This means it will be impossilbe to certify the PA election results.
This means PA can not select electors.
This means that not all states will have electors to call the election.
This means the House will be forced to decide the results of the election.

So if the election goes to the courts and gets no resolve it then goes to the US House of Representatives. Think that is bad?
Not so fast…
Though the Democrats hold the majority in terms of numbers in the House, this is meaningless.
Because such an actual election would see each STATE getting ONE VOTE: "the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote".
Democrat majority means nothing.
Because 37 of the 50 states who will cast a vote are run by REPUBLICAN administrations.

Japan seeks 1-year deal on US base funding in high-level talks
Japan and the U.S. have begun formal negotiations on a new cost-sharing agreement for hosting American troops, with Tokyo angling for a one-year interim deal before power changes hands in Washington.
Diplomatic and defense officials from both countries met Monday and Tuesday in Washington to discuss a replacement for the five-year host-nation support agreement expiring at the end of March.
President Donald Trump has pushed Japan and other allies to pay what he calls their "fair share" of security costs, reportedly demanding that Tokyo more than quadruple its contribution from current levels. Some in Tokyo hope the pressure would ease under a President Joe Biden. A one-year deal would allow for a transition to a new administration. If the two sides cannot reach a detailed agreement by year-end, they would have to negotiate again in 2021.
The U.S. made "no extreme demands for higher funding" in this first round of talks, according to a senior official from Japan's Defense Ministry who asked not to be named. Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato told reporters Wednesday that officials had "reaffirmed the important role that host-nation funding has played in the activities of U.S. forces in Japan."
The Japanese side highlighted its contributions to the alliance, including cooperation based on 2015 national security legislation as well as a planned partnership in space. Tokyo covers most utility expenses and staff salaries under the cost-sharing deal. Japan's fiscal 2020 budget included 199.3 billion yen ($1.89 billion) for host-nation support.
Though a new five-year deal normally would be necessary once the current one expires, precedent exists for a short-term arrangement. Japan and the U.S. agreed to a two-year cost-sharing agreement in 2005 as they were discussing a reshuffle of American forces.

YouTube streaming witnessed a 1-hour downtime in the early hours of Wednesday. So, people in many countries including Europe, US, Asia Pacific, and South America couldn’t stream their favorite videos due to the disruption.
Reports are now in that a team of hacktivists named ‘The Ghost Squad Hackers’ was responsible for the downtime caused on the Google-owned Youtube servers.

YouTube said late Wednesday it was working to resolve an issue that prevented many users from playing videos.
Downdetector.com, a site that monitors internet outages and outages that affect specific sites, tweeted that user reports indicated YouTube was having problems since 7:13 p.m. ET
YouTube TV also was affected by the outage, users said.
Users on Downdetector reported getting "something went wrong" and other messages. The site said more than 250,000 users reported outages.

Arizona's Republican attorney general rejects election fraud claims, predicts Biden win in state
Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Wednesday dismissed ongoing claims of election fraud in Arizona, arguing that "if indeed there was some great conspiracy" to steal votes from fellow Republicans, "it apparently didn't work."
What happened instead was simple and legitimate, Brnovich said during an appearance on Fox Business: Voters split their tickets, voting for Democrats in the presidential and U.S. Senate races and for Republicans down-ballot.
"In Arizona, there was a prediction that the (Republican-controlled) Legislature would flip. It didn’t," said Brnovich, the No. 2 Republican in the state behind the governor. "There were some congressional districts that supposedly leaned Democrat. They didn’t flip. The county recorder here who oversees elections went from Democrat to Republican. The county attorney remained Republican.
"That's the reality," he said. "There is no evidence, there are no facts that would lead anyone to believe that the election results will change."

Shanghai overnight interbank rate jumps to 10-month high
The Shanghai Interbank Offered Rate (SHIBOR) for the overnight tenor rose to 2.521% on Thursday, the highest since Jan. 17.
The volume-weighted average of the benchmark repo for the same tenor traded in the interbank market also rose to a near 10-month high of 2.522% as of 0306 GMT.
Rising overnight borrowing rates in China’s interbank market this week reflect tightening cash conditions as the economy rapidly recovers, giving the central bank room for a more flexible approach to monetary policy, traders and analysts said.

Ballots are 100% interlinked with the voting software. Sending a blank ballot allows the software to tabulate votes differently from a ballot that is correctly populated.
Whether these blank ballots were used for fraud is an exercise for investigators to prove.

CodemonkeyZ: What we have learned so far from reading the Dominion Voting System manual
1. Votes can theoretically be ignored for individuals if a straight ticket vote is selected. This setting could very welI enable "Repubiican"-style typo fraud. Many complex rules decide how the "straight ticket" option works.
2. Network Security is very weak since all software access keys use the same cryptographic pair. This gives plausible deniability to whoever potentially decides to mess around with voting settings. It cant be proven who changed a setting since everybody has the same key
3. Digital certificates are not protected by password, and Dominion user manual explicitly says not to enter a password. This enables potential for bad actors to MITM attack data traveling over network between precinct tabulator and central tabulator.
4. Cryptic "split rotation" function that features the ability to "force a maximum deviation". There is no definition of a "split rotation", so we cannot know what "force a maximum deviation" means in this instance.
5. Local IT guys have ultimate power to clandestinely change settings, thus having the ability to potentially alter an entire election. There are no checks and balances or observers of the local IT guy when he accesses machine debug and admin settings. Its unclear if logs exist.
6. Dominion is a black box with votes ultimately tabulated in a central server system. Who has access to the central server and where is the manual and security reviews of that server software?
7. Settings could theoretically have been changed during evening downtime on first night of voting. Much easier to change settings on hundreds of machines than to forge thousands of ballots. A couple of people could have done it quickly.
8. State of Pennsylvania requested semantic changes to the Dominion voting software, possibly to aid in their lawfare efforts. The word "Cast" became "Print", obfuscating the moment when your vote becomes officially cast. For what reason is currently unknown.
9. There is an option to force the vote scanner to "overrun" a preset amount of ballots EVERY time anybody pauses the scan mid-batch. "Overrun" is undefined. Potential for abuse is high with this function, which was added shortly after 2018 mid-term elections.
More to come later.
Many people have sent me (completely publicly available) Dominion security audits, documents, manuals, and state contracts. Have a lot of reading to do.
If there are any potential election fraud settings hiding in plain sight, I will do my best to find it.

Willie Sutton was an all-American bank robber who had a few words of advice for those who wanted to be rich in the 1930s: “I go where the money is.”
If it was true for the original “Slick Willie,” it is equally true for George Soros and his friend Mark Malloch Brown in 2007.
George Soros was born in Hungary on Aug. 12, 1930, and came to the U.S. in 1956 after getting a degree from the London School of Economics. He turned a little of his own money into an enormous fortune through his skills in managing hedge funds and currency trading.
Soros is best known as the president of his own hedge fund, the Quantum Fund, and president of the Open Society Institute. He has been married and divorced twice and had three children by his first wife, Annaliese, and two by his second, Susan. His two eldest sons, Robert and Jonathan, are active in the Soros Fund. Soros is also a prolific, but little-read, author, a less-than-articulate public speaker and an inveterate meddler.
George Soros, who will be 77 in August, is, according to the gossip columns, dating Queen Noor, 55, of Jordan, the widow of King Hussein. Other recent girlfriends of the philanthropist are said to include violinist Jennifer Chun and a former Miss Russia, Anna Malova.
One time Soros made himself a $1 billion profit when the British pound was devalued. With the profit went a pseudo-title, “the man who broke the Bank of England.” Reports say that last year the Quantum Fund paid him $7 million.
Soros is now said to have amassed a fortune of $7 billion and uses masses of dollars for the sole purpose of bringing about the political defeat of President George W. Bush and the dismissal of Republicans from any American affairs of state. To observers, his tactics appear to consist of the purchase of the Democratic Party and of many of their causes.
Soros did not learn the tricks and turns of politics and currency trading at the London School of Economics. In fact, he is remembered there as someone who had so many part-time jobs that his fellow students would keep notes for him and help him out with homework when he missed classes. Over the years, he learned the maxim that money and the delusion of wisdom comes from information and that money can buy information.
And if like Soros, you make several fortunes from international dealing, what and where is the best information found⢠The offices and committee rooms of the United Nations in New York and the World Bank Group in Washington.
Hence, it was no surprise when, early this month, Soros announced that he was bringing into his organization an old friend who had filled a number of posts over the years, through which it was possible to have contributed to the collection of the Soros billions.
The posts involved deputy secretary-general of the United Nations, chief of Cabinet to the U.N. secretary-general and administrator of the United Nations Development Programme. Earlier posts included vice president for External Affairs at the World Bank and the bank’s director of External Affairs. In preparation for these elite appointments was a 10-year stint with an international consulting group that specialized in advice to reformist and socialist candidates for heads of state in Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia.
Each and every one of these posts has been held by a good friend of George Soros, Sir Mark Malloch Brown. In 2006, ostensibly for his services to Britain, Sir Brown was made a Knight Commander of St. Michael and St. George — a KCMG — by the queen of England.
A KCMG in England is awarded only to the most senior of civil servants. They are then called “Sir” rather than “Mr.,” wear fancy, colorful clothing at some state events and become even more impressed with their own self-importance. Thus, the initials of the order are usually known as “Kindly Call Me God” — although never by a recipient.
The son of a South African diplomat, Mark Brown was born and grew up in Zimbabwe (when it was known as Rhodesia), was educated in England at Marlborough College and took a history degree at Magdalene College, Cambridge.
He now lives with his wife, Patricia (“Trish” to George Soros and other friends), who is a vice chairman of Refugees International, and their four children in a five-bedroom house on a near-five-acre estate in Katonah, in upstate New York. The estate belongs to George Soros, who charges Mark $10,000 a month rent, some $5,000 less than a previous tenant.
“Sir” Mark querulously defends this rent by saying that he pays the utilities.

Brown told a large audience at World Bank headquarters that the bank’s “mission” was “hugely at risk” as long as Wolfowitz remained; by his very presence, the British knight also was saying: “Here I am, ethically pure, eminently qualified and ready — right now to become your leader.”
Too bad Brown has a short memory.
Last year, speaking of the United Nations, Mark Malloch Brown insisted, “Not a penny was lost from the organization.” This, after an audit through which it was shown that the United Nations had lost $7 million from overpayments; $61 million was found to have bypassed U.N. rules; $82 million was lost to mismanagement; and $110 million was rated as having “insufficient” justification. This adds up to $260 million out of a $1.6 billion budget.
Naturally, Brown also wants to forget the Oil-for-Food scandals, where he said that his boss at the United Nations, Kofi Annan, had been “fully exonerated.” A totally untrue statement, Brown described calls for Annan’s resignation as “inappropriate political assassination.”
Among many other items in his life, which Brown would prefer no longer to be reminded of, is a speech he made at Pace University in 2005. Speaking of the United States, he said: “This ungainly giant of a nation that has led the world in advancing freedom, democracy and decency cannot quite accept membership in the global neighborhood association; that it must abide by others’ rules as well as its own.” He noted that Washington already has set itself apart in its opposition to the International Criminal Court and the Kyoto Protocol on global warming.
It is being said that Sir Mark Malloch Brown, vice chairman to George Soros, will be asked to join the Cabinet of Gordon Brown when he becomes Britain’s next prime minister.
“Sir” Brown may have found another position that will help his partner, “the man who broke the Bank of England,” just when the pound sterling has become interesting again.
