I was surprised to see that Tanisha Systems, Inc. allegedly operates our of New York City but it's incorporated in Massachusettss BECAUSE the sole corporate officer lives in Massachusetts, hundreds of miles away from the operations.

Maybe that's not abnormal in a large company, but this appears to be a closely-held corporation, so I'd expect to see more of a "hands-on" approach to management.

But I'm no lawyer. All I know is that things about the company seem very sketchy to me.

In particular, the fact that the stated "purpose" of the coompany listed on the corporate documents did not match withi what the website says the company is doing.
