W-well, hi! Apart from you popping in just as I'm hornyposting, I'm fine! Classes seem interesting and all, despite them mostly consisting of me just being in Zoom meetings. It does mean that I can take notes easier though, since I can just take notes on my laptop.
And today I went and donated a bunch of books to a tiny communal "library" in a disused phone box, just to tidy up the apartment a bit. Filled a shelf! And now the only books I've got left are ones I've read that I want to keep, or ones I've not read but plan on reading at some point.
How're you doing, then?

Ah..
Sounds kind of a weird system.
Alright-ish, I just have zoom lectures during Tuesdays and Fridays.
Last lecture we were divided into groups and everyone else muted themselves, thus had to 1-on-1 chat with the Dutch exchange student.

It is a weird system, but it's essentially just "take books if you want them, leave books if you feel like it." A nice system, imo! And a convenient one to get rid of books without throwing them out.
I've got them on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with an actual in person class on Tuesdays! Which is a nice change of pace.
smdh. I do have a feeling a lot of people in Zoom classes aren't actually there at all.

I like the bitterness and firm texture of dark chocolates.
Milk chocolate is no good, too waxy and sticks to teeth.
I thought Swiss chocolate was the best.
>tfw just had some white cheddar popcorn
So good
>dried reindeer liver
Never heard of that, never actually tried any liver desu.
Probably can figure out if you check my twitter, admittedly I've sort of forgotten about it because I find it hard to motivate myself to share stuff on there.
Foreign prisons are so weird, especially Japanese ones.

Ahh, we had that sort of a system for some gas stop shelves.
We've just got them with a bunch of people and randomized groups..
Well, I recognized 90% of my group and knew they were super shy, thus I was the only one to talk with the exchange student.

There's just something about the taste in itself that doesn't work for me!
Milk chocolate rocks, reeee! Sounds like you've just had poor quality milk chocolate.
Well, the dried reindeer liver is in pill form, so it doesn't taste like anything. I don't thiiink I've actually ever had liver just, like, as the protein of a meal.
I've not tweeted since 2017, but I'm still very much an active user of it! Reading the timeline is a good way to kill time, if necessary. (And I do keep my fetishes off there, just in case some irl people checked my likes for some reason.)
What's the weird thing about Japanese prisons? I know nothing about them.
>>451754
Oh, you've got like huge classes and stuff? My biggest one has about ~50 people I think, while the two other ones have like ~15. The big one does occasionally use the random group thing, though.
kek, I see! I was being too pessimistic then. Speaking of which, the professor in my big class did send out an email today, stating that talking in class isn't mandatory, and if you're called out you can just say that you'd prefer not to speak, or even shake your head. Which is nice, I guess! Like you said, some people just are super shy. (Like me, but I take anxiolytics before classes, so it works out.)

We've got around +50 in the group.
Zoom has this option for teachers where they can divide you into separate groups.. we kind of had our own group but got bummed out as we separated randomly to make it fair with a certain amount of exchange students.. yet my group was full of shut-ins + me and the exchange student, thus I kept flirting with her for the almost 2 hours..

Jeez, I do not envy the professors in these situations. Zoom does have a "raise hand" function, but I've never seen anyone use it, so it's mostly chaos (or just the same ~five people answering questions).
Oh, so it's not a formal thing, like you guys actually had to work on a project over time? That makes it a lot better then.

We don't use that either, the professor tells us when the breaks are and when to talk publicly to ask about stuff.
Yup, we get divided into groups to work on a thing.
It's not my fault everyone else is a shut-in and the only exchange student has a really beautiful voice.

Tanks are street legal here, they just have to have proper indicator lights and rubber tracks so they don't destroy the roads, but anyone can own and drive one, its great. And there are ranges you can pay to go drive around in and shoot tanks for the day in Texas.
