstein said Blum had gotten rid of his investments - never mentioning that he had put them in trust.

As she once recounted in a speech to the Senate, Feinstein's official contacts with China date back to 1979, the year before her marriage to Blum, when she established a sister-city relationship between San Francisco and Shanghai. Over the years, she has made a series of visits to China, becoming close to then-Shanghai Mayor Jiang Zemin, now China's president.

After she was elected to the Senate in 1992, Feinstein began boosting trade as the key to improved U.S.-China relations.

In 1994, when the Senate was considering withdrawing most favored nation trade status from China because of human-rights abuses, Feinstein called the move "counterproductive."

And, as the memory of Tiananmen faded, Blum contemplated new ventures in China, setting up a tangle of holding companies, limited partnerships and other investment vehicles ultimately linked to his investment bank.

Among them was the Newbridge Capital investment firm, described in a press release as an "emerging markets private equity fund" jointly founded by Blum's bank and Texas Pacific Group, a firm chaired by David Bonderman, a Fort Worth investment banker and Feinstein political donor.

Blum said his China investments comprised only a small percentage of his bank's business. Nevertheless, the issue has proved politically awkward for Feinstein, and she has repeatedly sought to distance herself from her hus

band's financial affairs and rebut allegations that she has a conflict of interest when it comes to Senate matters involving China.

Nevertheless, in May, when the permanent trade status measure was headed for a vote, Campbell raised the issue again. He accused Feinstein of failing to make full disclosure of Blum's China investments and implied Blum could benefit financially from the measure, which Campbell supported.

"Do you and your family have any holdings in China?" Campbell asked. ". . . Do they stand to benefit from China's entry into the World Trade Organization."

Feinstein responded through her spokesman Kuwata, who gave a series of interviews in which he said Campbell was wrong because Blum had already dumped all China holdings.

"Neither Dianne nor her husband have any holdings in mainland China," he was quoted in the Chronicle on May 19.

ICE Launches Billboards Showing People Released By North Carolina Police

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) launched a billboard campaign this past week in Charlotte to educate the public about the dangers of non-cooperation policies. The billboards feature at-large immigration violators who may pose a public safety threat. These individuals were previously arrested or convicted of crimes in the U.S. but were released into the community instead of being transferred to ICE custody pursuant to an immigration detainer.

“Too often sanctuary policies limiting cooperation with ICE result in significant public safety concerns because they release dangerous individuals back into the community we are attempting to protect,” said Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director Tony H. Pham. “ICE will continue to enforce immigration laws set forth by Congress through the efforts of the men and women of ICE to remove criminal aliens and making our communities safer.”

The billboards are located at or near:

I-85 .8 miles north of Billy Graham Parkway

I-277 (949 Brookshire Freeway) 150 feet east of Hamilton Street

I-485 .2 miles east of Dixie River Road

I-485 .2 miles west of Nations Ford Road

I-77 .3 mile south of Arrowood Road

ICE lodges immigration detainers on individuals who have been arrested on local criminal charges and who are suspected of being removable, so that ICE can take custody of that person when he or she is released from local custody. When law enforcement agencies fail to honor immigration detainers and release serious criminal offenders onto the streets, it undermines ICE’s ability to protect public safety and carry out its mission.

The billboards feature cases like:

Paul Chander Evans, 26, a Jamaican national illegally present in the U.S. Evans was arrested by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Oct. 6 for assault on a female, felony breaking and entering, communicating threats and other charges. ICE lodged a detainer with the Mecklenburg County Jail, but due to their sanctuary policies, detainers have not been honored, and the subject was released to the community.

Andres Bautista-Alcantara, 29, a Dominican national illegally present in the U.S. Bautista-Alcantara was arrested by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Sept. 9 for two counts of 2nd degree forcible rape and violation of a domestic violence protection order. ICE lodged a detainer with the Mecklenburg County Jail, but due to their sanctuary policies, detainers have not been honored, and the subject was released to the community.

Omar Palomo-Garcia, 25, a Mexican national illegally present in the U.S. Palomo-Garcia was arrested by the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department March 28 for assault on a female, felony cocaine possession and drug paraphernalia. ICE lodged a detainer, with the Mecklenburg County Jail, but due to their sanctuary policies, detainers have not been honored, and the subject was released to the community.

The public should call ICE at 866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423) if they have information to report about the whereabouts of an individual featured on one of the billboards.

As the electoral drama unfolded on the evening of November 3, the nation held its breath. Civil society groups prepared for turmoil, journalists for rapid response and tech companies to stem the spread of disinformation.

In the early hours of the morning, the networked factions that back President Donald Trump — disparate groups united by their support of the president — applauded his premature declaration of victory. Some turned to conspiracy theorists, operating in hives online, to make sense of the unfolding turmoil. Then they amplified the misinformation created in these spaces.

One group associated with such conspiracy theories is QAnon, which has contributed to the spread of misinformation in the 2020 election. The QAnon movement is centered around an individual (or group), referred to as Q, who claims to be part of a secret U.S. intelligence operation, disseminating esoteric propaganda to encourage support for Trump’s imaginary crusade against forces of the so-called “deep state.” It originated from the 4chan, migrated to 8chan, then found a home on 8kun, which are message boards designed to share memes and anime — not foster extremism. But their characteristics made them attractive homes for groups ranging from the hacktivist Anonymous collective, the reactionary Gamergate movement to white supremacist terror. They also have been a home for anti-democratic speech and celebrating political violence.

The growth of the QAnon conspiracy is the work of media manipulation by a small group of motivated actors, who move the storyline along across networked platforms. Like networked social movements that have used the internet as an advocacy platform, QAnon followers have managed to create a resilient cross-platform ecosystem of content and influencers

They are not the originators of these conspiracy theories, but the amplifiers often look to Trump himself for tacit recognition, and they rely on social media to grow their ranks.

President Trump has refused to concede to Biden after many news outlets projected the former vice president to have won the 2020 presidential election on Saturday.

In the days since Election Day, Trump has fueled unfounded theories that fraud was involved in the election due to the number of mail-in ballots because of the coronavirus pandemic. The Trump campaign filed several lawsuits challenging the votes in different states.

For months ahead of the election, the president spread false claims that mail-in ballots opened up the election to fraud.

Campa-Najjar ran a tough race, as he did in 2018, and raised millions of dollars. He ran to the center, openly opposing Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and some of the Democrats’ most left-wing policies. Campa-Najjar first confronted then-Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), who was under indictment in 2018 and later resigned over corruption charges. Issa, who formerly chaired the House Oversight Committee, told Breitbart News in an interview Thursday that he was looking forward to returning to Capitol Hill and attending “freshman” orientation — an orientation that he used to give.

Benford's Law…The Forensic Accounting Tool That Could Reveal Almost Any Election Fraud

A test commonly used in forensic accounting called the Second-Digit Benford’s Law (2BL) just might make it possible to spot a numerical irregularity just by looking at it.

The story behind the test itself, favored by statisticians, is fascinating. According to TK, physicist Frank Benford was working at the GE Research Laboratories in the 1920s when he noticed that there seemed to be more numbers with low first digits in the data sets he worked with. After testing numerous geographic, scientific, and demographic distributions, Benford calculated the expected frequencies for particular digits appearing in a particular position.

For example, if we have a set of numbers that includes the number 154, Benford’s Law predicts a 30 percent chance that 1 would be the first digit, and about a 9.6 percent chance that 5 would be the second digit. Therefore, if you look at a distribution and see a lot of numbers with the digit 5 in the second position, it implies something strange is going on.(see pic)

But how does Benford’s Law help us detect election fraud? Some mathematicians argue that an application of Benford’s Law called the Second-Digit Benford’s Law (2BL) test can be applied to vote totals to detect irregularities that may indicate fraud. Dr. Walter Mebane, a professor at the University of Michigan, has done substantial work on the application of the 2BL test to vote counts, and argues that 2BL can be used to detect potential voting irregularities. In 2004, he applied 2BL to known fraudulent elections in Philadelphia, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland. In three instances, the 2BL test detected the voting irregularities. He applied the test again in 2009 to the highly-contested Iranian presidential election with similar findings. Similarly, The Guardian applied the 2BL test to Vladimir Putin’s 2012 landslide victory in Russia’s presidential elections, and found numerical shenanigans.

Prof. Eytan Gilboa, an expert on U.S. policy in the Middle East at Bar-Ilan University, believes if the Democrats mange to sweep both houses of Congress once all the votes are counted, they could threaten the planned sale of advanced F-35 jets to the UAE and even halt the advancement of the Abraham Accords, collective agreements among Israel, UAE and Bahrain, propelled by U.S. President Donald Trump.

“The assumption is that [Biden] won’t follow [Trump’s] path of that regional alliance because of his desire to negotiate a deal with Iran,” said Gilboa. “Supplying arms to Gulf states and adding more countries to the regional alliance with Israel will infuriate Iran, so he might put that on hold,” he said.

Mr Biden will name three co-chairs of the panel, according to the digital news group Axios: Vivek Murthy, a former surgeon general; David Kessler, a former head of the Food and Drug Administration; and Marcella Nunez-Smith, associate professor of medicine at Yale University.

Trump Can Still Win

President Donald Trump can still win the presidency.

Here’s how:

Only the Electoral College or the various state legislatures can declare a candidate the winner. To base this decision on network vote totals and projections and to call Biden the president-elect is irresponsible.

The recounts in Arizona, Georgia, and the other states are likely to go heavily for Trump.

Most of the likely errors or invalid votes took place on mailed in ballots. (Machine votes are harder to tamper with). Since Biden won upwards of two-thirds of mail-in votes and absentee ballots, it's likely that most of the discarded mail ballots will be subtracted from Biden’s total.

The networks currently give Trump 214 electorate voters (270 is the victory level).

Alaska, where Trump has led by 2:1 all week and is now more than half counted will likely throw its 3 votes to Trump giving him 217.

Trump has likewise led in North Carolina (15 votes) all week and his margin of 75,000 has not diminished. He will undoubtedly carry North Carolina.

Like Alaska, the media will not call it for Trump to promote the illusion of a Biden victory. North Carolina would bring Trump’s vote to 232.

The vote count in Arizona shows Trump’s deficit shrinking from 30,000 on Friday to 18,500 on Saturday with about 100K left to count.

After Arizona (11 votes). is fully counted, it will go through a recount subject to the pro-Trump bias identified in point 2. Were he to win Arizona, he would have 243 votes.

In Georgia (16 votes), Biden leads by only 8400 votes, a margin that has been dropping.

Like Arizona, Trump may still win the count and, if not, would have a very good chance of prevailing in the recount. With Georgia, Trump would have 259 votes.

Wisconsin (10 votes) is tallied as having been won by Biden by 21,000 votes but a recanvass is in the offing. Given the facts enumerated earler, there is a very good chance Trump will carry Wisconsin. The recount process in Wisconsin is uniquely fair and transparent — a model for the nation — so Trump may well flip the state.

If he does, he will have 269 votes — one shy of victory.

Then, it comes down Pennsylvania and its 20 votes. The Supreme Court provisionally allowed ballots to be counted if they arrived before Friday, Nov. 6 and were postmarked before election day, Nov. 3, and ordered late votes to be segregated. When Justice Alito was informed that the state had not segregated the late votes, as required in the Court’s decision, Alito reaffirmed the necessity of enforcing the court order.

Joe Biden currently leads by 37,000 votes in Pennsylvania. The number of late arriving ballots likely far exceeds this total (the state has not published this information).

Justice Alioto and a Court majority may throw out the late ballots, likely delivering the state to Trump.

Additionally, for the reasons stated above, a recanvass is likely to give Trump a decisive advantage. If he wins Pennsylvania, he would have 289 votes and a victory.

Will there be a recount in Pennsylvania? The current law requires one if the margin is under 0;.5% and in Pennsylvania it likely will be slightly greater.

There are two ways to trigger a recount:

—First, the U.S. Supreme Court could order one after the vote counters so flagrantly violated Alito’s order to segregate the votes that he had to re-issue it. And remember, four Justices wanted to reconsider whether to allow late ballots entirely but the high court deadlocked 4-4. Now with Justice Barrett in the mix it may take a different view, particularly iff the presidency hangs in the balance.

—Second, Article II Section 1 of the US Constitution reads:

"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress."

The Pennsylvania State Legislature, solidly in Republican hands (both houses) may choose to demand a recount before appointing electors. To build the case for doing so, it may hold hearings into the allegations of fraud so as to help the voters of the state understand how flagrantly their votes were mishandled.

Already, the leader of the State Senate in Pennsylvania and the Speaker of the State Assembly have held a press conference announcing their intention to "audit" the vote counting process.

So, as the great Yogi Berra said, "It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings."

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a lawsuit in federal court to force Colorado to clean up its voter rolls. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of itself and three residents of Colorado against Jena Griswold, Colorado Secretary of State, and the State of Colorado for failing to clean the state’s voter rolls as required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) (Judicial Watch et al. v. Jena Griswold, Colorado Secretary of State and State of Colorado (No. 1:20-cv-02992)).

In its lawsuit against Colorado Judicial Watch argues:

A 2019 study showed that 40 of Colorado’s 64 counties had voter registration rates exceeding 100% of the eligible citizen voting-age population.The share of Colorado counties with registration rates exceeding 100% was the highest in the nation.

A study from last month confirmed that as many as 39 Colorado counties had registration rates exceeding 100% at any one time during the relevant reporting period.

Data Colorado itself provided to the federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) showed that Colorado was lagging in the processing and removal of certain classes of ineligible registrations belonging to those who had moved out of state.

In eight Colorado counties, more than one in six registrations belonged to an inactive voter.

Judicial Watch notes that registration rates over 100%, poor processing of out-of-date registrations, and high levels of inactive registrations “indicate an ongoing, systemic problem with Colorado’s voter list maintenance efforts.” Colorado’s “failure to comply with their … voter list maintenance obligations” injures lawfully registered voters by “undermining their confidence in the integrity of the electoral process, discouraging their participation in the democratic process, and instilling in them the fear that their legitimate votes will be nullified or diluted.”

Judicial Watch has asked the court to declare that Colorado and its Secretary of State are violating the NVRA and to order them to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove the registrations of ineligible registrants from the voter rolls in Colorado …”

“It is a direct threat to free and fair elections that with record numbers of mail-in ballots this cycle, over half of Colorado counties have more people registered to vote than are eligible to register,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “With its inaction, Colorado has failed its citizens and opened itself up to potentially be the victim of massive voter fraud.”

Judicial Watch is a national leader for cleaner elections.

V=Earlier this year, Judicial Watch sued Pennsylvania and North Carolina== for failing to make reasonable efforts to remove ineligible voters from their rolls as required by federal law. The lawsuits allege that the two states have nearly 2 million extra names on voter registration rolls.

In 2018, the Supreme Court upheld a voter-roll cleanup program that resulted from a Judicial Watch settlement of a federal lawsuit with Ohio. California settled a NVRA lawsuit with Judicial Watch and last year began the process of removing up to 1.6 million inactive names from Los Angeles County’s voter rolls. Kentucky also began a cleanup of hundreds of thousands of old registrations last year after it entered into a consent decree to end another Judicial Watch lawsuit.

In September 2020, Judicial Watch sued Illinois for refusing to disclose voter roll data in violation of Federal law.

Judicial Watch’s 2019 study found 378 counties nationwide that had more voter registrations than citizens old enough to vote, i.e., counties where registration rates exceed 100%. These 378 counties combined had about 2.5 million registrations over the 100%-registered mark.

There Is Nothing Normal About the 2020 Presidential Election

Allegations of nationwide voter fraud that may give the White House to Joe Biden have eclipsed the news that the prestige press and social media worked so hard to stifle before election day. His son Hunter Biden’s laptop and a former business associate have provided ample evidence that the Democratic candidate and his family were paid millions of dollars by the Chinese Communist Party for unspecified services.

While that news may shock or anger America’s working middle class, whose jobs have been systematically shipped off to China the last twenty years, for the ruling establishment, the growing prospect of a Biden presidency comes as a relief. After all, they saw Donald Trump’s efforts to decouple the United States from China as an assault on their center of gravity—the decades-long trade relationship with Beijing that made America’s corporate, political, and cultural elite rich and powerful.

The political class can barely stifle its glee that Trump may be on his way out, especially in such vicious fashion. Even many conservatives see nothing but silver lining. The GOP gained House seats, they say, and attracted African American and Hispanic voters in record numbers. And if Republicans hold the Senate, that will put the brakes on any progressive initiatives a Biden-Harris administration is likely to push, like packing the Supreme Court.

That assessment is delusional. With a number of vulnerable GOP seats up for grabs in 2022, the Senate is almost certain to change hands in two years. In addition, given Biden’s rapidly declining mental state, it’s likely the presidency would by then pass into the hands of Harris, who owns the Senate’s most progressive voting record. Republicans appear to have forgotten that under a GOP-led Senate and House, Obama legalized Iran’s nuclear weapons program, despite the fact that they and most of the country opposed an agreement that gave the bomb to a longtime American enemy. The lesson conservatives should have learned was that with an allied press corps, an “echo chamber,” it’s not hard for a Democratic president to outmaneuver Republican opposition.

But all of this assumes that American politics are still fundamentally normal—not withstanding the largest voter fraud operation in world history. But our politics are not normal, for the 2020 vote is the culmination of an unprecedented four-year period in U.S. history, during which U.S. spy services, Pentagon officials, diplomats, the press, and even Trump’s predecessor conducted a rolling coup against the American president.

In the summer of 2016, Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign hired a British ex-spy to compile opposition research on the Trump team falsely smearing the Republican candidate as a Russian plant. The FBI used the Clinton-funded dossier to put Trump and his aides under surveillance. After Trump was elected, outgoing president Barack Obama instructed CIA director John Brennan to institutionalize the anti-Trump dossier with an intelligence community assessment finding that Russia did indeed help Trump win the 2016 race. That is, Trump’s predecessor, with the help of America’s foreign espionage agency, delegitimized his presidency at its origin.

Only months into the new administration, a special counsel led by former FBI director Robert Mueller was appointed to investigate Trump’s ties to Russia and thereby continue, for nearly two years, the anti-Trump plot. In the fall of 2019, House Democrats, the press, and intelligence officials turned a phone call between the president and his Ukrainian counterpart into grounds for impeachment, though he was acquitted by the Senate.

Pope Francis has asked Catholics to pray that robots and artificial intelligence will remain always at the service of human beings.

The special prayer was published last week in the latest edition of Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network.

“We pray that the progress of robotics and artificial intelligence may always serve humankind,” it reads.

The Pope, and senior Vatican clerics, have repeatedly expressed concern about intelligent robots and cutting edge technology.

In February, the Pontifical Academy for Life issued an appeal for the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI).

The document was also signed by presidents of IBM and Microsoft.

Biden’s vote numbers in Michigan do not match Benford’s law at a 99.999% significance level.

Benfords law has been used on many occasions to prove election fraud (2000&2004 elections, 2003 California gubernatorial election, etc.).

Let me know if you would elaboration but the numbers can be computed in a spreadsheet using data taken from Michigan’s election data tracker from individual precincts. For context, Biden scored a 0.0000017 and trump scored a 0.58.

While Benford’s Law is not 100% proof that fraudulent data has been manufactured, “In the United States, evidence-based on Benford’s law has been admitted in criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.”

It was also used to determine fraud in the 2000 and 2004 U.S elections. I conducted a Chi-test comparing Michigan’s precinct vote counts to Benford’s law and found that Biden/Haris votes returned a, 0.000017% (Statistically significant, especially with a very large sample) whereas Trump/Pence votes returned a score of,

53.059791% and whilst looking at my data set I noticed there were 0 write-in votes in Michigan.

Very odd stuff.

The highlighted percentage value tells you how sure you can be that fraud was committed, typically a score below 0.05 is statistically significant, and Biden scored a 0.00000017

Biden names fired surgeon general as a head of his COVID-19 taskforce

President-elect Joe Biden has already named the heads of his coronavirus taskforce, including the surgeon general who was fired soon after President Trump took office.

Vivek Murthy, who was the nation’s top doctor when Biden was vice president under President Barack Obama, was named as one of the co-chairs along with former Food and Drug Administration commissioner David Kessler.

They will be joined by Yale University’s Dr. Marcella Nunez-Smith, Fox 61 said, with the rest of the taskforce that he referred to in his victory speech on Saturday to be formally confirmed Monday.

“The work starts right away,” Biden’s deputy campaign manager, Kate Bedingfield, told NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday.

“People want the country to move forward,” Bedingfield said, saying that the election result proved that “people are hungry for change.”

“He’s going to begin transition work in earnest this week. He’ll be making calls, he’ll be making announcements to the American people, on how he’s going to make good on these campaign promises,” she said.

Murthy — who was born in the UK to Indian immigrants — had been named for a four-year term as surgeon general in 2014 by then-President Obama, before Trump forced him to resign in April 2016.

Kessler was appointed as FDA commissioner by President George H.W. Bush and served in the position through President Bill Clinton’s first term in the White House.

The pair have both already been “advising [Biden] and our campaign since this virus emerged back in March,” Bedingfield said, confirming their new appointments.

NYC to begin counting mail-in ballots tomorrow with several races at stake

New York City is set to begin counting its more than half a million mail-in ballots Monday — votes that could swing several local races.

While the deadline for the state’s local boards of election to receive absentee ballots is Tuesday, the city will at least get a jump on the ones it has so far.

As of Friday, the number of mail-in votes received by each borough was: 199,352 in Manhattan; 161,762 in Queens; 106,987 in Brooklyn; 52,049 in The Bronx and 31,351 in Staten Island.

The total is about half the 1.1 million absentee ballots requested by residents.

Local races yet to be called because of the ongoing ballot-counting include:

11th Congressional District

Republican Nicole Malliotakis looks set to defeat incumbent Dem US Rep. Max Rose in the 11th Congressional District covering Staten Island and southern Brooklyn.

The particularly bitter, multimillion-dollar race is virtually over, with Rose appearing to be too far behind to catch up to his foe even with the number of mail-in ballots yet to be counted. Malliotakis has already claimed victory, but Rose has non conceded.

“As a soldier who fought for our democracy, I believe every vote should be counted,” he told reporters on election night.

Assembly District 46

Republican upstart Mark Szuskiewicz could upset Democratic incumbent state Assemblywoman Mathylde Frontus for her seat in Coney Island in Brooklyn.

Szuszkiewicz — who has voiced online support for the far-right conspiracy theory QAnon, which claims the country is run by pedophiles and Satan-worshipers out to get President Trump, according to the Brooklyn Paper — is currently leading by a slim margin in the typically safe blue seat.

Time Magazine revealed its commemorative cover featuring former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) in a Saturday tweet.

“President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris usher in a new era,” the post read:

The tweet linked to an article by Charlotte Alter titled “How Joe Biden Won the White House.”

Alter wrote “The only thing more powerful than a dragon is a dragon slayer. For four years, [President] Donald Trump’s penchant for division and chaos was the dominant force in American life.”

“In the end, after a long and excruciating battle, it was vanquished by Joe Biden’s promise of decency, unity and national healing,” she continued.

Although corporate media outlets called the presidential election for Biden over the weekend, Trump questioned their decision on Twitter:

At a press conference in Philadelphia on Saturday, Rudy Giuliani said Trump was “not going to concede when at least 600,000 ballots are in question,” according to Breitbart News.

“It’s not my job to determine if the ballots are right or not; it’s their job. With a mail-in ballot or an absentee ballot, the burden, under law, is on the Party that’s proposing it, which is why it has to be inspected,” he continued.

During an interview Sunday on ABC’s This Week, Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) recalled that in 2000 “We gave Al Gore 37 days to run the process before we decided who was going to be president.”

“Why would we not afford the 70.6 million Americans that voted for President Trump the same consideration?” she continued, adding that “If Joe Biden really wants to unify this country, he would wait and make sure that we can prove we had a fair election.”

On Fox News Channel’s Sunday Morning Futures, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) urged the president not to concede the election and told his Republican colleagues “we have to fight back, or we will accept our fate.”

“Trump has not lost. Do not concede, Mr. President, fight hard,” he concluded.

174 Pounds of Meth, Cocaine Seized at Texas Border Crossing

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in the Rio Grande Valley seized nearly 175 pounds of methamphetamine and cocaine at a Texas port of entry. The seizures came in two failed drug-trafficking events at the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge.

CBP officers assigned to the Hidalgo-Reynosa International Bridge on October 30 observed a Toyota Sequoia approaching for entry into the United States, according to information recently released by CBP officials in South Texas. The officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection area for further investigation.

A secondary inspection led to the discovery of 24 packages of drugs, officials reported. Officers test the drugs and identified them as 1167.77 pounds of methamphetamine. The drug shipment has an estimated street value of $3,355,500, officials reported.

Officers arrested the driver, a 23-year-old male Legal Permanent Resident living in Edinburg, Texas. They seized the drugs and the vehicle.

A second incident occurred on the same bridge the following day, officials reported. Officer observed a Hyundai Elantra approaching from Mexico for entry into the U.S. Officers referred the driver, a 62-year-old female U.S. citizen from Rio Grande City, Texas, to the secondary inspection area.

A search of her vehicle led to the discovery of three packages containing cocaine. Officials weighed the drugs at 7.14 pounds and reported the estimated street value to be about $55,000.

CBP officers utilized non-intrusive imaging systems and K-9s trained to detect drugs to screen the vehicles prior to physical inspections.

“These are great interceptions of hard narcotics that our officers accomplished due to outstanding teamwork, resiliency and commitment towards our mission of keeping dangerous drugs from crossing our border and entering into our communities,” said Port Director Carlos Rodriguez, Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas Port of Entry.

CBP officers turned both subjects and the drugs over to ICE Homeland Security Investigations for further investigation into drug trafficking charges.

Since election day on November 3rd three top officials have departed the Trump administration, and one other was demoted. All resignations were described as 'sudden' and unexpected, suggesting there could be more to come.

While there's no significant evidence they were directly related to the election, it caused some media outlets to begin speculating that "a last-minute shake up" was on the immediate horizon, also as rumors persisted last week that Trump was set to fire CIA Director Gina Haspel as well as Secretary of Defense Mark Esper.

Either some didn't want to serve in what was a possible four more years of the Trump administration, or alternately knowing that Trump was not going to concede in the event of defeat perhaps didn't want to stick around for the spectacle of Trump digging in for the legal fight.

Fauxton did not refute his statement but instead asked, “Why do they always say ‘self proclaimed Marxist” you can just say marxist”

Missing Trump ballots aren’t a myth, as the media would like you to believe. On Thursday, 100 Percent Fed Up wrote about Detroit resident Audrey Lee, who requested an absentee ballot on the same day as her daughter.

Audrey and her daughter both got their ballots on the same day. The mother and daughter filled out their ballots on the same day. Audrey voted for Trump, and her daughter voted for Joe Biden. They both drove together to deliver their completed ballots to a ballot drop box located at the Grace Grace Church in Detroit. Audrey placed her ballot in the dropbox first, and then she dropped her daughter’s ballot in the dropbox. After the election, the Joe Biden vote by Audrey’s daughter was recorded as “received,” Audrey’s ballot, however, had a line where the date under “Ballot received” should have been recorded.

According to Lee, when she went to the website to recheck her status, on the following day, her status on the Wayne County, MI government website changed to show that the clerk has not yet recorded receiving her absentee ballot application.

Boris Johnson to chair nuclear summit

UK prime minister Boris Johnson will meet with the Chancellor and the Business Secretary on Sunday to discuss the role of nuclear power in the UK's future energy strategy. The meeting comes ahead of a new 10-point plan for the UK to hit net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

The report is expected to be published next week. The government insists it remains committed to the construction of new nuclear power stations. New nuclear power stations are part of an overall strategy to decarbonise the UK's electricity supply.

This afternoon's trilateral meeting between Number 10, Number 11 and the Business Department will discuss what form that should take. Of the six sites originally identified a decade ago, three have seen contractors pull out and only one is under construction at Hinkley Point in Somerset.

The government is not expected to explicitly single out which project will get the go-ahead, but officials told the BBC that Sizewell in Suffolk is the only project ready to go if the government is to hit a target of starting construction of new nuclear within this parliament. The government is also considering bringing forward a ban on petrol and diesel engines from its current official target of 2040, to 2035 or earlier.

It's thought the new time frame will be somewhere between 2030 and 2034.
