More like strip UNO, but not quite UNO, with some flairs and abilities and some RPG elements involved. (typical HP and MP)
You always have 5 cards in your hand. You try to get the best combo with what you have. This GIF here demonstrates how that works.
You also get mana, which can be spent on abilities. Starting abilities include shuffle, which drops your current deck and replaces it with another deck, healing, which obviously restores HP, wild card, which lets you add a card to your combo that normally wouldn't be allowed, and blocking, which prevents a card from getting hit.
There's various playstyles involved, especially when you level up enough to gain access to different abilities.
Nice part about BARE is you can play it anywhere where you can rez.

The most you need to know is how to set up RLV folders. The BARE HUD might help on telling how to do that. BARE will work with any outfit, be it on a human mesh, furry, anime or whatever.
JasX HUD outfits can also be used for BARE. I believe those outfits in particular allow an underwear layer too.
There's two important things to note when setting up RLV folders.
• When copying your outfits, be sure to right click and "paste as link". Useful if you happen to have any trashy no-copy items.
• How RLV folders work is things get detached and attached from that folder when things happen. Example being if your torso layer breaks in BARE, the contents of your "Dressed/Torso" or "#BARE_Chest" folder detaches, and anything from "Bits/Torso" or "#BARE_Chest_Nude" will be attached.
