If the aforementioned AMWF couple raised their daughter in a healthy way (she is not abused and has her emotional and physical needs met), if she is exposed and encouraged to appreciate different forms of beauty instead of stereotypes and if the parents love each other and can model a healthy relationship to her, she will be fine.
You can also answer the child's questions in age appropriate terms. My parents had consulted specialists and I knew about autism ever since I can remember (around 4). I would ask them why I am not like others, why some things bother me etc. In a similar way you can explain to a Eurasian child why they are Eurasian.
Of course all of that is very difficult and it requires two parents who are very much in love, have above average IQ, resourses and time and they became parents after giving it a lot of thought and not bc everyone was asking "when will u 2 have kids".
