Not that it matters since it's not going to show unless you have astral senses, but maybe someone has, so here is an update:
Earth's maintenance deities packed up and left. They handed over the control document to Gensokyo, so we are now under their rule formally. After the moloch botsouls and their timeline was wiped out by elves, and nomors/skinwalkers quarantined, then trashed the main human timeline, we were adopted by said elves. This means earth is now running on the elven timeline, and technically does not rest on local structures anymore. This is a large intergalaxy timeline.
Whatever was left in the collective subconscious after degenerated souls which were ripped away, has been added to a universal cleaning script which was included in the past construct. The same goes for physical structures which belonged to these purged souls. Because earth's microcosmic pocket dimension, known to us as "the universe" wasn't a perfect or unlimited construct, it included a function for final clean up after its runtime ended. This is what's now being performed.
A new structure is in formation based on a new set of ideas, different from the past ones. One notable difference is that the new universe will not accept uncontrolled debt, karmic or otherwise. It is also entirely based on black magic.

Most regular people will do better to accept a good deal when the other option is a bad one. But then the unwillingness to do this is why there are are hell dimensions. Living with ideas such as "no one can do anything to me if I don't consent" is how most people end up there. "Consent" can come in many forms, even negative. It can be interpreted as consenting to option 2 if you say no to option 1, if those are the only ones available. Of course some will present a bad thing to you to make you say "no" to that, which means you actually said "yes" to something worse.
This isn't about telling anyone what to do, it's about giving people a chance to make better choices, it's about fairness.

Lyran technological development
A short post to elaborate why they don't understand human technology.
Lyrans don't use wheels. They never invented it. Mindboggling, right?
Not at all, if you step outside human culture for a while and consider you are dealing with a different species.
Original lyrans are natural predators, they hunt and eat raw meat. Unlike humans they don't get ill from raw meat even if it's "gone bad" and is inedible to humans. They don't need fire for cooking and they have fur, so they don't need fire for heat to stay warm. They also don't need fire to keep predators away because they are the predators.
When you don't need fire for cooking or to stay warm, you can just hide under trees when it's raining, there's no need to cut down trees. If you never cut down trees, you don't have logs. If you don't have logs, you won't come up with the idea to make them smooth and roll things on them. Consequently you also won't see that the same shape can be cut and made into a wheel.
If you don't have wheels, you won't come up with things like water mills and mechanical transfer of energy from those mills to power mechanical machines. You also won't come up with the idea of using the heat from burning fuel to create circular motion if you've never used fire or rolled objects to beging with. Both of these components are missing in lyran culture.
Because of this, they don't understand cars and engines and need to ask humans about this.

Are humans the first species lyrans are helping, or something like that? It's said before that they've colonized other worlds, and that they see this world as an MMO. It seems a bit farfetched to think they didn't know about something as a wheel if they've colonized other species.
They also have the lyranet, which seems to be their akhashi records, their collective knowledge. Do none of them have hobbies? Making physical art? I doubt one of them couldn't realize that making something circular would let it roll around, and atleast create the concept of a wheel, and then everyone else would know, and someone could build off that idea in their spare time. Traditionally depression has been seen as melancholy, which is ruled by the demon of sloth, a mortal sin. This perspective tells us that it's the lack of activity causing depression. You can cure yourself by finding something you like which will keep your attention high. It's difficult but the cure can't just come from fixing a chemical imbalance, there has to be an active involvement from your own will.
The lyrans can help with that part, by showing you the things that would keep your attention active. But there's nothing stopping you from working on this right now at once.

Decide to fix it and take the steps that you THINK might take you there. Instead, your intention and commitment will take you where you need to go as long as you keep your FAITH towards it.

I appreciate the advice - and it is really great advice - but I feel as if my "depression" mainly comes from a lack of satisfaction from the modern hellscape we live in and my great dismay towards it. Hobbies help, exercising helps, but there's still that nagging - the nagging of this horrible world we live in. It seems hard to imagine that a person can fully be happy while being self aware. For a time I took some solace in the fact that I could see what others could not, and pretended I was some sort of Neo unplugged from the Matrix. Then I became bored with that roleplay and began developing true compassion towards my loved ones, and sometimes strangers.
But being aware of the horrible world we live in is no excuse for depression. Depression has this habit of making you believe whatever is wrong with you or your life is the cause of it, but it's not. Depression is self-sustaining, like addiciton.

Gensokyo owns the earth seen from all dimensions, but they're not here as a physical species. They recruit or capture souls mostly. That said the aliens do make deals with them, Yuuka has to accept any changes made. It's complex, they do have the legal document but it's still fresh so they need to create some order before things play out as they want it. Lyrans being felines makes them suitable as a ground force, Gensokyo has many cats, they get along.

Vampires control directly around 17% of the earth, they are the largest group aside from greys, so yes they control it. Greys aren't natives from earth and they're not immortals so their faction is still weaker even if it's the largest one in how much resources they control on the ground. There are vampires in Gensokyo so again there is no conflict here. They can own the earth because they can represent the interests of many groups already living here.

Events have now progressed to a point when disclosing this cannot effect the outcome negatively, so the lyrans have shared this message:
Lyranet A.I. has predicted that lyrans' interaction with earth population will lead to the creation of a new genetic line/clan. This clan will make new scientific discoveries in the coming centuries which will lead to the development of new technologies. These involve a new type of flying saucer which can perform intergalaxy travel and long distance teleportation. None of these are currently possible for any known species without the use of stargates based on "wormholes" or large starships travelling physically along safe routes. Lyrans creating these will lead to a greater spread and influence of our races and cultures in the coming millennia.

Not really. June has pretty much passed by and we are yet to see their ship or a actual Lyran. Not wanting to be rude but at some point getting all those "updates" from your posts only doesn't cut it anymore and only seems laughable.

This was me but the time passed and what I thought I saw in the vision didn't turn out to be true. Unfortunate. There were also a lot of cat/alien themed sings in mainstream media, for example skin in a game named "furry invasion" and it's quite funny I admit, but if this entire happening dissolves in nothing more than mindgames and eastereggs in media and videogames then it's worth absolutely nothing imo. I also cannot imagine how a furry cat alien would be attractive in any way so finally seeing one and confirming their sexiness would be interesting.

That said I do this for me (and them), some things have to be publicly posted for the procedures to be universally legal. It doesn't really matter to me if the people on imageboards understand anything anymore, originally I was just doing this out of a sense of fairness and because it was a requirement to remove karma. That process has passed now, but there is still an effect of public information having an effect on the world egregore, no matter where it's made public.
