While I do stand by that the EU is marxist if not by nature then in practice, I still don't necessarily believe in grand conspiracies. That being said, super national governments create a greater degree of control of official institutions to keep things going to plan. Marxism creates strife among the masses. Both can be used as means of soft and hard power to dictate human discourse. To what end I'm not quite sure.
