This would more than likely result in some factions of Ordos Xenos studying them if only to find out what went wrong and eventually finding out that they actually would fit within the God Emperor's grace.
That is all of course, assuming a fragment of the Emperor or a living saint of his doesn't show up and "politely" tells the Inquisition to bugger off with the thoughts of purging. While very, very few things are deserving of the God Emperor's personal grace while he remains thronebound. A population of chaos corruption immune humans on par with the Adeptus Astartes with Mamono wives who are responsible for this would do it.
And all of that is if we assume this takes place before Guiliman's return. If it takes place after than the Inquisition has no real chance at convincing the Lord Commander of the Imperium to commit to such an action

Such an alliance or merging would never be possible. The mamono would seek to join the Imperium of man, because 1. The imperium, has a near monopoly on the man supply, and 2. The mamono's gifts in exchange for men would only be a benefit to the imperium, maybe the eldari, bit they don't have human men.
There's also the tyranids to consider. The tyranids already have a really good counter to chaos forces, the shadow in the warp. They would also not gain any amount of biomass from marriage, long run or short. Plus no theory on their origin suggests that the hive mind could be persuaded to change gears like that. Outside of the whole Galaxy becoming a mamono demon realm and the fleets are caught in the middle of it.
