Why is this guy still allowed in public and not six feet deep?

26-year-old Miles McNeal allegedly abused multiple 2nd graders and threatened them if they spoke out.

According to the lawsuit, McNeal would take the kids’ clothes off, touch them, force then into s*xual positions before taking photos of them.

He would then show the photos to other kids in the program. The abuse allegedly went on for three years at the Harlem school.

During one incident, McNeal was found alone with a 2nd grader straddling his lap.

His punishment? One day suspension.

The parents filed their legal complaint against the city, the Department of Education and the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center.

During one incident, a mother picked up her child to find them crying after being alone with McNeal.

The mother emailed the director of the program but the incident was not reported to the police by the director.

“They enabled this behavior and are if not as responsible, than more responsible for the abuse,” the lawsuit says.

McNeal was arrested in February 2024. He posted bail at the time. His case is still pending.
