The entire West Virginia Supreme Court was just impeached. Here’s everything you need to know.
West Virginia lawmakers made a historic decision Monday: They voted to impeach the state’s entire Supreme Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state.
What are the details?
The West Virginia House of Delegates Judiciary Committee approved 14 articles of impeachment against the court’s four sitting justices last week. Their alleged grievances ranged from misusing taxpayer money for office renovations to using state-owned property, including a historic desk, for personal use.
The full House of Delegates considered the articles of impeachment on Monday, ultimately approving 11 of them through a series of votes that fell along party lines, the New York Times reported.
Eight of the articles targeted the court’s chief justice, Allen Loughry, who, according to the Times, has been suspended since June. Among other accusations, he is accused of lying to lawmakers and using state property for his personal use, including vehicles and gas cards.
The remaining justices --- acting Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Robin Davis and Elizabeth Walker — were impeached on three articles. Workman and Davis were impeached for overpaying senior status judges on lower courts, while Davis was impeached for misusing $500,000 in taxpayer funds on office renovations.
All four justices were charged with neglect of duty, abusing their power, and failing to reign in the spending of the others, according to NBC News.
The court’s fifth justice, Menis Ketchum, resigned last month before impeachment proceedings began. He has also pleaded guilty to a federal charge of defrauding the state of West Virginia. He faces 20 years in federal prison.
Meanwhile, Loughry, who was already on administrative leave prior to Monday’s developments, is facing a 22-count federal indictment for fraud, witness tampering, lying to federal investigators, and obstruction of justice. His criminal trial is set to begin in October. If found guilty, he faces a maximum sentence of 395 years in prison and a $5.5 million fine.
What happens next?
On Tuesday, Davis announced her resignation from the court, according to the Wall Street Journal. In a statement, the Democratic justice blamed partisan politics for the house cleaning.
“What we are witnessing is a disaster for the rule of law,” she said.
The impeachment process for the three remaining justices will be handed off to the state Senate. The chamber will hold trials for each justice and decide whether they should be expelled from the bench.
Gov. Jim Justice (R) will get to name the replacement for any removed justice. Replacement justices will remain on the bench until an election can be held, according to the Times, which could take more than a year.
Circuit Judge Paul Farrell will preside over the Senate trial, since Workman --- who would normally preside over impeachment proceedings as chief justice — cannot rule in her own trial. It was Workman who appointed Farrell to the bench. He was confirmed to the court last Friday on an interim basis.

Another Justice Resigns As Lawmakers Impeach The Entire West Virginia Supreme Court
Justice Robin Jean Davis resigned in disgrace from the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals early Tuesday.
Her departure came after the state legislature impeached every member of the state’s highest court.
Spending scandal is the latest in a long history of ethics questions attending Davis’s judicial service.
West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Robin Jean Davis announced her resignation early Tuesday, just hours after the state House of Delegates adopted articles of impeachment against every justice serving on the court.
Her resignation marks the conclusion of two decades on the bench, sometimes marred by scandal.
“We judges weigh evidence as part of our jobs,” Davis said at a Tuesday press conference in Charleston, West Virginia. “Unfortunately, the evidence clearly shows that the preconceived, result-driven mania among the majority party members in the legislature cannot result in a just and fair outcome.”
Her departure from the court took effect on Monday.
Davis and three of her colleagues were impeached in the state legislature late Monday. Chief Justice Margaret Workman and Justices Allen Loughry and Elizabeth Walker will now stand trial in the state senate. The fifth member of the court, Menis Ketchum, resigned on July 27. He is expected to plead guilty to two corruption charges in federal court on Aug. 29.
The impeachment articles allege the justices failed to effectively administer the state courts, approved compensation for senior judges in excess of statutory limits, and abused state resources through lavish renovations to their chambers and unauthorized use of state vehicles for personal travel. GOP Gov. Jim Justice will appoint successors to any justice removed from office following the Senate trial.
Local media and state auditors discovered the justices cumulatively spent over $1 million on furniture and aesthetic upgrades for their state offices --- Davis spent some $500,000, according to the impeachment articles, including $23,000 for design services and $20,000 for a sectional carpet.
Davis’s profligate spending is just the latest iteration of her long history of ethical quandaries. Beginning in 2002, The Wall Street Journal reported Davis participated in a case from which her husband, a successful plaintiffs lawyer, stood to benefit financially. A legal ethics expert who taught Davis and her husband at the West Virginia University College of Law said the justice should have recused herself from the matter.
The Daily Caller News Foundation reported in August 2016 that Davis sold her family’s private jet to an attorney named Michael Fuller. Two years after the sale, Fuller defended a $95-million judgment before the West Virginia Supreme Court. Despite the possible conflict, Davis wrote an opinion for the court preserving a significant portion of that award.
TheDCNF uncovered evidence in March 2017 that a Florida-based corporate entity funneled thousands of dollars to her 2012 reelection campaign through an illegal straw donation scheme at the behest of the same attorney to whom Davis sold her plane. The West Virginia secretary of state opened an investigation, though charges were never brought because the statute of limitations expired.

From the beginning we've been told the choice to know (the reasons behind the need for this Storm) is ours, that 90% of all people would not be able to handle the complete truth about our Matrix like reality, that only 40% would ever be revealed to keep society from completely collapsing, to being warned about those we trust the most, and from early on the drops about movies such as Godfather 3, which is a story of a mafia boss attempting to redeem himself from a life of unspeakable crimes.
Recently on Youtube, a series of videos by Jennifer Guskin/ahumanexperiment, purportedly a cabal sex trafficking survivor, has been laying out the details about the blackmail scheme, where people of power and influence participate both willingly and unwillingly in child sex abuse, torture and ritual sacrifice. The unwilling being forced to participate, or witness the torture and murder of their loved ones. Child involvement is the cornerstone of this whole scenario, as children represent the most precious of all things to most people. If you make it through that gauntlet of the unthinkable, the world is yours in terms of power, wealth and fame. The worst (evil) among us don't hesitate for a second to participate, which is where the psychopath element within the highest seats of power come in. For some it may be a matter of conditioning, incremental levels of compromise introduced over time. I believe that is what happened with Hillary, which explains to me how she is able to perfectly project the strong, forward thinking, caring matron that her followers have seen throughout her entire adult life, while beneath all that is a level of evil beyond our comprehension (if you believe the child ritual murders and cannibalism stories that made hardened NYPD investigators weep). Two entirely different personalities, a trait of the true psychopath, developed over a lifetime.
Suggested in Jennifer's videos is that Trump was also a participant at those blackmail parties, but unwillingly. Given choices of what sex and age to enact upon, he would choose those who looked like grown women, and would signal/communicate to many of the sex slaves/victims that he was going to do whatever he can to expose and end this horror show. It is even possible that he was a willing participant at first, but as more and more of the complete evil scenario began to be revealed (Want more power and influence? Then do X, Y or Z), he had a change of heart and began conceive a "plan" to end it. That's where Godfather 3 comes in. Yes, there may indeed be compromising evidence (pictures, video) of his participation in those activities, but is it going to be anywhere near the level of brutal horror others willingly participated in?
Is this also where the warning to "beware of those you trust the most" comes in? Is that a forewarning to us for what may be exposed about POTUS? On one level I can see that as a big blow to many, but if he is willing to sacrifice himself in that way, to be exposed and humiliated to that extent, it will set the stage in a big way for the entire smoke and mirror show to be revealed, the entire house of cards to fall. Only in that way would he be able to redeem himself. What else explains his participation in regular oval office prayer services? His deep regard for people of faith? His love of those who selflessly sacrifice for the benefit of others? Q's jaw dropping bible references?
What else could (((they))) be so afraid of? Uranium deals? Money laundering? Insider trading? Vote fraud? Pay for play? I don't think so. It has to be much bigger. God help us.
Yes, I'm aware that Jennifer does not appear entirely believable at times. Her emotions are off throughout parts of her story telling. Not the best acting, which may be what we are watching. Whoever she really is, she may have been chosen to lay out this scenario in advance of what is to come, by enacting the testimony of someone real who did experience what Jennifer is relating. Remember, staging is important. What does a good movie require? Good acting. Greatness not necessary. Just good enough. The scenario she is exposing is what matters most.
Could you forgive POTUS for whatever he may have done in the past, willingly or otherwise, to expose and end this horror show? If it is truly my choice to know, I choose to know, and yes, I can forgive.

The FBI Says There's Going to be a Huge Bank Heist in the Coming Days
The FBI just warned banks that their customers’ accounts could be targeted by a worldwide ATM hacking scheme.
The attack, known as an “ATM cash-out” or “unlimited operation,” is expected in the coming days, and will likely take place on a weekend or after banks have closed, according to information obtained by the FBI. Hackers will steal data by gaining access to bank systems or payment card processors. They’ll then alter bank data relating to fraud controls, maximum withdrawal limits, and even the amount of money in each account. Then, using the stolen information, they could withdraw large sums of cash from ATMs worldwide in the space of only a few hours.
The warning was issued only to banks, not the general public, but was publicized by Brian Krebs on his cybersecurity blog, Krebs on Security.
This kind of attack usually targets data acquired from small- and medium-sized banks because they tend to have less security than large institutions. That was the case in a series of attacks on Virginia’s National Bank of Blacksburg over an eight month period between 2016 and 2017. Hackers stole $2.4 million from ATMs around the country in two separate attacks on the same bank. Despite bulked-up security, the hackers managed to access the bank’s network twice through phishing emails.
The expected attack follows a spate of “jackpotting” attacks in the U.S. earlier this year, in which hackers programmed machines to spit out cash at specified times.

Report identifies more than 1,000 victims of priest abuse
HARRISBURG, Pa. -- More than 1,000 children --- and possibly many more — were molested by hundreds of Roman Catholic priests in six Pennsylvania dioceses, while senior church officials took steps to cover it up, according to a landmark grand jury report released Tuesday.
The grand jury said it believes the "real number" of abused children might be "in the thousands" since some records were lost and victims were afraid to come forward. The report said more than 300 clergy committed the abuse over a period decades, beginning in the mid-1950s.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said the two-year probe found a systematic cover-up by senior church officials in Pennsylvania and at the Vatican.
"The cover-up was sophisticated. And all the while, shockingly, church leadership kept records of the abuse and the cover-up. These documents, from the dioceses' own 'Secret Archives,' formed the backbone of this investigation," he said at a news conference in Harrisburg.
Significantly, the report faulted Cardinal Donald Wuerl, the former longtime bishop of Pittsburgh who now leads the Washington archdiocese, for what it said was his part in the concealment of clergy sexual abuse. Wuerl, one of the highest-profile cardinals in the United States, released a statement Tuesday that said he had "acted with diligence, with concern for the victims and to prevent future acts of abuse."
The grand jury scrutinized abuse allegations in dioceses that minister to more than half the state's 3.2 million Catholics. Its report echoed the findings of many earlier church investigations around the country in its description of widespread sexual abuse by clergy and church officials' concealment of it.
Most of the victims were boys, but girls were abused, too, the report said. The abuse ranged from groping and masturbation to anal, oral and vaginal rape.
"Church officials routinely and purposefully described the abuse as horseplay and wrestling and inappropriate conduct. It was none of those things. It was child sexual abuse, including rape," Shapiro said.
The panel concluded that a succession of Catholic bishops and other diocesan leaders tried to shield the church from bad publicity and financial liability by covering up abuse, failing to report accused clergy to police and discouraging victims from going to law enforcement.
Yet the grand jury's work won't result in justice for the vast majority of those who say they were molested by priests as children. While the probe yielded charges against two clergymen --- including a priest who has since pleaded guilty, and another who allegedly forced his accuser to say confession after each sex assault — the other priests identified as perpetrators are either dead or will avoid arrest because their alleged crimes are too old to prosecute under state law.
"We are sick over all the crimes that will go unpunished and uncompensated," the grand jury said.
The document comes at a time of renewed scrutiny and fresh scandal at the highest levels of the U.S. Catholic Church. Pope Francis stripped 88-year-old Cardinal Theodore McCarrick of his title and ordered him to a lifetime of prayer and penance amid allegations that McCarrick had for years sexually abused boys and had sexual misconduct with adult seminarians.
Wuerl has come under harsh criticism over his response to the McCarrick scandal, with some commentators questioning his claims of surprise and ignorance over allegations that McCarrick molested and harassed young seminarians.
Wuerl replaced McCarrick as Washington's archbishop after McCarrick retired in 2006.
The Pennsylvania grand jury, convened by the state attorney general's office in 2016, heard from dozens of witnesses and reviewed more than a half-million pages of internal documents from the Allentown, Erie, Greensburg, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Scranton dioceses.
Some current and former clergy named in the report went to court to prevent its release, arguing it violated their constitutional rights to reputation and due process of law. The state Supreme Court said the public had a right to see it, but ruled the names of priests and others who objected to the findings would be blacked out pending a September hearing on their claims.
The identities of those clergy members remain under court seal.
A couple of dioceses decided to strip the accused of their anonymity ahead of the report and released the names of clergy members who were accused of sexual misconduct. On Friday, the bishop of Pittsburgh's diocese said a few priests named in the report are still in ministry because the diocese determined allegations against them were unsubstantiated.

Okay…A report in from a fellow Anon, my most trusted brother in arms for 20+ years. Our NG Unit is in our hometown, and there was a group of 4 soldiers, looking to be E3-E5 guys, and they were talking about MAGA and Trump "this plan he has to save the world."
My friend is a server, a real pro at a great place, and he's been there 40+ hours a week for 7+ years and so he knows just about everyone, as it's a smaller town. It does happen he says, about twice a year, something just goes down at a weird time with the NG, but this was still very odd.
Anyway, he doesn't want to interrupt, because he's listening in to them, not his table, and he was really busy, and when they went to check out, he said, "You guys are Pro MAGA??" And they all replied "Yes". Then he asked, "Do you know of Q Anon??" And they all looked at one another sorta dumbfounded, and then they all told him that they had, "JUST been briefed on a MOVIE on it."

The Untold Story About Bruce Ohr
All that you are seeing and hearing these days on Fox News about Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie is only about Russian pro-Hillary Clinton and anti-Trump Russian collusion with former British spy Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS? But, there is a much bigger story that Fox News has buried, perhaps because I have been a vocal critic of the network, having found it over the years, particularly under the previous “leadership” of Roger Ailes and his right-hand man Bill Shine, to not having acted ethically toward my clients and others. Much of this is chronicled in my autobiography “Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment.” Regrettably, President Trump, based on bad advice, recently appointed Shine Deputy White House Chief of Staff for communications. While at Fox News, Shine is alleged to have intimidated women to keep them quiet and covered up female sexual abuse allegations against Ailes and others at the network.
So let's forget about Fox News for now. The complete untold Bruce Ohr story concerns a man named Peter Paul. Toward the end of the Clinton administration, as President Clinton was leaving office in the months leading up to the January 20, 2000, inauguration of succeeding President George W. Bush, Peter contacted Judicial Watch, claiming that he had the “goods” on the Clintons, evidence that would finally result in criminal charges against them, with resulting jail time. These “goods” were canceled checks, photographs and other evidence showing that Peter was involved with the Clintons in putting on the Hollywood Tribute to Bill Clinton, where many famous movie stars and entertainers feted the 42nd president in Tinsel Town as he was about to leave office. Paul told us that the money he generated from the event, about $2 million, was intended to and was pumped into the then-U.S. Senate campaign of retiring First Lady Hillary Clinton. Interestingly, Paul also advised that he had used a company he created, Stan Lee Media, with the famous comic book genius Stan Lee of Spiderman fame, to generate the monies to help elect Hillary.
If Paul’s allegations were true, these monies constituted illegal “hard money” campaign contributions and could potentially be criminal in nature, as the legal limit to contribute to a political campaign at that time was generally a mere $2,000. But what was the motive for Paul to come see me at Judicial Watch, a fierce perceived adversary of the Clintons? What Peter told us was that he was currently under criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for alleged securities fraud in the use of Stan Lee Media to put on the Hollywood Tribute. In exchange for providing evidence of Clinton crimes that could ultimately hold them accountable under the rule of law, Paul, as a quid pro quo, asked that we represent him to try to quash DOJ’s criminal investigation and, if an indictment later resulted, to wage a vigorous criminal defense for him in federal court.
In this regard, I approached the Bush Justice Department, then headed by Attorney General John Ashcroft, to seek a cooperation agreement which would allow Paul to get immunity for his alleged crimes in exchange for him providing the evidence to indict and convict Hillary Clinton for criminal campaign finance offenses. And who did the attorney general assign, through the chief of DOJ’s Criminal Division Michael Chertoff, to head this probe, none other than his chief of the department’s Organized Crime Task Force, Bruce Ohr.
In addition to providing evidence of Clinton crimes, Paul also came forward and revealed the criminal activities of a man who was a dual Mafia-FBI informant who had somehow had been embedded into Stan Lee Media. Importantly, this Mafia- FBI informant --- someone in the mold of infamous Whitely Bolger, Jr. in Boston — had also worked under both Chertoff and Ohr at DOJ.
But rather than using the evidence that Paul provided to Ohr to pursue the Clintons and the dual Mafia-FBI informant, the Bush Justice Department indicted Paul instead. At the time of the indictment, Paul was in Brazil promoting another one of his companies. He was arrested by Brazilian law enforcement at the request of DOJ and incarcerated in a Brazilian prison to await extradition to the United States.

It's already been determined that the launch took place somewhere in Saratoga Passage between Whidbey and Camano Islands. I am (now) persuaded that the plane did in fact crash. But the evidence to decide if there was a live pilot inside flying it, versus remote control, is not yet settled IMO. Also whether
(1) whether it was staged by /ourguys/ for some yet-unknown reason
(2) whether it was actually a suicide by this supposed ground agent and the human remains supposedly given by the FBI to the county coroner for ID/examination are his and death is positively attributed to the crash, or
