Pig Fed Judge Appointed by Reagan Blocks Trump’s Executive Order to Deport Trannies to Men’s Prisons

judge is probably right that Trump’s order is illegal under the current framework of US law.

Basically, the constitutional guarantees of “free association” were destroyed by a series of laws that required “civil rights” equalities for blacks and then for women. Then the gays got those rights. Then the trannies.

In order to actually do federal bans on trannies getting access to women’s federal facilities, you would need to overturn the entire “civil rights” infrastructure, or you would need to pass a law in Congress saying that there are only two genders and therefore “trans” people do not exist and cannot be protected by civil rights legislation.

Of course, the entire framework of US law as it stands right now is basically creative writing, so there is probably some weasel way to ban trannies from US women’s prisons without an act of Congress. I’m not an expert in this field.

A US judge has temporarily blocked federal prisons from transferring transgender women to men’s facilities and barring their access to hormone therapy, halting one of Donald Trump’s executive orders seeking to erode trans rights behind bars.

A lawsuit filed last week by three incarcerated trans women challenged Trump’s anti-trans order, which directed the US bureau of prisons to make sure “males are not detained in women’s prisons or housed in women’s detention centers” and that no federal funds go to gender-affirming treatment or procedures for people in custody.

The US district judge Royce Lamberth in Washington on Tuesday issued a temporary restraining order, ruling late on Tuesday that Trump’s order discriminates against transgender people and violates their constitutional rights.

Even though I knew better, I got into the express line at the Farm Fresh today behind a nigger grandmammy. Sure enough, it starts chimping out at the cashier for overcharging her for something. The cashier calls for a price check, and a bag boy went to the isle to check the price. He returns with two items (same product in 2 different sizes). He explains that the sale price is for the small size, and that the larger size was full price. This is not good enough for this shecoon. She insists that the sale price is for the larger item, and then she starts ooking about how the sign in the isle is misleading. All of this is taking well over 5 minutes, and I finally lose it and say to the shecoon,

LOOK GOD FUCKING DAMMIT, you are holding up the express line. She starts ooking and screeching at me now. I finally give up and walk out, but not before saying to her

"FUCK YOUR MONKEY NIGGER ASS" as I walked by her.

Nigger apes tend to be born with this smell. Even when They come fresh out of the shower, they still possess a pungent odour. It’s hard to describe, but every nigger has it. It is the most pronounced in darker shit skinned south Sudanese niggers. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Having a background in sales and customer service, my response was try to de-escalate. I apologized for not being a gas guy, and stated that I have an electrical background. I then asked the nigger to explain in very simple terms what it would like us to do for it. I was very polite and professional throughout the entire conversation as every call is recorded.

This resulted in a Cat-3 over the phone, if that's even possible. It went from asking for assistance to demanding to know why I was the one staffing the line if I'm not a gas guy. I attempted to re-direct it back onto the subject at hand but the smooth nigger brain was locked into the chimp out, and there was no reasoning with it at this point. It was asking for my name and my bosses name and just plain melting down. So much for the gas emergency it was calling about.

I was finally able to discern the nature of the non-emergent problem it was calling about, and told it that I would have someone there in about an hour. That's how long it takes sometimes

I'm covering the gas line one night for Nigger City Power. I'm an electric guy, don't know a whole lot about the hands on of what the gas guys do, but I'm qualified run the gas desk. If a trouble call comes in then I know who to send for it and when to notify higher authorities.

I get a call from Customer Service telling me that they have Leroy on their line from one of the contractors we use, and he needs a Gas Fitter sent to his location immediately.

They connect Leroy over to me and it is just babbling on about some garbage, and having a very difficult time explaining to me what exactly is the nature of the problem. I tried to probe a bit further just so I could get a better idea of what was going on. This was apparently too much for the nigger and I could tell it was getting angry

Nigger devolved even further at this point, all mad that it might take me an hour to get someone to his location, and again asking "why it was even talking to me." Finally, I had enough.

My 6 year old son just started his first year in elementary school. I'm getting repeated calls from his teacher to tell him to stop hitting a girl in his class. My son has shown no signs of violence, and he's pretty chill at home and around his friends. Yet he goes to a specific girl in his class, kinda small in size, and hits her for no reason. He might pinch her cheek, hit her in the head, he has even tried to push her from the stairs.

Why the fuck is my son doing this? Is there any way to make him stop? The other kid is Albanian, idk if that's the reason
