Bro, if you wanna help yourself, chances are you already know the way forward. Having a healthy body is the basis for improving every aspect of your life, and you can't improve that without exercise and a healthy diet. You can start out small with the exercise, doesn't matter if it's strength or endurance training as long as you just wanna get rid of the chub. Anything that gets you tired and sore is gonna burn fat, and that can even be walking if you're extremely out of shape. You're probably at least somewhat familiar with qigong and energy work. Even basic circulation techniques help a lot with body improvement, especially if you have a slow metabolism and your body only exists to stock up for winter.

Healthy eating doesn't mean breaking the bank on zoomer shakes or going on a black fast for a month. Just cut out as much fast-food as you can, avoid sugary drinks and snacks, and cook for yourself daily. At least 2 of your meals should be cooked by yourself, all 3 if you're at home most of the time. When you need to take half an hour to make a decent meal, you don't end up binge-eating, and the healthy snacks that keep well for a day or two, like avocado spread, tuna salad, that sorta stuff, is some of the healthiest shit you can eat on a budget, so that midnight meal won't hurt you as much.

Try to cut back on drinking. It can be fun to get tipsy on a quiet evening before watching a movie or zoning out to some music, but abusing that shit really wrecks every aspect of your metabolism and mental state.

Last thing kinda ties into this one, try to distance yourself from the things you can't change. You can't expect to turn everything around when even losing weight can be a challenge. Take things a step at a time, and don't hold yourself responsible for things outside your control. Most things that seem important are actually irrelevant to you, hold on to that inner core of your life that directly impacts you, and fix that before giving a shit about anything else.

Dimensional shifts are foundamentally just the universe aligning itself with your perception of it. The world shifts dimensions every moment, you just don't realize it because your mentality is stuck in a shit loop that keeps things from improving. Yeah, you can do huge single shifts by forcing yourself to believe an objectively false view of reality, and projecting that onto the world state intentionally. Problem is, the bigger the change, the harder it is to do, since your subconscious will start to question your bullshit. Also, the timeline you've moved to might have unforeseen differences, such as you never having bought that really handy tool you really need at this exact moment, or whatever. You get the idea.

Having a healthy outlook on life, with plenty of distance from things that you shouldn't give a shit about, already makes a huge difference in terms of what you can achieve, and the way the future will develop.

Sage for double-post.

Right now we are very limited in what we can do because of quarantine so to a certain extent we have to suffer. I work out every day but I can't sleep anymore and I'm losing my social gains I was making before quarantine kicked in. Just try to be more gentle with everything you do I guess, that's what I've been telling myself.

You can try gratitude praying. Essentially meditate on the feeling of comfyness, badassery and content. It can feel difficult at first to force a feeling out, but sit, clear your mind and do it. Help it out by forcing a smile or saying a few words of affirmation out loud. This is especially useful if you feel stupid or otherwise feel resistance to it. Just do it.

I have brought myself to tears of bliss with this. The emotional output will get your subconscious to align with that intention and you will see changes in the external world, even if they are subtle at first.

I suggest you make this a daily ritual. At some point you will notice those feelings come to you uncalled at random times, and you will spontaneously think "fuck, I love my life".

To add to this, imo, your focus should be influencing your subconciousness to see yourself as constantly improving and getting better. Change will take time to set in, depending on how long you've programmed yourself to be in the negative.

A good basic thing to start doing is a triplle whammy as described here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/JosephMurphy/comments/auzx60/training_task_4_alpha_programming_daily_regime/

1. AFFIRMATIONS - Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better and better. 1 x writing, 1 x reading 5 minutes each. Anytime during the workday (ie don't do this right after waking up or early in the morning when you're likely still at home etc) at least 3 hours apart.

2. SELF- HYPNOSIS - Visualise one of your 3 scenes with feelings. 10 min - 2 times a day. If at night, not earlier than 30 minutes before sleeping. If in the morning, only at least 30 minutes after waking up. Stick to the same scene every session day after day. However, if it gets a little boring, switch to your second scene, and so forth.

3. PRE-SLEEP PROCEDURE - Fall asleep with the slowly repeated verbal thought "all problems are already solved, it worked"etc. You can create your own words but stick to the idea that problems have been solved. Don't avoid the existence of problems.

Thats it. Repeat it every day until things have improved, do this for 2 months at least every day. You should actively "be" better as well. Work out, sleep well, eat good, work on things that matter to you. If you slip, get back in the saddle.

Read Joseph Murphy's The Power of Your Subconscious Mind as well. You could have anything you want, as long as you actively train your subconscious with what you want.

>Joseph Murphy's The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

I've skimmed over some parts of it, but what it seems to boil down to is visualising the desired results before sleep and before getting out of bed or even throughout the day.

"You get what you think about" is the best way to describe it.

I'm a little confused since some other works and anons around here have suggested not consciously thinking about your desired result which is exactly what this book suggests.

Think this is appropriate place to post this. I had the best day ever on Tuesday: When I finished work at 23:00 on Monday night, I saw on a WhatsApp friends' group that some douche released/abandoned baby raven chicks in the park. The moron wanted to release then into the wild, but they were still too young, and not ready to survive in the forest on their own. 1/3

So I woke up on Tuesday morning, asked my friends for directions to the exact spot they saw the raven babies, and I prepared beef fat and date bar and a cardboard box to put them in. I put it inside my rugsack and cycled to the park. I chilled out there, at the exact location, thinking that they must have been eaten by a predator during the night. But lo! I saw them playing with a woman seated at a picnic bench over there. I watched her for ages pretending to read a book on my phone. She was amazed that the young birds were so playful, well the reason they were so friendly is that's a survival strategy for baby animals. They need you to protect them so they are very clingy. When she finally left the park, I cycled over, quickly befriended the birds, fed them beef fat and I picked them up gently and put them into my box in my bag. Then I cycled home 2/3

So at home I spent the day working in the garden, playing with the intelligent ravens, getting them to jump from A to B for scraps of meat and watching them pick up bugs and insects as I overturned rocks.

Best day ever, but I was on DAY 3 of a transition to ZeroCarb, to cure my IBS and autism. I only eat beef, tallow, beef liver, salmon, cheddar cheese, butter. High fat Low Carbs. The transition to ZeroCarb is difficult, you will feel tired. I wasn't thinking clearly because I left the birds alone in the garden to go and take a nap, and they were eaten by a fox or owl or predators. 😰😰😰 So sad! I was just about to become a kick-ass druid wizard with 2 bad-ass ravens as familiars, and the I fucked up, bigly. I literally feel like this stuck in the wrong dimension guy. What a gift of the Gods to find 2 baby ravens in the park! 3/3

Dude, are you even aware how many wild animals go in and out of enclosed gardens when people don't look. It probably didn't take half an hour for the chicks to get munched on, once you left.

There's a reason chicks stay hidden in nests all day, you're not supposed to let them in exposed spaces for any length of time. You were never going to become a druid wizard, seeing how out-of-touch with reality you are.

I had to. First of all, anon's concept of what a druid even is, is completely wrong. It's better to rip these sort of ban-aids off early. If what you want is some sort of "harmony with nature" occult framework, alchemy and qigong are pretty much as close as you'll get.

The druidic tradition is a branch of the greater bardic school of magic, entirely based on sacred lore-songs, astronomy, and with a pragmatic approach to spirits and such. Your average druid is much more likely to coerce a nymph into doing his bidding for the benefit of his people, than to build a faggy altar for it.

Also, keto is spiritually inferior, wizards should get 99% of their energy from fruit sugars, you fruit.

WHAT nonononooooo fructose is really bad for you mate, most fruits are overall beneficial but fructose itself is pretty bad for you and using fructose exclusively as your source of energy can only lead to bad things in the long term. I'm not saying go keto I personally just did it for fat loss, but maybe consider adding in different sources of fuel

I don't know if anyone kept up the last decade but if you eat garbage (anything that isn't raw vegan) all your life and keep your organism dependent on external "vital" essences you're building a dependency and degenerate the intended functions. No one functions the same under the same premises yet your food "specialists" operate under the condition that a normal human body functions like a meat-eating degenerate's. Then they treat the body's readjustments as symptoms of malnutrition.

Fruits are nature's candy, they are for getting insulin resistant in the summertime so that you can pile on the pounds and fatten yourself up for winter, when food of any sort is scarce.

Hey guys, 🦅 one of the ravens has survived! I go out into the garden every morning at the same time to salute the Sun, 🌞

and he landed near me and started squaking. I have just realised that he was probably there to mourn his dead brother.

So he had an injured foot, and his feathers were grubby, so I poured out some water and he drank some and then took a bath in it.

He seemed a bit more unfriendly than before, he was probably pissed off that I didn't look after them properly and his brother got eaten. 😔 Then I went inside to bring him some meat, but he flew away.

Tomorrow if I see him again, I will take photos

Here's the corvid, I now think it's a crow, not a raven. I didn't see it for 4 days.

About diet for humans: it's either traditional Balinese type diet, which is low fat, high carb, lots of fruit and vegetables, that's healthy OR High fat,

low carb, which is necessarily a meat diet with little vegetables and no fruit. Both systems are healthy. Low carb, low fat is starvation, and high carb high fat is gouty, will give you the King's disease of gout.

I do the same ZeroCarb diet as Dr. Shawn Baker, Mikhailia Peterson's Lion Diet, which should really be called the animal fat diet, because you have to eat say 220g of fat and 110g of protein in total per day. Meat eaters animals can eat just once per day in the wild, but I eat dinner at 8pm and again Supper at midnight, because of my work schedule.

It's great because all day my stomach is empty and I can think clearer.

I have given up eating for pleasure, though. The reason I do ZeroCarb instead of the halfway Keto diet, is because if I eat any carbs at all I will suffer cravings all the time for candy, sweet milk, etc. This way I am free of cravings.

I should have clarified

eat fat+protein only = ZeroCarb diet, stay thin and you can eat steak everyday

eat carbs+protein+low fat = unhealthy IMO but you can stay thin If you manage your cravings and micromanage your meals, count calories etc.

You can eat vegetables and fruits and low fat meat.

eat fat+protein+carbs = you will gain weight, become obese.

Basically you have to chose between fat or carbs, you can't have both in you diet. Choose: steak or fruit. That's how fruit makes you fat, if you eat fat and protein on the same day.

On the carb diet you need to eat every 2 hours, that's why in Bali, Indonesia there are 6 rush hours a day, when everyone goes home to eat a high carb, low fat vegetable and sometimes meat meal.

That's inconvenient for me, I love that I only get hungry around 6pm and then I eat at 8pm, and again at midnight. 8pm = work break and midnight is the time I get home from work. I haven't eaten breakfast in the morning for at least a year

This is how you change dimensions in the multiverse: 2 pairs of mirrors for space and 2 pairs for time. The first pair is opposite in sign from the current dimension, so it creates a new one. The second pair makes an "U" in space and creates a "U" in time. For example, consider a multiverse where the first dimension is parallel to the second, but where the second dimension changes through a second mirror instead of flipping over from the current dimension.

You move through the mirrors into the dimension you want. The world turns up to twelve inches across, and is populated by portals, dark and sinister-looking, that let you pass through. You move through them, and as the sight of the far end of the world turns into a heady scintillating green of realms and worlds above the mundane, you become aware of something you should have known all along. There is an awful, awful void between the realms you have just entered and the ones you are on. As you move through, however, the void melts away, and your tunnel is replaced by a gleaming golden light as you pass through. As the golden light fades, so too does your tunnel - it has ceased to be a tunnel. You have to make sure to cross into the dimension before the golden light fades! Cannot stress that enough. Enter the portal when the portal is glowing golden again and you'll be fine.
