Okay, this is probably a super newbie question, but I need help with this. For some reason, most avatars I try to equip are currently broken, with the knees not aligned and the eyes sitting too far back. I know the issue is on my end, but when I asked on the official SL forums I got an answer that didn't help me at all, so I'm turning to you lot who I figure probably know more anyway.

How do I fix this? Furry dog avi is just the one example I already have handy, this is happening to every avatar I have except my Kobold.

You are deformed right now. Take off everything (detach all), and relog. The kobold avatar has deformations in it, so it's likely what deformed you in the first place, or why it works properly.

Relogging will fix all your deformation issues.

If you're not trying to get head sized breasts, you can just either make a separate shape, separate physics layer, or both for when you're naked to get a somewhat more natural look.

At one point Maitreya was clearly better and cheaper. Belleza's alpha hud has improvement plus the addition of two bodies makes things more even.

I prefer the Lara aesthetically in most respects for the shape I go for anyway, but on balance Belleza may be ahead at this point (except that two of the bodies aren't frequently supported.)

AMD Drivers Resident 03/28/15 (Sat) 12:54:09 No.7433 [Open Thread]

For anybody else having certain issues with Advanced Lighting and shadows in SL the current amd beta driver 15.3 fixes it.

Do a clean install first though, and then either upgrade to 15.3, or if you aren't a fan of using the beta drivers, revert back to 14.4 till the new driver is out of beta :v

14.9 - 14.12 are the ones with bugs
The problems in AdvancedLighting with 14.9, and invisible rigged mesh with 14.12

We have a couple of big giving events going on this month! The first event we have planned is a creative Secret Santa – where participants, instead of buying gifts, will make them for each other. Everyone is welcome to participate: mesh builders, artists, writers and everyone else – so long as what you make is in good spirit! More info can be found in the Secret Santa present and below

The second event we have planned is a freebie tree for everyone to put gifts under. The only rule for that is it can’t be ripped from other sources, nothing from other content creators or games. Otherwise anything goes, just be sure to label it and set the object for anyone to copy/buy for L$0.
