ja od niedawna jem ciemny chleb i czuć różnicę, nie wypierdala tak insuliny w kosmos. ale dopiero od niedawna, bo wyrzut insuliny zacząłem czuć dopiero po prawie 40 latach żarcia białego chleba xD dosłownie do 38 lvla nigdy nie czułem się śpiący po jedzeniu chleba, a później zaczęło się zdarzać. inb4 zaraz ci stopy upierdolą, nie wierzę nawet w te dziadki o ujebanych nogach hipisa i łukaszka. owszem w skrajnych przypadkach zdarza się stopa cukrzycowa ale anoni o każdym grubasie który nie pokazuje regularnie że ma obie nogi będą tak pisać. ja akurat jestem chudy, ale z wiekiem organizm zaczyna podpowiadać co powinno się robić od zawsze
