While polling stations will close at 8 p.m., Elections Alberta says one in Edmonton will be staying open until 10 p.m.
A spokesperson told the Star that a polling station at Westminster School, located in Edmonton’s Glenora neighbourhood, opened as scheduled at 9 a.m.,but then had to close after workers discovered the need to reconfigure it.
That polling station reopened at 12 p.m. MT. As a result of the delay, it will remain open until 10 p.m.
Elections Alberta has previously said its “results website cannot be published until all voting locations in the province are confirmed closed.”
That means results would not start to be reported until after the closure of that 10 p.m. location.
Elections Alberta has said, however, it would begin counting the massive number of advanced and mail-in ballots it received beginning at 5 p.m.

Feds have DNA evidence that could prove Ilhan Omar wed her brother, committed immigration fraud: sources

WASHINGTON — Federal prosecutors are planning to use DNA evidence to try to prove Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) committed immigration fraud, as part of the sprawling investigation into the congresswoman, sources told The Post.
==People familiar with the years-long criminal probe said the feds have made
use of whistleblowers, government records and now obtained DNA in an effort to substantiate decade-old allegations that Omar — and possibly members of her family like her father — defrauded immigration authorities==.
One source said the DNA evidence was critical to proving an allegation that Omar married her brother when she wed Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009because she was trying to help him get a green card — which never came to fruition.
It’s unclear whether the DNA was taken before or after Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) searched the congresswoman’s home in Washington, DC, last Monday, when federal agents were seen exiting the bungalow with boxes marked “Seized Property Evidence.”

Another source pushed back on initial reports that investigators had gone “dumpster diving” in order to get DNA swabs of Omar, Elmi, who is currently residing in the UK, or family members.
Two more indicated that the execution of the search warrant on Oct. 12, coupled with the DNA and additional evidence, has provided a solid basis to bring charges of conspiracy to commit some form of immigration fraud before a grand jury, stemming from the probe initiated by the Minnesota US Attorney’s Office.
Given the case is being pursued as a general conspiracy,the evidence will prove useful even if some of the acts fall outside of the statute of limitations.
“If you argue a conspiracy, you can allege overt acts in furtherance of the conspiracy that are outside the statute of limitations,” said Neama Rahmini, a former federal prosecutor.
British citizen Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who was married to Rep. Ilhan Omar from 2009 to 2017, is seen in an undated photo posted to Facebook, as shown Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020.
DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro is also investigating issues related to the congresswoman’s finances — including entries in House disclosures that resulted in Omar deflating her net worth by tens of millions of dollars in the last year due to an unexplained accounting “discrepancy.”
“That judge would not have signed that warrant unless there was probable cause,”Pirro told Fox News. “If there was a crime committed, it will be prosecuted.”
The DNA evidence could finally prove an allegation that has percolated in Minnesota and DC political circles for more than a decade. Omar has repeatedly denied any accusations of the rumored sibling marriage since 2016, when she was first running for office as a state representative.
Elmi, who divorced from Omar in 2017, reportedly applied and thenwithdrew his application for a marriage-based green card in 2019, when US Citizenship and Immigration Services asked for additional evidence about his marriage to her, according to The Washington Post.
President Trump’s border czar Tom Homan said over the weekend that the feds have built “a strong case” that could result in the Trump administration seeking to denaturalize Omar, who has lived in the US since her family emigrated from war-torn Somalia in 1995.
Previously, sources said that the immigration fraud pertained to either Omar or her father, Nur Omar Mohamed, allegedly misrepresenting the future congresswoman’s birth date so that she could become a US citizen when her dad naturalized in 2000.
Legal experts have notedthe statute of limitations is lengthier for providing false information on immigration paperwork than for fraudulently marrying someone.
Border czar Tom Homan believes the feds have a “strong case” against Omar.
A marriage fraud conviction also wouldn’t jeopardize Omar’s own citizenshipin the same way as a case involving false statements, a stated goal of some administration officials and one that could be proven if the alleged inaccuracies were repeated on passport renewal forms or other official government paperwork.
Rahmani said that prosecutors could attempt to prove a conspiracy to commit immigration fraud that will likely fall within a 10-year statute of limitations — or else pursue a civil case that would have no statute of limitations. Pirro has also suggested either criminal or civil counts could result from the ongoing probes.

“There’s two reasons why I think the conspiracy will be charged,” Rahmani said.“First, you have an unindicted co-conspirator in her dad, who died. … [Second,] you get some of this older conduct that’s outside the statute of limitations as well.”
The ex-prosecutor added thatthe search warrant would not have been executed unless it had “come from the highest levels of the DOJ” and wouldn’t have been pursued unless prosecutors thought they could indict Omar.
Eventually, though, moving to strip a sitting member of Congress of their citizenship and deporting them would be an unprecedented move by the DOJ.
Her defense lawyers have said there’s “no legitimate basis for any suggestion that she has violated any law concerning her citizenship status.”
Additionally, a former immigration official told The Washington Post that Omar purportedly marrying her brother had been investigated during the first Trump administration but yielded insufficient evidence.
Omar has been married three times and divorced twice. Her first marriage to Ahmed Hirsi wasn’t legally entered into until after her divorce from Elmi was finalized — despite the two having a Muslim wedding ceremony in 2002.
She gave birth to three children, the last of whom was born when she was legally married to Elmi. Omar, Elmi and Hirsi also appear to have shared the same residence at one point, per documents previously reviewed by The Post.
Further complicating the overlapping marriages, Omar filed joint taxes with Hirsi in 2014 and 2015 while still legally married to Elmi, from whom she had separated in 2011.
Omar’s father is associated with different surnames, including Nur Said Elmi Mohamed.
In 2019, the congresswoman divorced Hirsi to marry Tim Mynett, a political consultant who did work for her own campaign, following an alleged affair.

Asked last week about the seizure of evidence in his wife’s case, Mynett told Fox News: “My wife came here when she was 12 years old as a child war refugee.”
As of last week, Omar also retained attorneys, who fired off a scathing letter to the Department of Justice citing “grave concerns” with the Trump administration’s investigation and demanding the “immediate return” of all seized property to the Minnesota Democrat.
The defense attorneys Amy Jeffress and Joshua Matz, who did not respond to requests for comment, wrote that the feds didn’t comply with a magistrate judge’s “special requests” for executing the search warrant at Omar’s home and flouted longstanding DOJ policy by conducting it close to an election.
A DOJ spokesperson replied that the letter was “riddled with false allegations and inaccuracies.”
“Our attorneys and law enforcement partners complied with all court orders and legal obligations, as they always do,”the rep added. “Leaking a letter to the press right after sending it is not good faith. It is a publicity play.”
“President Trump has made no secret of his desire to target Representative Omar for criminal investigation and deportation as retribution for her political advocacy,” they said.

The O’Keefe Media Group on Monday released an undercover video of a campaign official for Michigan Democrat Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed admitting that El-Sayed knowingly receives illegal donations from overseas.
Foreign nationals are prohibited from making campaign contributions.
“You know, he [Abdul El Sayed] has people from overseas that donate to him,” Abdul Beckwith, Regional Field Organizer for Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign, said.
When asked whether overseas donations were prohibited, Beckwith responded, “No, it is not allowed,” before describing a hypothetical arrangement in which overseas money passes through a family member.
Beckwith said, “And then people overseas give money to him. And then he gives money to you. It’s that type of thing.”
He then added, “Everybody does it!”
Beckwith also told the OMG undercover journalist that Abdul El-Sayed could lose support if he publicly denounces Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood, a designated terrorist organization.
El-Sayed’s sister has publicly claimed that their family has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
“So that’s the whole thing. So when Abdul is going to denounce that [Muslim Brotherhood], they’re [Muslims] going to think that he is siding with the genociders,” Beckwith said.
Beckwith also said he is concerned that El-Sayed is surrounded by too many whites and Jews and may adopt their mannerisms.
“There’s a lot of white people around [El-Sayed]. A lot of Jewish people around him. And when you’re around a certain group of people for so long, you absorb the ideology, the mannerisms, everything like that,” he said.
Beckwith warned, “[Whites and Jews] are going to hijack him and then in a year he’s going to be doing what they want with him.”
When the OMG journalist asked whether El-Sayed might abandon his promises, Beckwith responded, “I think, yeah.”
Abdul El-Sayed’s team responded to O’Keefe’s undercover video.
“This junior staffer has never been employed by the Abdul for Senate campaign – his comments here are untrue, wildly misinformed, and not reflective of the campaign. The Abdul for Senate campaign is fully in compliance with FEC regulations,” a communications director for Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign said.

James Comer: Ilhan Omar’s Winery Sold Empty Barrels of Wine to Investors (VIDEO)

Earlier this year, Ilhan Omar’s husband’s questionable California winery LLC was officially dissolved just nine days after she quietly amended her financial disclosures to slash her reported wealth from millions down to peanuts.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Omar’s husband Tim Mynett’s ESTCRU LLC (also known as eStCru Wines) was at the heart of a suspicious asset explosion that rocketed the couple’s net worth to as high as $30 million before suddenly vanishing into thin air.
In February, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer sent a letter to Omar’s husband, Timothy Mynett, about the sudden wealth.
After receiving the letter, Omar quietly amended her financial disclosure on March 26, 2026, dramatically revising her reported wealth downward, from what had appeared to be potentially millions in assets to a far more modest range between $18,000 and $95,000.
Her office scrambled to explain away the massive discrepancy, blaming what they described as an “accounting error” tied to her husband’s business liabilities. According to Omar’s team, the original filing failed to properly deduct debts, creating what they called a “misleading picture of far greater wealth.”
And what happened next? On April 4, 2026, just nine days after that amended filing, ESTCRU LLC was officially terminated.
During a Fox News interview, House Oversight Chairman James Comer said Ilhan Omar’s husband was selling empty barrels of wine to investors.
“From our initial investigation of Omar and her financial disclosure form, there are multiple fronts where you could get a search warrant issued,” House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer said to Fox News host Trey Gowdy.
“Not only was there a huge discrepancy in the financial disclosure form, there was the winery that was the big base of her $25 million listing on her financial disclosure form,” Comer said.
“That winery has, according to the press, been shut down because of fraud.
They were apparently selling investors barrels of wine to be aged, but there was nothing in the barrels,”Comer added.
The feds raided Ilhan Omar’s DC residence last week and seized boxes of evidence.
Federal investigators have been probing the immigration paperwork filed by Ilhan Omar’s father.
Last week, the Associated Press and NBC News reported that, according to sources, federal investigators were also probing Ilhan Omar’s financial records.

A few days ago, Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin of Michigan detailed how she wants to go after Trump’s inner circle in an effort to intimidate young people who may be thinking of going to work for the Trump administration.
Trump responded today, calling out Slotkin and her entire party for this.
Slotkin then ran straight to CNN to paint herself as the victim in all of this, and of course, Jake Tapper was happy to oblige her.

“I mean, first of all, it’s not — it’s not a veiled threat, right? I mean, threatening the Second Amendment is threatening for someone to get shot. And I think there’s been plenty of people, Democrat, and Republican, independents, who would say, like, can we just not threaten violence against each other for our words? He’s certainly precipitated a whole wave of threats against myself. But my staff, including doxing my staff, and this is part of a sort of strategy of intimidation that these people use.
And, you know, this is someone who Donald Trump thought of as a potential attorney general and then luckily thought better of it. But I just think that this is kind of part and parcel of this toxic culture of threatening violence because you disagree with someone. The President threatened to have me, you know — investigated, arrested, and hanged for sedition, and followed through with the investigation, and near-arrest part.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Driver who killed 2 and injured 10 by driving through a Wichita soccer field released by police
New dispatch audio from the day a driver allegedly plowed into children and spectators at a Kansas soccer field reveals the moments first responders rushed to the scene on Saturday.
In the call, dispatchers can be heard labeling the horrific incident as an "MCI" or mass-casualty incident. It happened at the Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita.
Cole Adrian, 6, and Nicholas Schafer, 35, were killed. Both victims were from McPherson.
In addition to the deaths, 10 more, including five children, were injured.
The 34-year-old woman who was behind the wheel was released with no charges, police said.
Police have not revealed if there are going to be any criminal charges forthcoming against the driver, who was initially taken into custody.
They said Sunday that the driver was released pending toxicology results and an examination of her Chevrolet pickup.
She had two of her children inside the pickup. One of her children was playing soccer on a different field at the complex.
Investigators interviewed the driver and more than 30 witnesses, including the two children who were in the pickup at the time of the crash. Police consulted with the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office before releasing her.

Vice President JD Vance admitted he isn’t entirely certain President Donald Trump would endorse him if he ran for president in 2028, exclaiming, “I don’t know, man.”
Vance sat down with journalist Mark Halperin for an interview on Monday, which aired on his 2WAY platform.
The journalist first referenced recent remarks from the vice president, in which he insisted that “whoever the president endorses for the Republican nomination will ultimately win the Republican primary.”
“I thought, ‘Well, don’t the voters get a say in this?'” Halperin noted.
Vance agreed, explaining, though, that he thinks the president gained the deep trust of his base when the party’s “elites” were against him.
“That’s the person they say, ‘Okay, if Trump is with a guy, that must mean that the elites are against that guy,” the vice president continued. “I think that Trump’s endorsement just carries more weight than any political endorsement in history because of that. Obviously, the voters are gonna decide. Donald Trump is only one vote of many, but I think his endorsement is still the most powerful.”
Halperin went on to reference a recent panel he conducted in which he asked about a potential Vance presidential bid and whether Trump would endorse him. While all four panelists believed the vice president was almost certain to run, they also predicted Trump would withhold his endorsement for some time to “toy with” his vice president.
Emphasizing that he remains focused on the upcoming midterms and unsure about 2028, Vance added, “I think if I run, the president will endorse me.”
“Right away?” Halperin followed up.
“I would think so, but I don’t know, man,” the vice president acknowledged. “I haven’t talked to him about it.”
“It’d be kinda weird if you said to him, ‘Mr. President, I’m gonna run,’ and he said, ‘Yeah, let me think about it,'” the journalist pointed out.
“No, I don’t think it’d be weird,” Vance pushed back. “Again, I think I would get his endorsement, but I also think there’s something to be said for people actually running their own race, and because the president’s endorsement is so dispositive, you could absolutely see a scenario where the president says, ‘You know what? We need to let, like, this race play out and not, like, preemptively prejudge the results.'”
“You might be horrible at it,” remarked Halperin.
“I might be terrible at it,” agreed the vice president. “So, I don’t know. Again, having never spoken to the president about this, I can’t speak to his psychology on it, but my attitude is that if I run, I think the president would endorse me, but I also haven’t talked to him about it yet.”

After 911 they were fake because just about every IT job listed about 20 major technologies, across multiple disciplines, that take decades to master and they would require 15 years of knowledge on a tech that only existed for 10 years. Now they list very little because the ads are created by Ai. In addition, every site no longer gives you a data grid spreadsheet like selection that you can check off and apply to multiple at a time. What they give you is a never ending scrolling frame of 4 ads to be clicked on that puts the details into the main frame. This way everyone applies for the first few jobs, as they tire of scrolling and waiting for new content. We got fucked by India and Wall street, pure fraud.

Why no public executions and the truth, is beyond me.
