Top 10 names (combined boys + girls) accounted for 9.1% of all births.

Olivia and Muhammad together made up about 1.4% of births.

Muhammad — 5,957 babies (top for the third year in a row; it also led every single month)

Muhammad first topped the boys' list in 2023 (overtaking Noah), held in 2024 (~5,721), and again in 2025 (~5,957). This reflects demographic shifts, including higher fertility rates in some communities and immigration patterns.

Current Records Parents and authorized legal representatives have direct access to register births and view the register. The General Register Office (GRO) and local registration officers maintain and manage these records to issue official certificates
