So I just found out the soft way, but use torrents if you can, there are limits to how much you can download at the time, you can only have 5000 image, well at least in my case, download at the time, and will get 3 image every other minutes.

Then script will use GM_xmlhttpRequest API (in order to cross origin) to download them. After that, it will package them to a Zip file with JSZip and give it to you with FileSaver.js.
People are starting to save stuff to http://alexandria.exhentai.moe/. Consider it only a temporary solution for now but upload whatever you guys can.

As for decent alternatives, there hasn't been one yet. Nhentai is out of the question and Hitomi.la is average at best but I wouldn't consider it an alternative. MangaDex would be good for Non-H material but I don't think it can be trusted with much beyond that. Especially if it's with large artbooks. We need something new.
