Artist is Burgerkiss. Just a tip for finding images in the future when reverse images searching doesn't work, try manually searching boorus for distinguishing tags the image has. I found it just by putting in "Krystal" and "phone" in e6.

e621 has the most niche and autistic tags you can imagine. It makes searching for stuff really easy if stuff is tagged properly because you can narrow your search by a lot, but it also starts a lot of shit-flinging because western furry artists are cancer, especially in regards to gender tagging. tsampikos(?) removed all of his art from e621 because of character misgendering At least e621 kind of understands people search porn by sex, not gender identity.

Sounds like an MSPA references. I'll tell ya.
The first is not exactly a well-known Kemono artist, even though his works looks nice. He doesn't have a Pixiv and/or Twitter account anymore, but you can still look at some of his works on Veebooru or Wildcritters. Worth a look if you're a Kemoshota fan.
Also, this picture right here is done by him.
The Second is obvious. It's Kishibe. The one everyone's ever heard of, so if you ever heard of him, then I don't talk much about him, but If you don't, well he's an illustrator best known for his work on the discontinued Full Bokko Heroes game and a light novel, "Mr. Darwin, Kemono Girls Are Waiting in the School!".
