Chinese Coast Guard to be allowed to fire on foreign vessels

China’s Coast Guard will be empowered to fire on foreign vessels that intrude into territorial waters under sweeping changes announced by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. The NPC posted draft legislation online Nov. 4 that for the first time establishes a Coast Guard law clearly laying out the duties and powers of the entity charged with protecting China's waters. The Chinese Coast Guard would have authority to investigate and seize foreign ships and use weapons under certain conditions.

The legislation is designed to establish a formal structure to match the rapidly expanding roles played by the Chinese Coast Guard, which include securing maritime interests espoused by Beijing. The Chinese Coast Guard is tasked with security and defense activities that allow it to investigate and seize foreign ships venturing into territorial waters claimed by China.

It would also be allowed to “use all necessary measures, including the use of weapons” in the event Chinese territorial claims are threatened.

Another provision allows the Chinese Coast Guard to fire on foreign vessels if they fail to heed its orders as well as use weapons on aircraft if the Chinese Coast Guard comes under attack.

The legislation states that a major function of the Chinese Coast Guard is to “prevent and remove all actions that threaten state sovereignty” as well as to protect the safety of “important islands and reefs, the exclusive economic zone as well as manmade islands and facilities constructed on the continental shelf.” Any foreign power found engaged in construction work without Chinese authorization would have that structure removed by the Chinese Coast Guard. The move seems aimed at giving China the legal grounds for landing on the disputed Senkaku Islands to secure the removal of lighthouses, according to a Japanese government source.

China is locked in a territorial dispute with Japan over the uninhabited Senkakus in the East China Sea and also with Southeast Asian nations in regard to artificial "islands" in the South China Sea. According to a report by the Japanese Coast Guard, the Chinese Coast Guard is increasing its fleet size, with a focus on larger ships, including those with a full-load displacement of 10,000 tons and equipped with 76-mm automatic cannons. In 2019, the Chinese Coast Guard had 130 ships with at least 1,000-ton displacement, about double the 66 in the Japanese Coast Guard fleet.

Deliberations on the legislation began in October in the NPC Standing Committee and could be passed before the year-end at the earliest.

We have all stepped in the mud. It's the human condition. We are all too familiar with that clammy, sticky, sinking feeling. That heavy feeling of being unsure. Of doubting ourselves. Of questioning how we got here and whether to continue, or turn around now and find a better route. Do we cling to the familiar, or summon our courage and dare to discard false and useless beliefs?

So let's talk about how. These are people we care about! A wife or husband, parent, sibling, adult child, neighbor. It does no good to berate them for being stuck in a bad place.

Light. That's what they need. Your radiance will draw them forward.

You don't have to be a whole encyclopedia of current news and events. Or of timeless truths. Just show them how one thing they thought was true is actually false.

It's like unravelling a sweater. It doesn't matter where you start. Keep pulling any loose strand and it's bound to disintegrate. It's inevitable! Just find that one angle, and work it.

Who told the lie? Was it a trusted news anchor? A media personality? Can you show that they lied knowingly? That's how you open Pandora's Box!

We can perhaps forgive people who tell lies in ignorance. But someone who tells fiction, KNOWING it's not true? Someone who deliberately misleads thousands or even millions of viewers? That's a whole different story!

Telling a big lie on purpose invites us to question motivations.

So let's pick one big lie, as an exercise. Pull out that one card, and watch the whole house of cards collapse!

Why does (insert their favorite media: Fox News, MSNBC, NPR, etc.) tell us Joe Biden is winning an election? The few times Joe emerged from the basement, his rallies were like a ghost town. There is no enthusiasm at all for a Biden presidency. Contrast with President Trump's rallies. So much energy! Flash mobs assembled on short notice. A sea of red hats everywhere. Amazing energy! A 96 mile parade of "Trump cars" in Arizona. Hundreds of thousands who couldn't get into the venue, livestreaming each event!

Why does MSM want us to believe Joe Biden is good for America? Why does MSM ignore a mountain of evidence on the Biden Crime Family's ties to the Chinese Community Party? [2] Wouldn't a presidency blackmailed and controlled by China be THE most newsworthy headline? But we don't see it. MSM won't cover it.

So think about it! Why would the Big Six media empires want Americans to cringe at the idea of more liberty? To apologize for our values? To kow-tow to Chinese overlords? To relinquish our freedoms in favor of a dystopian nightmare? To raise taxes and wreck the economy, in a return to the squalor and hopelessness of the Obama years?

You see how it's done? Pick your own example, something you are passionate about. Then keep tugging at that loose yarn.

Together, we expose the lies. Together, we kindle one another's light. Together, we shall illuminate the path out of the swamp!

Michigan Legislature Subpoenas Election Officials

Saturday the Michigan House and Senate met in an unusual joint hearing to examine questions regarding the elections across that state. The joint hearing issued subpoenas to the state’s election officials, reports the Detroit Free Press.

The issuance of subpoenas by Michigan legislative committees, while not unheard of, is also rare. Saturday’s subpoena requested documents related to Michigan’s election process.

State Rep. Matt Hall, R-Marshall, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said the investigation is needed “to provide needed clarity to concerned residents,” and the subpoena “demonstrates a commitment to getting our election procedures right in the future.”

House Minority Leader Christine Greig, D-Farmington Hills, called the hearing a “partisan spectacle,” and a desperate attempt by Republican legislators to cast a shadow of doubt over the legitimacy of our election.” She called it a “political stunt designed to undermine confidence in our electoral process and disenfranchise voters who legally cast their ballots in record numbers.”

Disenfranchisement goes both ways. Illegally cast ballots and glitches disenfranchise legal voters. Thousands had software or other errors flip their vote against their intent. At least two Michigan counties experienced such glitches, in both cases flipping Republican votes to Democrats. The question is, did similar glitches affect other counties.

In an exclusive report in 2019, the AP included Michigan among a handful of states that have serious election security issues related to the software machines in use across the state use. Several 2020 swing states also have potential security issues, including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Arizona, among others.

It's all so hard to believe, unless you're a Democrat.

Amid accusations of massive battleground state election fraud meant to swing the Presidential race for Democrat Joe Biden, outraged voters in the 7th District of Virginia are sounding the alarm after incumbent Democrat Abigail Spanberger was propelled to victory by the discovery of nearly 15,000 early absentee votes stored on a thumb drive in the Richmond suburb of Henrico County.

In a chain of events similar to those that have played out around the country, with roughly 85% of votes reported as being tallied, Republican challenger Nick Freitas, as well as President Donald Trump, led their respective races in the 7th District by a wide margin, only to see those leads evaporate the next day following the ballots’ apparent discovery.

Of the 14,616 votes stored on the drive, more than 70% of them broke for Spanberger, and the Democrat incumbent declared victory. She now holds a nearly 5,000 vote lead with an additional 10,000 mail-ballots remaining to be tallied. As has been seen in Pennsylvania, Virginia was still accepting mail-in votes three days post-election.

While voters statewide have begun drilling down on the thumb drive incident, calling attention to what they are pointing to as yet another example of a serious vote-counting irregularity, the Henrico County Registrar is blaming the situation on cost-saving measures, claiming that the early absentee votes were mistakenly stored on a thumb drive labeled as holding provisional ballots, because he was worried about spending $125 to properly count votes during a Presidential Election cycle.

“They’re about $125 for a little 4 gig stick,” Registrar Mike Coakley told local media. “Trying to save money through the county instead of buying another stick. I just grabbed the one we already had out of the provisional machine to use.”

“I know better now. We have funding available.”

The Freitas campaign, which represents the more libertarian-oriented wing of the Republican Party, seems to have remained mum on the thumb drive issue, as well as countless other serious problems with the vote-counting process nationwide, saying in their only Twitter post since Election Day that “out of respect” for the campaign’s supporters and volunteers an “appropriate statement” will be made when the official tally is concluded.

Pennsylvania state Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman said in a statement on Saturday that the Supreme Court’s decision ordering the separation of mail-in ballots arriving after Election Day “underscores” how Democrats have undermined the voting system.

The Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots that arrived after Election Day must be separated from those that arrived before November 3. Corman asserted that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar’s (D) handling of the election has undermined the electoral system. He said:

The U.S. Supreme Court affirmed what we have been saying — Secretary Boockvar changed the rules for the counties after telling the Court that ballots would only be segregated. The Court said it was not aware the Secretary’s original guidance, which had an ‘important bearing on the question whether to order special treatment of the ballots in question had been modified.’

The constantly changing guidance has resulted in inconsistent handling of ballots across the counties. Her actions are nothing but a partisan effort to cause chaos and mistrust.

Corman’s statement follows as he and Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati (R) called on Boockvar to resign for her handling of the state’s electoral system.

The Republicans charged that Boockvar “fundamentally altered” its formal and informal guidance for the November 3 elections.

Charred Remains of Kidnapped California Firefighter Found in Mexico

Mexican authorities revealed that kidnappers killed a missing Los Angeles firefighter and burned his remains to hide the evidence. Authorities arrested two people including a woman who allegedly lured the victim to Mexico for the kidnapping.

New information revealed that a firefighter from Los Angeles who had been kidnapped in Mexico in late August was killed and his remains charred in an attempt to dispose of the body, officials in Mexico reported. This week, the Baja California Attorney General’s Office reported they discovered the remains of 48-year-old Frank Aguilar Cornejo in the beach resort city of Rosarito. According to El Imparcial, the remains had been charred in an attempt to dispose of the body. Investigators are conducting forensic and DNA testing.

As Breitbart Texas reported, Aguilar Cornejo went missing in late August while staying at his beach house in Rosarito. The case garnered the attention of the FBI who was in contact with Mexican authorities during the investigation. The most recent information released by the Baja California AG’s Office points to Aguilar going to meet a woman named Fanny “N.” She, with the help of Santos “N” and a third suspect still on the run, attempted to kidnap the firefighter. During the attempt, the suspects shot and killed Aguilar Cornejo. They drove the body to a location off South Boulevard 2000 in Rosarito where they tried to incinerate the remains.

According to El Imparcial, on October 9, authorities arrested Fanny and Santos on “forced disappearance” charges. A Mexican judge ruled the arrest illegal and ordered their release. Authorities obtained a second arrest warrant on kidnapping charges and have been able to hold the two since that time.

LONDON, England, November 6, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — Despite not being allowed to leave England for the holidays as part of new lockdown measures to “to protect the NHS and save lives,” residents are still permitted to travel abroad for assisted suicide.

The revelation came yesterday as members of parliament in the United Kingdom questioned Health Secretary Matt Hancock on the implications of the travel ban.

Conservative MP Andrew Mitchell asked Hancock to clarify “the impact of new coronavirus regulations on the ability of terminally ill adults to travel abroad for an assisted death.”

Hancock gave a lengthy reply, explaining that despite the new lockdown restrictions that prohibit travel unless for a reasonable excuse, one could still travel abroad to die. He said “traveling abroad for the purpose of assisted dying is a reasonable excuse, so anyone doing so would not be breaking the law.”

The issue was raised in parliament due to a recent case in which a 45-year-old woman accelerated her plans to travel to Switzerland to die before she would be prevented from leaving England in the impending lockdown.

Under the U.K. Suicide Act 1961, it remains a crime to help or encourage anyone to take their own life, but people are legally allowed to travel abroad for assisted suicide in places such as Switzerland’s Dignitas centers.

Mitchell responded to Hancock, saying the new lockdown could “deter anyone else from traveling to Switzerland for an assisted death. That will undoubtedly cause many more Britons to suffer as they die due to a lack of a safeguarded law here in the UK.”

Fiona Bruce, a Christian MP, delivered a stern response, highlighting the discrepancy between strict lockdowns for health purposes, yet permitting travel for the purpose of suicide.

“At this time, when the whole country is making huge sacrifices to protect life, at a time of exceptionally high levels of physical and mental stress, and when many people may feel very vulnerable, does the Minister understand and accept the views of many, including in this House, that it would be completely inappropriate — indeed, insensitive — of this Parliament to go anywhere near considering making access to any form of suicide easier?”

Australian billionaire James Packer looks like he will soon be forced to sell his shares in Casino owner Crown Resorts, which he controlled, because an inquiry has found Crown was involved in money laundering and had links to Chinese organised crime gangs via its partnerships with junket operators.

In December 2017 it was reported: Billionaire James Packer has been questioned by police in Australia over a corruption investigation involving Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is suspected of receiving luxury gifts from wealthy supporters.

The Australian mogul, who runs the Crown gaming empire and reportedly has a close relationship with Netanyahu, voluntarily attended an interview with the Australian federal police, a police spokesman said on Friday, without specifying when it took place.

“Mr Packer participated in the interview on a voluntary basis as a witness for an investigation being conducted by Israeli authorities,” the spokesman said.

Packer, who recently split up with American singer Mariah Carey, was not suspected of criminal conduct in either Israel or Australia, he added.

Voting machine manufacturers are increasing their Capitol Hill presence as lawmakers demand they do more to protect U.S. elections against foreign hackers.

Dominion Voting Systems — which commands more than a third of the voting-machine market without having Washington lobbyists — has hired its first, a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The No. 1 vendor, Election Systems & Software, added two new lobbying firms last fall.

Members of Congress have criticized those and other companies for their security methods and business practices.

Washington Advocates

In October, ES&S hired Peck Madigan Jones, and paid the firm $80,000 during the last three months of 2018.

The company also reported hiring the lobbying firm Vectre Corp.

Dominion’s first-ever lobbying firm is Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.

“We want to make sure that we are telling the story of what Dominion is, and how deeply the company is invested in our mission, hopefully dispelling myths about our industry along the way,” Kay Stimson, vice president of government affairs at Dominion, said in an email.

Both Dominion and ES&S say they are actively working with lawmakers and told Bloomberg Government they are having productive conversations.

The Brennan Center for Justice, housed at New York University Law School, also reported lobbying on election security last year, as did Public Citizen, the Project on Government Oversight (POGO), identity theft protection company CyberScout, and tech giant Oracle Corp.

According to an Archive.org blog post, you will now know if a page was pulled down or received an alert over what “fact-checkers” consider “misinformation.”

This also includes “dead” web pages that were archived. The Internet Archive has started adding fact checks and context to Wayback Machine pages to explain just why the pages were removed. If a page was part of a disinformation campaign or pulled due to a policy violation, a distinct yellow banner will explain why.

The fact checks will come from a variety of mainstream outlets, including FactCheck.org, Politifact, the Associated Press, and the Washington Post. Which absolutely in no way will be manipulated, right?

Of course, that’s obvious sarcasm, as those controlling what is and isn’t disinformation will be the wolves guarding the hen house so to speak. A good question to ask is how does Archive.org treat verifiable information like the Bush administration lying about WMDs, the Al-Nayirah testimony lie that almost sunk us into a war with Afghanistan or the validated conspiratorial facts surrounding 9/11, like the hijackers being given Visas from the Saudi Arabia consulate, as documented by Michael Springmann, who worked as the Head of the Visa Department at the CIA’s consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Springman isn’t the only intelligence official who alleges the attack was allowed to happen. In addition, two veteran FBI investigators, FBI Agents Wright and John Vincent were told to back off investigating the Saudis and Osama Bin Laden, who was a CIA tactician expert used against the Soviet Union in the 1980s.

If that’s not enough, what about former CIA PROMIS whistleblower Michael Riconosciuto warning Colin Powell from prison months prior that 9/11 was about to take place through a liaison, his friend and one of my former sources, former FBI senior agent Ted L. Gunderson. All of these are factual holes in a story that if dared to be peeled back will reveal shocking secrets the U.S. government would rather keep hidden. All three of them had out of state plates. This is an ANONYMOUS tip.

Also, they’re counting military ballots now. I heard around 7k.

Every military ballot has to be duplicated (re-written). I don’t know why. This is very concerning.

The lawyer says someone took photos of Ferrari and Chrysler.

On Saturday a ballot observer in Detroit (different from our source) went on with NTD News to tell about her experience in the TCF Center on Wednesday morning.

The Asian American ballot observers says a mysterious van full of ballots arrived at 4 AM in the morning.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw has been busy making a name for himself in Congress as a tough-talking straight shooter who doesn’t mind calling out members of his own party when he thinks they’re wrong. After newly minted Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene took off after Crenshaw for not being fanatical enough in his devotion to Trump by not getting on the “Stop the Steal” bandwagon, Crenshaw promptly put her in her place — on the back bench of Congress.

Greene has already received plenty of notoriety for her previous support of the QAnon conspiracy theory where believers think there’s a cabal of anti-Trump “deep state” conspiracists who are pedophiles and worship satan. In 2017, she made several videos and wrote some articles about QAnon, although she disavowed that belief during the campaign.

The spat started when Crenshaw made some mild observations about the president’s efforts to allege fraud in the vote count.

Greene, however, jumped on his comments and cast them as capitulating to Democrats.

“The time to STAND UP for @realdonaldTrump is RIGHT NOW! Republicans can’t back down,” Greene tweeted. “This loser mindset is how the Democrats win. President Trump has fought for us, we have to fight for him. We won’t forget. Trust me.”

The former Navy SEAL, awarded two Bronze Stars and 2 Purple Hearts, losing an eye in combat being called a “loser” by some rookie? Crenshaw decided to sit on her to teach her a lesson.

Shortly afterward, Crenshaw called out Greene for apparently missing his call to back the president’s election investigation efforts.

“Did you even read past the first sentence? Or are you just purposely lying so you can talk tough?” Crenshaw tweeted in response. “No one said give up. I literally said investigate every irregularity and use the courts. You’re a member of Congress now, Marjorie. Start acting like one.”

It might be a legitimate point for Greene to raise noise about some Republicans capitulating while the votes are still being counted. But Crenshaw never said to give up. He simply raised the point that as Americans, we should accept the reality, if it comes, of a Biden presidency.

Where do Greene and those who believe as she does go from here? Trump’s legal options are narrowing by the hour and will likely disappear in the next two or three days. Barring any extraordinary proof being presented by Trump lawyers, the courts will follow the law and decide against the president.

These bitter enders will spin their conspiracy theories but that won’t change the outcome. Crenshaw’s advice is sound and Republicans should follow it.

Satellites blast certain areas with an infrared light/laser and the tagged object re-emits. Sensors are good and can catch just a few photons at near range, but this goes linear with beam power. Military planes would need to fly around blasting target areas with these intense beams. Re-emittance could be captured from plane as well. Need not be visible spectrum, and best to not as to never be detected. So this is a real technology that perhaps DOD is using but it is not public. DOD and DHS perhaps put measures in places sense 2016 and 2018.

I Bing-searched for "quantum dots fluorescence watermark" and there is much much more to examine.

It seems to me that no technology exists to use an entangled state or any sort of quantum-informational advantage. It does make sense that they could use "quantum dots" as tags to be able to 'watermark' ballots and track in that limited sense. Perhaps there was some non-scientist's phone game from 'quantum dot tracking' to 'quantum information/encryption tracking' that has wandered into our conversation? The 'quantum encryption state' within piece of paper idea seems really bad. The idea of these dots being used is not so crazy at all, and reliable proven methods as would work in court actually exist.

"quantum dots" are sort of like tunable-fluorescent very large molecules. They are proposed for use in various unrelated schemes, but they have a property of being fluorescent to a highly tunable narrow (single) frequency. This means if you shine a certain frequency of light on them, they re-emit photons at a very specific frequency. I don't think other quantum information technologies are presently engineered for any sort of use of quantum properties such an 'encrypted quantum state' like two separated but entangled particles, or an object that could be 'tracked' in non-proximity-requiring way or with satellites.

The quantum dots, in theory, could be in the ballot, and could be spatially arranged in ways that encode, as well as having different combinations of fluorescent frequencies that they react to upon light being shined on them. For example, maybe dots were reliable made for 3 or 4 frequencies, and laid out in a pattern of consecutive rectangles. What is interesting, is the DHS or someone else could in theory have placed machines in the US mail system that could track the motion of these objects automatically as they were sorted, right along with stamp-checking, etc.

So consider that the INFOWARS interview is maybe an ignorant riff off of a misunderstanding of a misunderstanding of something maybe someone said…

I suppose it is 'possible' that the dots could be made to work at frequencies with excellent penetrance in atmosphere and even building materials. I suppose a satellite could be pinging these objects and decently tracking the ballots as they moved around on the surface of the Earth. Maybe the coolers were lead-walled such that the tracking from satellites using quantum dot pinging would be confused/hampered or loose ability to detect use of quantum dot forgeries. This final bit is far more tenuous or unclear the the idea that quantum dots could be used for fraud detection.

Banana Follies: the mother of all color revolutions

A gaming exercise of the perfect, indigenous color revolution, code-named Blue, was leaked from a major think tank established in the imperial lands that first designed the color revolution concept.

Not all the information disclosed here about the gaming of Blue has been declassified. That may well elicit a harsh response from the Deep State, even as a similar scenario was gamed by an outfit called Transition Integrity Project.

Both scenarios should qualify as predictive programming – with the Deep State preparing the general public, in advance, for exactly how things will play out.

The standard color revolution playbook rules usually start in the capital city of nation-state X, during an election cycle, with freedom fighting “rebels” enjoying full national and international media support.

Blue concerns a presidential election in the Hegemon. In the gaming exercise, the incumbent president, codenamed Buffoon, was painted Red. The challenger, codenamed Corpse, was painted Blue.

Blue – the exercise – went up a notch because, compared to its predecessors, the starting point was not a mere insurgency, but a pandemic. Not any pandemic, but a really serious, bad to the bone global pandemic with an explosive infection fatality rate of less than 1%.

By a fortunate coincidence, the lethal pandemic allowed Blue operators to promote mail-in ballots as the safest, socially distant voting procedure.

That connected with a rash of polls predicting an all but inevitable Blue win in the election – even a Blue Wave.

The premise is simple: take down the economy and deflate a sitting president whose stated mission is to drive a booming economy. In tandem, convince public opinion that actually getting to the polls is a health hazard.

The Blue production committee takes no chances, publicly announcing they would contest any result that contradicts the prepackaged outcome: Blue’s final victory in a quirky, anachronistic, anti-direct democracy body called the “electoral college”.

If Red somehow wins, Blue would wait until every vote is counted and duly litigated to every jurisdiction level. Relying on massive media support and social media marketing propelled to saturation levels, Blue proclaims that “under no scenario” Red would be allowed to declare victory.

Countdown to magic voting

Election Day comes. Vote counting is running smoothly – mail-in count, election day count, up to the minute tallies – but mostly favoring Red, especially in three states always essential for capturing the presidency. Red is also leading in what is characterized as “swing states”.

But then, just as a TV network prematurely calls a supposedly assured Red state for Blue, all vote counting stops before midnight in major urban areas in key swing states under Blue governors, with Red in the lead.

Blue operators stop counting to check whether their scenario towards a Blue victory can roll out without bringing in mail-in ballots. Their preferred mechanism is to manufacture the “will of the people” by keeping up an illusion of fairness.

On 11-5-2020 POP BUZZ reported that Joe Biden had received more votes (about 72,110,951) than any previous presidential candidate. They also report that President Trump received about 68,643,544 votes. Anon knows this is a lie but lets work with their numbers, hopefully their own numbers will prove they cheat. Their numbers add up to 140,754,495 votes.

The US Sun reports the folloeing. Anon quotes them exactly.

2016 - 230,931,921 (59.2 percent of eligible voting population)

2012 - 235,248,000 (54.9%)

2008 - 229,945,000 (57.1%)

2004 - 219,553,000 (55.7%)

The US Sun's report is about presidential elections; they did not include mid-terms. Let's just take 2012 as an example. Subtract 140,754,495 votes from 235,248,000 and you get 94,493,505. That would mean that 94,493,505 more people voted in 2012 than voted this year.

According to the numbers reported by The US Sun, more people voted in each of the last 5 presidential elections than voted in the 2020 election. Anon knows that the 2020 numbers have changed since these articles were written but you can get the point from the numbers provided in these articles.
