shadow work. i have transformed from a full schizo into.. well not getting into it with it. same as meditation, but instead of focusing on breath.. focus on the things you avoid/hate/fear. if you sit with them calmly with no action and just experience you can get through them. they will not come back. you learn a shit ton from this too how the body/mind works. i will not spoil it as you will have goalposts and be disappointed when your ego desire is not fulfilled. face the darkness inside of you but be not afraid, if it could kill you it would have already, the only power it has is the power you give it. its a long and scary process, but im 40 and tried everything and its the only one i have stuck with for decades. i cant even begin to describe how much it has helped me. the foolish thing is trusting this society to help you. i mean, lol just look at it. doctors dont cure anything they just put you on pills for the rest of your damn life. only you can prevent mental fires. its all just patterns. also known as the ego.

I couldn't help you anyways, but just looking at your question I can only see you getting endless answers for various diverging paths that likely lead to nowhere or where you don't want to go.
I think you'll have to less vague than "inner transformation" and "growth" if you actually intend on getting useful suggestions. If you can't think of anything specific then you've yet to answer a question you should have asked yourself already.

Every system that has a real lineage and is not a modern, human invention. Sure, you can get to a certain "level" or pseudo-"realization" through draconian magick, qliphoth or "hermetic" qabalah working, but you'll reach a certain point that you will understand that it all was just a form of childish dabbling. If you want something serious and is not ready to commit for a real (living) system, research the greek and roman magic. The greek magical papyrus, etc.
