Why is Christianity losing spiritual power?

I used to feel pretty comfy when I walked close to churches even if I wasn't a believer but recently I feel no energy emanating from them.

Anyone knows what's going on? even my very religious mom has stopped talking about God all of a sudden

It is only the main stream of Christianity that is losing its spiritual power, on the other hand, the gnostic side of Christianity (and when i mean by gnostic, i mean the concept in christian esotericism and not gnosticism) gains more spiritual power by your input, so if you focus your energy on the gnosis of esoteric christianity, maybe that part will actually bring back christianity to a more wider audience and consequently, its esoteric side.

The path is narrow and the way is difficult and those who find it are few, it wouldn't surprise me if most of the people today who profess to be Christian are merely culturally Christian and are falling away as the Tribulation comes upon us.

Remember, Christianity isn't a religion strictly speaking, it's not a series of rituals codes and traditions that you follow to earn your place in the afterlife; it's purely a relationship with God, the Self-Existent One, the Foundation of Being, the Essence of Reality Himself.
