How The FBI Will Blindfold Americans Until Congress Approves More Warrantless Spying

How often does the FBI improperly eavesdrop on the texts, calls and emails of Americans?

The question is at the heart of the Capitol Hill debate over Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702, a tool that simplifies collecting intelligence on foreign nationals but also permits “backdoor” spying on Americans.

FISA Section 702 targets foreign nationals, but it also hoovers up the communications of Americans when they’re on the other end of the text thread or email chain. The FBI can peer into its classified mass surveillance database for dirt on Americans without ever asking a judge for a warrant.

Privacy advocates in Congress want to require a warrant except in now-or-never situations.

Some members of Congress and the corporate media frequently cite the intelligence community’s claim that Section 702 informs 50-70% of items in the President’s Daily Brief, while never specifying how much of this intelligence requires warrantless spying on Americans.

“What the ‘intel bros’ constantly do is conflate the use of Section 702 to surveil foreigners with the use of Section 702 to surveil Americans,” Gene Schaerr, an attorney for Carter Page, the Trump campaign aide whose targeting under a separate FISA provision set the stage for the Russiagate hoax, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “They’re constantly playing this game of flimflam. Nobody disagrees that 702 is really important. The question is why do you need to surveil Americans? They never even try to make the case.”

Americans have limited visibility into the scale of FISA’s intrusions. There are reporting requirements meant to curb abuses, but the intelligence community grades its own paper and keeps the details about noncompliance secret.

The final frontier: Israel aims to become world leader in space attack capabilities, Katz says

During the 2026 war, Israel struck multiple Iranian spacewar related facilities, including facilities working on developing capabilities to attack satellites in space.

Defense Minister Israel Katz on Thursday committed Israel to becoming the leading global player in space-attack capabilities.

“One of the central goals which the prime minister [Benjamin Netanyahu] and I set is that we are recruiting the best minds,” since “as of today, no country has the ability to mount attacks in space. We must be the leading country in the world with this capability,” said Katz.

The defense minister continued, “If we achieve this, it will ensure the advantage of deterrence, of the ability to attack, destroy, and all of the other matters versus our enemies with large resources.”

Overall, it seemed clear that Katz was referring to Iran.

This is especially true since, during the 2026 war with Iran, Israel struck multiple Iranian spacewar-related facilities, including those working on developing capabilities to attack satellites in space.

It was unclear if he indirectly also wanted to deter Russia and China from assisting Iran in developing these capabilities and in other spheres.

Other countries already have the capability for space attacks

However, Katz’s statement was not entirely accurate. Both Russia and China have performed test attacks on their own satellites in prior years and managed to destroy their test targets.

However, each time they did so, they created perpetually rotating debris around Earth’s orbit that has endangered their still-functioning satellites along with other countries’ satellites and space platforms.

Some have already speculated that Israel could destroy enemy space satellites using the Arrow 3 missile system, given that it already strikes ballistic missiles in space.

Yet, due to the debris issue that Russia and China have already encountered, many countries are working on other techniques, such as paralyzing, damaging, jamming, dragging, or using lasers against satellites in space.

While some Israeli officials have hinted at such efforts, Katz’s public statement is the clearest one to date by a senior Israeli official. In contrast, if Iran or other enemies advanced past Israel in space, they could attack Israeli satellites and reduce their surveillance capabilities.

Former Executive Extradited from Israel to Face Bank, Wire Fraud Charges in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS – A man who was indicted nearly six years ago and accused of a $28 million fraud scheme involving apartment complexes in Missouri and Oklahoma was extradited from Israel Thursday.

Michael Fein, now 47, was indicted Aug. 20, 2020, on one count of bank fraud and one count of wire fraud. The indictment accuses Fein of routinely providing false information on loan applications to obtain financing and refinance loans on projects for the company he co-owned, T.E.H. Management and its affiliates.

U.S. authorities were able to locate Fein in Israel and submitted a request for his extradition. On May 14, Minister of Heritage Amichar Eliyahu – acting by designation in place of the Minister of Justice – approved the extradition of Fein to the United States to stand trial. He arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport Thursday morning and was then flown to St. Louis Lambert International Airport. He is expected to make his first appearance in U.S. District Court in St. Louis Friday.

Thirteen Indicted in Albany-Based Bank Fraud Conspiracy

Lead Defendant, Jahquel Robertson of Albany, Alleged to Have Bribed USPS Employee and Received Over $1 Million in Stolen Checks from Mail

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Jahquel Robertson, 31, of Albany, and twelve others were charged in April with participation in a large-scale bank fraud scheme involving over $1 million dollars in stolen checks, according to a fourteen-count indictment fully unsealed June 16th in the Northern District of New York.

The announcement was made by First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III, Anthony Patrone, Special Agent in Charge (Acting) of the Buffalo Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Matthew M. Modafferi, the Special Agent in Charge of the Northeast Area Field Office of the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General (“USPS-OIG”), and New York State Police Superintendent Steven G. James.

According to the indictment, Robertson, a/k/a “Jolly;” Nathaniel Williams, 35, of New York City; Anisa Marie Figueroa, 35, of Albany; Tyler Whittingham, 30, of New York City; Mishak Sam-Hinton, 29, of Newark, New Jersey; Britani Williams, 26, of North Adams, Massachusetts; Kedar Morton, 35, of Albany; Ray Hernandez, 28, of Albany; Slyvia Harris Thomas, 22, of Troy; Ladezma Scurry, 32, of Schenectady; Raheen Williams, 30, of Albany; Kaitlyn Thompson, 38, of Albany; and Emahnee Shelton, 28, of Schenectady, allegedly conspired to defraud various businesses, individuals, and financial institutions throughout the United States using stolen, forged and counterfeited financial instruments to fraudulently obtain money under the control of financial institutions.

As alleged, Robertson received more than $1,000,000 of checks stolen out of the mail by bribing a corrupt United States Postal Service employee. The USPS employee provided Robertson with checks that were originally mailed to or sent by individuals and businesses in the Northern District of New York. The indictment alleges that Robertson and his coconspirators then used personal identifying information and banking information of willing participants in the scheme to attempt to make fraudulent deposits of checks designed to appear identical to those stolen by the USPS employee. The defendants have been arraigned in Albany, New York over the last several weeks, and have been released on conditions pending trial before United States District Court Judge Anne M. Nardacci.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney John A. Sarcone said: “Jolly and his merry band of alleged co-conspirators attempted to defraud national financial institutions by depositing fraudulent checks into theirs and others bank accounts then quickly move to withdraw the funds. Multi-Agency Operation Targeted International Network Accused of Laundering Proceeds from Health Care Fraud Scheme Built on Stolen Identities of Citizens from New Hampshire, Across New England, and the United States

CONCORD- U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announced today that two alleged associates of a Transnational Criminal Organization have been charged for their roles to launder proceeds of a nearly $3 billion dollar health care fraud scheme as part of the Justice Department’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown. The charges are the result of the partnership between the District of New Hampshire and the New England Strike Force and represent the single largest health care fraud-related money laundering prosecution in New Hampshire history.

“These charges expose the staggering scale of fraud and money laundering that Transnational Criminal Organizations are willing to inflict on our health care system and the people of New Hampshire. This was not a local scheme. It was a transnational operation that stole the identities of New England patients and doctors to defraud our health care system of nearly $3 billion in intended losses and then launder those proceeds internationally to escape detection. Working alongside the New England Strike Force, we tracked that money. The people of New England deserve a health care system free from this kind of exploitation, and my Office will continue to pursue these criminal networks when they target New Hampshire,” said Erin Creegan, U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire.

According to court documents, Kakha Bendeliani, 48, and Goga Danelia, 37, both of the country of Georgia, were charged with conspiring to commit money laundering in connection with a nationwide health care fraud scheme in which nearly $3 billion in fraudulent claims were submitted to Medicare for durable medical equipment (“DME”). As a result of the claims, Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurers paid at least approximately $12.5 million to Centennial Med Supply LLC (“Centennial”), a fraudulent DME company linked to Bendeliani and Danelia.

Both Bendeliani and Danelia allegedly laundered proceeds for the Transnational Criminal Organization that perpetuated the largest health care fraud intended loss case ever prosecuted by the Department of Justice, as uncovered by Operation Gold Rush. The Organization, based in Russia and elsewhere, orchestrated a multi-billion-dollar health care fraud and money laundering scheme to target, exploit, and steal from Medicare, other government-sponsored health insurance programs, and private health insurance companies.

As alleged in charging documents, the fraudulent claims relied, in part, on the stolen identities of citizens from New Hampshire, across New England, and throughout the United States to justify the fraudulent billings. Hundreds of thousands of Americans, including the elderly and disabled Americans, reported their concerns to Medicare and its contractors after receiving explanation of benefit forms that reflected them purportedly receiving DME that they did not in fact receive, that was purportedly prescribed by doctors whom they had never visited, and purportedly delivered from DME companies with which they were unfamiliar.

Federal Charges Announced in Multi-Million Dollar Medicaid Fraud Scheme and Prescription Drug Diversion Conspiracy; Announcement Made as Part of Justice Department’s National Health Care Fraud Takedown

Milwaukee, Wisconsin – Brad D. Schimel, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced charges issued in the Eastern District of Wisconsin as part of a strategically coordinated, nationwide law enforcement action.

The first charge announced was against Jasmine Cooper, 37, of Brown Deer, Wisconsin, who is charged by information with health care fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a scheme to defraud Wisconsin Medicaid. As charged in the Information, Cooper, who was authorized to run a prenatal care coordination agency (PNCC) to assist at risk pregnant women and women with children, submitted thousands of false claims in which she claimed her company provided much-needed services that beneficiaries never received. Throughout the scheme, Cooper misstated the duration, frequency, date, and nature of services provided. Cooper submitted these false claims to Wisconsin Medicaid between 2019 and 2022. The Information also charges that as part of her scheme to defraud, Cooper committed aggravated identity theft by using the means of identification of another person without lawful authority.

As a result of the scheme, Cooper submitted over $5.8 million in fraudulent claims to Wisconsin Medicaid, of which over $5.4 million was paid. On the same day that charges were filed, the United States also filed a signed plea agreement indicating Cooper’s intention to plead guilty to the charges. A change of plea hearing is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 10:00 before the Honorable Chief District Judge Pamela Pepper.

Cooper’s charges come on the heels of four similar schemes charged by the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Combined with the charges against Cooper, these fraudulent schemes have cost Wisconsin Medicaid over $15.5 million between 2019 and 2022. Cooper’s case, as well as the similar PNCC-related schemes were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation with substantial assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Medicaid Fraud and Elder Abuse Control Unit. The cases are being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kate M. Biebel and Julie F. Stewart.

The second charge was against Jerry Jones III, 70, of Mequon, Wisconsin. Jones was charged by information with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. As alleged in the information, Dr. Jones was a medical provider authorized by the Drug Enforcement Administration to distribute controlled substances as part of a legitimate medical purpose.

Instead, between January 2021 and September 2025, Dr. Jones conspired to distribute controlled substances such as amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, methylphenidate, buprenorphine, diazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam, and pregabalin outside the usual course of professional practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose. As part of the conspiracy, Dr. Jones distributed 12,885 pills of Adderall, 8,121 pills of Ritalin, 143,282 units of Schedule III controlled substances, 35,944 units of Schedule IV controlled substances, and 12,374 units of Schedule V controlled substances.

On the same day that charges were filed, the United States also filed a signed plea agreement indicating that Dr. Jones intends to be plead guilty to the charges. A change of plea hearing is scheduled for June 29, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. before the Honorable Lynn Adelman. As part of the plea agreement Dr. Jones agreed to forfeit $294,850.72 in proceeds of the unlawful conspiracy. The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration Diversion Investigations Unit. It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Julie F. Stewart.

At the time of the breach, John Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign.After the breach was revealed by the Washington Times, Brennan stated:

• “This individual’s actions were taken without the knowledge or direction of anyone at The Analysis Corp. and are wholly inconsistent with our professional and ethical standards,” Brennan’s company said in a statement sent to reporters after the passport breach was made public. (link)

•The Washington Times Reported – Passport application data includes such details as date and place of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, Social Security number, former names and travel plans. • Computer-monitoring equipment detected the activities by the three employees on Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14, triggering alarms in each case, Mr. McCormack said. Mr. McCormack said the officials accessed Mr. Obama’s records “without a need to do so.”

But it is important to remember EXACTLY what Brennan’s background was before the State Department breach. Brennan spent 25 years working for the CIA prior to the security breach:

• Mr. Brennan spent most of his C.I.A. career as an analyst, but during the 1990s served a tour as the chief of the station in Saudi Arabia. From 1999 to early 2001, he was chief of staff to George J. Tenet, the director of central intelligence, as the position was then called. On October 2, 2024, a jury convicted Bistline of one count of Receipt of Child Pornography; one count of Transfer of Obscene Material to a Minor; two counts of Persuading or Coercing Travel to Engage in Sexual Activity; two counts of Using a Means of Interstate Commerce to Persuade or Coerce a Minor to Engage in Sexual Activity; and two counts of Transportation of a Minor for Criminal Sexual Activity.

Bistline’s charges are based on his participation in a years-long child sexual abuse conspiracy that spanned several states and victimized at least 10 children. Bistline committed his crimes with others, including co-defendant Samuel Rappylee Bateman, the self-proclaimed leader of a religious sect based in Colorado City. Bateman and 10 of his other followers previously pleaded guilty to charges related to the child sexual abuse conspiracy and were not part of the trial against Bistline.

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Bistline delivered two of his own daughters to Bateman to become child “brides” and be sexually abused when the girls were nine and 11 years old. Bistline and others transported the victims between states including Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona to facilitate the sexual abuse. Bistline also participated in group sexual activity involving children, including one event he watched over a video livestream.

In 2008 Joe Biden was Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, with oversight jurisdiction of the U.S State Dept. Foreign Service and the passport office, along with and all foreign policy nominations etc.

In 2008 John Brennan was working for the Obama campaign when someone from his outside government group, The Analysis Corporation, “hacked” into the state dept database to access the passport files and State Dept records of Barack Obama.

John O. Brennan, Obama’s then top terrorism and intelligence adviser, was the owner of The Analysis Corp. The company was cited inMarch 2008 for penetrating the files of presidential candidates Barack Obama, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and John McCain in the State Department’s passport office.

At the time of the breach, John Brennan was working as an unpaid adviser to the Obama campaign. After the breach was revealed by the Washington Times, Brennan stated:

• “This individual’s actions were taken without the knowledge or direction of anyone at The Analysis Corp. and are wholly inconsistent with our professional and ethical standards,” Brennan’s company said in a statement sent to reporters after the passport breach was made public. (link)

•The Washington Times Reported – Passport application data includes such details as date and place of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, Social Security number, former names and travel plans. Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu in 1961 to a Kenyan father and American mother. He lived in Jakarta, Indonesia, from age six to 10.

• Computer-monitoring equipment detected the activities by the three employees on Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14, triggering alarms in each case, Mr. McCormack said. Mr. McCormack said the officials accessed Mr. Obama’s records “without a need to do so.”

• “In each case, we immediately contacted our contractors, their employer, and two were fired and one was disciplined,” he said. (link)

But it is important to remember EXACTLY what Brennan’s background was before the State Department breach. Brennan spent 25 years working for the CIA prior to the security breach:

• Mr. Brennan spent most of his C.I.A. career as an analyst, but during the 1990s served a tour as the chief of the station in Saudi Arabia. From 1999 to early 2001, he was chief of staff to George J. Tenet, the director of central intelligence, as the position was then called. At the end of his CIA. service, in 2004 and 2005, Mr. Brennan set up what is now the counterterrorism center. (link)

Yes, Lieutenant Harris decided to cooperate with the FBI who were investigating the break-in. Soon after his cooperation became a matter of record, his body was discovered in his parked car; he had been shot twice in the head, likely a “suicide”.

Last point. In mid-February 2010, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs alerted WH reporters that certain questions about Obama’s job with Business International Corporation (BIC) would not be subject to discussion. BIC was well known in Washington DC to be a front company for the CIA; hence, many speculated the State Department passport records were scrubbed to erase any potential mention of Obama’s CIA activities and his personal information. Here’s the thing, and I do mean this with great seriousness:

If you take a close look at it, you realize that seemingly every function of the USAID as an institution came from the CIA. In essence, USAID was the operational cover for the CIA. The CIA seemingly created the mechanics of USAID for CIA purposes.

Now, once you look at USAID as an outreach arm of the CIA, then suddenly everything USAID partnered with can realistically be looked at -at the very least questioned- as a CIA operation working with joint partners for CIA intentions.

This agency relationship means everything.

The recent story of USAID funding The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which in turn was funding KKK ops, is just one example. In actuality, with the nature of the relationship now being spotlighted, was the CIA directing activity and funding KKK ops? If so the implications are remarkable.

When we transition our thinking to accept much of the USAID activity was a CIA operation, it completely changes things. That shift in review, also reconciles things. Additionally, it is worth noting that Barack Obama’s mom worked for USAID.

The Clinton Foundation had a partnership with USAID. Ergo, essentially Bill and Hillary were partnered with the CIA. Now, does the lack of accountability for “Clinton Cash” or the pay-to-play make sense?

The same thing applies to Joe/Hunter Biden in Ukraine.

The Anthony Weiner/Huma Abedin laptop. The Awan Brothers. The Hunter Biden laptop, labeled as “Russian Disinformation” by former Acting CIA Director Mike Morrell and others.

The entire analysis of how our govt is structured completely changes under the perspective that CIA operations have been much more deeply enmeshed than previously accepted. George H.W. Bush was a former CIA Director.

Now, we take recent events into that context.

The Vice Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Marco Rubio, a long time Gang of Eight member, becomes the U.S. Secretary of State.

What changes first?

What is the first priority?

USAID!

USAID is dissolved inside the State Dept.

Concurrently, the Directorate of Analysis inside the CIA, the office that connects the NSA to the CIA, is removed from inside the CIA and put under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. The heads of the Directorate of Analysis are removed and input feeding officials lose their security clearances.

At the same time, the ODNI then replaces the CIA as the principal director to assemble the President’s Daily Intelligence Brief (PDB).

Put these actions together: the political manipulation of the CIA analysis desk is now confronted. The outcome equities of the CIA are fact-checked and confronted (PDB)…. and the biggest move, the USAID operation that is run by the CIA to influence both foreign and domestic government operations is dissolved.

However, that said, we must remember these are generational CIA constructs, legacy networks with the ability to adapt, shrink and/or expand their muscle memory depending on the objectives of who is watching them.

Then overlay the 5-eyes aspect that supports the foundational CIA operation, and what we get is a likelihood that even if the domestic CIA is brought to heel, the U.K (GCHQ), Canada, Australia and EU alliance part can still operate on the original framework.

Now think about Prime Minister Mark Carney’s recent opposition, his words and network to whom he is speaking. Then President Obama and Mark Carney assemble. Again, does that shift in perspective change the way these events look?

This is our current status.

It certainly does seem that all roads, historic, recent and even generational; along with almost all significant political events and the political figures within them (Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama); have some direct connection that leads back to Langley, Virginia.

The crazy idea that banning circumcision saves the West:

White man allowing desert nomad cults into our countries and perform this ritual child sacrifice is a form Moral Dominance over us. Especially normalizing and profiting off it by targeting our babies with this practice. We are literally allowing them to harvest our babies body parts and sell them the moment they are born. It exposes goys who are their allies, and allows us to effectively target the Goyim that are doing their bidding. Any white person that defends ritual child sacrifice will be treated as a judaeo-islamic heathen. It helps us clean house of traitors and purify our government from their influence.

The history of circumcision in the West exposes Jewish social engineering of our medical institutions and the degree of their corruption. Once exposed, they will lose all standing in society. It also allows us to retake our medical institutions, which commit the most evil practices in the world.

Once banned their existence here is criminalized. We can make their life hell 24/7 with organizations dedicated to monitoring them.
