Lawmakers from nine European countries ripped Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg after the company chose to send its vice president of policy solutions Richard Allen in his place.
The UK's Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport tweeted a picture of an empty chair with the caption "Where is Mark Zuckerberg?"
Zuckerberg has repeatedly declined to appear in front of UK lawmakers - ducking a similar hearing in April when the company sent its chief technology officer, Mich Schroepfer. That same month the Facebook CEO appeared in front of US lawmakers to answer questions - however, thanks to a November 14 New York Times exposé, we know that Facebook lobbyists have been able to influence which topics lawmakers would avoid, thanks in part to New York Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer, whose daughter works at Facebook.
What's more, after his robotic April appearance in front of Congress, Facebook was allowed to send it's Chief Operating Officer, Sheryl Sandberg, in his place.

Ukrainian Navy ships which entered Russian waters off Crimea’s shores had counterintelligence officers on board, Kiev’s security service confirmed.
Vasily Gritsak, head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), confirmed that counterintelligence officers were on the ships which entered Russian waters in the Kerch Strait on Sunday.
The agents were routinely providing “counterintelligence support to the Ukrainian Navy unit,” an SBU statement reads.
Counterintelligence officers are usually embedded with the military and deployed to the frontline, the agency said, adding, “it will always remain so.”
Gritsak accused Russia of using excessive force against Ukrainian vessels. Citing some “confirmed intelligence,” the statement alleged that a Russian aircraft had fired two missiles at the Ukrainian vessels during the standoff, leaving one SBU officer “seriously wounded.”
It comes after the FSB said there were two Ukrainian operatives on board who coordinated the “provocation” in the Kerch Strait. Russia’s security agency also filmed three men, identified as an SBU counterintelligence agent, a Navy officer and a sailor.
Speaking on camera, they said the crews deliberately ignored orders to stop after the ships entered Russia’s territorial waters. There were small arms on board the ships as well as machine guns with ammunition, according to service members.
The FSB has also asserted that the provocative mid-sea encounter was in fact ordered by the Ukrainian government. Top Russian officials had previously voiced similar statements, accusing Kiev of trying to win sympathies in the West, put pressure on Russia and help President Petro Poroshenko cement power.
Kiev responded conspicuously fast to the Kerch Strait incident, with Poroshenko announcing that a period of martial law would be imposed. The Ukrainian military was also put on combat alert following the naval standoff.
Some observers, however, noted the timing of the event as it came ahead of the Trump-Putin meeting at the G20 summit and the start of presidential campaign in Ukraine.

House Republicans unveil new tax bill
On Monday evening, House Republicans unveiled their new tax bill. The 297-page bill will likely receive a vote in the House before the end of the week.
What’s in this bill?
This bill will
make permanent an existing credit for railroad track maintenance;
get rid of tax breaks for biodiesel and renewable diesel;
extend some existing tax cuts that were set to expire, including excise tax credits for alternative fuel;
revive some expired tax cuts, including ones related to renewable energy and motorsports;
give additional tax breaks to start-up businesses;
make updates to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, including fixing drafting errors and addressing part of that older law that prevents businesses from deducting sexual harassment payouts if a nondisclosure agreement is involved — the original version was seen as being detrimental to victims; and
provide tax relief for people in disaster zones, including those affected by Hurricane Florence, Hurricane Michael, Typhoon Mangkhut, Typhoon Yutu, the Mendocino Wildfire, the Camp and Woolsey Wildfires, and the Kilauea volcanic eruption and earthquake. Typhoon Mangkhut swept through Guam and the Marshall Islands. Typhoon Yutu inflicted heavy damage on the Northern Mariana Islands. All three of these places are American territories.
House Republicans have not yet released an estimated tab for the tax package. Tax cuts can stimulate the economy, which can lead to more revenue for the government overall.
In a statement announcing the new bill, House Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady (R-Texas) said, “This broad, bipartisan package builds on the economic successes we continue to see throughout our country. The policy proposals in this package have support of Republicans and Democrats in both chambers. I look forward to swift action in the House to send these measures to the Senate.”
Brady claims to have the support of both parties in the House of Representatives.
The bill will likely face tougher sledding in the Senate. On Monday, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), the ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, had complained that House Republicans were not “negotiating with Democrats” on this bill.
What happens next?
The House Rules Committee is already scheduled to meet regarding this legislation on Wednesday. Once they’re done, it will proceed to the floor of the House for a vote. From there, it will move to the Senate where it will need 60 votes to pass and be sent to President Donald Trump’s desk.

Right-wing author Jerome Corsi claims in a forthcoming book that he has a joint defense agreement with President Donald Trump and was provided limited immunity during his testimony before special counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury to discuss a “cover story” he claims he crafted for Trump confidant Roger Stone.
Corsi, who has been interviewed six times in the investigation over the course of more than two months, writes in “Silent No More: How I Became a Political Prisoner of Mueller’s ‘Witch Hunt,'” which The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained, that he entered into the defense agreement with Trump after being advised that Trump’s lawyer, Jay Sekulow, was interested in the arrangement.
Describing his interactions with the special counsel’s office, Corsi claims he was granted what’s known as “limited use immunity” for testimony he gave during his Sept. 21 grand jury appearance regarding his conversations with Stone about a Aug. 31, 2016 memo he wrote about former Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta.
Corsi says he received immunity for testimony that he and Stone developed a cover story to help explain Stone’s now-infamous Aug. 21, 2016, tweet that it would “soon be [the] Podesta’s time in the barrel.”
Corsi testified that he and Stone hatched a plan in which Corsi would write a memo about the Podestas to allow Stone to cite it as the basis for his tweet. The revelation, if accurate, would undercut Stone’s testimony to the House Intelligence Committee that opposition research on the Podesta brothers’ business activities was the catalyst for the tweet.
Stone vehemently denied Corsi’s claim about the origin of the memo to TheDCNF on Monday. He insisted that he and Corsi discussed the Podesta brothers’ activities and that his tweet was a reference to opposition research that would come out on the topic.
He also noted that Corsi has not claimed to have emails or text messages supporting his contention about the memo.
Corsi announced the release of his book Monday in an interview and said that he had rejected a plea offer from Mueller’s team. Corsi, 72, claimed that prosecutors wanted him to plead guilty to making false statements regarding WikiLeaks. He rejected the offer, saying that he would not plead guilty to a crime he did not commit.

THE KAVANAUGH EFFECT: Groups Ask SCOTUS To Hear Case That Could Overturn Roe
A group of organizations have called on the Supreme Court to hear a case that could trigger the court to overturn the infamous Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion.
The group comprised of the Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, National Association of Evangelicals, Concerned Women for America, National Legal Foundation and Pacific Justice Institute, filed a brief on November 15 with the Court asking the justices to review an Indiana case which blocked enforcement of a law signed by then-Governor Mike Pence in 2016 that required doctors to inform their patients that abortions were not permitted because of the unborn baby’s "race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, or diagnosis or potential diagnosis of the fetus having Down syndrome or any other disability." The justices could decide to overturn Roe and the 1992 Planned Parenthood v. Casey opinion that reaffirmed Roe. Justice Anthony Kennedy, who was replaced by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, voted to side with Planned Parenthood in 1992.
After Pence signed the law, Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky challenged it; a federal judge permanently blocked the state from enforcing it, as the Baptist Press reports. In April 2018, a three-judge panel of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago agreed with the federal judge. Judge William Bauer, writing for the court, noted that Roe recognized a right to privacy “broad enough to encompass a woman’s decision whether or not to terminate her pregnancy,” that “this right is not unqualified,” and that it must be balanced “against important state interests in regulation.” He added of the Indiana law:
The non-discrimination provisions clearly violate this well- established Supreme Court precedent, and are therefore, unconstitutional. The provisions prohibit abortions prior to viability if the abortion is sought for a particular purpose. These provisions are far greater than a substantial obstacle; they are absolute prohibitions on abortions prior to viability which the Supreme Court has clearly held cannot be imposed by the State.
The group asking the Court to hear the state of Indiana’s appeal of the decision is also asking the Supreme Court to reconsider Roe because the scope of Roe was so wide, invalidating all state restrictions on abortion. It is possible that the Supreme Court could side with the state of Indiana and decide the law is constitutional without touching Roe. Attorney Rick Claybrook, who wrote the brief, told the Baptist Press that the case offers the Supreme Court the opportunity to consider how "the abortion license" as adumbrated by the court and the "the very strong principles with respect to nondiscrimination on the basis of categories which are inherited, that one can't do anything about” cross paths. He added that although the justices could find for Indiana without touching Roe, they could also argue, "[T]his law seems to be in tension with other law, so what is causing the tension? Maybe an over-expansive view of the abortion license as [we] have interpreted it. (The court) could fix it by cutting back on Roe or Casey."
By November 1, 2018, only North Dakota had banned disability-based abortions; only Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and South Dakota had banned sex-selected abortions, according to the Guttmacher Institute. The Baptist Press notes, “A review published in 2012 reported an 85 percent rate of abortion after a Down syndrome diagnosis in hospital-based studies.”

Mississippi Senate candidate Mike Espy helped Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign secure a much needed “boost” to move past news reports of an extramarital affair with Gennifer Flowers.
The issue had threatened to derail Clinton’s presidential campaign.
In a lengthy dialogue on May 15, 2006 that was part of the “Presidential Oral Histories” project at the Miller Center of Public Affairs, Espy recalled helping Clinton turn out a big crowd in traditionally conservative Mississippi less than 48 hours after Clinton, joined by his wife Hillary, infamously took to 60 Minutes on January 26, 1992 to deny an extramarital relationship with Flowers.
Later, in a 1998 deposition, Clinton admitted to having a sexual encounter with Flowers.
Flowers says she had a 12-year affair with Clinton, and previously told this reporter that Hillary Clinton was aware of the alleged affair for much of that time. Flowers also said that Clinton personally paid $200 for her to have an abortion in 1977.
In 1992, then-congressman Espy served as co-chairman of Clinton’s state campaign in Mississippi. Espy would later serve as Clinton’s Secretary of Agriculture from 1993-1994.
More than a decade before the #MeToo movement, Espy described to the Miller Center how he helped Clinton get past the controversy around Flowers.

UK Lawmakers Call for ‘Islamophobia’ to Be Officially Classed as Racism
A group of British Parliamentarians have demanded “Islamophobia” be officially classed as a form of racism in the UK, claiming the country is deeply prejudiced and unfair towards Muslims.
The new parliamentary report blames “prevalent” Islamophobia for divisions, hate crimes, and even terror attacks. It also appears to reject claims criminalising comments about Islam will restrict free speech and calls for an official definition of “Islamophobia.”
Examples of “Islamophobia” listed including claiming it is terrorism to support an independent Palestine, calling Muhammad a paedophile, and “claims of Muslims spreading Islam by the sword or subjugating minority groups under their rule.”
The document comes from the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on British Muslims, which is led by leading anti-Brexit Tory MP Anna Soubry.
Tory Peer Baroness Warsi, the group’s Treasurer, commented on the document release: “Islamophobia is a form of racism – like antisemitism it’s time it got its own definition.”
Labour MP Wes Streeting added: “Islamophobia isn’t just anti-Muslim hatred. It’s about everyday discrimination that takes place — targeting Muslimness or perceived Muslimness. It is rooted in racism and is a type of racism. It can be deliberate or unconscious bias.”
The findings were also backed by the Muslim Council of Britain, linked to the pro-Caliphate Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, which was recently criticised for working with groups calling for apostates to be killed.

These senile imbeciles cast the wrong votes on bills, can’t remember what happened yesterday, and it seems having all that power is causing more brain damage. Could it be that toxic, experimental prescription medications, when mixed with flu shots, aspirin, blood thinner, cholesterol medications, and over-the-counter synthetic meds are kicking dementia into full gear? It definitely appears so.

El Gato began his career as a Mexican federal agent working in the border state of Sonora where he learned advanced law enforcement and surveillance tactics. Mexican intelligence sources revealed to Breitbart News that during his time as a cop, he developed a network of official contacts who, to this day, continue their protection and intelligence support.
Villarreal climbed the ranks of the Beltran Leyva Cartel until he became a regional boss for the Monterrey area. He is now engaged in a fierce territorial battle with his former boss, Hector “La Burra or HH” Huerta Rios. The fight between Villarreal and Huerta Rios began after the latter was released from prison. Villarreal is believed to be targeting all known associates of his former boss, however, Mexican authorities are hesitant to intervene, according to official sources.

Russia is deploying a Bal coastal defense system near the Crimean port city of Kerch, according to a video appeared online on November 27.
The video shows at least one Bal launcher on the road linking Kerch with another Crimean port city – Sevastopol. According to reports, the launcher was moving in the direction of Kerch city, located near Kerch Strait.
The Bal coastal defense missile system employs Kh-35 anti-ship cruise missiles. Every launcher carries 8 containers with missiles, which are capable to strike targets within the range of 130/260 km (depending on the modification). The Kh-35 is equipped with a 145 kg High Explosive Fragmentation warhead. It’s designed to defeat ships with the displacement of up to 5 000 t.
The deploment of the Bal coastal defense system near Kerch follows the November 25 incident in near Kerch Strait when 3 Ukrainian warships violated Russian territorial waters and was detained by Russian coastal guard after a live fire incident.

Szijjarto named migration among the EU’s ongoing challenges. He said migration had heightened the threat of terrorism in Europe.
When hundreds of thousands are allowed to enter the continent unchecked, certain terrorists take advantage of such a lax policy, he said. This is why migration is also a security issue, he said.
Meanwhile, he said every country should have the opportunity to provide its own solutions to its demographic challenges, and this did not necessarily have to be in the form of immigration.
Border protection is also a question of sovereignty and even the Schengen Agreement mandates the protection of Europe’s external borders, Szijjarto said.
The minister also said Europe should return to its Christian roots. He called it “unacceptable” that Christian symbols were being removed in certain places in western Europe.

MINSK, November 27./TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev believes Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko has no chances of winning the next year’s presidential election.
"It is obvious that incumbent President Poroshenko has no chances to win in the elections as things stand at the moment, and maybe even no chances to continue to the second round," Medvedev told reporters. He believes the Kerch Strait provocation was apparently undertaken "to achieve certain decisions politically advantageous for the incumbent president".
He said certain Ukrainian analysts spoke about a possible scenario like the one that unfolded in the Kerch Strait back a year ago within the context of the upcoming presidential election in Ukraine.
Medvedev said the incident was not discussed at a session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Minsk. "This is not the issue to be discussed in Minsk," he explained.
According to Medvedev, the incident in the Kerch Strait may be fraught with problems for the Ukrainian economy. "Obviously, this incident [in the Kerch Strait] is an additional complication of the processes going on in Ukraine," he said. "It will create or, at least, may create serious problems for Ukraine’s economy."
"And, naturally, it will do no good to the relations between Russia and Ukraine," he added.
On November 25, three Ukrainian naval ships breached the Russian state border in the Kerch Strait. The Ukrainian ships did not respond to the legitimate demands coming from the vessels of the Border Service of the Russian Security Service (FSB) and the Black Sea Fleet that had pursued them in order to stop them immediately and thwart their dangerous maneuvers. Because of their blatant refusal to submit to the order, gunfire had to be used to stop the intruding Ukrainian ships. Three Ukrainian servicemen were lightly injured and later received medical treatment. In addition, the ships were detained. A criminal case was launched into the breach of the Russian state border. Later in the day, following Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko’s order, the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine decided to impose martial law in the country.

The Senate may vote on a bill to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller in order to make sure President Trump’s judicial nominees are installed.
Lawmakers are planning on attaching legislation to protect Mueller to a high-priority spending bill.
This potential logjam on Trump’s judicial nominees is thanks to RINO of all RINOs, Jeff Flake.
A couple weeks ago, outgoing Arizona Senator Jeff Flake vowed to withhold his vote for any judicial nominees until legislation protecting dirty cop Robert Mueller is brought for a vote.
“I have informed the Majority Leader that I will not vote to advance any of the 21 judicial nominees pending in the Judiciary Committee or vote to confirm the 32 judges awaiting confirmation on the Senate floor until S.2644 is brought to the full Senate for a vote,” Flake said.
Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX) said Tuesday on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show that the Senate could vote on a spending bill with legislation attached to protect Mueller.
“There is a possibility we will have a vote on the so-called Mueller protection bill. But I think there really is some serious constitutional issues on that, and I certainly don’t support it. I don’t think the president’s going to fire Bob Mueller. We are checking with our members now to see exactly… how it would come out. It may be that he does get that opportunity,” Cornyn said.
According to Politico, John Cornyn told reporters Tuesday morning that Republicans are willing to hold a vote “if that’s what it’s going to take” to move more judicial nominees.
“We are whipping the bill to see where people are, to give us an idea of what the outcome would be. That’s the leaders call. … its entirely up to Sen. McConnell,” Cornyn added.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) previously announced he will not support a bill to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Google Employees Push to Stop Project Dragonfly
Eleven employees comprising engineers and managers at Alphabet Inc’s Google published an open letter on Nov. 27, demanding that the company end development of a censored search engine for Chinese users, escalating earlier protests against the secretive project.
Google has described the search app, known as Project Dragonfly, as an experiment not close to launching. But as details of it have leaked since August, current and former employees, human rights activists and U.S. lawmakers have criticized Google for not taking a harder line against the Chinese regime’s policy that politically sensitive results be blocked.
Human rights group Amnesty International also launched a public petition on Tuesday calling on Google to cancel Dragonfly. The organization said it would encourage Google workers to sign the petition by targeting them on LinkedIn and protesting outside Google offices.
About 1,400 of Google’s tens of thousands of workers urged the company in August to improve oversight of ethically questionable ventures, including Dragonfly. They sent a letter to the company leadership, saying Dragonfly broke the company’s ethics rules for artificial intelligence development. They also demanded transparency, saying the secretive development of Dragonfly denied them information “to make ethically-informed decisions about our work, our projects, and our employment.” The text of the letter was published by Gizmodo.
Google has long sought to have a bigger presence in China, the world’s largest internet market. It needs government approval to compete with the country’s dominant homegrown internet services.
The employees who signed their names on Tuesday’s letter said they had seen little progress, and expect more colleagues to publicly back the push to cancel Dragonfly.
The letter expresses concern about the Chinese regime’s tracking dissidents through search data and suppressing truth through content restrictions.
“We object to technologies that aid the powerful in oppressing the vulnerable, wherever they may be,” the employees said in the letter published on blogging service Medium.
The Chinese communist regime runs the world’s most sophisticated system of internet censorship and requires foreign companies to censor topics it deems “sensitive,” such as democracy, human rights, and the ongoing persecution in China of Tibetans, Falun Gong practitioners, human rights activists, and others. Now for my theory of habbenings:
Trump wins, Rosenstein (once nominated by Bush to the 4th District Court of Appeals, senate took no action) is a semi-white hat, but his wife is getting paid real well by the Clintons, so he’s walking a tight line. Knows Trump is not what everyone thought would win and goes into preservation mode and like a good lawyer, makes no waves.

So Trump comes in gets his intel from Admiral Rogers at NSA and Military Intelligence and immediately identifies his position and the action to be taken. Enter the DOJ and Jeff Sessions who immediately recuses himself and effectively puts Rod Rosenstein in charge of Muh Russia.
Trump contacts Rosenstein, tells him early on what his role will be. And the timing of events and the hell he will have to go through from all sides, if he wants to save his wife, because the Clintons are an evil pair and to dethrone a king you must kill the king. Watergate Was Pedogate
