U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, is claiming Republicans tried to rig her primary race against moderate Texas State Rep. James Talarico, District-50, on Tuesday after the state's Supreme Court ruled in an emergency decision against her campaign's request to give voters from Dallas County an extension to sort out confusion about Republican-led changes to polling locations.

On Tuesday, Republicans and Democrats did not hold joint primaries, leading to polling location restrictions that Democrats, like Crockett, claimed were disenfranchising voters.

Crockett's claims came after the Texas Supreme Court knocked down a lower judge's ruling to keep polling places open longer, mandating that any votes cast after the initial closing time be separated. Democrats pushed for polling locations to be open longer amid polling location restrictions that resulted from Republicans and Democrats not holding joint primaries.

"Knowing that Dallas County is a big dump of votes, we, in my opinion, will not know the election results overall tonight," Crockett told supporters who gathered to celebrate her potential victory.

"So, that's my news, is that we're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County. Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do. And, so, they specifically targeted Dallas County, and I think we all know why."

The Texas High Court's decision to undo a lower court's ruling from earlier in the night that had given voters in Dallas County until 9:00 p.m. to cast their ballot instructed tabulators to disregard votes that came in after 7:00 p.m.

"I can tell you now that people have been disenfranchised," Crockett told supporters at a campaign event on Tuesday evening as the courts' back-and-forth played out. "In my opinion, we will not know the election results overall tonight."

Voters ran into confusion on Tuesday evening amid the decision of certain counties — including Dallas — to separate out the locations where voters could cast ballots for Republican and Democrat primaries.

Under Texas law, party leaders can object to conducting their primaries together, at the same locations and through the same equipment. For Tuesday's primaries, counties like Houston decided to forgo joint primaries to protect against crossover voting, fearing that holding Republican and Democratic elections at the same locations could invite sabotage.

Meanwhile, voters in Texas can also participate in any primary without party registration due to it hosting open primaries.

"They specifically targeted Dallas County, and I think we all know why," Crockett said Tuesday night.

EXCLUSIVE: Criminal Illegal Aliens Behind Dozens of Deadly DWI Crashes in Houston Area, Says ICE 1/2

HOUSTON, Texas — ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Houston issued detainers for two Mexican nationals recently arrested for intoxication manslaughter. This, as ICE Houston wrapped up a year of aggressive enforcement targeting criminal illegal aliens with repeated drunk‑driving convictions.

“At least 23 families will wake up tomorrow without a loved one,” said acting Field Office Director Gabriel Martinez, calling the trend “reckless and tragic.”

ICE officials told Breitbart Texas that ERO officers in Houston 243 criminal aliens since President Donald Trump began his second termjust over one year ago who were convicted in three or more DWI incidents. These are felony DWI convictions. Of these 21 were convicted by a Texas court on charges of intoxication manslaughter.

“After violating our nation’s laws to illegally enter the country, these criminal illegal aliens repeatedly put the lives of innocent Americans in jeopardy by getting behind the wheel intoxicated,” Martinez explained.

Recently, ICE ERO officers in Houston placed immigration detainers on Enrique Acevedo Barocio, a 27-year-old criminal illegal alien from Mexico, on Feb. 2, and Manuel Neri Mendoza, a 37-year-old previously returned criminal illegal alien from Mexico with two prior DWI convictions. Each was arrested in Harris County on charges of intoxication manslaughter.

Mendoza allegedly attempted to flee the scene, leaving a 3-year-old child alone in a wrecked vehicle with their deceased mother, ICE officials stated.

Martinez explained that Mendoza’s attempt to flee after a DWI crash is not unique. ICE Houston arrested nearly 100 criminal aliens during the past year who fled the scene of an accident and were charged and convicted for failure to stop and render aid.

“It has become extremely common for criminal illegal aliens to flee from ICE and other law enforcement,” said Martinez. “This is a direct result of elected officials demonizing our officers and encouraging aliens to evade arrest.”

In October, Breitbart Texas rode withHouston ERO officers as they carried out their first-ever nighttime targeted enforcement operation. Approximately 25 illegal aliens were arrested during the operation, which had to conclude early due to torrential rains in the targeted areas of operation. One of those arrested was an illegal alien who was driving under the influence.

Beer cans spilled onto the driveway as officers arrested the illegal alien who appeared to be highly intoxicated.

Samuel Valenzuela-Martinez, a 55-year-old, five-time deported criminal illegal alien from Mexico with three prior convictionsfor DWI and one for hit-and-run, was arrested by ICE on July 7, 2025. Valenzuela-Martinez has also been convicted twice for aggravated assault and illegal entry, and once for fraud, larceny, cruelty toward a child, obstructing a criminal investigation, escape and felony illegal reentry. ICE removed Valenzuela-Martinez to Mexico on July 9, 2025.

Jose Jaudencio Coj Pocop, a 32-year-old criminal illegal alien from Guatemalawith prior convictions for intoxicated manslaughter, DWI, hit-and-run and assault, was arrested by ICE on Aug. 24, 2025. ICE removed Coj Pocop to Guatemala on Sept. 4, 2025.

Leticia Caballero Guadarrama, a 54-year-old, six-time removed criminalillegal alien from Mexico with six DWI convictions, was arrested by ICE on March 12, 2025. Caballero has also been convicted six times for theft, and twice for refusing to provide ID to law enforcement. ICE removed Caballero to Mexico on March 13, 2025.

Leticia Caballero Guadarrama, a 54-year-old, six-time removedcriminal illegal alien from Mexico with six DWI convictions, was arrested by ICE on March 12, 2025. Caballero has also been convicted six times for theft, and twice for refusing to provide ID to law enforcement. ICE removed Caballero to Mexico on March 13, 2025.

Humberto Romero Avila, a 46-year-old, five-time removed criminal illegal alien from Mexicowho has been convicted five times for DWI, was arrested by ICE on Jan. 31, 2025. Avila has also been convicted of larceny, illegal reentry and illegal entry, and was deported to Mexico by ICE on Feb. 13, 2025. He was turned over to Mexican authorities to be prosecuted for homicide.

Ramiro Castillo Juarez, a 38-year-old, three-time removed criminal illegal alien from Mexicowho was previously convicted of intoxicated manslaughter, was arrested by ICE on July 3, 2025. ICE removed Castillo to Mexico on July 7, 2025.

Victor Manuel Carrillo-Arreazola, a 43-year-old, 12-time removed criminal illegal alien from Mexicowho has been convicted of intoxicated manslaughter and illegal entry, was arrested by ICE on Aug. 4, 2025. ICE removed Carrillo-Arreazola to Mexico on Aug. 8, 2025.

Mario Salinas-Garza, a 49-year-old, 10-time removed criminal illegal alien from Mexico who has been convicted of four DWIs, was arrested by ICE on June 20, 2025.Salinas-Garza hasalso been convicted 10 times for drug possession, seven times for illegal reentry, twice for burglary and vehicle theft, and once for public order crimes. Jose Ibarra Manuel Gamez, a 43-year-old, six-time deported criminal illegal alienfrom Mexico who has been convicted of four DWIs, twice for illegal entry and once for hit-and-run, was arrested by ICE on Aug. 20, 2025. ICE removed Gamez to Mexico on Aug. 23, 2025.

Jose Luis Mondragon-Mercado, a 33-year-old, four-time deported criminal illegal alien from Mexicowho has been convicted of three DWIs, was arrested by ICE on July 3, 2025. Mondragon-Mercado has also been convicted four times for burglary, three times for illegal reentry, twice for refusing to aid an officer, and once for obstruction. ICE removed Mondragon-Mercado to Mexico on July 7, 2025.

Gerardo Abel Galvan, a 46-year-old, four-time deported criminal illegal alien from Mexico who has been convicted of eight DWIs, was arrested by ICE on June 26, 2025. Galvan has also been convicted three times for fraud; twice each for illegal reentry, fleeing from officers, resisting arrest and aggravated assault; and once for larceny and public order crimes. ICE removed Galvan to Mexico on June 28, 2025.

Despite the ongoing challenges, ICE officials say the latest arrests underscore the agency’s commitment to removing repeat offenders who continue to endanger Texas communities. Houston ERO officers maintain that the growing number of criminal illegal aliens with multiple DWI convictions reflects a persistent threat on the region’s roadways—one they argue can only be addressed through sustained enforcement and cooperation from local authorities.

As the new cases move forward in Harris County, ICE leaders insist their focus remains on preventing further tragedies and ensuring that those who repeatedly violate U.S. laws are held accountable.

Spanberger Is Agent Double-O-2028

Democrats are pitching Spanberger as a moderate and will doubtless tout her career as a CIA operations officer (2006-2014) as proof of bravery, competence, and patriotism. As the people should know, it is that very experience that should hoist the caution flag high.

“Intelligence officials abuse their positions to discredit opposition to the Democratic Party, of which they are part,” noted the late Angelo Codevilla, one of the few who, because of his role working on the Senate Intelligence Committee, was able to see everything the CIA wanted money to do. “Complicit with the media, they leverage the public’s mistaken faith in their superior knowledge, competence, and patriotism to vilify their domestic enemies from behind secrecy’s shield.” As Spanberger knows, CIA partisanship is no secret.

In 1976, John Brennan voted for the Stalinist Gus Hall for president. He was the candidate of the Communist Party USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Soviet Union. Instead of showing him the door, the CIA hired Brennan, and in 2013, the president formerly known as Barry Soetoro, and known today as Barack Obama, put him in charge. In 2020, Brennan authored Undaunted: My Fight Against America’s Enemies, at Home and Abroad, a bellicose replay of the Russia hoax, which the author played a role in creating.

Last August, Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard released a report confirming that Obama administration officials “manipulated intelligence” related to the 2016 election. The report cited FBI Director James Comey, DNI James Clapper, and CIA Director John Brennan as key players. Rep. Spanberger was all-in from the start.

“I think it is detrimental to our national security that we have an administration that is so willing to discount the information provided by our intelligence community,” Spanberger told reporters in 2018, “The fact that our president would at times seemingly take the side of foreign adversaries over the well-sourced intelligence of the intelligence community is troubling as an American—not just as a former intelligence officer.” According to Spanberger, the one who politicized intelligence was then-CIA Director Mike Pompeo.

“I never felt, as a former intelligence officer, that he understood the real value of the intelligence community and the purpose of intelligence,” Spanberger claimed. “His willingness to let the administration politicize the intelligence community was concerning to me.” In the style of Saul Alinsky, the CIA vet accuses the opposition of the very thing she is doing, but there’s more to it.

In 2020, Brennan signed the letter calling the Hunter Biden laptop Russian disinformation. So too did former CIA operations officer John Sipher, who has been featured in Spanberger’s ads. Further examples of CIA politicization were soon to appear.

In 2023, former CIA analyst John Gentry authored Neutering the CIA: Why US Intelligence Versus Trump Has Long-Term Consequences. As the author explains, “the politicization of intelligence was aimed at Trump,” and “the political culture of some IC agencies remains intact, available for reactivation in the event of another serious candidacy by Trump or the election of another Republican president.” Despite at least two assassination attempts, Trump is now president, so we have to assume they are “reactivated” in the fight against him. “Politicizing the CIA” would have been a more accurate title for Gentry’s book, but the agency had already been “neutered” in other ways.

Spanberger was still in the CIA when John Brennan took over in 2013. According to the undaunted Gus Hall voter, “jihad is a holy struggle in pursuit of a moral goal,” and “violence and jihad are not necessarily synonymous.” On Sept. 11, 2001, Brennan wrote, “we learned that the Pentagon had been attacked,” so the mighty CIA knew nothing in advance about the worst attack on the United States since Pearl Harbor.

On Brennan’s watch, the CIA failed to prevent terrorist attacks at Fort Hood (2009), the Boston Marathon (2013), San Bernardino (2015), and Orlando (2016), all with massive loss of life. No word from Spanberger if the Fort Hood attack was “workplace violence,” as then-President Obama claimed. On the other hand, the Virginia Democrat shares CIA fascination with reality dysphoria.

“One CIA demographic group that my deputies and I felt especially privileged to support was the LBGTQ community,” wrote Brennan in Undaunted. The privileged group “wore badges of ANGLE, the Agency Network for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Officers and Allies,” all part of the CIA’s dedication to “diversity.” According to Gentry, Obama made the hiring of LGBTQ types a CIA “priority” and “his motive was clearly political.” Surely that had something to do with the strong correlation between Democratic Party membership and LGBTQ status, but it also comes through in CIA reports from that period.

“Middle East-North Africa: LGBT Activists Under Pressure,” released near the end of the Obama administration, claimed that

the tough stance taken against the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community by governments in the Middle East probably is driven by conservative public opinion and domestic political competition from Islamists and is hindering US initiatives in support of LGBT rights.

This report and at least 19 other woke reports read like something from the Queer Studies Department at UCLA. The trouble, of course, is that they were masquerading as intelligence.

The LGBTQ formulation is a construct Democrats deploy to divide the people, create another oppressed minority, and demonize their opponents. While hailing the construct people as a privileged class, the CIA also falsifies intelligence against the Democrats’ political foes. That had Angelo Codevilla wondering, “Why Are Brennan and Clapper Not in Jail?”

They still aren’t, despite revelations from DNI Gabbard. The partisan agents need to be exposed and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Otherwise, they remain a sleeper cell, waiting to be activated by the next Democrat administration. Their first choice would doubtless be fellow officer Spanberger, a professional prevaricator still on duty for a CIA now best known as “Covert in America.”

Meanwhile, California’s illiterate governor, Gavin Newsom, with his contention that black people are, like him, academic underachievers who can’t read, has effectively killed off his campaign for 2028. Gov. Spanberger (D-CIA) is the one to watch, and she has already provided a preview.

Asked about “transgender women” playing in female sports and using female restrooms, Spanberger won’t give a straight answer. Spanberger called Audrey Hale’s mass murder a case of gun violence but failed to name the victims or condemn the shooter, a woman who thought she was a man. When Robert “Robin” Westman gunned down kids at a Minneapolis church, Spanberger repeated that same performance.

A supporter of Biden’s open-border policies, Spanberger signed an executive order to “terminate” all cooperation between federal immigration officials and local law enforcement. Federal officials are pressing the governor to hand over Abdul Jalloh, a criminal illegal charged with stabbing to death Stephanie Minter, 41, at a Fairfax County bus stop. At this writing, Gov. Spanberger has yet to speak out on the murder.

In the style of Gavin Newsom, Spanberger signed a bill to draw new electoral maps favoring Democrats. She calls the gerrymander a “responsive effort to redistrict.” Virginia lawmakers have voted to raise their pay nearly 300 percent, so the people will see how that conforms with her desire to “lower costs” from her SOTU response.

If anybody thought Abigail Spanberger is the equivalent of Brennan, Biden, Obama, and Newsom in drag, it would be hard to blame them. As Trump likes to say, we’ll have to see what happens.

Iran has postponed a three-day state funeral that was planned Wednesday== evening for Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in US-Israeli airstrikes, according to Iranian state media.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison will testify today in a House Oversight Committee hearing on the massive amount of welfare fraud in the state.

The hearing, entitled “Oversight of Fraud and Misuse of Federal Funds in Minnesota: Part II,” will allow lawmakers to examine Walz and Ellison’s role in covering up the billions of dollars in fraud involving federal funds in their state.

“As fraudsters looted billions of taxpayer dollars from Minnesota’s social programs, state lawmakers recently testified that Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison ignored repeated warnings and retaliated against state employees who raised concerns. The American people deserve clear answers about how such widespread fraud was allowed to flourish under their watch,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement.

By successfully sinking the Armada de la República Argentina’s (ARA) light cruiser, the ARA General Belgrano, the Royal Navy’s HMS Conqueror had greatly aided the British in recapturing the Falkland Islands during the 1982 Falklands War. After General Belgrano was sunk, the entire Argentine Navy returned to port and never again ventured out to threaten British naval forces.

This single submarine action by HMS Conqueror, the first and only torpedo sinking of an enemy combat ship by a nuclear submarine, managed to deter and deny the Argentine Navy from threatening the British naval task force. HMS Conqueror’s performance demonstrated the value of nuclear-powered hunter-killer submarines. With the capability to travel at high underwater speeds with a long underwater endurance and large operational radius, nuclear hunter-killer submarines continue to be a prized strategic asset today.

Yes and no. OpenAI and Microsoft are already caught up in a lawsuit for their AI outputting "copyrighted" source code (scraped from Github) when a person asks it to "write a piece of code". The code output was an exact duplicate of other author's code, but with the credit removed. This is an ongoing lawsuit. All the original authors are asking for is for them to be properly credited in the output code. Microsoft/OpenAI claim that they have no control over what specifically gets output by the AI model.
