The epiphany that I received about fully understanding all this stuff was after I understood that Saturday = Sabbath. No exceptions. Bible says Keep Sabbath Day Holy. Doesn't say 24 hours. Just day. Waking to sleeping is 10% of the week, around 16 hours I think it was. Don't have to be legalistic about it. Things do need to get done on the Sabbath just like every other day, but take some time to pause, relax, reflect, and rest. If I have a choice to mow the lawn on Sat or Sun I always do it Sunday. Or vacuum the house. Sometimes we go shopping on Saturday, which I don't really care for. I definitely don't like doing paid employment on Saturday.

Look at all other languages in the world. Saturday is some version of Sabbat Sabbath Sabbatmos or something like that.

A little about me and God and Yeshua.

I was an atheist for most my life. I found religion flawed at a very young age which steered me clear of God and Yeshua.

When my son was born he was 3 months premature and weighed 1.5 pounds. It was and still is a very traumatic experience.

When premies are born that young their eyes are not open and their skin is so fragile that touch can tear it, not being able to hold my son while he was in pain was hard. My son was on full life support.

His depiction of the overwhelmed Gerontius in Phase Seven of the poem, who begs to be taken for purgatorial cleansing rather than diminish the perfection of God and his courts of Saints and Angels by his continued presence, has become a popular expression of man's desire for healing through redemptive suffering. This scene of the poem has done much for the rehabilitation of the doctrine of purgatory which had previously come to be seen as a fearful terror rather than a state of final purification essentially positive in nature.

Newman said that the poem "was written by accident – and it was published by accident".[3] He wrote it up in fair copy from fifty-two scraps of paper between 17 January and 7 February 1865 and published it in May and June of the same year, in two parts in the Jesuit periodical The Month.[4] The poem inspired a choral work of the same name by Edward Elgar in 1900.

Gerontius owes much of its imagery to the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri, an allegorical depiction of traveling through the realms of the dead.

The poem is divided into seven phases the first detailing Gerontius's final minutes in this world with the later phases illustrating his journey through the courts of Heaven.

First Phase

Gerontius is a dying man, who on his death bed in his final moments prays to Jesus and Mary for protection and receives the last sacraments. Gerontius isn’t confident with where he’s going in the afterlife and acknowledges he could be going to hell. Gerontius's friends pray to God, listing all the figures from the Bible who were provided with similar passages into Heaven. At the end of the phase a priest intones the "Proficiscere" and bids Gerontius to go forth to the inexpressible joys that await him

I wanted to follow up with this for others.

I attempted my limited mediation abstinence period with this during the prescribed time with a few unintended falters. No alcohol, no sex / masturbation, I slipped and had meat trying to find the balance of a new diet, was unable to abstain from MMJ, though I am able to see the ratios that work for me much better.

It was during this time period where I hit a bunch of insights. Some good, some bad, all of them far deeper than normal.

I would recommend others trying it in whatever way you see fit and see if it helps. I will attempt it again next month if the numbers/signs align properly for me to do so.

I understand why not to use the water from your house as the water receives so much stress getting there. Even bottles of water undergo stress before they are bottled. Besides collecting rain water and filtering it for stress free water. I have an idea. Run your tap water through a purifier ex. Berkey and place it in a glass bottle or vessel and do what Masaru Emoto does and tell it your intentions of love for it and write words of encouragement on the bottle and even better yet let the water know what you are using it for. I store my water in empty GT's (good times) synergy kombucha bottles. I like them because ever bottle represents a different color chakra and has a positive message. It also helps if you have a blocked chakra and drink that color of bottle.

Ah yes thank you for the reminder on putting crystals in water! I was doing that before and I put a crystal in and it dissolved slowly in the water so you need to be careful of that as well!

I stopped drinking the kombucha because of the sugar and now I use different fermentation foods for the stomach goodness they provide ex. Sauerkraut.

Sugar is by far the hardest thing to get rid of in your diet in my experience. It is hidden in everything and the withdrawal is worse then when I quit smoking. One of the ways I avoid it is using whole organic natural foods and nothing processed.

This is a favorite phrase of someone close to me that helped me through some of my darker times. I was creating my own pain and then frustrated that I was in so much pain. When doing it, I could not see it for what it was.

In my view, this is what you have created for yourself here.

I am now 5 1/2 hours into the Passio stuff you recommended. I am learning a lot, but I still do not agree with everything the way he views it. However, one of the pieces that is clear to me in that content is the ownership of yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions. You have the Right to your choices and actions, and you own that right and everything that comes with it.

If I look back to last week right before started your alter trajectory, the board had several of us flowing ideas off of each other in cooperation. There was good information and discussion. At some point, it felt to me that you took a hard leap in logic. That leap in logic made it so that "flow" disconnected for me. I could not engage because a new barrier was put up… There was nothing that I could grab into because it was such a dramatic shift.

To illustrate I will use Letters as Concepts:

The Board and anon's involved where building understandings of concepts.

A - B - C - D = Fairly well-known concepts. As the collective grew, new concepts were solidified.

E - F - - I = The group was evolving and a leap in logic to "I" was ok because we could figure out how to connect back.

E -> G - H -> I = We could work together to reverse engineer and fill in the gap.

I - J - - T = We were flowing and then it feels like you introduced "T" with no logic to connect. This shift was dramatic and significant.

As we worked to understand and figure out what "T" was, it feels to me that then you hoped to "V"

There is no way to connect the logic and you did not offer stepping stones. You stood on "V" and I had no way to trust that "V" is true. or of good intent, or even if "V" was actually "5". There was no way to connect the puzzle pieces.

So when you say….

Yes, you are, but that is your responsibility to close that gap. You can not get frustrated with anyone here because we could not close that gap. It was your gap and your logic leap. If you believe "V" to be correct that is your right, I will never challenge it, however, if you want other people to understand how you got there, that is your burden.

When people started to challenge or question your stance on "V" your response was defiant and absolute. You considered yourself correct and that was that. And now you decide to walk away.

See the wound for what it is and from where it came. Own it; you chose it. You can choose to heal the wound too. If the goodby from this board is your path for now, so be it, but I know our paths will cross in Time and I look forward to sharing some Time again.
