Well I want to be in regular contact with psychiatry so that I have easy access to anti psychotics should I lose touch with reality. I'm worried I might be schizo and if that's true my hallucinations will get worse over time without medication. Also I may be depressed but it's hard to focus on it when I feel like I have so many different mental issues. The drugs do help my anxiety though, however the SSRIs for depression are utterly useless. Dealing with depression through "self care" means that the situation I'm in is less likely to make me feel removed from reality and start hallucinating and thinking obviously false things. Although my problems seem directly tied to a sort of depersonalisation, I guess it could be different if they weren't. Either way it's definitely worth a try to do positive things instead of just sitting about wallowing in my opinion.
