Four Democratic senators are urging Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to reconsider his department’s plans to prepare for the end of Title 42, a major Trump-era policy used to expel certain illegal migrants.

Democratic Sens. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, Mark Kelly of Arizona, Jon Tester of Montana and Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire arguedthe Biden administration isn’t prepared for the surge of illegal migrants expected at the border when the policy ends, according to a Nov. 18 letter they sent to Mayorkas.

Title 42 — a World War II-era section of public health law that allows for the exclusion of individuals from entering the country when the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention determines “there is serious danger of the introduction of [a communicable] disease into the United States” — was invoked at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic more than two years ago.

“Every week, our border agents encounter thousands of unscreened unvetted, and unauthorized entries from dozens of countries,” then-President Donald Trump saidas he announced the Title 42 decision on March 20, 2020. “And we’ve had this problem for decades. …

“In normal times, these massive flows place a vast burden on our health care system, but during a global pandemic, they threaten to create a perfect storm that would spread the infection to our border agents, migrants, and to the public at large.”

A federal judge ruled on Nov. 15 that the Biden administration must end Title 42, which has resulted in the expulsion of more than 2 million illegal migrants, on Dec. 21.

The Biden administration has seen record numbers of illegal immigrants entering the country.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection encountered more than 2.3 million migrants at the southern border in fiscal 2022 and upward of 230,000 migrants in October.

“Since the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued the Public Health Determination and terminated the Title 42 Order on April 1, 2022, we have expressed concern with DHS’ preparations for the end of Title 42, especially as the situation has deteriorated at times,” the senators wrote.

Letter to Mayorkas by The Western Journal

“Record annual encounters have led to untenable situations. In Arizona, shelters have been forced well beyond capacity,” they said. “This month, El Paso has seen over 700 migrants released directly onto city streets due to overcrowding.

“This is not safe, and creates a dangerous situation for migrants and communities.”

The Democrats posed nine questions to Mayorkas to be answered by Dec. 1.

The CDC attempted in April to end the policy on May 23. At the time, the Democratic senators raised similar concerns, and a federal judge later struck it down after several Republican states sued.

The Department of Homeland Security declined to comment to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

So, there’s no easy way to say the things I wish to express; so I might as well get right into it.

I do not wish to whine about how I feel and yet I feel compelled to do so. It feels so manipulated. I feel like as if I’m under attack, whilst simultaneously being healed. It’s the contrast of sensations that causes me the most discomfort. It’s a specific type of contrast, incompatible at the frequencies at which these blends of tactile, scented, foreign yet familiar, substitutions/variations/emulations of one’s own (my own), genuine self-generated feelings resonate. Like a parasympathetic dissonance, droning in a melancholy siren, at always a noticeable, but annoyingly draining tone of discomfort that radiates from my core outwards. At times, it has a similar taste to being in an opiate withdrawal, only to then fluctuate as an antithesis to the original feeling, now an over-aroused, hornier state of sped up chaos. Neither edge of the spectrum being established comes up to snuff in regard to the actual signal pathways meant to be firing and their corresponding feelings. It’s as if the true way you’re meant to feel is being stolen and encoded, and a cheap knock off is being superimposed over it, enticing the being to naturally seek restoration of their entactogenic-selves.

Protecting my DNA? From what? A silent thief? Weren’t we warned not to be utilizing our “main accounts?” How could one go about dealing with this problem with identity? Could someone, utilizing their own DNA, generate a new identity for their spirit/soul/consciousness, like ‘buying a new car.’

Why would someone encourage someone other than themselves to do something of such drastic nature? It’s not like they warned us in order to make us desire to commit to these acts. We may have been influenced by a much more insidious force to throw away our God given gift of an identity, for a more customized and ‘attractive’ version. What if you needed more than just your own, but also DNA from someone else? What if they needed to be in a current state of biological criteria that can only be attained by very specific means and natural causality? How would you go about requesting their specimens? What if you didn’t need to? What if you could pay someone else to retrieve it for you, and in return you share the wealth? How far of a stretch would it be to say that some people who do this sort of thing, collect DNA from all walks of life; like a chromosomal wardrobe; a walk-in closet of identities, with their own lives, their own dwellings, jobs, cars, even families? Who’s to say that this isn’t that far from home either… what if members of your family, even your own parents, leaving their old lives behind, via coordinated and sanctioned suicide/euthanasia that comes off like a sexual experience ‘to die for?’ How would you know that there wasn’t professional individuals whom body hopped, from identity to identity, grifting as a piece of dead wood in a biological deep dream soup.

A fish out of water?

Don’t you want to feel at peace? Don’t you want to share all of the story that you’ve acquired and accumulated thus far? Do you really feel that ashamed of your souls/spirits actions that you must constantly be running in fear of persecution? What if I told you, that you could return home, to your original identity, fully restored and optimized, and age-regressed to a state of desired experience? What if your past sins in your original identity could be cleansed, and from that point forward, be given one final chance to remain as a person without the shame of the past; a past that we all were forced to do ‘performances’ we may or may not regret? What if I told you that these past events of guilt, shame, evil, ill-intent, fury, violence, rape, etc… could be deeper understood in a way unbeknownst to us all, and would provide a much needed insight into our collective human condition? These insights could, and most definitely will change how we, as the human race, forgive one another. We will establish a template that displays the common aspects of ritualized abuse that occurs at a generational level. Domesticated methods of teasing, torment, and torture that lead to the systematic breakdown of the innocence an individual starts off with, if they even do considering the severity of targeting that does actually occur, even as infants/still-in-the-womb. This genetic modification of our species isn’t new at all, and this experiment has been an ongoing one since antiquity. Promethean genesis of a newly spawned spin-off species, utilizing DNA from the host benefactor as a framework for the lesser beings; probably has been the way planets have been seeded since the time of what some refer to as “The Ancient Builder Race.”

=Biden's Vacation Vehicles Burst Into Flames Just 1 Day After Holiday Trip

After President Joe Biden spent Thanksgiving on the Massachusetts island of Nantucket, the cars that the Secret Service rented for his visit caught on fire in the parking lot at the airport early on Monday morning.

According to the Nantucket Current, five cars were rented for the president from Hertz.

Less than 24 hours after they had been returned, they were ablaze, the report said.

It was around 5:22 a.m. when personnel at the airport noticed the fire in the parking lot of the rental cars, according to a news release from the Nantucket Airport.

By the time Nantucket firefighters and police arrived, the cars had sustained significant damage.

“Staff activated the Alert system and responded to the fire in Airport-3, where they were met by responding units from Nantucket Fire Department and Nantucket Police Department. Combined fire resources responded and contained the fire,” the airport said.

Fortunately, no one was injured, the Current reported, and the fire did not reach jet fuel tanks that were just 40 feet away.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation, the report said.

The Nantucket Airport tweeted early Monday to say it was closed because of the blaze. About 12 minutes later, however, the airport said it was open again.

The Current noted that one of the vehicles that caught fire, a Ford Expedition, had been recalled by the manufacturer for battery issues. For some 2021 vehicles, Ford said in its recall announcement, “there is a chance the battery junction box can cause a fire.”

The other vehicles in the fire were a Chevy Suburban, a Ford Explorer, an Infiniti QX80 and a Jeep Gladiator, the New York Post reported.

Pfizer, first two doses last year. Haven't had a booster, nor will I willingly take any of those. More than $78.6 Million in PPP Funds Go to Televangelists, Megachurches, & Large Media Ministries

The federal government issued more than $78.6 million in Paycheck Program Protection (PPP) funds to televangelists, megachurches, and large media ministries this year, according to The Trinity Foundation, a televangelism watchdog group.

Among the top recipients were several well-known evangelical ministries, including Richard DeHaan’s Our Daily Bread Ministries ($3.4 million); Willow Creek Community Church ($5.7 million); Craig Groeschel’s Life.Church ($7 million); Greg Laurie’s Harvest Christian Fellowship ($3 million); and J.D. Greear’s Summit Church ($2.8 million).

Also receiving funds were three ministries rocked by scandal this past year: Ravi Zacharias International Ministries ($1.6 million); Gospel for Asia ($612K); and Carl Lentz‘ Hillsong NYC & Hillsong Channel (totaling $803K).

Many televangelists received funds, as well, including Joyce Meyer Ministries ($5.1 million); Joel Osteen ($4.4 million); T.D. Jakes ($2.6 million); and Paula White ($259K).

“Keep in mind that some of these ministries engage in excessive compensation and own expensive luxury jets,” The Trinity Foundation wrote. “Perhaps they wouldn’t ‘need’ a loan if they practiced responsible financial stewardship.”

For months, Trinity Foundation has investigated televangelists receiving Paycheck Protection Program forgivable loans. Our findings:

At least $78.6 million in loans were given to religious TV networks, independent religious TV stations, TV preachers, and churches/media ministries with national TV programs. The total would exceed $82 million if we include churches with 24/7 streaming channels in the same class as television.

Trinity Broadcasting of Texas received a loan of $3.3 million even though its parent organization may have close to $500 million invested in securities.

Word of God Fellowship, better known as Daystar Television Network, purchased a Gulfstream G-V jet days after being approved for a loan, but claim they used money from an old investment to purchase the jet. In October, Daystar sold its older Gulfstream G-IV. Daystar president Marcus Lamb has used the new ministry jet for personal travel such as family vacations while conducting religious events and attending political functions.

Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, received a loan after acquiring two jets in six months.

America’s largest megachurch, Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston, received a loan over $4.4 million.

Employee numbers for some televangelists are being publicly disclosed for the first time. Benny Hinn Ministries once employed hundreds of employees. It reportedly retained 25 jobs.

Background

To reduce the massive number of American job losses following Covid-19 lockdowns, the Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed forgivable loans to businesses and non-profit organizations through its Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The government loan programs have proved controversial as the public learned that politically connected firms and universities with billion-dollar endowments received forgivable loans.

Churches, synagogues, mosques, televangelists, and Planned Parenthood abortion clinics also received PPP loans. The secular Freedom From Religion Foundation received less than $500,000 while criticizing churches that received PPP loans. Even the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability accepted at least a $350,000 PPP loan. This begs the question; can a self-regulatory organization offer a real alternative to government oversight while receiving government funds?

On December 1st, the SBA finally disclosed the names of all PPP loan recipients and the actual amount of each loan. Previously, the SBA only disclosed a dollar range for each loan as well as the names of businesses and non-profit organizations receiving loans between $150,000 and $10 million; however, Freedom of Information requests were filed and a federal judge required the Treasury Department and the SBA to release the data.

Trinity Foundation compiled a spreadsheet of televangelists, churches, religious broadcasters and parachurch organizations receiving PPP loans, along with notes about various organizations’ spending practices, jet ownership and scandals.

Should a federal government $27 trillion in debt, forgive multi-million dollar loans to cash-rich non-profit organizations?

When Harvard University, a school with a $40 billion endowment, received $8.6 million from the CARES Act, critics immediately demanded the university return the funds and they did. Shouldn’t religious organizations with large cash reserves or investments do the same?

Trinity Broadcasting of Texas (TBT) received a PPP loan for $3,308,005. In 2017, Trinity Broadcasting Network and its affiliate organizations received $634 million from auctions conducted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) selling the broadcast frequencies from seven of its TV stations to the FCC, which re-licensed the frequencies to wireless cellphone carriers. At the end of 2018, Trinity Broadcasting Network had more than $1 billion in assets, including $488 million invested in securities.

Elevation Church, operated by televangelist Steven Furtick, received a PPP loan of $3,656,700. Ministry Watch reported that Furtick’s Elevation Church took in $91 million last year and ended 2019 with a surplus of $26 million.

Jay Sekulow, CEO, and Pat Robertson, President, run the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) which received a $1,232,300 PPP loan. Sekulow’s related organization Christian Advocates Serving Evangelism, which also uses the tradename American Center for Law and Justice, reported $58 million in total assets of which $31 million are invested in publicly traded securities on its 2019 form 990.

Loans for Jets?

During the Covid-19 pandemic, religious organizations have been acquiring used jets at an alarming rate. Trinity Foundation has identified 10 jets certified for televangelists and religious organizations in 2020. Two of the jet owners received PPP loans. A list of the newly acquired jets is here.

Daystar acquired a Gulfstream G-V jet in April, days after being approved for a PPP loan of $3,913,200. On July 18th, the Lamb family traveled on the new ministry jet to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for a summer vacation. On August 19th, the jet flew to Colorado Springs for the Messenger Cup, a golf fundraiser for Lisa and John Bevere’s Messenger International.

In response to Inside Edition investigating Daystar’s new jet, the TV network paid back its $3,913,200 loan with interest and claims that particular chunk of money was not used at all for the purchase of the jet.

Pastor James “Mac” Hammond’s Living Word Christian Center, not to be confused with televangelist Bill Winston’s church of the same name, acquired a Cessna 650 in October 2019 and a second jet–a Dassault Falcon 50–in March from televangelist Jesse Duplantis, only weeks before receiving a PPP loan of $2,782,600.

At the time of purchase, Hammond owned two jets, another Cessna 650 which has since been sold, and an Aero L-39 Albatross jet trainer.

The Prosperity Gospel

Some of the largest loan recipients are proponents of the prosperity gospel. If these televangelists are forced to rely on the federal government subsidizing them, then perhaps they should rethink their support of the prosperity gospel, because it is clearly not working for them.

It should be noted that most of the televangelists we investigate are known to receive what most would consider excessive compensation packages. Perhaps they wouldn’t “need” a loan if they practiced responsible financial stewardship.
