This is a bit of a stretch, but here goes:
I found the Twitter profile for a kemono artist recently, but I forgot to save it and I was using private browsing so my history didn't record it, and I can't remember it because the Twitter URL was a mess of characters and numbers.
The art style had almost no shading on the characters and minimal background shading. Most of the characters were nondescript foxes or wolves, and the subject matter was illustrations of slice-of-life stuff in Tokyo/Japan. One distinct character was a wolf girl with white fur with black on her face and hair; there was also a fox high school girl.
All the art was in colour and the artist had a several books published on some Japanese websites, but no Pixiv profile. If anyone knows what I'm describing, please tell me. The art was beautiful.

Oh, good catch. Turns out I had pic #1 saved in my ro folder. Buckle up, there's a long story behind this.
I am pretty sure I am the one that made that crop. I have the crop saved with a modification time shortly after the original pic was posted. I knew I was the one that gave it the filename "winking wanko.png" but my memory is shit so I forgot making it. Sorry, it's my own fault for causing this mess, however I was able to learn some things because of it.
You can see it says "SurgicalArts for ロ (ro)" in the cropped corner. tl;dr that's the real artist, I didn't do this right away but you can find them in 2 seconds on e621 and get their pixiv here: https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=11969685
Instead I checked the date modified for the image and used twitter advanced search to find ro's tweets from around that time.

e621 has the most niche and autistic tags you can imagine. It makes searching for stuff really easy if stuff is tagged properly because you can narrow your search by a lot, but it also starts a lot of shit-flinging because western furry artists are cancer, especially in regards to gender tagging. tsampikos(?) removed all of his art from e621 because of character misgendering At least e621 kind of understands people search porn by sex, not gender identity.

The first is not exactly a well-known Kemono artist, even though his works looks nice. He doesn't have a Pixiv and/or Twitter account anymore, but you can still look at some of his works on Veebooru or Wildcritters. Worth a look if you're a Kemoshota fan.

The Second is obvious. It's Kishibe.
