那些主機絕大多數是從俄羅斯部分大城市或摩爾多瓦、歐洲部分國家、薩爾瓦多等國來的

雖然每個發文的標題都不同，但內容全都一樣

會擅長用世界各國的短網址服務、俄羅斯論壇來製作相關討論版

既使有一部分曾經被刪除掉或停權

而根據其關鍵字PTHC的搜尋結果來看

不是被隱藏、就是會導向至彰化縣立北斗高中的相關搜尋結果

而目前這時候除了部分網址之外，還沒有任何大的行動

日後若有相關動向，將會在此發布報告

我們一定要懲罰當初的那位外國幼幼廚

一定要公諸於世，不然只會永遠讓對方有機會脫罪
