The headings in the report serve as a roadmap for some broad categories of unlawful or fraudulent behaviors allegedly investigated and documented by Kevin Moncla, Joseph Rossi, Phillip Davis, Jeff Fulghum, Garland Favorito, and others. The categories correspond with the 26 counts listed above.

Counts 1–4 concern voting system changes; advance voting L&A testing; ordering over one million “extra” absentee ballots; and absentee signature verification failure.

Counts 5–10 concern the swapping of 35 tabulator memory cards during live election; seals cut/memory cards removed; 20,713 ballots “with no provenance”; destruction/failure to preserve records; absentee ballot image authentication files removed; and write-in votes discarded.

Counts 11–16 detail unauthorized access/control; the State Farm Arena incident; no reconciliation/canvass; ballot paper authentication disabled statewide; post-election forensic audit “ruse”; and false ballots added to hand-count/audit.

Counts 17- 26 concern double-counted recount ballots; missing recount ballot images; SEB2023-025 disposition; encryption keys in plain text; CVAP registration percentage claims; test ballots included in recount; missing numbered list of voters; recap sheets created after election; official records show more ballots than voters; and ballots missing between original count and recount.

Things That Make You Go Hmmm

The report highlights a Nov. 4, 2020 appearance on the Today Show (footnote 1 in the report) in which SOS Raffensperger is quoted discussing approximately 4.7M voters and ~2% of ballots left to report. Raffensperger stated:

“We don’t guess, what we do is report. We can see where the candidates are right now in both presidential, congressional, senatorial. When you look at how many votes are out there, even if one of the candidates got one hundred percent, it wouldn’t probably be enough to move it one way or another.”

It then contrasts that statement with the final statewide total of 5,023,159 ballots and argues there has been to date “no known explanation” for the additional 315,000 ballots. His statement does not align with the final statewide totals.

Keep in mind that roughly 11,000 votes separated Trump from Biden in the end. Notably, the report alleges that “a verifiable total of 19,691 votes, nearly twice the margin of victory, are in conflict with the November 3rd results.”

Also understand that the Secretary of State’s post-election forensic audit of the voting machines, according to the report “was at best a ruse. Five of the six counties that the Secretary claimed to have audited confirmed in writing that no such audit had taken place. The sixth county did not respond."

According to the report, Fulton County absentee ballots increased from ~74,000 at poll close to ~148,000 by the time counting was finished. So they doubled after the polls closed. Things that make you go, hmmm.

In addition, according to the report and as previously reported:

148,318 absentee ballots were “accepted and counted” without the mandatory signature verification. Later the report states that Fulton “willfully chose not to perform signature verification, bypassing a core anti-fraud mechanism required in the state.

In terms of absentee ballots, the report claims only 16,302 ballot images had unique authentication files, while 132,286 were “intentionally deleted.” Those anomalies plus the deletions “strongly suggest” manipulation.

In early voting, the report asserts there were only nine (9) zero tapes for 148 advance-voting tabulators and alleges the 138 closing tapes do not bear proper identifying information. It also claims missing recap sheets, numbered voter lists, and poll pad check-in lists—concluding “no records exist” for roughly ~315,000advance-voting ballots.

The report says the hand count/audit was “falsely padded” by 6,691 ballots (as the report frames it), and points to further discrepancies when comparing audit results to early-voting returns.

It also claims 3,930 ballots were scanned and counted more than once for the recount and that 17,852 ballot images were missing from the recount.

What About the Encryption Keys?

Other highlights in the report include the documented fact that “[t]he State of

Georgia and Dominion Voting Systems placed master (private) cryptographic encryption keys unprotected

(my emphasis) and in plain text within the same database used to store the election data and produce contest results in violation” of VVSG requirements. It continues, “This has been confirmed in every 2020 election database to which we have access, and includes thoe from the following Georgia jurisdictions: Appling County, Bibb County, Coffee County, Jones County, and Telfair County.”

According to Phillip Davis of Ballot.Assure,

those encryption keys “can be used to manipulate the ICX Ballot Marking Devices (“BMD”) in any number of ways, to include encoding the QR code with contest selections different from that shown in human readable text on the ballot.” In sum, it is possible that the voter voted for one candidate, but the QR code

recorded a vote for another candidate and there is no way the voter would ever know about the manipulation. “The same manipulations could be made to the tabulators,” according to the report.

The Investigation Is Transparent and Factual

The Election Oversight Group report provides transparent documentation of available public record on the 2020 election. The report contains throughout all of the records, complaints, exhibits, technical requirements, and potential violations of law a rational-thinking person would need if he or she were truly curious about how unlawfully that election was conducted.

This work represents years of requests for information, repeated, frustrating appearances before the Fulton County and State Election Boards, and countless hours of careful documentation of the findings. It is Last I checked, most citizens don't do this kind of work And yet, the legacy media, Georgia officials and politicians, NGOs, and weak-kneed attorneys have done nothing but gaslight the American public while simultaneously suppressing the information. Last I checked, most citizens don't produce reports like this unless they really believe something is badly wrong.

At a minimum, what happened in 2020 (and likely other elections) is a egregious miscarriage of justice that would never have seen the light of day had it not been for persevering Georgia citizens. If the FBI and the DOJ do their jobs, their investigation should result in prosecutions. When there are no consequences for bad behavior, the bad behavior continues. More importantly, if we do not correct these issues, our elections will continue to be nothing more than political theatre. By the way, President Trump has a plan in place

to do so. He knows the stakes are high and believes Americans deserve better.

Trump Deputies Approve 65,000 More H-2B Visa Workers

The Trump administration has quietly decided to allow employers to import 65,000 extra H-2B visa migrants for jobs that would otherwise pay decent wages to ordinary American who vote in the midterm elections.

The visa giveaway is part of President Trump’s zig-zagging between the two sides of his coalition — the voters he needs on election day, and the business donors who provide the funds for political campaigns.

Meanwhile, the national media is ignoring the visa giveaway to business because it is focused on the left-wing street groups who are trying to block the deportation of criminal and wage-cutting illegal migrants from Minneapolis.

“They announced that they were going to release 35,000 [in December], but apparently business owners have complained, so they’re going to release all [66,000],” said Rosemary Jenks, founder of the Immigration Accountability Project.

The industry group that leads the effort is the landscapers’ lobby, AmericanHort, which asked for the extra visas in December:

The H-2B program places many requirements on employers to recruit U.S. workers, and our members try to find as many U.S. workers as they can. In these unprecedented times, there are simply not enough workers to meet the seasonal workforce needs of U.S. employers. The most current employment data illustrate the workforce struggles of seasonal businesses nationwide.

The administration is allowed to approve the extra 65,000 H-2Bs because of an influential caucus of Democratic and GOP members in Congress, which put the option into the federal budget last year. The extra 65,000 adds to the 66,000 H-2Bs annually mandated by Congress. It brings the annual inflow to at least 131,000 workers for 2026.

“That’s a massive number of cheap foreign workers competing with Americans for jobs and suppressing wages,” Jenks told Breitbart.

The delivered capsule contains radioactive material that keeps its environment warm and allows the terrestrial lifeforms to evolve, multiply and establish a stable colony of interstellar lifeforms inside 3I/ATLAS.

Once 3I/ATLAS arrives to the vicinity of a habitable exoplanet after traveling for billions of years at 60 kilometers per second — more than twice as fast as all our spacecraft so far, its surface ice sublimates and released the lifeforms on dust particles like dandelion seeds.

An interstellar seeding mission of this type would be less expensive than the ~4 billion dollars cost of a terrestrial monument like the Freedom Tower (One World Trade Center) in New York City.

It is feasible to accomplish with current technologies and space budgets and its realization is just a matter of priority. Of course, if we can imagine doing that, other civilizations might have done so already.

Are there any lifeforms on the dust shed by 3I/ATLAS?

The latest data from the SPHEREx space observatory includes the detection of organic molecules like CH3OH, H2CO, CH4, and C2H6 with a production rate that is 14% of water molecules (as reported here).

The most notable finding from the latest SPHEREx and Webb data is the robust spectroscopic detection of methane (CH4) production. Methane was only detected after the passage of 3I/ATLAS near the Sun.

Its delayed production raises interesting questions because methane ice is hyper-volatile, with a significantly lower sublimation temperature than carbon dioxide (CO2).

This implies that methane ice near the surface of 3I/ATLAS would have been vigorously sublimating at the time of the first reports of outgassing from 3I/ATLAS before perihelion.

However, neither the Webb spectroscopy nor the SPHEREx spectrophotometry from August 2025, detected methane. This suggests that methane is depleted in the outermost layers of 3I/ATLAS and was exposed to warming by sunlight only close to the Sun.

Within this scenario, the early detection of carbon-monoxide (CO) outgassing on 3I/ATLAS is surprising as carbon monoxide is more volatile than methane and should therefore be depleted from the surface, yet it was detected prior to methane.

Could it be that the detected methane is produce by lifeforms?

These facts lead me to repeat my question once again: Does 3I/ATLAS carry any lifeforms?

The visa giveaway also means that employers face less pressure to find and train sidelined Americans, and less pressure to invest in machines that help American employees get more work done each day.

Since 1990, millions of Americans have been pushed out of the labor market by the inflow of illegal and legalized migrants. Getting them ready for work and off the welfare system only becomes more difficult when starter jobs are filled by healthy migrants desperate for dollars.

Also, the lower wages — and the use of visa workers who bring their wages back home — ensure that local communities are cheated out of the money that would otherwise flow ot local Americans. The lost wages ensure less prosperity, fewer births, less tax revenue, and lower local investment.

The result is that fewer American voters will feel the pocketbook benefit of Trump’s immigration reforms before the November 2026 midterm elections.

But on the other side of the coin, Trump’s cutoff of illegal migrant labor is also forcing most employers to pay decent wages to Americans.

Artemis II Wet Dress Rehearsal Update

At approximately 11:25 a.m. EST, the Artemis launch director, in coordination with the mission management team chair, gave the “go” to begin loading cryogenic liquid propellant into the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket for wet dress rehearsal.

While teams continue to monitor cold weather that would impact launch day, they are not tracking weather constraints to Monday’s tanking operations.

NASA teams have completed final preparations and closeouts of the umbilicals connecting the mobile launcher to the SLS rocket and Orion spacecraft.

The umbilicals provide power, communications, and fuel to different parts of the rocket and spacecraft, while additional accessories provide stabilization.

During launch, each umbilical releases from its connection point, allowing the rocket and spacecraft to lift off safely.

Teams will begin slowly filling cryogenic propellant into the rocket beginning at L-9 hours 25 minutes in the countdown.

Liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen will flow into the rocket’s core stage and interim cryogenic propulsion stage tanks, topped off and replenished as some cryogenic propellant boils off.

The team will also conduct leak checks to ensure loading proceeds as expected.

NASA’s IMAP Begins Primary Science Mission

NASA’s IMAP (Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe) began its two-year primary science mission on Feb. 1 to explore and map the boundaries of our heliosphere — the protective bubble created by the solar wind that encapsulates our solar system.

The mission, which launched on Sept. 24, 2025, relies on 10 scientific instruments to chart a comprehensive picture of what’s roiling in space, from high-energy particles originating at the Sun, to magnetic fields in interplanetary space, to dust left from exploded stars in interstellar space.

Through studying this vast range of particles and the magnetic fields that guide them, IMAP will investigate two of the most important overarching issues in heliophysics, namely the energization of charged particles from the Sun and the interaction of the solar wind at its boundary with interstellar space.

With the start of its primary science mission, some of IMAP’s data is now being fed into the IMAP Active Link for Real-Time (I-ALiRT) system, which broadcasts near–real-time observations of the space weather conditions, such as the solar wind and energetic particles, headed toward Earth.

This data can be used to inform forecasters, who issue advanced warnings and alerts of potential adverse space weather effects on the health and safety of spacecraft and astronauts.

Principal investigator and Princeton University professor David McComas leads the IMAP mission, which has an international team of 27 partner institutions.

The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) in Laurel, Maryland, managed the development phase, built the spacecraft, and operates the mission, which is the fifth in NASA’s Solar Terrestrial Probes Program portfolio.

After [I attended] JHU … I applied and was accepted to NOAA, and I got to fly not just during hurricane seasons, but also [work on] coastal mapping and marine fisheries. … I applied to NASA again, and the answer was "no thanks."

A former mentor brought me into United Airlines [to work for] the test team, and that world became even bigger for me. I'm working in the international industry, and we're talking about ways we can use the aircraft to further science.

We're really focused on safety at a global scale. And at that point, I was like, I'm loving this career trajectory. I'm doing all the things I want to do. Do I want to apply to NASA one more time?

And in 2024, I started the application process and in fall of 2025, I was selected. It wasn't a straight trajectory, but I loved it. And as I was telling someone earlier today, at any of those junctures early in my career, if I had been selected, I wouldn't have this full breadth of experience to bring in with me to be a useful member of the crew.

What has training been like so far?

Muller: Our training as a candidate is approximately two years, and we do training in many different disciplines to prepare us for missions on the International Space Station and our future missions to the moon and hopefully beyond. So that involves some training on the logistics of the international space system—the different hardware systems, different electronic systems, just getting familiar with the station itself and the anatomy of the station, if you will, and what it looks like.

We use [a swimming] pool as an analog for practicing our space walks. We go through robotics training. And then we do other things that are really translatable no matter what environment we're in, [like] team dynamics and working with others.

There are also a lot of physiologic changes that go along with being in space for a long period of time. We have an entire group of people here that support us from a physical standpoint and also a mental standpoint on how to prepare for going to space and also how to recover when we come home.

Lawler: Training's been fun. It's a lot of studying, which is great because everything that we study is really interesting.

It involves flying T-38s [supersonic training jets], robotics, Russian language training, and spacewalks—and then I'm sure there's probably a bunch of other things that I'm missing.

For me, I've been flying T-38s and [I'm] at the very beginning of learning how to do a spacewalk, and there's a lot of prep going into that. My first run, which is going to be me in the space suit with a classmate in the neutral buoyancy lab, will be at the end of February.

What happens after training?

Muller: Whatever NASA needs us to do, we do. A large component of our job is not just going to space, but also supporting our fellow astronauts and our astronaut office and integrating with different disciplines here at NASA for the larger support of those missions.

This is a really interesting time in space right now, because while we have a presence in low Earth orbit on the International Space Station, we're also with the Artemis program moving toward moon missions and looking to establish a presence on the moon, which will then help us to develop further technology and give us more of an understanding of how to go even deeper into space, like [to] Mars.

I'm young in my career and hope to see a lot of that throughout my lifetime.

What are you looking forward to most about potentially going into outer space?

Muller: The experience for myself in terms of what it feels like on your body is something I'm very curious about, I think from having a medical background.

I really am looking forward to the moment where you can look outside whatever space vehicle you're in and see Earth from that perspective. I think that's probably a common thing among people who gaze at the sky and who also have had that experience in the past.

And I guess one other thing I'm interested in is I'm always curious what it's like to sleep in space. That sounds like a really odd thing to be excited about, but I felt the same way about saturation diving, and I have that same curiosity for what it'll feel like up there.

Lawler: What I'm looking forward to the most is, whatever mission I get assigned for, seeing that I've built a strong enough foundation [in training] to be a useful member of the team. I'm just really excited to do the work and to be able to contribute in some way.
