Modified and added. Remember that the height and width of the image must be this. Use the tools I provided earlier as they were used for the first 20 banners.
Banners can't be more than 500 kb, so if you are making a gif banner then use the gif optimization on ezgif if it's anything larger than 500 kb and use ezgif in tandem with online-image-editor.
If you are making a banner that's just a still image like a PNG, online-image-editor is the only thing you need.
