CR (T.me) House Republicans on Thursday failed to get enough votes from Democrats to secure a short-term extension of the nation’s warrantless spy powers, with the lower chamber leaving for a scheduled recess the day before they are set to expire.
The bill would have extended Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) through July 2. Democrats, however, refused to back the reauthorization due to objections to President Trump installing Bill Pulte as the acting director of national intelligence.
The vote failed 198-218, with seven Democrats voting in favor of the short-term extension and 19 Republicans voting against it.
The failure, as well as the House leaving town for a scheduled weeklong recess amid the partisan gridlock, leaves Section 702 poised to expire — putting the country in a legal gray area as to whether it can continue surveillance of foreign targets.
Asked after the vote if he would bring the House back from recess to vote on FISA again, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) asked, “What would be the point?”

And they care less about the death of their own people. In fact, the regime can be best described as a death cult.
Don’t believe what your CIA says about the situation. My experience tells me you are being led into foreign policy ambushes. Ambushes that you may not be able to fight your way through.
There are superb military analysts that have been studying Iran for decades. Go to USCENTCOM and have the team down there brief you on exactly what they know and exactly what they believe. Spend the time with them in an open dialogue, they will lay out the immense challenges we face.
Do not, for a second, believe anything the Iranians tell your “negotiating” team, the Iranians will lie straight to their faces, full stop.
Trust your commanders but be cautious of your “diplomats.” We don’t need
more war, we need this war to end.
Find a way to maintain the prestige of the United States of America and get out of this mess as fast as you can.
Otherwise, bomb the sh!t out of Teheran, kill as many of the leaders as you can, and start preparing the homeland for the wave of terrorist attacks that will likely come to our shores (if they’re not already here and prepared to strike).
In fact, prepare for the latter regardless of whatever decisions you make.
We want you to succeed (our nation needs you to succeed), but the situation and the “fog of war” has settled in so thick, it is very difficult to discern where our nation is currently headed.

So the target downloads it, and says wait a minute. I'm not authorized to see this, and they delete it. If classified files were seen through their eyes, by way of thought technology, then elimination of target is allowed?? A shady way to do things, but its a hit nonetheless. The hit can come by way of invisible technology (multiple methods protein spikes to havana syndrome strikes). If it traces back, there is log files to prove justification of action, target seen classified info. Anon doesn't know if that makes any sense to you.
It might not be a list left there for him to see, but could have been something that he wasn't supposed to see, and innocently he was led to do something that cost him his life. That's Anon's suspicion, hypothesis.
As for Snowden, President Trump did offer him an opportunity to return. He must not be convinced of his safety upon return. Anon doesn't know any of these people. Have no idea what their intentions, thoughts or true actions were or continue to be.
