It's quite a long shot but were the contents of the GURPS Traveller CD ROM 3 from FFE (https://www.farfuture.net/Contents%20CDROM%20GURPS%20Traveller%203.pdf) (specifically the JTAS archive) ever encountered in the wild? Greg Gillespie has released his latest Megadungeon, Highfell. A center for high wizardry long fallen into ruin. The complex has close to 20 wizards towers and pyramids, 10 dungeons linking many of them, and enough strangeness to keep a campaign going for quite a long time.
